1. the piston barrel (7) and the inclined platform (3) are provided with a liquid pumping device together; a filtering device is arranged in the piston barrel (7);

the blades (17) are positioned at the edge of the filtrate hole, a one-way liquid inlet valve (32) is arranged in the through hole of each rubber ball (31), and the one-way liquid inlet valve (32) only allows liquid to flow outside the ball through the rubber ball (31) in one way.
