When a chassis of an automobile needs to be maintained in a room, firstly, a jack is used for jacking the automobile, and then a maintenance worker lies on a bottom plate and enters the bottom of the automobile through universal wheels; the supporting rod is lifted upwards by opening the air cylinder through the control panel, the supporting rod is propped against a chassis of an automobile and pressure is kept, the output size of the air cylinder is controlled according to data of the pressure sensor, and the supporting rod is prevented from being broken due to sudden stress increase after the jack fails; and after the maintenance is finished, the supporting rod is slowly lowered, and the automobile chassis is withdrawn.
Example 2
In order to further improve the convenience of the maintenance of the automobile chassis, the turntable maintenance personnel are arranged to flexibly adjust the angle, so that the convenience of the maintenance is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, preferably, the connecting sleeves 3 corresponding to four corners of the flat car 1 are provided with circular arcs 41 matched with the connecting sleeves 3, the connecting sleeves 3 are embedded into the circular arcs 41 and are welded and fixed with the flat car 1, a circular groove 42 is formed in the middle of the top surface of the flat car 1, a circular worktable 43 is arranged inside the circular groove 42 and is flush with the top surface of the flat car 1, annular grooves 44 are correspondingly formed in the lower surface of the circular worktable 43 and the upper surface of the circular groove 42 respectively, a plurality of balls 45 are arranged on the annular grooves 44, and the circular worktable 43 is rotatably connected with the flat car 1 through the balls 45.
Preferably, a motor 51 is arranged below the flat car 1, an output shaft of the motor 51 vertically penetrates through the flat car 1 and is fixedly connected with the center of the circular workbench 43, and the motor 51 is fixed on the flat car 1 through a fastening piece.
When maintenance personnel need angle adjustment, the control motor drives the circular workbench to rotate to a proper dispatching position.
