The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the waste storage truck box is used, waste sundries are fed in through the waste inlet 5, every two groups of rotating motor shafts 14 which rotate inwards drive the annular blade 15 to rotate and cut, the waste sundries fall into the storage truck box 4 after being cut into pieces, when waste fragments below the waste inlet 5 are accumulated too much, the push plate hydraulic cylinder 11 is started to push the push plate 13 towards the direction of the truck box tail door 7 through the push plate hydraulic rod 12, the waste fragments are pushed towards the direction of the truck box tail door 7 to be pushed and simultaneously can be compacted, the storage and transportation efficiency is effectively improved, when the waste in the storage truck box 4 needs to be discharged, the truck box hydraulic cylinder 16 is started to push one end of the storage truck box 4 to ascend through the push plate hydraulic rod 17, the storage truck box 4 rotates around the truck box rotating shaft 19 which is connected in a rotating mode, one end of the truck box tail door 7 inclines downwards, at the moment, the truck box hydraulic cylinder, the carriage tail gate 7 rotates around the tail gate shaft 6 connected in a rotating mode, the inside of the storage carriage 4 is exposed, the waste in the storage carriage 4 is stored in an inclined mode through the carriage tail gate 4 and is discharged from one end of the carriage tail gate 7, if the waste is blocked and cannot be discharged, the push plate hydraulic cylinder 11 is started to push the push plate 13 towards the direction of the carriage tail gate 7 through the push plate hydraulic rod 12, and the waste fragments are pushed towards the direction of the carriage tail gate 7 to be discharged.
