Background
At present, most shield machines are designed with hinged sealing devices, and the main functions are as follows: in the tunneling process of the shield machine, as a certain pressure is required to be ensured in the soil bin to resist the water and soil pressure of the excavated face, all channels communicated with the soil bin are required to be blocked, the pressure loss in the soil bin is prevented, so that the stability of the excavated face is ensured, and a hinged sealing ring is designed at a hinged position to ensure the relative balance of the pressure in the soil bin; when the shield machine turns, a certain angle can be formed in the hinging position of the shield body through the extension or retraction of the hinging oil cylinder, so that a part of the area of the hinging position can have a gap increase, the other part of the area of the hinging position can have a gap decrease, and the sealing ring can be ensured to effectively fill the gap when the gap decreases or increases through the elastic compression of the hinging seal, so that the external sealing performance of the shield body is ensured; meanwhile, the shield machine can smoothly realize turning tunneling through the angle deflection of the shield body.
At present, a traditional hinge sealing device is generally composed of a lip sealing ring and an air bag sealing ring, wherein the lip sealing ring plays a sealing role in normal tunneling of a shield machine, and when the lip sealing ring fails and cannot play a sealing role, the sealing ring is filled with compressed air, so that the failed hinge sealing ring is replaced under the condition of ensuring the sealing performance of the air bag sealing ring.
The conventional hinge sealing device has the following disadvantages: the turning radius of the shield machine is large; because of the space limitation in the hinge device, the installation quantity of the sealing rings is limited, and when the sealing rings and the air bag sealing rings are invalid, the sealing performance of the whole hinge device cannot be ensured, so that the conditions of soil bin pressure reduction, hinge device water leakage and the like can be possibly caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects existing in the prior art, the hinge sealing device of the shield machine is provided at present, so that the problems that the turning radius of the shield machine is large and water is easy to leak caused by the traditional hinge sealing device are solved.
In order to achieve the above object, a hinge sealing device of a shield tunneling machine is provided, comprising:
the inner annular surface of the fixed ring sleeve is provided with an annular groove, the annular groove is arranged along the circumferential direction of the fixed ring sleeve, and the groove wall of the annular groove is arc-shaped;

the hinge ring is used for connecting the shield tail and movably penetrates through the movable ring sleeve;
a first seal member for sealing between the movable collar and the hinge ring, mounted to an inner annulus of the movable collar; and
a second seal for sealing between the groove wall and the arc top is mounted on the groove wall.
Further, the inner ring surface of the rear end of the middle shield is provided with a containing groove, the fixing ring sleeve is embedded in the containing groove, the end surface of the rear end of the middle shield is detachably provided with a supporting ring, the inner side of the supporting ring is provided with a locking flange extending into the containing groove, and the locking flange is pressed against one side, far away from the front end of the middle shield, of the fixing ring sleeve.

Specifically, the fixing ring sleeve 3 is connected with the tail end of the middle shield 1. The inner annular surface of the fixed ring sleeve 3 is provided with an annular groove. The ring groove is arranged along the circumferential direction of the fixed ring sleeve 3. The groove wall of the ring groove is arc-shaped. In this embodiment, the width of the ring groove is equal to the width of the notch of the ring groove. The groove wall of the ring groove is spherical.
The movable ring sleeve 4 is movably arranged in the fixed ring sleeve 3 in a penetrating way. The outer circumferential surface of the movable collar 4 is convex to form a convex ring 41. The outer side surface of the convex ring 41 is arc-shaped, and the radian of the outer side surface of the convex ring 41 is matched with the radian of the groove wall of the annular groove. The arc top of the outer side surface of the convex ring 41 is slidingly arranged in the annular groove. Both ends of the outer side surface of the convex ring 41 extend to the outer side of the ring groove, respectively. In this embodiment, the outer side of the convex ring is spherical. The movable ring sleeve can rotate in a universal way in the fixed ring sleeve.
The hinge ring 5 is used for connecting the front end of the shield tail. The hinge ring 5 is movably arranged in the movable ring sleeve 4 in a penetrating way, and a first sealing piece 6 is arranged on the inner ring surface of the movable ring sleeve 4. The first seal 6 is used to seal between the movable collar 4 and the hinged ring 5.
The second seal 7 is mounted on the groove wall. The second seal 7 is used to seal off between the groove wall and the arc top.
After the shield tunneling machine hinged sealing device is arranged on the shield tunneling machine, when the shield tunneling machine is tunneling normally, the first sealing piece and the second sealing piece are plugged to realize sealing, and the whole shield tunneling machine hinged sealing device is in a normal sealing state; when the shield machine needs to turn, part of the articulated oil cylinders extend, part of the articulated oil cylinders retract, at the moment, the articulated ring and the middle shield form a certain included angle, the movable lantern ring rotates along with the rotation of the articulated ring, namely the movable lantern ring always keeps a relative coaxial state with the articulated ring, and the shield machine articulated sealing device reduces the turning radius of the shield machine; in addition, the first sealing element is always attached to the outer ring surface of the hinge ring, so that the sealing performance of the hinge sealing device of the shield machine is guaranteed to be good.
In this embodiment, the inner ring surface of the rear end of the middle shield 1 is formed with a receiving groove. The fixed ring sleeve 3 is embedded in the accommodating groove. The end face of the rear end of the middle shield 1 is detachably provided with a supporting top ring 11. The locking flange 111 extending into the receiving groove is formed on the inner side of the top ring 11. The locking flange 111 is pressed against the side of the fixing collar 3 remote from the front end of the shield 1.
As a preferred embodiment, the end face of the rear end of the middle shield is provided with a first fastening hole. The supporting top ring is provided with a through second fastening hole. The second fastening hole is aligned with the first fastening hole. The second fastening hole and the first fastening hole are inserted with a second fastening piece.
As a preferred embodiment, the fixing collar 3 comprises two split collars 31 connected coaxially. The split collars 31 have opposite ends and opposite ends, respectively. Opposite ends of the two split collars 31 are disposed opposite each other. One side of the opposite ends of the split ring cover 31, which is close to the inner annular surface of the split ring cover 31, forms an annular gap. In this embodiment, the length of the movable collar is greater than the length of the fixed collar, and the width of the collar of the movable collar is greater than the length of the fixed collar. When the movable ring sleeve universally rotates in the fixed ring sleeve, the arc top of the convex ring is always arranged in the ring groove in a sliding way.
