Description

Spraying type double-component polyurethane floor coating and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a spraying type double-component polyurethane floor coating and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of floor coatings.
Background
The polyurethane terrace has the advantages of impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, convenient construction and the like, and is suitable for workshops, parking lots, playgrounds and the like of various industrial and mining enterprises. With the increasing exhaustion of fossil resources and the increasing enhancement of environmental awareness of people, social demands have raised new requirements for the coating industry, namely the development of novel coatings which are environment-friendly, high-performance, aqueous, solvent-free, high-solid, powder and radiation-curable. The castor oil contains active group-hydroxyl which can participate in polyurethane reaction, so that the castor oil can partially replace polyether polyol or polyester polyol to prepare polyurethane adhesives, coatings and the like.
In order to save resources, waste recycling is increasingly gaining attention. With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, the using amount of automobile paint is increased year by year, and the generated paint waste residue is not ignored. In the paint spraying process, at least 40-60% of over-sprayed paint mist is scattered in the manual spraying process, over-sprayed paint mist of more than 10% can be generated in the electrostatic spraying process, and the over-sprayed paint mist is condensed and sinks to form paint waste residues. Paint slag is one of HW12 type hazardous wastes. The paint slag is recycled, which is beneficial to the nation and the people.
The consumption of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles in China is very high, the waste PET bottles cannot be spontaneously degraded and are not discarded, and serious environmental pollution and resource waste are caused, so that the recovery and reutilization of PET packages such as the waste PET bottles have important practical significance. The waste PET bottles are recycled by a physical method and a chemical method. The chemical recovery method is to depolymerize waste PET bottles under certain reaction conditions to produce useful chemicals.
Compared with the foreign development, the market of polyurethane terrace materials in China starts late, and high-performance solvent-free and water-based terrace coatings mainly depend on import. Caters to the domestic market, and has important significance in developing the polyurethane terrace coating with low cost and high performance.
