The invention discloses a method and a device for data printing management, and relates to the technical field of computers. One embodiment of the method comprises: responding to a printing request of a user, generating a file to be printed and displaying the file; modifying a file to be printed according to an editing request of a user; and sending the modified file to be printed to printing equipment for printing. According to the embodiment, mobile printing can be performed based on the mobile equipment, and the efficiency of data printing and the production timeliness of a warehouse are greatly improved.

In the current logistics system, a lot of document information such as a delivery bill, a driver's delivery bill, a label, etc. is printed in the warehouse during the production process, and the printing, labeling, etc. are required in the warehouse.

The whole file to be printed can be modified in a personalized manner by displaying the first editable operation and modifying the file to be printed according to the first editable operation, so that the personalized requirements of the user are met.
In other embodiments, modifying the file to be printed includes: analyzing the element to be edited from the editing request, and displaying a second editable operation item corresponding to the element to be edited; and when the user triggers the second editable operation item, executing a second editing operation corresponding to the second editable operation item on the element to be edited. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor comprising: applied to a client, comprising: the device comprises a file generation module, a file editing module and a file printing module. The names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the modules themselves, and for example, the file generation module may also be described as a "module that sends a modified file to be printed to the printing apparatus for printing".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: responding to a printing request of a user, generating a file to be printed and displaying the file; modifying a file to be printed according to an editing request of a user; and sending the modified file to be printed to printing equipment for printing.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the file to be printed is generated and modified at the client, so that mobile printing can be carried out based on mobile equipment, and the efficiency of data printing and the production timeliness of a warehouse are greatly improved.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing data printing is applied to a client and comprises the following steps:
responding to a printing request of a user, generating a file to be printed and displaying the file;
modifying the file to be printed according to an editing request of a user;
and sending the modified file to be printed to printing equipment for printing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein modifying the document to be printed comprises: displaying a first editable operation corresponding to the whole file to be printed; and when the user triggers the first editable operation item, executing a first editing operation corresponding to the first editable operation item.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first editing operation comprises at least one of: enlarging, reducing, adding page elements, modifying text format, modifying number of prints, and modifying print format.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein modifying the document to be printed comprises: analyzing an element to be edited from the editing request, and displaying a second editable operation item corresponding to the element to be edited; and when the user triggers the second editable operation item, executing a second editing operation corresponding to the second editable operation item on the element to be edited.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the second editing operation comprises at least one of: zoom in, zoom out, move, delete, modify text format.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a document to be printed comprises: analyzing the printing data and the printing template identification from the printing request, acquiring a printing template according to the printing template identification, and rendering the printing template according to the printing data to obtain the file to be printed.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein obtaining a print template based on the print template identification comprises: and judging whether the printing template exists in a local cache, if so, acquiring the printing template from the local cache, and otherwise, acquiring the printing template from a server.
8. An apparatus for managing data printing, applied to a client, includes:
the file generation module responds to a printing request of a user, generates and displays a file to be printed;
the file editing module is used for modifying the file to be printed according to an editing request of a user;
and the file printing module is used for sending the modified file to be printed to printing equipment for printing.
9. An electronic device for data print management, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
