Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette manufacturing, in particular to a cigarette weight detection method, a detection controller and a detection system.
Background
Unqualified cigarettes exist in the cigarette manufacturing process, and the typical reason of the unqualified cigarettes is that the cigarette weight does not reach the process standard. Therefore, the cigarette weight control system of the cigarette making machine is an important device for rejecting unqualified cigarettes. A cigarette weight control system of cigarette machine detects the cigarette density of no filter tip naked cigarette through the microwave, converts the cigarette density that detects into a cigarette weight and feeds back to the standard dish of cigarette machine and carry out a cigarette weight control through inside processing back, and wherein the calibration slope is the slope of the linear function of the cigarette weight of the naked cigarette after the conversion and the cigarette weight of the naked cigarette of actual measurement in certain interval.
On the premise that the target weight is consistent with the actual weight, the rejecting precision of the unqualified cigarettes is mainly determined by the accuracy of the calibration slope of the cigarette weight control system. Therefore, the correct calculation of the calibration slope is a key factor for improving the cigarette weight control precision.
At present, two methods for calculating the calibration slope are mainly used, and one method is to adjust according to a cigarette weight deviation distribution diagram and by combining manual experience. The other method is to calculate a calibration slope through sampling of the cigarette making machine and the standard deviation of the cigarette weight of the actually measured naked cigarette, and the method is a standard method for calculating the calibration slope.
However, the first method relies on manual experience, and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of detection; the second method needs to execute a random sampling function for many times, weighs the taken samples, is inconvenient in practical operation, and in addition, because the samples are bare cigarettes, certain tobacco shred amount can fall off in the sampling and removing process, so that the accuracy of a calculation result is influenced, the whole calculation process is more complicated, and the consumed time is long.
In addition, because both methods are manually involved, automation of control cannot be realized.
