and when detecting that the temperature of the coil pipe of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is greater than the set temperature, executing the step of acquiring the opening time and the closing time of the outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a fixed-frequency air conditioner, including:
step S10, starting a fixed-frequency air conditioner;
in the embodiment, the execution subject is a constant-frequency air conditioner; the fixed frequency air conditioner is an air conditioner equipment with unchangeable power supply frequency, the fixed frequency air conditioner can avoid the system pressure from being overlarge by continuously opening and closing a compressor, and the compressor does not output heat to the indoor during the closing period, so that for an indoor user, the heat is sometimes and sometimes unstable in temperature, and the comfort level is low.
The method comprises the steps that the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started in various ways, the fixed-frequency air conditioner comprises an outdoor fan and a compressor, and after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the outdoor fan and the compressor are started by default and are kept running; the method for starting the fixed-frequency air conditioner is not limited, and the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be automatically started at fixed time, or the interactive behavior of the user for starting the air conditioner is detected, and the starting operation is executed.
In addition, the fixed-frequency air conditioner is provided with a heating mode and a cooling mode, the on-time and the off-time of an outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be obtained only when the fixed-frequency air conditioner is detected to be in the heating mode, the running mode of the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be detected at regular time after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the step of obtaining the on-time and the off-time and the subsequent steps are not executed when the fixed-frequency air conditioner is in the cooling mode, and the step of obtaining the on-time and the off-time and the subsequent steps are executed when the running mode is detected to be in the heating mode.
After the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the temperature of the coil of the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be directly detected at regular time, and when the temperature of the coil of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is detected to be higher than the set temperature, the step S20 is executed.
Step S20, acquiring the starting time and the closing time of an outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner;
the opening duration is the duration for enabling the fixed-frequency air conditioner to maintain the opening state, and the closing duration is the duration for enabling the fixed-frequency air conditioner to maintain the closing state.
After the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the operation of obtaining the starting time length and the closing time length of the outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner can be directly executed by default, or the operation of obtaining the starting time length and the closing time length can be executed after other conditions are detected to be met after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started; for example, after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the starting time and the closing time of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are directly obtained, at this time, because the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started for the first time, the system pressure of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is not too large, the outdoor fan can be in a starting state as much as possible, based on the starting time and the closing time, the starting time can be increased as much as possible, and the closing time can be reduced as much as possible, wherein if the closing time is set to be 0, the closing operation is not performed after the outdoor fan is started for a period of time, the temperature of the coil is detected, the subsequent operation is executed, and under the condition that the temperature of the coil is too high, the starting time and the closing time can be updated, and the outdoor fan is further started and closed; for another example, after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the step of acquiring the starting duration and the closing duration is not directly executed, but a period of time is timed firstly, and after the timing of the period of time is finished, the step of acquiring the starting duration and the closing duration is executed; for another example, after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is turned on, whether the system pressure is too high can be detected, and the step of obtaining the on-time and the off-time is executed under the condition that the pressure is too high, in this case, the first on-time and the first off-time can be set according to data measured in a laboratory, for example, the on-time is set to be 1s, and the off-time is set to be 9s; in addition, the opening duration and the closing duration may be set to different values according to requirements, and are not limited herein.
Step S30, when the duration of starting the outdoor fan reaches the starting duration, the outdoor fan is closed;
after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the outdoor fan is in a starting state, the duration for starting the outdoor fan can be the duration from the first time for starting the outdoor fan to the current time, in addition, the duration can also be the duration from a certain specific time point after the outdoor fan is started to the current time, the specific time point can also be in a corresponding relation with the starting duration, for example, if the duration is calculated, the time point with the overhigh system pressure is taken as the specific time point, and the duration from the time point with the overhigh system pressure to the current time is calculated, then the starting duration is the preset corresponding starting duration under the condition that the system pressure is overhigh, namely the starting duration can be set to 1s, and under the condition that the system pressure is overhigh, the outdoor fan is closed after the outdoor fan is kept being started for 1s.
S40, detecting the temperature of a coil pipe of the fixed-frequency air conditioner when the continuous time for closing the outdoor fan reaches the closing time;
after the outdoor fan is closed, the temperature of the outdoor fan in a closed state is reduced, so that the pressure of a system can be reduced, the duration for closing the outdoor fan is the time length from the time point for closing the outdoor fan to the current time point, and the system pressure is changed after the outdoor fan is opened and closed every time, at the moment, the fixed-frequency air conditioner judges whether the next process of opening and closing the outdoor fan is needed, namely whether the system pressure is too high or not, and the specific mode is that the temperature of a coil is detected, and the system pressure is indicated to be too high under the condition that the temperature of the coil is too high, so that the system pressure is judged to be high in efficiency; when the coil temperature is detected to be low, for example, the coil temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature, it indicates that the system pressure is normal, and at this time, the system enters a normal control mode, and the outdoor fan is maintained in an on state.
Step S50, when the temperature of the coil pipe is higher than a set temperature, updating the opening time length and the closing time length according to a historical temperature difference, wherein the set temperature is the temperature of the coil pipe when the system pressure of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is normal, and the historical temperature difference is a difference value between the coil pipe temperature detected in the past after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is opened and the set temperature;
the set temperature is the temperature of the coil pipe when the system pressure of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is normal, the values of the system pressure corresponding to different coil pipe temperatures can be measured in a laboratory in advance, the value of the coil pipe temperature of which the system pressure is at a normal and abnormal critical point is determined as the set temperature, the historical temperature difference is the difference value between the coil pipe temperature detected in the past and the set temperature after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the past can refer to one time or more times, and the number of the historical temperature differences can be one or more.
In the embodiment, in the whole process of reducing the system pressure, the outdoor fan is not mechanically turned on and off according to the same turning-on duration and turning-off duration, but the next process of regulating the system pressure is performed in combination with the historical condition of regulating the system pressure, that is, the turning-on duration and the turning-off duration are updated according to the historical temperature difference, the outdoor fan is turned on again, the duration for continuously turning on the outdoor fan and the duration for continuously turning off the outdoor fan are controlled according to the updated turning-on duration and turning-off duration, and the turning-on duration and the turning-off duration are updated by continuously controlling the turning-on and the turning-off of the outdoor fan, so that the technical effect of reducing the system pressure can be achieved.
And S60, starting the outdoor fan, and returning to execute the step of acquiring the starting time and the closing time of the outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
And after the opening time and the closing time are updated, the outdoor fan is started again, the step of obtaining the opening time and the closing time of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is executed again, the outdoor fan can be continuously controlled to be opened and closed as long as the system pressure is overhigh and the temperature of the coil is higher than the set temperature, and the outdoor fan can be continuously opened until the temperature of the coil is lower than or equal to the set temperature.
In the embodiment, after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, the starting time and the closing time of the outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are obtained, when the continuous time for starting the outdoor fan reaches the starting time, the outdoor fan is closed, when the continuous time for closing the outdoor fan reaches the closing time, the coil temperature of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is detected, when the coil temperature is greater than the set temperature, the starting time and the closing time are updated according to the historical temperature difference, the outer fan is started, and the starting time and the closing time of the fixed-frequency air conditioner are obtained by returning, wherein after the fixed-frequency air conditioner is started, only the outdoor fan is started and closed in the whole control process, the compressor is always in the starting state, therefore, the fixed-frequency air conditioner can continuously output heat to the indoor, so that the comfort level of a user is high, on the other hand, in order to avoid the overlarge pressure of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, the invention periodically opens and closes the outdoor fan after the air conditioner is started, the temperature of the outdoor fan is reduced during the closing period, thereby avoiding the system pressure rise caused by the operation process of the outdoor fan, on the basis, the opening time length and the closing time length are dynamically controlled by combining the historical temperature difference, the historical temperature difference is the difference value between the coil temperature detected in the past after the fixed frequency air conditioner is started and the set temperature, the set temperature is the temperature of the coil when the system pressure of the fixed frequency air conditioner is normal, thereby being capable of representing the pressure change condition in the historical adjusting process by the historical temperature difference, updating the time length of opening and closing the outdoor fan for the next time on the basis of the temperature difference, and controlling the opening and closing of the outdoor fan for the next time, thereby leading the coil temperature to gradually reach below the set temperature, and adjust system pressure to the pressure when normal to avoided closing outer fan and compressor, leaded to the fixed frequency air conditioner to stop heating, indoor temperature descends, the lower problem of user's comfort level, can be under the condition that make the system pressure of fixed frequency air conditioner normal, continuously to indoor output heat, promoted user's comfort level.
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a constant-frequency air conditioner, where based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step S50 includes:
step S51, when the temperature of the coil pipe is higher than a set temperature, updating the starting time according to the historical temperature difference and the last starting duration of the outdoor fan;
the purpose of updating the starting time length is to determine the time length for continuously starting the outdoor fan which is controlled next time, more accurately determine the next starting time length and realize more accurate adjustment of the system pressure, and therefore, the embodiment adopts an incremental PID control method to update the next starting time length on the basis of the last starting time length; the first time the outdoor fan is turned on and the first time the outdoor fan is turned off may be preset default values.
In this embodiment, the process of turning on and off the outdoor fan each time is regarded as a period, and the time length of each period is the same, for example, each period is set to 10s; before the starting time length is determined, the starting time length proportion can be determined according to the historical temperature difference and the last starting duration of the outdoor fan, the starting time length proportion is the ratio of the starting time length to the set total switching time length of the outdoor fan, the set total switching time length is the total time length of the outdoor fan which is continuously turned off after being continuously turned on once, and the set total time length is a fixed value and can be regarded as the time length of a period; after the opening time length proportion is determined, the opening time length is updated according to the opening time length proportion, for example, the total set time length is 10s, the opening time length proportion is 0.11, and the opening time length is updated to 1.1s.
When the starting time length proportion is determined, an incremental PID control method is adopted in the embodiment, the proportion of the last starting time length needs to be determined, that is, the target ratio of the last starting time length of the outdoor fan to the set total switching time length is determined, then, the starting time length proportion is determined according to each historical temperature difference, the target ratio and the preset mapping relation, the preset mapping relation is the mapping relation of the historical temperature difference, the target ratio and the starting time length proportion, the parameters of the preset mapping relation comprise a preset proportional coefficient, a preset integral coefficient and a preset differential coefficient, in the embodiment, the historical temperature difference comprises the historical temperature difference of the previous three times, that is, when the starting time length proportion needs to be determined, the historical temperature difference sampled before the previous time is obtained from a memory, that is, the historical temperature difference of the latest three times of the sampling time, and the sampling time refers to the time of the sampling temperature difference, so that the starting time length proportion is calculated.
Setting the opening time length proportion as Uf, setting the historical temperature difference as E0, E1 and E2 from latest to earliest according to the sampling time, namely E0 is the historical temperature difference obtained by the latest sampling, E2 is the historical temperature difference obtained by the earliest sampling, E0, E1 and E2 are adjacent in time, and setting the last opening duration of the outdoor fan as Uf1, then:
Uf=(Pk*(E0-E1)+Ki*E0+Kd*(E0-2*E1+E2))+Uf1;
the method comprises the following steps of (1) determining the performance of each group of coefficients in the whole system pressure adjusting process, wherein Pk is a preset proportionality coefficient, ki is a preset integral coefficient, and Kd is a preset differential coefficient, wherein the preset proportionality coefficient, the preset integral coefficient and the preset differential coefficient can be determined in advance in a laboratory, and the determination mode can be realized by setting a plurality of groups of different preset proportionality coefficients, preset integral coefficients and preset differential coefficients, determining the performance of each group of coefficients in the whole system pressure adjusting process, such as adjusting efficiency, and selecting the group of coefficients with the most excellent performance; after the opening time length proportion is determined, the updated opening time length can be obtained by multiplying the opening time length proportion and the set total time length.
And S52, updating the closing time length according to the updated opening time length.
After the opening duration is updated, since the sum of the opening duration and the closing duration is a fixed value, that is, the set total duration, a difference between the set total duration and the opening duration may be determined, and the difference is the updated closing duration.
In this embodiment, when the temperature of the coil pipe is greater than the set temperature, the opening duration is updated according to the historical temperature difference and the last opening duration of the outdoor fan, and the closing duration is updated according to the updated opening duration.
Referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a constant-frequency air conditioner, based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2, after step S40, the method further includes:
step S70, when the temperature of the coil pipe is less than or equal to the set temperature, the outdoor fan is started and controlled to maintain the starting state;
when the fixed-frequency air conditioner detects that the temperature of the coil is less than or equal to the set temperature, the pressure of the system is in a normal state, and the outdoor fan is turned on and kept in an on state, so that a more stable heat circulation process is carried out.
In addition, in the heating process, the fixed-frequency air conditioner also needs to ensure that the indoor temperature is kept above a certain temperature, so that the fixed-frequency air conditioner also obtains the indoor temperature when detecting that the temperature of the coil is less than or equal to the set temperature, and when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the set indoor temperature, the outdoor fan is started and controlled to maintain the starting state.
S80, detecting the temperature of a coil pipe of the fixed-frequency air conditioner at regular time;
in the process of keeping the outdoor fan on, the system pressure of the fixed-frequency air conditioner will further rise along with the continuous operation of the outdoor fan and the compressor, so that after the outdoor fan is kept on, the temperature of a coil pipe of the fixed-frequency air conditioner needs to be detected at regular time, and under the condition that the system pressure is too high, the outdoor fan is further controlled based on the mode of controlling the outdoor fan to be on and off according to the first embodiment so as to continuously control the system pressure; in addition, the timing means detects the temperature of the coil at fixed time intervals, and the fixed time intervals can be set according to needs, for example, if the system pressure needs to be detected in time, the accuracy of controlling the system pressure is improved, the fixed time intervals can be reduced as much as possible, or the fixed time intervals can be prolonged in order to avoid the problem of power consumption or performance consumption caused by detecting the temperature of the coil too frequently; it should be noted that the coil temperature is used to indicate the system pressure as one of the output temperatures of the fixed-frequency air conditioner, and the coil temperature is not used to indicate the indoor temperature.
And S90, when the temperature of the coil pipe is detected to be higher than the set temperature, executing the step of acquiring the opening time and the closing time of the outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner.
The fixed-frequency air conditioner needs to further enter the process of controlling the outdoor fan to be turned on and off to reduce the system pressure when detecting that the temperature of the coil is greater than the set temperature, that is, step S20 and the subsequent steps of the first embodiment are executed until detecting that the temperature of the coil is less than or equal to the set temperature, and the outdoor fan is turned on and the on state of the outdoor fan is maintained.
In this embodiment, when the temperature of the coil pipe is less than or equal to the set temperature, the outdoor fan is turned on and controlled to maintain the on-state, the temperature of the coil pipe of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is detected at regular time, and when the temperature of the coil pipe is detected to be greater than the set temperature, the step of obtaining the on-time and the off-time of the outdoor fan of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is executed, so that the fixed-frequency air conditioner can enter a normal thermal cycle process under the condition that the system pressure is normal, and under the condition that the system pressure is too high, the system pressure of the fixed-frequency air conditioner is reduced, the output heat is maintained, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
