Background
The leather is animal skin which is obtained by physical and chemical processing such as unhairing, tanning and the like and is denatured and non-perishable. The leather is formed by tightly weaving natural protein fibers in a three-dimensional space, a special grain surface layer is arranged on the surface of the leather, the leather has natural grains and luster, the hand feeling is comfortable, in the process of human evolution, juice or mineral oil of some plants has certain tanning property on the leather, and the raw leather has air permeability and corrosion resistance by being soaked in the juice, so that the plate has physical and chemical properties of softness, tear resistance, bending resistance and the like.
In order to solve the above problems, a wet leather finishing device is proposed which solves the problem of poor leather position because the conventional leather finishing device has dead corners in the fixing manner and is not favorable for the cutting of the leather, because the leather needs to be cut due to the difference in thickness between different parts of the body of the robot during the manufacturing and finishing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the leather in the prior art has different thicknesses due to position difference, and provides a leather wet finishing device for improving the position difference problem of the leather.

a leather wet finishing device for improving the problem of leather position difference comprises a horizontally arranged bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is in a round-angle rectangular shape, the edge of the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a semi-round-angle rectangular-shaped sealing plate, one end of the sealing plate is vertically provided with a door plate, the door plate is in a semicircular shape, the door plate is matched with the sealing plate, the shape of the door plate is the same as that of the outer ring of the bottom plate when the door plate and the sealing plate are closed, the door plate is rotatably connected with the sealing plate through a plurality of hinges, a plurality of support columns are vertically arranged below the bottom plate and are all fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the bottom plate, an exhaust fan is horizontally arranged below the bottom plate and is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the bottom plate through two vertically arranged fixed plates, a plurality of first guide pipes are fixedly connected with the upper surface of the exhaust fan, and one end, far away from the exhaust fan, of the first guide pipes, is fixedly connected with a horn-shaped sucking disc, the sucking discs penetrate through and are fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the sucking discs are arranged horizontally, the upper surfaces of the sucking discs are flush with the upper surface of the bottom plate, the sucking discs are distributed in a circular shape, a top plate is horizontally arranged above the bottom plate and is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate through a plurality of vertically arranged fixing columns, the lower surface of the top plate is fixedly connected with a vertically arranged first air cylinder, the bottom end of the first air cylinder is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged first connecting plate, the bottom surface of the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with a vertically arranged baffle plate, the baffle plate is positioned at one end far away from the sucking discs, one side of the baffle plate, which faces the sucking discs, is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged second air cylinder, one end of the second air cylinder, which faces the sucking discs, is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged second connecting plate, and the lower surface of the second connecting plate is connected with a cutting mechanism, the upper surface of the second connecting plate is fixedly connected with two vertically-arranged sliding plates, the two sliding plates are both in sliding connection with the bottom surface of the first connecting plate, and the two sliding plates are parallel and level to the two sides of the first connecting plate respectively.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, putting leather into water and a zwitterionic polymer, rotating and soaking for 30-60 minutes, adjusting the pH value by sodium formate, controlling the pH value to be 4.0-4.2, soaking and squeezing for dehydration, then taking down a screw 36, opening a door plate 3, unfolding the leather and placing the leather above a plurality of suckers 9, controlling to start an exhaust fan 6, driving the suckers 9 to work by the exhaust fan 6, sucking and fixing the leather on the upper surface of a bottom plate 1, then closing the door plate 3, fixedly locking the door plate by the screw 36, then controlling to start a first cylinder 12, indirectly driving a cutting disc 20 to move downwards by the extension of the first cylinder 12, controlling the cutting disc 20 to move to a target height, then controlling to start a cutting motor 19 and a second cylinder 15, driving the cutting disc 20 to rotate by the cutting motor 19, driving a second connecting plate 16 to move rightwards by the extension of the second cylinder 15, driving the rotating cutting disc 20 to move rightwards by a sister, the cutting disc 20 moves rightwards to cut the leather, the thickness is reduced, the thickness of the leather becomes uniform, the cutting motor 19 is turned off after the cutting is finished, the first air cylinder 12 and the second air cylinder 15 are controlled to reset, then the third air cylinder 24 is controlled to start, the third air cylinder 24 extends to indirectly drive the grinding roller 28 to move downwards, the grinding roller 28 is in contact with the leather in an abutting mode, then the grinding motor 26 is controlled to start, the grinding motor 26 drives the grinding roller 28 to rotate to grind the upper surface of the leather, the grinding motor 26 is controlled to turn off after the grinding is finished, the third air cylinder 24 is controlled to reset, at the moment, the air blower 38 is controlled to start, the air blower 38 drives the air outlet 39 to blow out air, scraps on the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 to be near the suction disc 9, the scraps enter the collection groove body 30 through the suction disc 9 and then enter the collection box 32, at the moment, the air blower 38 and the exhaust fan 6 are turned off, the screw 36 is taken down to open the door panel 3, and taking out the processed leather.
