firstly, mounting a pattern plate 30 on a screen printing adjustable frame, enabling a first positioning pin 15 to be inserted into a first hole position 31, enabling a second positioning pin 16 to be inserted into a long hole 32, tightly pressing the pattern plate 30 on the positions of a first frame 11 and a third frame 13 through pressure plates 40 corresponding to the first frame 11 and the third frame 13, further driving one edges of the first frame 11 and the pattern plate 30 to move by screwing adjusting screws, and further tensioning the pattern plate 30 in the length direction of a second frame 12;
further, the tensioning bar 60 and the pattern plate 30 on the position of the fourth frame 14 are pressed tightly by the tensioning bar 60 and the pressing plate 40 corresponding to the fourth frame 14, and then each second adjusting screw is screwed, so that the tensioning bar 60 compresses the elastic piece 72 and leans against the second frame 12, meanwhile, the pattern plate 30 is tensioned along the length direction of the first frame 11, and finally, the tensioning bar 60 and the accommodating groove 122 are locked tightly by the locking screw 74; the first and second regulating members 20 and 71 can be regulated again even if the pattern plate 30 is deformed, thereby re-tensioning the pattern plate 30.
Example six:
referring to fig. 6 to 16, a sixth embodiment differs from the fifth embodiment in that the top surfaces of the tightening strip 60 and the fourth frame 14 are not provided with the second positioning pin 16; the pattern plate 30 is not provided with a long hole 32 corresponding to the second positioning pin 16;
specifically, the pattern plate 30 is attached with a rubberized fabric layer corresponding to the edges of the second frame 12 and the fourth frame 14.
The working process of the embodiment:
firstly, mounting a pattern board 30 on a screen printing adjustable frame, enabling a first positioning pin 15 to be inserted into a first hole position 31, tightly pressing the pattern board 30 on the positions of a first frame 11 and a third frame 13 through a pressing plate 40 corresponding to the first frame 11 and the third frame 13, and further attaching a rubberized fabric layer on the edges of the pattern board 30 corresponding to a second frame 12 and a fourth frame 14, so that certain tension is formed in the non-tensioning direction of the pattern board 30; then, the first adjusting screw is screwed to drive one edge of the first frame 11 and one edge of the pattern plate 30 to move, and the pattern plate 30 is tensioned in the length direction of the second frame 12;
further, the tensioning bar 60 and the pattern plate 30 on the position of the fourth frame 14 are pressed tightly by the tensioning bar 60 and the pressing plate 40 corresponding to the fourth frame 14, each second adjusting screw is screwed, so that the tensioning bar 60 compresses the elastic piece 72 and leans against the second frame 12, meanwhile, the pattern plate 30 is tensioned along the length direction of the first frame 11, and finally, the tensioning bar 60 and the accommodating groove 122 are locked tightly by the locking screw 74; the first and second regulating members 20 and 71 can be regulated again even if the pattern plate 30 is deformed, thereby re-tensioning the pattern plate 30.
Compared with the prior art, the silk-screen adjustable frame and the press plate are used for compressing the pattern plate together, the first edge frame and one edge of the pattern plate are driven to move through the first adjusting piece, so that the pattern plate can be tensioned, and the first adjusting piece can be adjusted again even if the pattern plate is deformed, so that the pattern plate is tensioned again;
the pattern plate is detachably connected with the screen printing adjustable frame, the screen printing adjustable frame can be reused, the pattern plate is convenient to replace, the production cost is reduced, and the pattern plate only needs to be stored when being stored, the thickness of one pattern plate is only 0.2-0.5mm, so that the great space is saved compared with the storage of the whole screen frame (generally 36mm in thickness), and the storage space of the screen frame is reduced; the pattern plate does not need to be tensioned when being stored, and the adjustable screen frame can be used for being remounted and tensioned when being used, so that the storage space and the storage cost of the screen frame can be reduced compared with the requirement of the traditional screen frame on the storage environment;
the pattern plate is manufactured by using a developing etching process, and the manufacturing time is short.

the first frame can move relative to the second frame and the fourth frame by arranging the guide columns; the guide post is fixed on the second frame or the fourth frame through the fixing screws, the structure is simple, the guide post is easy to realize, and the operation and the adjustment are convenient.
The first adjusting piece is a first adjusting screw; and the two ends of the first frame are provided with first threaded holes, the first adjusting screws are in threaded connection with the first threaded holes, and the tail parts of the first adjusting screws tightly support the second frame or the fourth frame.
The second adjusting piece drives the tensioning strip and the other edge of the pattern plate to move, the first adjusting piece is combined to adjust the first frame, the pattern plate can be tensioned on two sides, the first adjusting piece and the second adjusting piece can be adjusted again even if the pattern plate is deformed, and then the pattern plate is tensioned again.

the gasket is arranged, so that the tensioning strip and the second frame are pre-tightened under the action of the spring, the second adjusting screw is convenient to adjust, and the gasket can be preferably a nylon gasket; the elastic piece can adopt a rubber O-shaped ring, is sleeved on the second adjusting screw, is convenient to mount and dismount, and is reasonable in design.
When the pattern plate is tensioned and adjusted on one side, the edge of the pattern plate can be positioned by arranging the first positioning pin and the second positioning pin; firstly, mounting the pattern plate on a locating pin, further pressing two sides of the pattern plate in the vertical tensioning direction by using a pressing plate for fixing the first frame and the third frame by using screws, and further adjusting the first adjusting screw to tension the pattern plate; when the first adjusting screw is adjusted to tension the pattern plate, the pattern plate can deform or displace, and the long hole of the pattern plate can reserve an adjusting space in the tensioning direction for the pattern plate. When the pattern plate is tensioned and adjusted on two sides, the edge of the pattern plate can be positioned by arranging the first positioning pin and the second positioning pin; firstly, mounting the pattern plate on a locating pin, further pressing two sides of the pattern plate in the vertical tensioning direction by using a pressing plate for fixing the first frame and the third frame by using screws, and further adjusting the first adjusting screw to tension the pattern plate; and then the pressing plates of the second frame and the fourth frame are fixed by screws, and the edges of the pattern plate parallel to the tensioning direction are pressed tightly. When the first adjusting screw is adjusted to tension the pattern plate, the pattern plate can deform or displace, and the long hole can reserve an adjusting space in the tensioning direction for the pattern plate; the second adjustment screw is then adjusted to tension the second adjustment direction.
The big hole is larger than the small hole, so that the first positioning pin can be conveniently sleeved in the pattern plate from the big hole, and then the first positioning pin moves to the small hole after the pattern plate is tensioned.
