Claims (12)

1. A service information processing method is applied to a service information processing terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
after receiving a service reporting request, judging whether a preset trigger rule is met, if so, acquiring service scene imaging information, acquiring face information of a service reporter, and performing verification operation on the face information, and if the verification is passed, configuring the acquired face information in the service scene imaging information, acquiring additional information, and configuring the additional information in the service scene imaging information;
and sending the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information to a server so that the server processes according to the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the triggering rule comprises at least one of:
a predetermined time point is reached;
randomly generated time points arrive;
a predetermined time period is reached;
and detecting a preset operation action in an appointed touch operation interface area of the service information processing terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing a verification operation on the face information comprises:
and executing at least one of face identity verification and face living body verification operation on the face information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the additional information comprises:
when the face information passes verification, acquiring the preset additional information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

6. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to collecting the facial information of a business reporter, the method further comprises:
and when the service scene imaging information is acquired, performing service scene feature matching identification on the service scene imaging information according to a preset service scene feature matching strategy, and if the matching identification is successful, executing acquisition of the face information of the service reporter and executing verification operation on the face information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the service scenario feature matching policy comprises:
judging whether the appointed scene characteristics in the service scene imaging information meet the corresponding preset requirements or not, and if so, successfully matching and identifying; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and performing service scene feature matching identification on the service scene imaging information according to the service type carried in the service reporting request to determine whether the service scene imaging information has the service scene feature corresponding to the service type, and if so, successfully performing matching identification.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the business scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information to the server, the method further comprises:
processing the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information according to at least one of a file attribute and a service type of the service scene imaging information, wherein the file attribute of the service scene imaging information includes: the service scene imaging information is in a picture form, or the service scene imaging information is in a video form.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein,
if the service scene imaging information is in a video form, processing the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information according to at least one of a video compression processing strategy, a video acceleration processing strategy and a video segmentation processing strategy;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the video compression processing strategy comprises the following steps: compressing the service scene imaging information according to a preset compression requirement;
the video acceleration processing strategy comprises the following steps: when the video size of the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information exceeds a specified size and/or the video duration exceeds a specified duration, processing the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information according to a preset video acceleration requirement;
the video segmentation processing strategy comprises the following steps: when the video duration of the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information exceeds a preset duration, segmenting the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information into a preset number of video segments according to a preset segmentation strategy, and extracting video contents of a part of time segments in each video segment according to a preset extraction strategy.
10. The method of claim 8,
if the service scene imaging information is in a picture form, processing the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information according to at least one of a picture mosaic processing strategy, a picture whitening processing strategy and a picture cutting processing strategy;

the picture mosaic processing strategy comprises the following steps: identifying a face feature part in the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information, and performing mosaic processing on the face feature part;
the picture whitening treatment strategy comprises the following steps: performing whitening treatment on the service scene imaging information configured with the face information and the additional information;
the picture cropping processing strategy comprises the following steps: and identifying service features and non-service features according to the service scene imaging information, and removing the non-service features.
11. A service information processing apparatus, comprising:
