Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In order to avoid the damage of impact current generated by powering on the air conditioner or short-term powering on high voltage generated by some reason to circuit devices, a circuit structure as shown in fig. 1 may be adopted, and a mode that the relay RY1 is connected in parallel with the starting resistor R1 can avoid the damage of a subsequent rectifying and filtering circuit caused by high voltage or large current. The working process is as follows: at the beginning of power-up, resistor R1 is connected in series in the circuit and acts as a current limiter. After a short time, the relay RY1 is closed, the resistor R1 is short-circuited, and the circuit works normally.
Under the condition that the switching power supply is lightly loaded, when the power supply is electrified, the power supply supplies power to a rear-stage circuit through the starting resistor R1, and when the voltage threshold of the switching chip is reached, the switching power supply normally works to provide power for a main chip circuit and the like. The relay RY1 is usually controlled by a main chip, when the main chip starts to work and internal program setting is met, a relay control port of the main chip outputs a relay control instruction, the RY1 completes closing action, the resistor R1 is short-circuited, and a circuit enters a normal working state.
Under the condition that the open optical power supply is provided with a heavy load, when the open optical power supply is electrified, the power supply supplies power to the rear-stage circuit through the starting resistor R1, and when the working voltage threshold of the switching power supply is reached, the switching power supply normally works to supply power to the main chip circuit, other load circuits and the like. Because the load is too large and the resistor is started to limit the current, the outflow electric quantity of the energy storage capacitor of the switching power supply is larger than the inflow electric quantity, so that the bus voltage drops rapidly. Generally, after the main chip circuit starts to work, the program needs to be initialized, the initialization time generally lasts for hundreds of milliseconds, and the initialization time is directly related to the main control chip and the program processing mode, but the initialization time cannot be compressed to be infinitely small. When the time when the bus voltage drops to the voltage threshold value of the switch power supply for closing is shorter than the initialization time of the main program before the control signal of the relay is output, the mode of controlling the relay to be closed by software cannot be adopted.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a control method and a control device of a delay starting circuit in an air conditioning system.
The following describes a method and an apparatus for controlling a delay start circuit in an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a delay start circuit in an air conditioning system.
As shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning system includes a common mode interference rejection unit 110, a rectifying and filtering unit 120, a delay starting circuit 130 and a switching power supply 140, one side of the delay starting circuit 130 is electrically connected to the rectifying and filtering unit 120, and the other side is connected to the common mode interference rejection unit 110, and the delay starting circuit 130 includes: first resistance R1, first electrolytic capacitor E1, second resistance R2, first capacitor C1, relay RY1 and relay controller. Wherein, the relay controller is a driving chip IC-ULN 2003A.
Referring to fig. 2, a first resistor R1 is connected in parallel with the relay RY1, a second resistor R2 is respectively connected with the positive terminal of the first electrolytic capacitor E1 and the PIN6 PIN of the input terminal of the driving chip IC-ULN2003A, the negative terminal of the first electrolytic capacitor E1 is grounded, and the output terminal of the driving chip IC-ULN2003A is connected with the control terminal of the relay.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a delay start circuit in an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
and S101, acquiring the actual load capacity of the switching power supply before the air conditioning system is powered on.
The actual load capacity may be understood as the actual load capacity of the switching power supply, and the switching power supply may be light load, heavy load, or full load.
Specifically, the actual loaded amount of the switching power supply may be obtained before the air conditioning system or the switching power supply is powered on, where the obtaining manner may be any desirable manner in the related art, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in any way.
And S102, judging whether the actual load capacity reaches the preset load capacity.
Wherein, predetermine and take the load can be the load that is used for the representation switching power supply when reaching the heavy load, and it can be confirmed according to operating condition, also can understand: and when the actual loaded capacity of the switching power supply reaches the preset loaded capacity, the switching power supply works in a heavy load mode.
Specifically, after the actual load capacity of the switching power supply is obtained, whether the actual load capacity reaches the preset load capacity can be judged, that is, whether the switching power supply is heavily loaded or lightly loaded, and the control modes of the delay starting circuit under the conditions of starting with light load and starting with heavy load can be different.
S103, under the condition that the actual load reaches the preset load, acquiring a first time length when the power supply voltage of the relay falls to the lower limit value of the working voltage of the relay, and a second time length when the second time is the second time length when the bus voltage falls to the turn-off voltage threshold value of the switching power supply, wherein the first time length is less than the second time length.
The lower limit of the working voltage of the relay can be understood as the minimum value of the voltage required for the operation of the relay recorded in the specification of the relay (the use specification carried by the relay when the relay leaves the factory), or, in other words, when the working voltage of the relay is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the working voltage of the relay, the relay can normally operate, and when the voltage of the relay is less than the lower limit of the working voltage of the relay, the relay cannot operate.
The turn-off voltage threshold of the switching power supply can be understood as the maximum voltage value of the switching power supply when the switching power supply is turned off, and when the bus voltage drops to the turn-off voltage threshold of the switching power supply, the switching power supply is turned off.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time length of the power supply voltage of the relay dropping to the lower limit value of the working voltage of the relay can be called as a first time length, and the time length of the bus voltage dropping to the closing voltage threshold value of the switching power supply can be called as a second time length. It should be noted that, in actual operation, for a determined main circuit of the air conditioning system, the lower limit of the operating voltage of the relay and the threshold of the turn-off voltage of the switching power supply may be determined, and further, the first time period and the second time period may also be determined, where usually, the first time period is less than the second time period.
Specifically, under the condition that the actual loaded capacity reaches the preset loaded capacity, namely under the condition that the switching power supply is loaded heavily or fully, a first time length that the power supply voltage of the relay falls to the lower limit value of the working voltage of the relay and a second time length that the bus voltage falls to the threshold value of the turn-off voltage of the switching power supply are obtained.
It should be noted that the first time period and the second time period may be obtained in any desirable manner in the related art, for example, the first time period may be determined by obtaining the current power supply voltage of the relay and the lower limit value of the operating voltage of the relay, and the second time period may also be determined by obtaining the current bus voltage and the off-voltage threshold value of the switching power supply. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
And S104, adjusting the resistance value of the second resistor and the capacitance value of the first capacitor so that the delay time of the delay starting circuit is less than a first duration and the delay time of the delay starting circuit is less than a second duration.
It should be noted that the resistance value of the second resistor and the capacitance value of the first capacitor determine the delay time of the delay start circuit to a certain extent, and the delay time is the delay time for starting the main circuit, that is, the main circuit is started after the delay time, and the switching power supply is turned on to normally operate, so that the impact current generated at the moment of power-on or the damage of the circuit device caused by the transient power-on high voltage generated due to some reason is avoided.
In order to ensure that the switching power supply and the relay can normally work after the delay time, it is required to ensure that after the delay time, the bus voltage does not fall below the turn-off voltage threshold of the switching power supply and the power voltage of the relay does not fall below the working voltage lower limit of the relay, that is, the delay time is less than a second time length during which the bus voltage falls below the turn-off voltage threshold of the switching power supply and less than a first time length during which the power voltage of the relay falls below the working voltage lower limit of the relay, so that the resistance value of the second resistor and the capacitance value of the first capacitor are required to be adjusted, and the delay time of the delay starting circuit is less than the first time length and less than the second time length.
Specifically, after the first duration and the second duration are obtained, the resistance value of the second resistor and the capacitance value of the first capacitor can be adjusted, and the delay time of the delay starting circuit is less than the first duration and the second duration.
According to the control method of the delay starting circuit in the air conditioning system, on the premise that the hardware cost is not increased, the resistance value and the capacitance value of the delay starting circuit are adjusted, so that the normal work of a relay and a switching power supply can be ensured under the condition that the switching power supply is heavily loaded, and the main circuit of the air conditioning system is prevented from being influenced by a large current at the initial power-on time or a high voltage caused by some reason.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling a delayed start circuit in an air conditioning system may further include: when the air conditioning system is detected to be powered on, the relay controller controls the relay to be disconnected, so that the power supply supplies power to the switching power supply through the first resistor; and when the switching power supply meets the operating conditions of the switching power supply, controlling the switching power supply to start working.
Specifically, at the moment of electrifying a main circuit of the air conditioning system, the relay is in an off state, the first resistor is connected in series in the circuit, a main power supply (an alternating current power supply) charges the switching power supply through the first resistor (also called a starting resistor), damage to circuit devices caused by impact current generated at the moment of electrifying or short-time electrifying high voltage generated due to some reason is avoided, when the voltage of the switching power supply meets working conditions, the switching power supply starts to work, and the switching power supply supplies power to the rear-stage circuit and the relay controller.
In one example, the switching power supply satisfying the switching power supply operation condition may include: and the voltage of the second electrolytic capacitor in the rectifying and filtering unit reaches the working voltage threshold of the switching power supply.
The working voltage threshold of the switching power supply can be understood as the minimum value of the voltage required by the working of the switching chip of the switching power supply, and the switching power supply starts to work normally when the voltage of the second electrolytic capacitor in the rectifying and filtering unit reaches the working voltage threshold of the switching power supply.
Further, the starting of the switching power supply may include: controlling the switching power supply to output a first voltage and a second voltage; controlling the first voltage to charge the first electrolytic capacitor through the second resistor; and when the voltage on the first electrolytic capacitor reaches the input signal threshold value of the relay controller, the relay is controlled to be closed through the relay controller.
Wherein the first voltage may be +5V and the second voltage may be + 12V. The switching power supply outputs two paths of voltage, one path is used for supplying power to a relay controller (a driving chip IC-ULN2003A), and the other path is used for supplying power to a post-stage circuit.
Here, the input signal threshold may be understood as an inherent property of the driver chip IC-ULN2003A, which may be set at the time of factory shipment of the driver chip IC-ULN 2003A. Further, in actual use, the information can be directly obtained from the factory specifications of the driver chip IC-ULN 2003A.
Specifically, at the power-on instant of the switching power supply, the first resistor is connected in series in the circuit, and the voltage of the second electrolytic capacitor in the rectifying and smoothing unit gradually rises. When the switching power supply detects that the voltage of the second electrolytic capacitor meets the working voltage threshold value, the switching power supply starts to work. And then the switching power supply outputs +5V and +12V voltages, the +5V voltage charges the first electrolytic capacitor through the second resistor, and when the voltage on the first electrolytic capacitor meets the input signal threshold of the input end of the driving chip IC-ULN2003A, the driving chip IC-ULN2003A outputs a signal to control the relay to be closed, so that the air conditioning system finishes the power-on starting process.
The delay time of the power-on delay starting circuit is less than a first time length from the falling of the power supply voltage to the lower limit value of the working voltage of the relay and less than a second time length from the falling of the bus voltage to the threshold value of the closing voltage of the switching power supply, so that the switching power supply can normally work under the condition that the switching power supply is heavily loaded, and the relay can be closed on time, so that the circuit can normally work under the condition that the circuit is not subjected to power-on instantaneous impact.
Based on the above description, in the embodiment of the present invention, a hardware processing manner controlled by a resistor-capacitor delay start circuit is adopted, and values of a resistor and a capacitor are reasonably calculated, so that it is ensured that the delay time is shorter than a time period from a bus voltage falling to a voltage threshold value of a switching power supply being turned off, that is, when the voltage of the first electrolytic capacitor exceeds an input threshold value of the driving chip, the driving chip outputs a relay control signal, and a relay closing action is realized.
When the resistor-capacitor delay starting circuit is adopted for relay control, the phenomenon of failed starting occasionally occurs when the delay time T is found. The investigation shows that the voltage of the power supply of the relay at the rear stage of the switching power supply also drops due to the drop of the bus voltage within the time T. If the relay power supply drops to the voltage required by the relay specification, the relay will not operate properly. In summary, the delay time of the delay start circuit is not only capable of ensuring the normal operation of the switching power supply, but also considering the normal operation of the switching power supply, and the control power supply of the relay cannot fall below the specification requirement.
That is, in the case of full or heavy load starting of the switching power supply, it is not always possible to control the relay in a software-controlled manner. The specific analysis process is as follows: the four time periods are related, the time period of instant high voltage generation of the power supply is T1, the time period of charging the electrolytic capacitor is T2, the time period of falling of the bus voltage to the switching power supply closing voltage threshold is T3 (namely, the second time period), the time period of starting working of the main control chip to output the relay closing signal is T4, and the time period of falling of the power supply voltage of the relay to the lower limit value of the working voltage required by the specification is T5 (namely, the first time period). Provided that the delay circuit is able to function properly, T2> T1. The first condition is as follows: when the switch power supply is turned off, the relay is not closed, so that the power supply fails to be started, and the situation that the software control cannot be carried out is caused when T4> T3. Case two: when T3> T5> T4, the relay can receive the control signal output by the main control chip, and the circuit can work normally. Case three: t3> T4> T5, the switch power supply can work normally, and the main control chip can output the control signal, but because the power supply of the relay is lower than the specification requirement, the relay can not be closed in time.
For the first case and the third case, the relay cannot be closed timely according to the requirements of a designer, so that the switching power supply cannot work normally. For the two cases, the adopted scheme is to adjust or select parameters (the resistance value of the second resistor and the capacitance value of the first capacitor) on the premise of adopting the delay starting circuit, namely, the values of the second resistor R2 and the first electrolytic capacitor E1 are adjusted, so that the delay time T is less than T5 and less than T3. When parameter adjustment is carried out, the power supply of the main control chip and whether the power supply of the relay can meet the requirements of the specification or not need to be considered. Therefore, the phenomena of the first condition and the third condition are avoided, the problem that the relay cannot be controlled by software under the condition that the switching power supply is heavily loaded can be solved, and the normal work of the switching power supply and the relay is ensured.
In summary, according to the method, on the premise that the hardware cost is not increased, the normal work of the relay and the switching power supply is ensured by adjusting the resistance value and the capacitance value of the delay starting circuit, so that the main circuit of the air conditioning system is protected from being influenced by a large current at the initial power-on time or a high voltage generated by some reason under the condition that the switching power supply is heavily loaded, and a rear-stage circuit of the delay starting circuit is protected.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a control device for a delay start circuit in an air conditioning system. Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a control apparatus of a delay start circuit in an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, a control device 10 of a delay start circuit in an air conditioning system includes: the device comprises a first acquisition module 11, a judgment module 12, a second acquisition module 13 and an adjustment module 14.
The first obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain an actual load of the switching power supply before the air conditioning system is powered on; the judging module 12 is used for judging whether the actual loading capacity reaches the preset loading capacity; the second obtaining module 13 is configured to obtain a first duration that the power supply voltage of the relay falls to a lower limit value of the working voltage of the relay and a second duration that the bus voltage falls to a threshold value of a turn-off voltage of the switching power supply when the actual loaded amount reaches a preset loaded amount, where the first duration is shorter than the second duration; and the adjusting module 14 is configured to adjust the resistance of the second resistor and the capacitance of the first capacitor, so that the delay time of the delay start circuit is shorter than the first duration and the delay time of the delay start circuit is shorter than the second duration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 10 for the delayed start circuit in the air conditioning system may further include: the first control module is used for controlling the relay to be disconnected through the relay controller when the air conditioning system is detected to be powered on, so that the power supply supplies power to the switching power supply through the first resistor; and the second control module is used for controlling the switching power supply to start working when the switching power supply meets the operating conditions of the switching power supply.
Referring to fig. The first resistor R1 is connected with the relay RY1 in parallel, the second resistor R2 is respectively connected with the positive end of the first electrolytic capacitor E1 and the PIN6 PIN of the input end of the driving chip IC-ULN2003A, the negative end of the first electrolytic capacitor E1 is grounded, and the output end of the driving chip IC-ULN2003A is connected with the control end of the relay.
Specifically, at the power-on instant of the switching power supply 140, the first resistor R1 is connected in series in the circuit, and the voltage of the second electrolytic capacitor in the rectifying-smoothing unit 120 slowly rises. When the switching power supply 140 detects that the voltage of the second electrolytic capacitor satisfies its operating voltage threshold, the switching power supply 140 starts operating. And then the switching power supply 140 outputs +5V and +12V voltages, the +5V voltage charges the first electrolytic capacitor E1 through the second resistor R2, and when the voltage on the first electrolytic capacitor E1 meets the input signal threshold value of the input end of the driving chip IC-ULN2003A, the driving chip IC-ULN2003A outputs a signal to control the relay people RY1 to be closed, so that the air conditioning system finishes the power-on starting process.
Because the delay time of the delay starting circuit 130 is less than the first time length from the power supply voltage falling to the lower limit value of the working voltage of the relay and less than the second time length from the bus voltage falling to the threshold value of the closing voltage of the switching power supply, the switching power supply 140 can normally work under the condition that the switching power supply 140 is overloaded, and the relay RY1 can be closed on time, so that the circuit can normally work under the condition that the circuit is not subjected to the instant impact of power-on.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the control method for the delay start circuit in the air conditioning system is also applicable to the control device for the delay start circuit in the air conditioning system of this embodiment, and is not repeated here.
