The preset sampling period may be set to perform sampling in a unit of one day, that is, 24 hours, or other time periods may be set as the sampling period, and may be specifically set according to an actual situation. And after a temperature and humidity sequence generated by sequencing temperature and humidity data according to time is obtained, converting the temperature and humidity sequence into a table form for outputting, wherein in the conversion process, a temperature and humidity recorder mainly calls a preset table file, fills the temperature and humidity sequence into the table file according to a set file format conversion rule, converts the file format, generates the table file, and outputs the table file as a monitoring report. Therefore, the external equipment can read the generated monitoring report from the temperature and humidity recorder through the USB interface, then data extraction is carried out on the monitoring report in the form of the table through the external equipment, and data analysis can be carried out according to the extracted data. Specifically, because the USB female end of external equipment (humiture record appearance is the male end) is 5V voltage output, can supply power for the humiture record appearance, when the humiture record appearance inserts the USB female end of external equipment, when detecting the produced data reading signal of USB interface, external equipment can read out humiture data that the humiture record appearance was inside was stored totally for the data source of each item parameter (maximum value, minimum value, average value, detailed data) in the control report file that external equipment generated. In the process, the humiture recorder does not analyze the data, only transmits the data through the USB interface, and the external equipment analyzes the transmitted data, namely, the external equipment receives only the table file containing the data. When the external device wants to be able to directly read the complete humiture data and the document generated by the humiture data after data analysis from the USB interface, the external device may also communicate with the humiture recorder according to the USB interface, and read the monitoring report generated by the humiture recorder and stored in the storage unit from the storage unit.

206, if not, detecting whether a second trigger signal sent by the inside of the temperature and humidity recorder is received;
207, if detecting that a second trigger signal sent by the inside of the temperature and humidity recorder is received, executing a step of reading temperature and humidity data stored in the storage unit, and executing a step of generating a monitoring report according to the read temperature and humidity data;
if the fact that the temperature and humidity recorder receives the trigger signal sent by the external equipment is not detected, whether the temperature and humidity recorder receives a signal sent by the inside of the temperature and humidity recorder and used for triggering the temperature and humidity recorder to generate a monitoring report is detected, and the trigger signal is used as a second trigger signal.
If a second trigger signal sent by the inside of the temperature and humidity recorder is received, executing a step of reading temperature and humidity data stored in the storage unit, and executing an operation of generating a monitoring report according to the read temperature and humidity data;
specifically, if a second trigger signal sent by the inside of the temperature and humidity recorder is received, the type of the second trigger signal is judged first, the step of reading the temperature and humidity data stored in the storage unit is executed according to the type of the trigger signal, and the corresponding operation of generating the monitoring report is executed according to the type of the second trigger signal and the read temperature and humidity data.
The present solution can selectively set the relationship between the trigger signal and the data processing to obtain the monitoring report meeting the requirement, and in this step, the description is made by setting the relationship between each trigger signal and the data processing.
If the second trigger signal is one of a key signal and a temperature and humidity sensor signal, temperature and humidity data statistics is respectively carried out on a temperature and humidity data set according to the mark of the temperature and humidity value, data analysis is carried out according to the result of the data statistics, the process of the data statistics and the data analysis mainly comprises the steps of carrying out numerical value statistics on the temperature and humidity data according to a sampling period, and accordingly parameter value calculation such as mean value calculation and extreme value calculation is carried out on the temperature and humidity data in the sampling period, so that parameter values of the temperature and the humidity in all the sampling periods and difference values corresponding to each parameter value are obtained, namely the difference value corresponding to the extreme value of the temperature and the humidity and the difference value corresponding to the mean value are obtained, and the parameter values and the difference values are output in a number array form, so that a temperature number array and. Calling a preset chart format, graphing a temperature array and a humidity array to generate a temperature chart and a humidity chart, converting the file format of the temperature chart and the temperature chart according to a preset file format conversion rule, and outputting a file in a document form as a monitoring report, wherein a temperature and humidity sensor signal is sent by a temperature and humidity sensor on a temperature and humidity recorder, namely the temperature and humidity sensor can collect temperature and humidity data and can also send a temperature and humidity sensor signal to trigger the temperature and humidity recorder to generate the monitoring report, the condition that the temperature and humidity sensor sends the temperature and humidity sensor signal can be set to be that when the temperature and humidity sensor detects that the temperature and humidity value of the external environment exceeds a preset temperature and humidity threshold value, the temperature and humidity sensor sends the temperature and humidity sensor signal, and the condition that the temperature and humidity sensor sends the temperature and humidity sensor signal can also be set according to the actual condition that the temperature and humidity, and are not limited herein. In addition, the file of the document type generated by the temperature and humidity recorder may be a PDF format file, or may be output in other file formats according to actual situations, which is not limited herein.
In practical application, taking a key signal as an example, when the key signal is detected, the humiture recorder reads all stored humiture data, then performs equal interval to take the maximum value and the minimum value, and then uses the taken maximum value and minimum value for data sources of various parameters (maximum value, minimum value, average value and detailed data) in a PDF file, wherein the specific data taking rule is as follows:
1. when the number Y of the stored temperature and humidity data is less than 460, all the data are read out and used as data sources of various parameters of the file;
2. when the number Y of the stored temperature and humidity data is greater than 460, we only need to take out 460 groups (each group includes the maximum value and the minimum value, if only one group with a single number takes out a single number), then there are two cases, firstly, it is set that a/B only takes out the quotient and does not take the remainder, for example, 110/10 is 10.
Wherein, (1) Y can be evenly divided by 460, that is, X is Y/460, X is an integer, Y is equally divided into 460 groups, and the maximum value and the minimum value of each group are taken out and used as data sources of parameters of the file;
(2) y can not be divided by 460, the first M1 (M1 ═ Y- (Y/460) × 460) is grouped into one group by every (Y/460+1) points and the maximum value and the minimum value in the group are taken out, the rest M2(460-M1) is grouped into one group by every (Y/460) points and the maximum value and the minimum value in the group are taken out and are used as data sources of various parameters of the file, and the conditions that M1+ M2 ═ 460 and M1 ═ Y/460+1) + M2 ═ Y/460) are met;
for example, the number of stored temperature and humidity data pieces is 4670, the maximum value and the minimum value in the group are extracted every 11 points (4670/460+ 1-10 + 1-11) for the first 70 pieces (4670- (4670/460) × 460-70), and the maximum value and the minimum value in the group are extracted every 10 points (4670/460) for the remaining 390 pieces (460-70).
In this step, a description will be given by setting a relationship between each trigger signal and data processing. If the second trigger signal is one of the data full signal and the shutdown signal, performing parameter calculation on at least one temperature and humidity data set according to a mark of a temperature and humidity value to obtain temperature and humidity parameter values, wherein the parameter calculation mainly includes performing parameter calculation on the temperature and humidity data set such as a mean value, an extreme value, a variance and the like to obtain the temperature and humidity parameter values, and performing parameter difference analysis according to the temperature and humidity parameter values, that is, analyzing the change conditions of the parameter values in different sampling periods, that is, the change conditions of the temperature and humidity extreme value, the difference of the variance and the like, to obtain a difference analysis result, and a specific difference analysis method can be set according to an actual condition without limitation. And graphing the difference analysis result according to a preset graph format to generate a graph, and then converting the graph according to a preset file format conversion rule to generate a file format to be output as a monitoring report, wherein the file of the file type can be a PDF (portable document format) file, and can also be output in other file formats according to actual conditions, without limitation.
In addition, if the temperature and humidity recorder does not receive a trigger signal sent by the inside of the temperature and humidity recorder, the steps are continuously executed from the first step (step 201), that is, the steps of "reading temperature and humidity data acquired by at least one temperature and humidity sensor in real time, preprocessing the temperature and humidity data according to a preset data storage format and then storing the temperature and humidity data in a storage unit" are started, and the steps in the embodiment are executed in a circulating manner.
