step two: the winding film enters the side shifting box (17) through an inlet and an outlet at one side, the winding film passes through the space between four limiting plates (23) and enters the winding box (27) from an inlet and an outlet at the other side, a winding motor (33) is started, an output shaft of the winding motor (33) drives a rotating pin (321) to rotate, the rotating pin (321) drives a winding drum (34) to rotate, the winding drum (34) winds the winding film, when the winding film is required to be cut, a lifting cylinder (22) is started, the two limiting plates (23) move oppositely, the two limiting plates (23) are respectively contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the winding film, a side shifting motor (18) is started, an output shaft of the side shifting motor (18) drives a second lead screw (14) to rotate, the second lead screw (14) drives a side shifting frame (15) to move horizontally, the side shifting frame (15) drives the side shifting box (17) to move in the same direction as the winding direction of, the cutting oil cylinder (16) is started, a piston rod of the cutting oil cylinder (16) pushes a cutting blade (19), the cutting blade (19) cuts the wound film, a piston rod of a lifting cylinder (22) contracts after cutting, a limiting plate (23) cancels contact with the wound film, an output shaft of a lateral movement motor (18) rotates in the reverse direction, and a lateral movement box (17) moves in the reverse direction to the initial position;
step three: the winding drum (34) is wound completely, an output shaft of a rotating motor (28) drives a peripheral drum (29) to rotate, the peripheral drum (29) drives the winding drum (34) to rotate through a moving frame (32), the non-wound winding drum (34) moves to one side close to a side shifting box (17), the wound film is wound by repeated previous operations, two adjusting cylinders (31) are started, piston rods of the adjusting cylinders (31) push the moving frame (32), then a rotating pin (321) moves out of the winding drum (34), the wound winding drum (34) can be taken out from a roll taking-out port, when the winding drum (34) needs to be mounted, a mounting cylinder (36) is started, a piston rod of the mounting cylinder (36) pushes a lifting plate (37) to descend, then the two mounting belts drive the winding drum (34) to descend, the winding drum (34) at the bottom between the two mounting belts descends to the two moving frames (32), the piston rod of the adjusting cylinder (31) contracts, and then the two rotating pins (321) are inserted into two sides of the two winding drums (34), so that the installation of the winding drums (34) is completed.
