Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 1-2 illustrate a valve cartridge 100, the valve cartridge 100 including a valve body 110 and a closure member 120.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 6-8, the valve body 110 is provided with a connecting chamber 114 and an outlet hole 1131 at the end of the connecting chamber 114, and the chamber wall of the connecting chamber 114 is provided with an internal thread. In this embodiment, the valve body 110 includes a first section 111, a second section 112 and a third section 113 connected in sequence, the outer diameter of the first section 111 of the valve body 110 is larger than that of the second section 112 of the valve body 110, the outer diameter of the second section 112 of the valve body 110 is larger than that of the third section 113 of the valve body 110, and a support surface 1111 is formed between the first section 111 and the second section 112 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the connecting cavity 114.
The water outlet hole 1131 is formed at an end of the third section 113 of the valve body 110, the connection cavity 114 is formed in the first section 111 of the valve body 110, the second section 112 of the valve body 110, and the third section 113 of the valve body 110, and the internal thread is formed on an inner wall of the first section 111 of the valve body 110, wherein a slot 1112 penetrating through the inside and the outside of the valve body 110 is further formed on a wall of the first section 111 of the valve body 110; the outer wall of the third section 113 of the valve body 110 is also provided with a second annular groove 1132 near the outlet hole 1131.
In this embodiment, the inner wall of the third section 113 of the valve body 110 is provided with a first annular protrusion 1133 at the outlet hole 1131, the first annular protrusion 1133 is provided with a sealing surface 11331 and a guiding surface 11332 which are connected, the sealing surface 11331 is parallel to the axial direction of the connecting cavity 114, the guiding surface 11332 is inclined relative to the axial direction of the connecting cavity 114 and faces the connecting cavity 114, and the guiding surface 11332 is tapered.
The plugging member 120 has a plugging portion 121 at one end and an insertion portion 122 at the other end, an external thread is provided on the outer wall of the middle portion of the plugging member 120, a first sealing ring 123 is hermetically sealed on the outer wall of the plugging member 120 between the plugging portion 121 and the external thread, and similarly, a second sealing ring 1211 is also sleeved on the outer periphery of the plugging portion 121. The water passage 124 is arranged in the blocking piece 120, the water passage 124 is provided with a water passage 1241 at one end far away from the blocking part 121, that is, the end part of the insertion part 122 is provided with a water passage 1241, the water passage 124 is provided with a water passage 1242 on the outer wall between the blocking part 121 and the first sealing ring 123 of the blocking piece 120, and in the embodiment, the outer diameter of the blocking piece 120 at the water passage 1242 is smaller than that of the blocking piece 120 at the first sealing ring 123.
It will be appreciated that the first seal ring 123 and the second seal ring 1211 are each mounted in a groove in the outer wall of the blocking member 120 during the particular installation, so as to be axially fixed relative to the blocking member 120.
The plugging piece 120 is inserted in the connecting cavity 114, the external thread of the plugging piece 120 is matched with the internal thread of the first section 111 of the valve body 110, so that the plugging piece 120 is screwed with the valve body 110, the outer wall of the plugging piece 120 is in sealing fit with the cavity wall of the connecting cavity 114 between the water outlet hole 1131 and the internal thread, and a water passing cavity is formed, the external thread of the plugging piece 120 and the internal thread of the connecting cavity 114 are prevented from water inlet, and therefore the external thread and the internal thread are prevented from being corroded and damaged. Specifically, the first sealing ring 123 of the blocking piece 120 is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the second section 112 of the valve body 110, a gap is reserved between the outer wall of the blocking piece 120 located between the first sealing ring 123 and the end face of the blocking portion 121 and the inner walls of the second section 112 and the third section 113 of the valve body 110 to form a water passing cavity, and the water passing channel 124 is always communicated with the water passing cavity through the water passing port 1242.
When the water flow rate needs to be increased, the blocking piece 120 is rotated upwards, as shown in fig. 7, so that the gap between the blocking part 121 and the guide surface 11332 of the first annular protrusion 1133 is reduced. Wherein the guide surface 11332 is arranged to facilitate insertion of the blocking portion 121 into the water outlet hole 1131.
According to the above technical solution, when the plugging member 120 rotates and moves axially relative to the valve body 110, the plugging portion 121 plugs the water outlet hole 1131 or opens the water outlet hole 1131, because the plugging member 120 is in threaded fit with the valve body 110, the plugging member 120 can stay at several positions relative to the valve body 110 along the axial direction of the connecting cavity 114, for example, when the plugging portion 121 opens the water outlet hole 1131, the gap between the plugging portion 121 and the guide surface 11332 can be large or small, so that the water flow rate can be adjusted; the water passing channel 124 is provided with a water passing hole 1241 at the end far away from the water outlet hole 1131, so that the plugging piece 120 is connected with a water pipe, axial water inlet is realized, and the structure is simple and practical. By adopting the technical scheme, the novel valve core 100 for switching water and adjusting the water flow can be provided, the adjustment of the switching water and the water flow can be realized only by arranging two components, and the structure is simple and practical; the valve core 100 can be used in a water outlet device to realize the adjustment of water opening and closing and the water flow, is convenient for a user to operate, and has low cost.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the present invention also provides a connecting member, which includes the valve core 100, the connecting sleeve 200, the limiting block 300 and the first limiting sleeve 400 in the above embodiments.
The connection sleeve 200 includes a sleeve body 210 and a pressing sleeve 220.
As shown in fig. 3-4 and 6-8, two ends of the sheath body 210 are open, an internal thread is formed on the inner wall of one end of the sheath body 210, a second annular protrusion 211 and a third annular protrusion 212 are axially spaced on the inner wall of the other end of the sheath body 210, in this embodiment, the third annular protrusion 212 is formed on the inner wall of the other end of the sheath body 210, the second annular protrusion 211 is close to the internal thread of the sheath body 210, a first step surface 2111 is formed on the end surface of the second annular protrusion 211 facing the side where the internal thread is located, a second step surface 2112 is formed on the end surface of the second annular protrusion 211 facing the side where the third annular protrusion 212 is located, and a limiting surface 2121 is formed on the end surface. The outer wall of the other end of the sheath 210 is provided with a first annular groove 213, and the wall of the sheath 210 is provided with a through hole 214, in this embodiment, the through hole 214 is partially located on the wall of the first annular groove 213, and partially located outside the first annular groove 213.
The pressing sleeve 220 is provided with openings at two ends, an elastic insert buckle 221 is arranged on the outer wall of the pressing sleeve in an extending mode along the direction parallel to the axis of the pressing sleeve 220, when the elastic insert buckle 221 is not stressed, the elastic insert buckle is parallel to the axis of the pressing sleeve 220, and when the elastic insert buckle is stressed, the elastic insert buckle rotates inwards. In the embodiment, the elastic buckle 221 is adapted to the through hole 214, the pressing sleeve 220 is sleeved on the first annular groove 213, and the elastic buckle 221 is always inserted into the through hole 214, so that the pressing sleeve 220 is clamped with the first annular groove 213. The connecting sleeve 200 has a simple and practical structure, is convenient to produce and process, enables the connection between the pressing sleeve 220 and the sleeve body 210 to be more stable, and facilitates the opposite of the elastic insert 221 and the through hole 214 during installation.
The limiting block 300 includes a turning ring 310, a sealing gasket 320 and a clamp spring 330, a fourth annular protrusion 311 and a fifth annular protrusion 312 extending along the radial direction are axially arranged on the outer wall of the turning ring 310 at intervals, wherein the extending distance of the fifth annular protrusion 312 is greater than the extending distance of the fourth annular protrusion 311, a third annular groove 313 is arranged on the inner wall of the turning ring 310, and a third sealing ring 3131 is sleeved in the third annular groove 313. The inner wall of the sealing gasket 320 is provided with a fourth ring groove 321, wherein the fourth ring groove 321 is clamped with the fourth ring-shaped protrusion 311, so that the sealing gasket 320 is axially clamped with the steering ring 310, and the clamp spring 330 is arranged on the outer groove wall of the third ring groove 313.
In this embodiment, the first stop collar 400 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second section 112 of the valve body 110 and abuts against the supporting surface 1111, the connecting sleeve 200 is sleeved outside the valve body 110 and is relatively fixed with the valve body 110 along the axial direction of the connecting cavity 114, which is mainly realized by the cooperation of the second annular protrusion 211, the stop block 300 and the first stop collar 400, the stop block 300 abuts against the first step surface 2111 and is hermetically sleeved outside the valve body 110, the first stop collar 400 abuts against the second step surface 2112 and the supporting surface 1111 and is sleeved outside the valve body 110, wherein when the through hole 214 is opposite to the clamping groove 1112, the elastic inserting buckle 221 is further adapted to be inserted into the clamping groove 1112. Specifically, the turning ring 310 is sealingly sleeved on the outer wall of the valve body 110 at the end close to the water outlet hole 1131, wherein the fourth annular protrusion 311 is closer to the water outlet hole 1131 than the fifth annular protrusion 312, the fifth annular protrusion 312 abuts against the first step surface 2111, the snap spring 330 is disposed in the second annular groove 1132 of the valve body 110 and abuts against the outer groove wall of the third annular groove 313, and the third seal ring 3131 is sealingly abutted against the outer wall of the third section 113 of the valve body 110. The steering ring 310 is restricted by the clamp spring 330 and cannot move upwards relative to the valve body 110, meanwhile, the steering ring 310 is restricted by the first step surface 2111 and cannot move downwards relative to the connecting sleeve 200, so that the steering ring 310 is fixed relative to the sleeve body 210 along the axial direction of the connecting cavity 114, and the valve body 110 is restricted by the clamp spring 330 and cannot move downwards relative to the limiting block 300; meanwhile, the first limiting sleeve 400 is limited by the second step surface 2112 and cannot move upwards relative to the connecting sleeve 200, i.e. the valve body 110 cannot move upwards relative to the connecting sleeve 200, so that the valve body 110 and the sleeve body 210 are relatively fixed along the axial direction of the connecting cavity 114 in use.
During installation, the limiting block 300 is sleeved outside the valve body 110 in a sealing manner as a whole, specifically, the steering ring 310 is sleeved outside the valve body 110 in a sealing manner and moves downwards for a certain distance, then the clamp spring 330 is sleeved in the second annular groove 1132 of the valve body 110, then the steering ring 310 moves upwards to abut against the clamp spring 330 of the outer groove wall of the third annular groove 313 of the steering ring 310, and then the fourth annular groove 321 of the sealing gasket 320 is clamped with the fourth annular protrusion 311 of the steering ring 310, namely, the sealing gasket 320 is clamped with the steering ring 310 along the axial direction; the first limiting sleeve 400 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second section 112 of the valve body 110 and abuts against the supporting surface 1111, the pressing sleeve 220 is clamped with the first annular groove 213 of the sleeve body 210, and the elastic inserting buckle 221 is inserted into the through hole 214 all the time; then, the sleeve body 210 is sleeved outside the valve body 110, the fifth annular protrusion 312 of the steering ring 310 abuts against the first step surface 2111 of the second annular protrusion 211 of the sleeve body 210 to limit the downward movement of the valve body 110, and the first limit sleeve 400 abuts against the second step surface 2112 to limit the upward movement of the valve body 110.
According to the technical scheme, the connecting piece comprises the valve body 110 and the connecting sleeve 200, so that the connecting piece can be used for switching on and off water and adjusting the water flow, and the structure is simple and practical; by adopting the technical scheme, only when the elastic inserting buckle 221 is inserted into the clamping groove 1112, the connecting sleeve 200 and the valve body 110 are relatively fixed, so that the plugging piece 120 can rotate and axially move relative to the valve body 110 to open and close the water outlet 1131; when the elastic plug 221 is not inserted into the slot 1112, rotating the plugging member 120 or the valve body 110 will cause the plugging member 120 and the valve body 110 to rotate synchronously, thereby allowing the connection sleeve 200 to rotate freely relative to the valve core 100, and the elastic plug 221 needs to be kept pressed to insert into the slot 1112. Therefore, when the water outlet device is used, the water outlet hole 1131 can be opened and closed and the water flow rate can be adjusted only by continuously pressing the elastic inserting buckle 221 to enable the elastic inserting buckle 221 to be inserted into the clamping groove 1112 of the valve body 110 and rotating the plugging piece 120 or the connecting sleeve 200, and the water outlet hole 1131 cannot be opened and closed and the water flow rate cannot be adjusted by single pressing operation or single rotating operation, so that misoperation is avoided, the connecting sleeve 200 can rotate relative to the valve core 100 under single rotating operation, the connecting piece can be applied to the water outlet device, the water flow rate can be opened and closed by operating the connecting piece, the connecting piece can rotate relative to the valve body 110, and conditions are created for preventing the water supply pipe 600 from winding.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9-10, the present invention also provides a water outlet device, which comprises a water outlet member 500, a water supply pipe 600, the connecting member in the above embodiment, and a second stop collar 700.
Go out water spare 500 handheld gondola water faucet in this embodiment, the outer wall of the end of intaking of handheld gondola water faucet is equipped with the external screw thread.
The water supply pipe 600 is a hose.
As shown in fig. 6 to 10, in practical applications, the second position-limiting sleeve 700 includes an iron hoop 710 and a position-limiting ring 720, the outer wall of the iron hoop 710 is provided with a fifth annular groove 711, and the position-limiting ring 720 is sleeved in the fifth annular groove 711 and partially extends out of the fifth annular groove 711.
The second position-limiting sleeve 700 is sleeved outside the water supply pipe 600 and fixed relative to the water supply pipe 600 along the axial direction of the connection cavity 114, specifically, after the plugging member 120 is inserted into the water supply pipe 600, the iron hoop 710 hoops the water supply pipe 600, and the position-limiting ring 720 is sleeved in the fifth annular groove 711 of the iron hoop 710 and partially extends out of the fifth annular groove 711. After the connecting sleeve 200 is sleeved on the valve body 110, the first limiting sleeve 400 and the second limiting sleeve 700 are located between the second annular protrusion 211 and the third annular protrusion 212. One end of the connecting sleeve 200 close to the water outlet hole 1131 is in threaded connection with the water outlet member 500, the water inlet end of the water outlet member 500 abuts against the sealing gasket 320 of the limiting block 300, and the water outlet member 500 is prevented from moving axially relative to the connecting sleeve 200 due to the resistance of the sealing gasket 320 when rotating, so that the water outlet member 500 and the connecting sleeve 200 are relatively fixed.
The insertion portion 122 of the block piece 120 is inserted into the water supply pipe 600.
The installation process is as follows:
the insertion part 122 of the plugging member 120 is inserted into the water supply pipe 600, and then the hose is fixed by the iron hoop 710 of the second stop collar 700, and the stop collar 720 is fitted on the fifth ring groove 711 of the iron hoop 710;
then the limiting block 300 is arranged outside the valve body 110 in a sealing manner as described above;
the first stop collar 400 is arranged on the outer wall of the second section 112 of the valve body 110 and abuts against the supporting surface 1111;
clamping the pressing sleeve 220 with the first annular groove 213 of the sleeve body 210, and inserting the elastic buckle 221 of the pressing sleeve 220 into the through hole 214 of the sleeve body 210;
sleeving the assembled connecting sleeve 200 into the plugging piece 120, screwing the valve body 110 and the plugging piece 120, and then pulling the connecting sleeve 200 upwards until the first limiting sleeve 400 and the second limiting sleeve 700 are positioned between the second annular bulge 211 and the third annular bulge 212;
finally, the water inlet end of the handheld shower head is screwed with one end of the connecting sleeve 200 close to the water outlet 1131, and the water inlet end of the handheld shower head abuts against the sealing pad 320.
The using process is as follows:
when the water flow rate needs to be adjusted or water needs to be switched on and off, the water supply pipe 600 is held, the elastic insertion buckle 221 is continuously pressed, the connecting sleeve 200 is rotated until the elastic insertion buckle 221 is inserted into the clamping groove 1112, the connecting sleeve 200 is relatively fixed with the valve body 110, the water outlet piece 500 is relatively fixed with the connecting sleeve 200, the water outlet piece 500 is rotated, the blocking portion 121 of the blocking piece 120 rotates and axially moves relative to the valve body 110 to open and close the water outlet hole 1131, when the water flow rate needs to be increased, the water outlet piece 500 is rotated downwards, and as shown in fig. 7, the gap between the blocking portion 121 and the guide surface 11332 is reduced.
When the position of the handheld shower head is adjusted, the handheld shower head is rotated, the elastic inserting buckle 221 is not pressed, the water outlet part 500 and the connecting sleeve 200 synchronously rotate to form a unit, the valve core 100 and the water supply pipe 600 are fixedly connected to form another unit, and the two units rotate relatively to avoid winding of the water supply pipe 600.
According to the technical scheme, the water outlet hole 1131 cannot be opened or closed and the water flow rate cannot be adjusted through single pressing operation or rotating operation, so that misoperation is avoided; the water outlet device of the technical scheme has a simple and practical structure and is convenient to produce and process; the water supply pipe 600 is a hose, and one end of the connecting sleeve 200 close to the water outlet hole 1131 is in threaded connection with the water outlet member 500, so that the structure is simple and practical, and the production, processing and disassembly and assembly are convenient; the insertion portion 122 of the blocking member 120 is adapted to be inserted into the water supply pipe 600 for easy detachment; the second stop collar 700 prevents the plugging member 120 from being disengaged from the screw-thread engagement with the connection cavity 114, and the structure is more stable.

Claims (11)

1. A valve cartridge, comprising:
the valve body is provided with a connecting cavity and a water outlet hole positioned at the end part of the connecting cavity, and the cavity wall of the connecting cavity is provided with internal threads; and
the plugging piece is inserted into the connecting cavity and provided with a plugging part for opening and closing the water outlet hole, an external thread matched with the internal thread is arranged on the outer wall of the plugging piece far away from the plugging part, a water passing cavity communicated with the water outlet hole is formed by matching the outer wall of the plugging piece close to the plugging part and the wall of the connecting cavity, and the water passing cavity is provided with a water passing channel communicated with the water passing cavity all the time.
2. The valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the blocking member is in sealing engagement with a wall of the connecting chamber between the outlet opening and the internal thread to form a water passing chamber communicating with the outlet opening.
3. A valve cartridge according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the water passage is provided with a water outlet at an end remote from the water outlet.
4. A connector, comprising:
the valve core, as stated in claim 3, the outer wall of the said valve block has neck;
the two ends of the connecting sleeve are opened, the connecting sleeve is sleeved outside the valve body and is relatively fixed with the valve body along the axial direction of the connecting cavity, and a through hole corresponding to the clamping groove in position along the axial direction of the connecting cavity is formed in the wall of the connecting sleeve; the connecting sleeve is further provided with an elastic insert buckle, and the elastic insert buckle is configured to penetrate through the through hole and be inserted into the clamping groove.
5. The connecting member according to claim 4, wherein the connecting sleeve includes a sleeve body and a pressing sleeve fixedly sleeved outside the sleeve body, the sleeve body is sleeved outside the valve body, the through hole is formed on the sleeve body, and the elastic buckle is formed on the pressing sleeve.
6. The connecting piece according to claim 5, wherein the outer wall of the sheath has a first annular groove, the pressing sheath is engaged with the first annular groove, and the elastic buckle is inserted into the through hole.
7. A connector as defined in claim 5, further comprising a stop and a first stop collar; the inner wall of the sleeve body is provided with a first step surface facing the same direction as the water outlet hole and a second step surface facing the opposite direction of the water outlet hole; the outer wall of the valve body is provided with a supporting surface facing the same direction as the water outlet hole; the limiting block is abutted against the first step surface and is sleeved outside the valve body in a sealing manner; the first limiting sleeve is abutted against the second step surface and the supporting surface is sleeved outside the valve body.
8. A water outlet device, characterized by comprising a water outlet part, a water supply pipe and a connecting part according to any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein one end of the connecting sleeve, which is close to the water outlet hole, is configured to be fixedly connected with the water outlet part, and one end of the blocking part, which is close to the water outlet hole, is configured to be fixedly connected with the water supply pipe.
9. The water outlet device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the water supply pipe is a hose, and one end of the connecting sleeve near the water outlet hole is in threaded connection with the water outlet member; one end of the blocking piece close to the water passing port is suitable for being inserted into the water supply pipe.
10. The water outlet device as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a second limiting sleeve, wherein an inner wall of an end of the connecting sleeve away from the water outlet hole is provided with a limiting surface, the second limiting sleeve is sleeved outside the water supply pipe and fixed relative to the water supply pipe along an axial direction of the connecting cavity, and an end of the second limiting sleeve away from the water outlet hole is configured to abut against the limiting surface to prevent the blocking member from being disengaged from the thread of the connecting cavity.
11. The water outlet device as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the water outlet member is a hand-held shower head.
