The invention discloses a tail end perception terminal PCBA test fixture, a system and a control method thereof, wherein the test fixture comprises: the device comprises a device shell, and a digital display indicating instrument, a test module needle plate and a control module which are arranged on the device shell; the test module needle plate is detachably connected with a test device to be tested; the testing end of the digital display indicating instrument is connected with a working voltage point and a working current point of the testing module needle plate, a communication port of the digital display indicating instrument is connected with the control module, the digital display indicating instrument acquires testing data of the testing device and transmits the testing data to the control module, and then the testing data is sent to the testing control device through the control module so that the testing control device can judge a testing result of the testing device. The test device has the advantages that the test function is fully covered, the labor intensity is reduced, the operation risk is reduced, the convenience of data storage, query and analysis of the test device can be realized, the test misoperation is effectively prevented, and the test safety is improved.

Technical Field

Background

PCBA tests are divided into three categories, namely simple tests, simple semi-automatic tests and automatic assembly tests.
Simple test: the universal meter is adopted to test the voltage, the current and the resistance of some key points of the PCBA, and the functionality cannot be tested; the method has the advantages of low input cost, low testing efficiency, high labor intensity and high operation risk, and is suitable for the sample machine and sample stage of products.
Testing a simple fixture: the simple tool clamp is designed to simulate the operation environment of the whole product, the data acquisition connection is realized by adopting a manual or pneumatic compression joint mode, the test data is automatically judged and stored by matching with a digital display instrument to indicate the test state and computer aided system software, the one-time through rate of the product can be improved while the production efficiency is met, the cost investment is low, and the operation risk is reduced.
