(embodiment)
[1. Overall structure of washing System ]
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a washing system 100 according to an embodiment will be described. Fig. 1 is a top view of a washing machine 1 of a washing system 100 according to an embodiment. Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line F2-F2 of the washing machine 1 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a block diagram of the washing system 100 according to the embodiment. The washing system 100 shown in fig. 3 includes at least the washing machine 1. In the cross-sectional view shown in fig. 2, hatching showing a cross section is omitted for the sake of simplicity of explanation.
(Structure of washing machine)
As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine 1 is a drum-type washing and drying machine having a drying function. The washing machine 1 is configured to be connectable to a network. The number of the washing machines 1 shown in fig. 1 is 1, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a plurality of washing machines may be used.
The washing machine 1 includes, for example, a washing machine main body 1B, a door 1D, a control device 40 (fig. 3), a power supply unit 8 (fig. 3), and an operation panel 5. In the washing machine 1, the door 1D side is set as the front side of the washing machine 1, and the opposite side of the surface having the door 1D is set as the rear side of the washing machine 1. In fig. 1, an XYZ axis coordinate system is applied, and the +x axis is defined in the horizontal direction along the front surface of the washing machine 1, the +y axis is defined in the depth direction, and the +z axis is defined in the vertical direction. The description of the XYZ axis coordinate system is also the same as in the following figures.
The washing machine main body 1B constitutes a casing of the washing machine 1, and is formed in a rectangular box shape with a front surface smoothly inclined. An opening 1A is provided in a central portion of a front surface of the washing machine body 1B. The opening 1A communicates with a spin tub 13 (fig. 2) provided inside the washing machine main body 1B. The laundry is introduced into the spin basket 13 through the opening 1A. The door 1D is provided so as to be capable of opening and closing the opening 1A. The door 1D is opened by operating a door lever 1DL provided near the opening 1A.
A detergent softener input part 26 (fig. 2) which can slide in the front-rear direction and draw in and send in is provided at the upper left part of the front surface of the washing machine main body 1B. If the detergent softener input part 26 is accommodated in the inside of the washing machine main body 1B, the lid surface 26F of the detergent softener input part 26 is formed to have the same inclination as the inclination of the front surface of the washing machine main body 1B. The detergent softener input unit 26 is provided with a detergent box (not shown) for inputting detergent or softener every time the user performs a washing operation. The user pulls out the detergent softener input part 26 to inject the detergent or softener measured by the user into the detergent box, and the detergent softener input part 26 is accommodated in the washing machine main body 1B. Then, if the washing machine 1 enters the washing operation, the detergent or softener injected into the detergent box is put into the water tank 14 (fig. 2) at a predetermined timing during the execution of the washing operation control.
On the upper surface of the washing machine main body 1B, a water supply port 23, an opening 17A, and a cover 34 are provided. The water supply port 23 is connected to a tap of a tap water pipe as a water source by a water supply hose not shown. Water from the tap of the water supply pipe is supplied to a water tank 14 provided in the washing machine main body 1B through a water supply hose, a water supply port 23, and a water supply valve unit 12 described later.
A cover 34 that can be opened and closed is disposed at the opening 17A. For example, the cover 34 shown in fig. 1 shows an open state. The opening 17A is used for replenishing the washing agent to the replenishment liquid storage section 17 provided in the washing machine main body 1B. Lotions, softeners, bleaches and their mixed solutions are examples of cleaning treatments. In the following description, a case will be exemplified in which a wash agent is used as the 1 st washing treatment agent and a softener is used as the 2 nd washing treatment agent. For example, a bleaching agent or a mixed solution may be used instead of the above-mentioned washing agent or in addition to the above-mentioned washing agent by the same method.
For example, the replenishment liquid storage section 17 is provided with a pump 30 (fig. 2), tanks 31 and 32. The tanks 31 and 32 are containers provided with liquid receiving ports, not shown, at the upper part. Tanks 31 and 32 store lotion or softener injected from the liquid receiving port into the inside separately for each tank. A pump 30 is provided in the liquid flow path from within the tanks 31 and 32 to the water tank 14. If the pump 30 is driven, the washing treatment agent in the tanks 31 and 32 is injected into the water tank 14. For example, the timing of driving the pump 30 is determined by the control device 40 according to a washing operation program selected by the user. Although the case of 2 tanks is described by way of example, the number of tanks 31 and 32 is not limited, and may be 1 or 3 or more.
The operation panel 5 receives various settings concerning the operation of the washing machine 1. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the operation panel 5 is provided on the front side of the upper surface of the washing machine main body 1B. The operation panel 5 includes, for example, a display 6 and a switch 4. The display unit 6 is formed as a so-called touch panel, for example, and includes a touch sensor constituted by a capacitive switch. The display unit 6 includes, for example, a liquid crystal display device. The display unit 6 displays an image including a plurality of display screens related to the washing operation control on the display surface. For example, the operation panel 5 receives a user operation for instructing switching of a control mode (start of another control mode) for controlling the washing operation of the washing machine 1, and displays the setting content and the current operation state generated by the operation.
The switch 4 is a power switch of the washing machine 1. A power supply line CBL is provided on the power supply side of the switch 4, and ac power is supplied from the outside. The load side of the switch 4 is connected to, for example, the input side of the power supply unit 8.
The power supply unit 8 converts ac power supplied to the input side into dc power, and supplies the stabilized voltage to the operation panel 5, the control device 40, the various sensors 11, and the like. For example, the power supply unit 8 includes a detection unit for a direct-current voltage, not shown, and supplies the detection result to the control device 40. For example, if the power supply unit 8 outputs a dc voltage less than a predetermined threshold voltage, the power supply unit 8 outputs a reset request to the control device 40. When the power supply is turned on by the switch 4 and a dc voltage exceeding a predetermined threshold voltage is output from the power supply unit 8, the power supply unit 8 inverts the detection result and releases the reset request to the control device 40. After the reset request is released, the washing machine 1 performs an initialization process by the control device 40, and then, becomes in a state in which various controls including communication control and washing control are possible. The operation of turning on the power supply by the switch 4 is an example of an operation for starting the selection operation (washing operation starting operation). After detecting the washing operation start operation, the washing machine 1 starts the washing operation. The sequence is defined that the washing machine 1 actually starts the washing operation after detecting the washing operation start operation. There is no limitation regarding the time difference of the two.
As shown in fig. 3, the control device 40 includes, for example, a communication unit 410, a storage unit 420, a processing unit 430, and an interface unit 440. The communication unit 410, the storage unit 420, the processing unit 430, and the interface unit 440 are connected by a bus or the like in the control device 40. Part or all of the communication unit 410, the storage unit 420, the processing unit 430, and the interface unit 440 may be mounted together in 1 or more semiconductor devices.
The interface 440 is connected to the drum motor 7, the drain valve 9, the water supply valve unit 12, the drying unit 10, and the pump 30 (automatic input mechanism). Although not described in detail, the drum motor 7 rotates the rotation groove 13 provided in the washing machine main body 1B. The drain valve 9 drains water in the water tank 14 to the outside. The water supply valve unit 12 opens and closes communication between the water supply port 23 and the water tank 14, and supplies water into the water tank 14. The drying unit 10 includes a compressor and a blower, not shown, and constitutes a heat pump unit for drying laundry. The pump 30 inputs the lotion or softener previously stored in the tanks 31 and 32 at the timing of being driven by the control of the control device 40. The interface section 440 includes a driving circuit for driving each section. The drum motor 7, the drain valve 9, the water supply valve unit 12, the drying unit 10, and the pump 30 are controlled via the interface 440.
The interface 440 is connected to the various sensors 11 and the operation panel 5. Among the various sensors 11, a temperature sensor, a water level sensor, a rotation sensor, a door switch, etc. are included. Although detailed description and illustration are omitted, the temperature sensor detects the temperature in the water tank 14. The water level sensor detects the water level in the water tank 14. The rotation sensor detects the rotation position and rotation speed of the rotation groove 13. The door switch detects opening and closing of the door 1D. The processing unit 430, which will be described later, acquires information of the various sensors 11 via the interface unit 440, and exchanges information with the operation panel 5.
The communication unit 410 is formed to be connectable to a network NW1, for example. For example, the communication unit 410 is connected to a server 2 described later via a network NW1 and a network NW. The network NW1 and the network NW will be described later.
The Memory unit 420 includes a semiconductor Memory such as RAM (Random Access Memory: random access Memory), ROM (Read Only Memory), EEPROM (Electrical Erasable ROM: electrically erasable RMO), and the like. An EEPROM is an example of a nonvolatile semiconductor memory that can be electrically erased, and is used as a nonvolatile memory area. The storage unit 420 stores user management information, remote operation information, various programs, and various information used for execution of the various programs. The user management information includes 1 st identification information identifying the user or the terminal device 3 utilized by the user, or 2 nd identification information identifying the washing machine 1. For example, the user management information is used for checking whether or not the information received by the washing machine 1 is remote operation information from the terminal device 3, or is used when the washing machine 1 attempts communication with the server 2. The remote operation information is information used by the washing machine 1 for the washing control thereof, and is provided from the terminal device 3 to the washing machine 1. The remote operation information includes, for example, program information for specifying a washing program, schedule time information for washing operation, information for specifying the amount of the detergent or softener to be added (reference amount of the detergent or softener), and the like.
The processing unit 430 includes a processor such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit: central processing unit). Each process of the processing unit 430 is realized by a processor executing a program. Part or all of the processing unit 430 may be performed by hardware such as LSI (Large Scale Integration: large-scale integrated circuit), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit: application specific integrated circuit), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array: field programmable gate array), or the like.
The processing unit 430 controls the drum motor 7, the drain valve 9, the water supply valve unit 12, the drying unit 10, and the pump 30 based on control information based on a user operation received by the operation panel 5 or the terminal device 3 described later. The processing unit 430 may perform control of the respective units based on the states detected by the various sensors 11.
In addition, the processing unit 430 is in a state in which no processing is performed during the period in which the reset request is supplied from the power supply unit 8, and is also in a state in which communication with other devices is not possible. Accordingly, after the reset request is released and the initialization process is completed, the control device 40 is in a communicable state. The turning on of the power supply, the release of the reset request, and the completion of the initialization processing by the operation of the switch 4 are examples of satisfying the "predetermined condition set to start communication".
The control device 40 having the processing unit 430 is configured to attempt communication with the server 2 described later to connect the washing machine 1 to a network if a predetermined condition set to start communication is satisfied in a state where communication with another device is not performed. In other words, the washing machine 1 is configured to try communication with the server 2 after changing from a state of not being connected to the internet to a state of being connected to the internet, and then receive remote operation information transmitted from the server 2.
(Structure of server)
The server 2 includes, for example, a communication unit 250, a storage unit 270, and a control unit 290.
The communication unit 250 communicates with the washing machine 1 and the terminal device 3 via the network NW under control from the control unit 290. The communication unit 250 notifies the detection result to the control unit 290 according to the call from the washing machine 1 and the terminal device 3.
The storage unit 270 includes a semiconductor memory such as RAM or ROM, and a storage device such as HDD (hard disk drive). The storage unit 270 stores user management information, remote operation information, various programs, and various information used for executing the various programs.
The control unit 290 includes a processor such as a CPU. Each functional unit of the control unit 29 is realized by a processor executing a program. Some or all of the functional units of the control unit 290 may be hardware functional units such as LSI, ASIC, FPGA.
For example, the control unit 290 obtains user management information from another device and adds the user management information to the storage unit 270. The control unit 290 permits communication with the terminal device 3 registered in advance in the user management information, and executes processing based on various information acquired from the terminal device 3. For example, if remote operation information is acquired from the terminal device 3, the control unit 290 transfers the remote operation information to the washing machine 1. When communication with the washing machine 1 is not possible, the control unit 290 may cause the storage unit 270 to hold the remote operation information acquired from the terminal device 3. In the above case, the control unit 290 may transmit the remote operation information held in the storage unit 270 to the washing machine 1 according to a notification from the washing machine 1 registered in advance in the user management information. In addition, when the controller 290 is able to communicate with the washing machine 1, the remote operation information acquired from the terminal device 3 may be discarded, or the information temporarily written in the storage 270 may be deleted. Details of the processing by the control unit 290 will be described later.
(Structure of terminal device)
The terminal device 3 is a portable terminal including a smart phone, a tablet computer device, a personal computer, or the like. The number of terminal devices 3 shown in fig. 3 is 1, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a plurality of terminal devices may be used.
The terminal device 3 includes, for example, an input/output unit 310, a detection unit 330, a communication unit 350, a storage unit 370, and a control unit 390. These components are connected via a bus or the like in the terminal device 3.
The input/output unit 310 includes a display unit (not shown) for displaying an image and an operation detection unit (not shown) for receiving an operation of a user of the terminal device 3. For example, the input/output unit 310 is formed as a so-called touch panel (referred to simply as a "touch panel"). The input/output unit 310 includes, for example, a liquid crystal display device. The input/output unit 310 detects a position touched by a user on the touch panel with respect to the image displayed on the display unit, and outputs information indicating the detected position. The input/output unit 310 is an example of a display unit.
The detection unit 330 is one or a plurality of sensors for detecting various physical quantities other than the input/output unit 310 of the terminal device 3, which are brought about by a user. For example, the detection unit 330 may be an acceleration sensor, a GPS sensor, an imaging element functioning as a camera, or the like. The physical quantity detected by the detecting unit 330 may be used as information indicating the action of the user who operates the terminal device 3. In addition, part or all of the above-described sensors related to the detection unit 330 may be omitted.
The communication unit 350 communicates with other devices via a network NW or the like. For example, the communication unit 350 transmits information to the server 2 and receives information from the server 2 by communicating with the server 2 via the network NW under control from the control unit 390. The communication unit 350 may notify the control unit 390 of the detection result in response to a call from the server 2.
The storage unit 370 includes, for example, a semiconductor memory such as a RAM or a ROM, and a storage device such as an HDD. The storage unit 370 stores user attribute information, various programs including an Operating System (OS) and application software (APL), and various information used for execution of the various programs.
The control unit 390 includes a processor such as a CPU that executes programs of the OS and APL. The various processes performed by the control unit 390 are realized by a processor such as a CPU executing a program. Part or all of the various processes performed by the control unit 390 may be performed by hardware such as LSI, ASIC, FPGA. Details of each unit of the control unit 390 will be described later.
(with respect to the network and washing system)
As shown in fig. 3, the washing machine 1, the server 2, and the terminal device 3 are configured to be able to communicate via a network NW.
For example, the terminal device 3 is connected to the server 2 via the network NW2 and the network NW. As described above, the washing machine 1 is connected to the server 2 via the network NW1 and the network NW. The same communication scheme may be used for the network NW1 and the network NW2, or different communication schemes may be used. For example, both the network NW1 and the network NW2 may or may not use wired communication and wireless communication. In the case of wireless communication, the network NW1 and the network NW2 may be communication networks using a base station of a cellular (cellular) system or may be communication networks using an access point of a so-called wireless LAN system.
The network NW may be a Wide Area Network (WAN) such as the internet, a Local Area Network (LAN) in a building provided with the washing machine 1, or both. In the following description of the embodiment, an example will be described in which the so-called internet is applied as the network NW. For example, it is assumed that the server 2 is connected to the internet (network NW) and is maintained in an operating state.
< remote operation regarding operation of washing machine >
The operation and remote operation of the washing machine will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 8.
First, an operation of the washing machine 1 of the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a diagram for explaining an image displayed on the operation panel 5 of the washing machine 1 according to the embodiment. The user operates the washing machine 1 using the screen displayed on the operation panel 5.
The screen example shown in fig. 4 (a) is a top screen displayed when the power of the washing machine 1 is turned on. The screen example shown in fig. 4 (b) is the 1 st program selection screen displayed in place of the top screen in fig. 4 (a). The screen example shown in fig. 4 (c) is a 2 nd program selection screen displayed in place of the 1 st program selection screen of fig. 4 (b). The program category displayed on the 1 st program selection screen and the program category displayed on the 2 nd program selection screen are different from each other. The user can select a download program to be described later by performing an operation using the 2 nd program selection screen. These will be described in order below.
In the top screen image shown in fig. 4 (a), icons for selecting a washing operation ("washing: standard program"), a washing and drying operation ("washing and drying"), and a drying operation ("drying") are displayed in the middle section, and a "program" button, a "start" button, and the like are displayed in the lower section.
If an operation is detected on an icon displayed on the screen, the control device 40 selects an operation type corresponding to the detection result. The operation type that can be selected here is any one of a washing operation ("washing: standard procedure"), a washing and drying operation ("washing and drying"), and a drying operation ("drying").
First, if the user operates an icon of "washing operation" on the display screen, and the operation is detected by the operation panel 5, the control device 40 selects an operation control program based on "washing operation" ("washing: standard program"), and shifts to a step of selecting a program of washing operation.
Instead of the operation of the icon, if the control device 40 detects that the "program" button displayed on the top screen of fig. 4 (a) is pressed by the user, the display of the display unit 6 is shifted to the screen of fig. 4 (b). The 1 st program selection screen is an example of a screen for selecting a desired operation program from among a plurality of operation programs displayed in the middle section. The user can select a desired operation program by an operation. Further, the number of programs displayed on the screen of fig. 4B is 5, and "standard", "soak", "quick", "memorize", and "particularly gentle" indicating the contents of the programs are displayed on the "program" button corresponding to each program.
Further, when a program different from the above 5 programs is selected, the user presses a ">" button shown in fig. 4 (b). The control device 40 detects this operation, and causes the display unit 6 to display the screen of fig. 4 (c). The user can select a desired program from among programs displayed on the screen of fig. 4 (c). Similarly, the user can cause the display unit 6 to display the screen of fig. 4 (b) by pressing the ">" button shown in fig. 4 (c). The case where 2 screens are switched is described here, but the present invention is not limited to this, and 3 or more screens may be switched without switching.
For example, the program that can be selected as the operation control program includes the following programs.
Standard procedure: daily washing operation program.
Soaking procedure: and (3) an operation procedure for washing the washing objects with serious dirt.
Quick procedure: and an operation program for saving electricity and water for light dirty washings, a small amount of washings, etc., and making the washing time shorter to perform washing.
A memorizing procedure: and a running program for combining the desired strokes and washing.
Particularly gentle procedure: and (3) a running procedure for gently washing the washings.
Fine procedure: and an operation procedure for washing thicker clothes.
Rest program: and an operation program for suppressing the operation sound and performing washing.
Blanket procedure: and a running program for washing blanket.
And (3) a fashion program: and a running process performed until the delicate clothes such as fashion clothes are dried.
Downloading a program: the washing operation program is executed by a method defined by the information obtained (downloaded) from the server 2. The information (remote operation information) obtained (downloaded) from the server 2 includes program information on a specific washing operation.
Program information of each of a plurality of programs selectable by the washing machine 1 is displayed in parallel on the operation screen shown in fig. 4 (b) and 4 (c). The control device 40 causes the display unit 6 to selectively display the downloaded program corresponding to the program information obtained from the server 2 in parallel with the other plural programs in 1 of them.
For example, the washing machine 1 can use each operation program other than the above-described download program as the standard operation program. Therefore, even if no information is obtained from the server 2, the washing machine 1 can be controlled to operate by the operation program of the standard specification. In this regard, the download program can be selected by acquiring information of an operation program desired by the user (hereinafter, referred to as program information) from the server 2 and registering the information with the washing machine 1. In the server 2, various operation programs that can be selected as the download program are registered in advance. The user can select a desired operation program for the washing control of the washing machine 1 from among the operation programs registered in the server 2.
For example, a "towel program" or the like in which a towel is gently washed is an example of an operation program that can be set as a download program. This "towel program" allows washing under operating conditions more suitable for the towel texture (napped fabric texture) than the "particularly gentle program" described above.
The control device 40 can use the program information acquired via the server 2 as the download program in the next washing operation by storing the program information in the storage unit 420. Further, by storing the acquired program information in the nonvolatile memory area of the memory unit 420, the program information of the desired operation program can be registered in the washing machine 1 in advance so that the laundry can be washed by an operation method closer to the purpose of the user without being acquired from the server 2 again at the time of the next and subsequent washing operations in which the power supply of the washing machine 1 is turned off and turned on again. The download program may be set from an external device such as the terminal device 3.
(example 1)
In embodiment 1, a case will be described in which two types of scripts are displayed for remote operation of the washing machine 1, and a download program is set in the washing machine 1. Here, the case where program information of the "towel program" which is not installed in the washing machine 1 is registered in the washing machine 1 as program information of the download program is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the same applies to other washing programs which are not exemplified here.
Script 1: remote operation of the washing machine 1 in a communicable state
Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining a procedure of remote operation of the washing machine 1 of embodiment 1. As shown in fig. 5, if the power supply of the washing machine 1 is turned on by the operation of the switch 4, then, the washing machine 1 (control device 40) performs an initialization process, and becomes a state capable of communicating with the server 2. The time passes in the direction of the arrows extending downward from the "terminal device", "server" and "washing machine" shown in fig. 5. In the arrow from "washing machine", the range indicated by the broken line indicates that the washing machine is in a state where communication is disabled, and the range indicated by the solid line indicates that the washing machine is in a state where communication is enabled. In this regard, the following is the same.
When the washing machine is in a communicable state, the setting of the washing machine 1 may be changed by a remote operation from the terminal device 3. According to the conditions of the scenario 1, since the washing machine 1 is in a communicable state, the setting of the washing machine 1 can be appropriately changed from the terminal device 3 according to the following procedure.
For example, the user operates the terminal device 3 in order to perform washing with a "towel program" that is not mounted in the washing machine 1. The terminal device 3 transmits towel program information specifying "towel program" to the server (REQ 1). Towel program information is an example of program information. For example, the towel program information includes the following information required for operating the towel program. The towel program information includes, for example, information such as program name ("towel program" or program number), washing time, number of rinsing times, dehydration time, drying setting, warm water setting information, shower water setting information, and the like. The server 2 transmits the towel program information (REQ 2) to the washing machine 1 if it receives the towel program information included in the remote operation information from the terminal device 3.
The washing machine 1 receives the towel program information and writes the received towel program information into a predetermined storage area of the storage unit 420. The washing machine 1 responds to the reception of the towel program information, and returns an acknowledgement packet (ACK) to the server 2. The server 2 detects the reception of the response packet (ACK) before the predetermined time T1 elapses from the transmission of the towel program information, and ends the process of relaying the towel program information transmitted from the terminal device 3.
The acknowledgement packet (ACK) described above is an example of "acknowledgement". The "response" in the embodiment is information that the washing machine 1 receives information and transmits the information to notify the server 2 of the reception. For example, the washing machine 1 packages and transmits the above-described "response". The "response" in this case may be, for example, a return message to the information received from the server 2.
As described above, the washing machine 1 having received the towel program information can perform a washing operation by a washing operation program (referred to as a downloading program) using the towel program information.
Further, when the washing machine 1 receives program information (for example, towel program information) from the terminal device 3, the information on the program information is written into a predetermined storage area in the storage unit 420 of the washing machine 1, and the information on the program information is held. For example, the storage area to which the program information is written is allocated to an electrically erasable nonvolatile semiconductor memory (EEPROM) in the storage unit 420, and the written information (towel program information) is held even if the power of the washing machine 1 is turned off. The same applies to the following.
Script 2: remote operation of washing machine 1 not in communicable state
In the case of the scenario 2, unlike the scenario 1 described above, the washing machine 1 is not in a communicable state, and when the setting of the washing machine 1 is changed from the terminal device 3, the direct remote operation is restricted. With reference to fig. 6 to 8, a remote operation of the washing machine 1, which is not in a communicable state, will be described. Fig. 6 is a diagram for explaining a procedure of processing when the terminal apparatus 3 according to the embodiment transmits remote operation information.
The power supply to the washing machine 1 is turned off, and the control device 40 and the like are stopped, and the communication is disabled (disabled). Even if the washing machine 1 is in such a state, a request for changing the setting of the washing machine 1 may be issued from the terminal device 3.
For example, in order to perform washing with a "towel program" that is not mounted in the washing machine 1, the user operates the terminal device 3, and transmits towel program information that designates the "towel program" from the terminal device 3 to the server (REQ 1). The server 2 transmits the towel program information (REQ 2) to the washing machine 1 if it receives the towel program information from the terminal device 3.
However, the washing machine 1 is in a communication disabled state as described above, and is not connected to the internet. Therefore, even if information (for example, "REQ1" described above) is transmitted from the server 2 to the washing machine 1, the washing machine 1 cannot respond thereto. If the server 2 (the control unit 290) detects that no response (ACK) has been received although the predetermined time T1 has elapsed, the towel program information transmitted from the terminal device 3 is written in the storage unit 270 and held. In other words, the server 2 is configured to hold the towel program information transmitted from the terminal device 3 when the "response (ACK)" of the washing machine 1 to the transfer is not detected even if the towel program information received from the terminal device 3 is transferred to attempt to be received by the washing machine 1. Thereby, the server 2 can prepare for the retransmission of the towel program information.
A case where the state of the washing machine 1 is switched from the non-communication enabled state (fig. 6) to the communication enabled state will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 is a diagram for explaining a procedure of a process of causing the server 2 according to the embodiment to retransmit remote operation information. The initial state of the range shown in fig. 7 is in a state subsequent to that of fig. 6, for example.
If the washing machine 1 is in a communicable state, connection to the server 2 is attempted. For example, when the state of the washing machine 1 is changed from a non-communicable state (OFF state) to a communicable state (ON state), information (SETUP) inquiring whether or not remote operation information for the washing machine 1 is available is transmitted to the server 2. For example, the "remote operation information" of the present embodiment includes program information for specifying a washing program. The notification when the above information (SETUP) is transmitted may contain a request to establish communication with the server 2.
As shown in fig. 6, when the server 2 holds the towel program information as the program information, if the server 2 receives a query (SETUP) from the washing machine 1, the server transmits the towel program information (REQ 3) as the held information to the washing machine 1. Then, the washing machine 1 receives the information from the server 2 (REQ 3), and replies to notify the server 2 of the message of the reception of the information (ACK 3).
The operation of the washing machine 1 when receiving the information (REQ 3) from the server 2 will be described with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a view for explaining a display screen displayed when the washing machine 1 according to the embodiment receives information from the server 2.
When the washing machine 1 (control device 40) receives the information (REQ 3) from the server 2, the display unit 6 displays the image shown in fig. 8 (a). This is an example of the operation of the washing machine 1 when receiving the information (REQ 3) from the server 2. As shown in fig. 8 (a), a guidance display indicating that information is received is displayed in a window opened in a pop-up shape in the middle of the image with the top screen as a background. For example, the guidance display includes "accepted download program". Is it started? "and the like. Further, the window is displayed with an "off" button and a "start" button for selecting a process to be performed by the washing machine 1.
The user confirms the display of the image shown in fig. 8 (a) displayed on the display unit 6, and recognizes that the information is received by the washing machine 1 based on the display of the image. When the user selects a program transmitted from the terminal apparatus 3 (the "towel program" when the example of fig. 7 is taken over), the user may start the washing operation with the selected program by pressing the "start" button. For example, if the control device 40 detects that the "start" button is pressed, the display unit 6 displays the display of fig. 8 (b) showing that the washing operation of the predetermined program is started. For example, the washing machine 1 measures the amount of laundry at the stage of starting the washing operation. The area in which the "start" button is displayed is an example of a "predetermined area in an image".
Alternatively, the user may temporarily hold the start of the operation of the above-described program. In this case, the user can press the "off" button in fig. 8 (a). When the control device 40 detects that the "off" button is pressed, the pop-up window of fig. 8 (a) is closed, and the display unit 6 displays the top screen.
The above is a series of remote operation procedures.
According to embodiment 1 described above, if the washing machine 1 satisfies a predetermined condition in a state where there is no communication, the communication with the server 2 is attempted to connect to the internet. Further, the server 2 of the washing machine 1 receives information (remote control information including program information) held by the server 2, and performs an operation indicating the received information. Thus, even if the washing machine 1 is not connected to the internet, a command for remote operation from the terminal device 3 is possible.
In the case of the comparative example, it is necessary to perform both the power on of the washing machine and the operation of the terminal device before the terminal device is carried to the washing machine. In contrast, in the case of the washing system 100, the user does not need to go to the place of the washing machine 1 and turn on the power of the washing machine 1 just to register information of remote operation. The user can use the terminal device 3 at any selected place to register information for remotely operating the washing machine 1 in the server 2. The washing machine 1 can receive a function concerning a washing operation instructed by a remote operation in a stage where a power supply is turned on later with respect to the remote operation performed in a state where the remote operation is not connected to the internet.
Thus, the washing machine 1 can perform the washing operation of the program specified by the program information from the terminal device 3, regardless of whether the power of the washing machine 1 is turned on when the program information is notified from the terminal device 3, in other words, regardless of whether the washing machine 1 is in a state in which communication via the internet is possible.
(example 2)
Next, another example of the remote operation received by the washing machine 1 of embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 9 to 11. In embodiment 1, a case of remote operation for specifying the type of the washing operation program is described, and in this embodiment, a case of remote operation for changing information attached to the program information of the washing operation program is described. More specifically, a case where the amounts of the lotion and the softener to be automatically added during the washing operation are changed will be described.
The operation of specifying information attached to program information will be described with reference to fig. 9.
Fig. 9 is a view for explaining an automatic input setting screen according to embodiment 2. The automatic input setting screen is displayed on the operation panel 5 of the washing machine 1.
The image shown in fig. 9 (a) is the same as the top screen described above. The image shown in fig. 9 (b) is an example of a display screen for setting the amount of the lotion or softener to be added. The image shown in fig. 9 (c) is an example of a display screen on which a user sets a reference amount of the lotion or softener that can be stored in the tanks 31 and 32 and used.
The remote operation information obtained from the washing machine 1 via the internet may include information on automatic input of the detergent/softener in addition to the program information. The information on automatic feeding of the lotion/softener is an example of information attached to the program information. For example, the information on the automatic feeding of the lotion/softener includes the presence or absence of the automatic feeding of the lotion or softener, a standard amount at the time of standard setting, and the like.
The washing machine 1 receives information on automatic feeding of the detergent/softener together with the program information. The timing at which the washing machine 1 receives information on automatic feeding of the detergent/softener may be when the washing machine 1 is in a state where communication via the internet is possible.
Among the icons arranged at the lower part of the top screen image shown in fig. 9 (a), the user selects the "automatic input setting" icon located 3 rd from the left when facing, and presses it. The washing machine 1 detects this operation, and causes the display unit 6 to display the image shown in fig. 9 (b). The washing machine 1 may receive an operation based on the display screen shown in fig. 9 (b) and set the amount of the detergent or softener to be added.
For example, in the middle section of the display screen shown in fig. 9 (b), buttons for setting the amount of the detergent are provided for each of the lotion and the softener, and each of the detergent and the softener is provided in 4 groups, and 1 group is arranged so as to be separated from each other. The 4 buttons within group 1 are "none" buttons, "less" buttons, "standard" buttons and "more" buttons. The button corresponding to the selected amount of the 4 buttons is displayed to be identifiable from the other buttons. Here, the frame of the button corresponding to the selected amount is indicated by a thick line. An explanatory sentence concerning the selected quantity is displayed on the lower side of the buttons of each group. "no automatic dosing of lotion. "is an example thereof.
The "no" button is a button that is operated when a user manually inputs a lotion or softener into the washing machine 1, or the like. If it is selected, the washing machine 1 does not perform the addition of the washing agent and the softener by the pump 30 (automatic addition mechanism). The "less" button, the "standard" button, and the "more" button are buttons that are operated when the amount of the lotion or softener to be put in is set. For example, in the case where the "standard" button is operated, the washing machine 1 sets the amount of the detergent or softener to a preset reference amount, or in the case where one of the "less" button and the "more" button is selected, changes the amount of the detergent or softener to the reference amount. For example, if the "less" button is selected, the washing machine 1 is put into an amount of 0.8 times relative to the reference amount when the "standard" button is selected. Further, if the "more" button is selected, the washing machine 1 inputs an amount 1.2 times the reference amount when the "standard" button is selected.
Further, an "off" button and a "decision" button are displayed at the lower stage of the display screen shown in fig. 9 (b). When the operation of the "decision" button is detected after the above-described operation of the specified amount is detected, the control device 40 updates the value of the reference amount to the amount specified by the above-described operation. On the other hand, when the "off" button is detected instead of the "decide" button, the value of the reference amount is maintained without updating. More specifically, the control device 40 may update the specified value of the input amount by writing information corresponding to the determined amount into the storage unit 420.
Further, a "reference amount setting" button is disposed at the lower side in the middle section in fig. 9 (b). When the control device 40 detects that the "reference amount setting" button is pressed, the display on the display unit 6 is shifted to the display screen of fig. 9 (c).
On the display screen of fig. 9 (c), a "Λ (inverted V-shape)" button and a "V (V-shape)" button for adjusting the reference amount of the lotion or softener to be charged, and the current reference amount value are displayed. If the "Λ (inverted V-shape)" button is operated, the liquid amount increases, and if the "V (V-shape)" button is operated, the liquid amount decreases.
The user appropriately operates the "Λ (inverted V-type)" button and the "V (V-type)" button shown in fig. 9 (c), and can specify a reference amount regarding the input amount of the lotion or softener in a range of, for example, 3 to 30ml (milliliter).
Further, an "off" button and a "decision" button are displayed at the lower stage of the display screen shown in fig. 9 (c). The "off" button and the "ok" button are the same as those shown in fig. 9 (b) described above.
Through the above steps, the user can specify information attached to the program information of the washing machine 1 using the operation panel 5 of the washing machine 1.
As a result of the setting of the automatic input setting shown on the display screen, the reference value of the input amount of the lotion was set to 20ml (milliliter) per 30l (liter) of water, and the reference value of the input amount of the softener was set to 20ml (milliliter) per 30l (liter) of water. However, by selecting "none" for each of the lotion and the softener as the automatic input setting, it is set that neither the lotion nor the softener is automatically input.
Referring to fig. 10, a description will be given of a lotion/softener setting screen of the terminal device 3. Fig. 10 is a diagram for explaining a lotion/softener setting screen displayed on the display unit of the terminal device 3 according to the embodiment. Fig. 10 a to 10 c show an example of a screen displayed on a display unit (not shown) of the terminal device 3 when the user changes the brand of the lotion or softener using the terminal device 3.
The user operates the terminal device 3 to activate a predetermined APL. In the terminal device 3, the control unit 390 generates a lotion/softener setting screen shown in fig. 10 (a) to 10 (c) by executing a predetermined APL, and causes the display unit of the terminal device 3 to display the screen.
Fig. 10 (a) is a screen displayed when a lotion brand or a softener brand is selected. On this screen, a "lotion information" button for setting a lotion brand as "lotion information", a "softener information" button for setting a softener brand as "softener information", a description of the above-described operation, and the like are displayed. According to the screen shown in fig. 10 (a), an "unset" is displayed in which neither the lotion brand nor the softener brand is set.
Here, if the user taps the "lotion information" button, a window displaying an image for washing a desired brand of lotion is opened (fig. 10 (b)). In this window, a part of a list of brands of lotions that are easily available to the user is displayed. The user scrolls the display in the window in the vertical direction by a proper amount to display the brand of the desired lotion at a predetermined position. Here, brands of "ATK", "ATK-NEO", etc. are displayed as part of a list. For example, the user selects "ATK" and presses the "set" button. The terminal device 3 detects this operation, and switches the display of "unset" displayed in the "lotion information" button to "ATK". As a result of the switching, the display of the screen of the terminal apparatus 3 is switched to fig. 10 (c).
At this time, the terminal device 3 transmits, for example, information on the reference amount corresponding to the brand name of the lotion to the server 2. The APL may be configured to include a lotion brand name, identification information capable of specifying a lotion brand, and the like, and transmit the same.
The server 2 transmits, for example, information on the reference amount corresponding to the brand of the lotion received from the terminal device 3 to the washing machine 1. After receiving this information, the washing machine 1 returns a response to the server.
The user can operate the terminal device 3 in the above-described procedure, and select the brand of lotion/softener to be used by the user. The terminal device 3 transmits the information to the washing machine 1 via the server 2, and can change the setting of the washing machine 1 by a remote operation performed from the terminal device 3.
If the control device 40 of the washing machine 1 acquires the above information, it uses the information of the automatic input setting to change from the result determined based on the operation from the operation panel 5 based on the acquired information. For example, when remote control information corresponding to the brand "ATK" of the lotion is notified as described above, the control device 40 changes the standard time reference amount of the lotion based on the specified value of the notified amount. In addition, when the terminal device 3 notifies the brand name of the lotion, identification information that can identify the brand of the lotion, or the like, the control device 40 may change the setting value of the standard time standard amount of the lotion based on the brand name of the lotion, the identification information that can identify the brand of the lotion, or the like.
Referring to fig. 11, a description will be given of a display of the operation panel 5 of the washing machine 1 when the lotion information is set from the terminal device 3. Fig. 11 is a view for explaining a display screen of the operation panel 5 of the washing machine 1 according to the embodiment.
If the washing machine 1 (control device 40) detects that the washing machine information is notified from the terminal device 3, for example, the image of fig. 11 is displayed on the operation panel 5. By this display, the user can recognize that there is a change in the lotion/softener setting information. After the lapse of a predetermined time, the control device 40 turns off the pop-up screen and switches to the top screen of fig. 4 (a).
The above description exemplifies the case of a lotion, but the same applies to the case of a softener.
The above-described case is a case where the information of the detergent/softener used in the washing operation is changed by a remote operation when the washing machine 1 is in a communicable state.
The setting of the detergent/softener is not necessarily limited to the period in which the power of the washing machine 1 is turned on (the period in which the power is connected to the internet), and may be performed during the period in which the power of the washing machine 1 is turned off (the period in which the power is not connected to the internet). Thus, even when the washing machine 1 is not in a communicable state, the server 2 is temporarily held by the same method as in the case of embodiment 1, and the washing machine 1 can acquire information held by the server 2 after the communicable state is established. In the case of the washing system 100, even if the setting of the detergent/softener is performed during the period when the power supply to the washing machine 1 is turned off, the setting can be used for controlling the washing machine 1.
For example, the APL of the terminal device 3 is configured to transmit an instruction for changing the information of the detergent/softener used in the washing operation in a remote operation step, regardless of whether the washing machine 1 is connected to the internet or not, and regardless of whether the power of the washing machine 1 is turned off or not. When the state is changed from the state where the terminal device is not connected to the internet to the connected state, the control device 40 receives information held by the server 2 as an instruction from the terminal device 3. The control device 40 changes the setting of the washing machine 1 based on the received information.
According to this configuration, it is possible to send an instruction concerning the setting of the lotion/softener information from the terminal device 3 at any time when the user notices the necessity of remote operation of the washing machine 1. Therefore, there is no longer a limitation in the time period during which the remote operation related to the setting described above can be performed, so that the frequency of forgetting to record the remote operation described above can be reduced.
(example 3)
When the washing machine 1 is in a state (off-line state) in which it is not connected to the internet, the following advantages arise when the time setting of the reserved operation is changed from the terminal device 3.
For example, a user a who is familiar with the washing machine 1 sets a desired operation program and an operation end time in advance when the washing machine 1 is in an off-line state. The timing may be the time of the user a during the work or the rest time of the user a.
Next, the user B in the place where the washing machine 1 is disposed (for example, the user a's own home) operates the switch 4 to turn on the power of the washing machine 1, and connects the washing machine 1 to the internet. As described above, the user a sets information of the reserved operation for the washing machine 1, and the information is held in the server 2.
As in the above-described embodiment, the washing machine 1 acquires information of reserved operation held by the server 2 from the server 2 in a stage of being connected to the internet. The control device 40 of the washing machine 1 starts the operation with the content of the reserved operation set by the user a based on the information of the reserved operation. In the above case, the user B may press only the "start" button, so that it is not necessary to memorize a detailed operation method, a minute washing setting, or an effective operation program inherent to the washing machine 1.
A slightly specific example will be described. Here, a double worker home with children is exemplified. When the mother (user a) is at work, the washing operation setting of the present day plan is transmitted to the server 2. Children (user B) return home from school, and put the laundry into the washing machine 1 in order to clean the dirty laundry used in the corporate activity. The child turns on the power to the washing machine 1, connecting the washing machine 1 to the internet. In response, the washing machine 1 receives the washing operation content set in advance by the mother from the server 2. The child presses the "start" button in the display image of fig. 8 (a) described above. The operation contents set by the mother include an operation program effective for the soiling of clothes of the child and setting information thereof, and information such that the operation is completed in a form matching with the operation completion time desired by the mother, for example, the time to return home.
(modification of embodiment 3)
According to embodiment 3, reservation of the end time of the washing operation can be made. The control device 40 of the washing machine 1 determines a start time by reversing from the reserved end time, and starts the washing operation at the start time to end the washing at the planned end time.
In addition, at the start time, if the "start" button in the display image of fig. 8 (a) is not pressed, the washing machine 1 does not start the washing operation. In such a case, there is a concern that washing does not end even at the end time of the coming reservation, or in the worst case, the washing does not end at the end time.
Therefore, when the "start" button is not pressed even after the start time calculated by the above-described inversion, the control device 40 transmits a notification indicating that the washing is not performed as reserved to the terminal device 3 via the server 2. The server 2 relays the notification and notifies the terminal device 3 of the relay. The terminal device 3 receives the notification by using the above-described APL additional function or the MAIL incoming function. In this case, the terminal device 3 may cause the display unit to display the notification arrival or display the content of the notification. In this case, the terminal device 3 may generate an incoming call sound or vibrate the main body of the terminal device 3. Thereby, the terminal device 3 can notify the user a of the condition of the washing machine 1. The user a can prompt the operation of the washing machine 1 to be rapidly performed and start washing based on the notified information.
As described above, even in a state in which the washing machine 1 is not connected to the internet, information on the scheduled operation time of washing can be instructed from the terminal device 3. Therefore, the user B who is not familiar with the washing operation can start the effective washing operation without performing a troublesome operation by merely disposing the laundry in the washing machine 1 and then turning on the power of the washing machine 1. Further, since the timing of performing the effective washing operation matches the operation end timing desired by the mother, for example, the timing of returning to home by the mother can be matched to end the washing of the washing machine 1.
According to at least one embodiment described above, the washing machine 1 of the washing system 100 is configured to be connectable to the network NW. The server 2 connected to the network NW is configured to transfer information from the terminal device 3 and to hold information transmitted from the terminal device 3 when no response of the washing machine 1 to the transfer is detected. The washing machine 1 is preset to start communication when a predetermined condition is satisfied, and thus, if the predetermined condition is satisfied in a state where the washing machine 1 is not communicating, communication with the server 2 is attempted, and connection to the network NW is made. If the information held by the server 2 is transmitted from the server 2, the washing machine 1 connected to the network NW receives the information transmitted from the server 2 and performs an operation indicating that the information has been received. As a result, it is possible to provide a washing system that can use information transmitted from the server 2 or the terminal device 3 (external device) during a period in which the washing machine 1 is not connected to the network NW in control of the washing machine 1.
Several embodiments of the present invention have been described, but these embodiments are presented by way of example and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalents thereof.
The display screen shown in the embodiment shows an example, and the design of each display screen can be changed as appropriate. In addition, the display screen may be omitted. The control device 40 may be configured to be able to select whether or not to display each of the plurality of display screens, and to change the display method to a display method suitable for the use method of the user.
The washing machine 1 is configured to "start communication when a predetermined condition is satisfied", but may retry the communication request after waiting for a predetermined period from the above-described communication request when the server 2 does not respond to the communication request corresponding thereto. The predetermined period and the number of retries can be appropriately set.
The server 2 may be a so-called cloud server, or may be a computer provided in a part of an electric product which is always in an energized state and connected to a network. Examples of such electrical products include refrigerators, home gateways, and personal computers.
