Description

Wall surface pasting piece and dismounting device thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wall surface pasting piece and a dismounting device thereof, in particular to a dismounting device which can completely dismount a pasting piece from a wall surface and a wall surface pasting piece which can be matched with the dismounting device.
Background
After finishing decoration, a general residential or office environment usually needs to be additionally provided with a fixing device when a new storage product or a new part is needed. The fixing device is usually fixed by iron nails, or expansion screws (geckos) are drilled on the wall surface, and then the fixing device is locked on the expansion screws by the screws. This mounting method can mount the storage product strongly and stably, but is difficult to construct and leaves an irrecoverable damage mark at the mounting position.
Some manufacturers have developed adhesive type fixing devices to solve the problems of difficulty and damage in construction, and the fixing devices are adhered to the wall surface to be installed by using an adhesive, so that the storage products or other accessories can be installed. When the installation position is to be changed or the product or the accessory is not used any more, the adhesive fixing device is only needed to be removed from the original position, and no hole or defect is left on the wall surface.
Adhesive fastening devices in order to provide a secure fastening capability, the adhesive used must have sufficient adhesive force. However, glues with strong adhesion forces often damage the fastening device when removing the adhesive fastening device, and also cause adhesive residue on the surface to which they are applied, which is difficult to remove.
Various sticking type hooks, containers, plates or racks sold in the market at present are fixed on the wall surface, wherein the back of the articles is connected with a sticky sheet (such as various foam stickers and various pressure-sensitive sticky sheets) and stuck on the wall surface; when the adhesive tape is taken down, the product can be damaged, meanwhile, the adhesive tape can be broken, and the adhesive can be remained on the wall surface and is difficult to remove. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention developed make internal disorder or usurp an adhesive hanging member opening device and applied for patent (No. CN 207297604U), which has not been perfected after use, because an adhesive fixing device needs to be able to be adhered to various walls for use, the materials of the walls and the surface conditions thereof are very different; some of the adhesive tapes can be not tightly adhered to different wall surfaces, but some of the adhesive tapes can be firmly adhered, some of the adhesive tapes are easy to detach, and some of the adhesive tapes are not easy to detach.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the inventor of the present invention further found out the following findings, conclusions and ideas of the invention by experimental research make internal disorder or usurp, wherein 1. the adhesive has a molecular structure with a strength much greater than the adhesive force with any wall surface, so as to ensure that the adhesive will not break or break when detached (the broken adhesive will remain on the wall as residual adhesive and is not easy to be removed), and can be reused repeatedly. Some removable adhesive, strong traceless double-sided adhesive, acrylic adhesive (also called acrylic base material or acrylic foam) and the like available in the adhesive market can be adopted. 2. The adhesive can be more efficiently pulled away from the wall surface by applying continuous and stable pulling force, so that the spring is arranged; the spring is applied with force, potential energy is stored in the spring, then the spring continuously applies force for lifting the wall-surface pasting piece, and after a period of time, the pasting glue for pasting the pasting piece on the wall surface is pulled down from the wall surface under continuous but not necessarily large pulling force. 3. The complexity and the size of the structure of the detaching device are increased, the wall-adhered pieces and the detaching device are separated from each other on the product, and the wall-adhered pieces and the detaching device are fixedly connected when the wall-adhered pieces and the detaching device are to be detached, so that the product is convenient to manufacture, purchase and use. 4. When the adhesive sheet of the adhesive piece is completely and comprehensively adhered to the wall surface, the external force for pulling the adhesive sheet away from the wall surface can be easily dispersed to a large adhering area, so that the adhesive is not easy to pull away from the wall surface, and the wall surface adhesive piece can be stably remained on a wall, but after a part of the adhesive sheet begins to be pulled away from the wall surface, the rest of the adhesive sheet adhered to the wall surface can be quickly pulled away from the wall surface; in order to start the whole piece of adhesive with the adhesive pulled away from the wall surface in advance so as to start the process of separating the adhesive from the wall surface as soon as possible, when the adhesive is fully adhered to the wall surface, an additional pulling force needs to be provided for the adhesive, so that a starting spring is arranged in the structure of the invention; the spring is a spring with larger elasticity, and can additionally provide larger force when the adhesive begins to leave the wall surface; in addition, the structure is provided, which can directly apply force to the wall surface by twisting the screw piece, and the adhesive piece is slightly lifted by directly applying force to force the adhesive to start to be partially separated from the wall surface. 5. In order to make the whole piece of viscose easily start to separate from the wall surface, the force application is concentrated in a small local area, so that the viscose in the local area is pulled away from the wall surface with stronger tensile strength and is separated from the wall surface firstly, and the better choice is to apply force to the edge or the corner of the viscose; because the force application part of the dismounting device to the wall surface pasting piece provided with the viscose is arranged on the connecting part B, the connecting part B is arranged at the edge or the corner of the wall surface pasting piece, the viscose can be lifted from the edge or the corner, and then the rest viscose still pasted on the wall surface is quickly pulled away from the wall surface. 6. After a part of the adhesive begins to be pulled away from the wall surface, the rest of the adhesive which is close to the pulled away part and is still adhered to the wall surface can be quickly pulled away from the wall surface; in order to generate the adhesive pulled away from the wall surface in advance so as to start entering the process of separating the adhesive from the wall surface as soon as possible, a local adhesive-free area is arranged at the connecting part B or the position where the adhesive is pulled away from the wall surface at the earliest, and when the wall surface adhesive part is stressed to start to separate from the wall surface, the adhesive close to the adhesive-free area can leave the wall surface under a concentrated force; furthermore, the surface of the wall surface pasting piece for pasting the viscose is provided with a depressed area, so that the viscose pasting wall surface positioned in the depressed area is not firm, the wall surface pasting piece is convenient to detach, and the depressed area is arranged at the position of the wall surface where the viscose can be detached earlier and is led away from the wall surface when the wall surface pasting piece is detached. 7. For an adhesive member that is firmly adhered to a wall surface, the adhesive member can be pulled off the wall surface after a certain period of time as long as the spring provides a proper small and continuous pulling force; thus, the wall-engaging element and the device for removing it can be designed with less structural strength, which is advantageous.

The force for detaching the wall-surface-adhesive-device 1 from the wall surface is provided by the pushing-against-part 5, the pushing-against-part 5 is extended toward the wall surface, and the wall-surface-adhesive-device 1 is lifted to pull the adhesive 12 from the wall surface. Fig. 6 shows that the connecting part A3 is not used yet, the structure is in a relaxed state, the movable threaded member 22 rotates reversely relative to the fixed threaded member 21, (the movable threaded member 22 is engaged with the threads of the fixed threaded member 21, the movable threaded member 22 can extend downward to the wall W when rotating forward, and can move upward when rotating reversely) has already retreated to the most retreated (i.e. upper) position, the spring 41 and the starting spring 42 are in a relaxed state not pushing the pushing part 5, the pushing part 5 does not extend downward, and at this time, if the connecting part A3 is connected with the connecting part B11, the connecting operation can be facilitated without being hindered.
When the device is used, because the resistance is small, the finger wheel 223 can be twisted forward by a finger, so that the movable male screw member 22 can rotate forward rapidly, and then the movable male screw member 22 can move downward rapidly, as shown in the state of fig. 7, the upper end of the spring 41 is pushed downward by the bottom 2211 of the concave hole of the male screw member, the lower end of the spring 41 applies force to the pushing part 5 downward to push the wall W, the adhesive 12 fixed on the bottom 13 of the adhesive member sticks the adhesive member 1 to the wall (see fig. 2), and the fixed screw member 21 is connected with the wall sticking member 1 to prevent the pushing part 5 from extending downward, so that the spring 41 is compressed, and the elastic force of the spring is stored in the spring 41; after the spring 41 continues to be compressed, the force with which it pushes against the wall W also continues to increase, i.e. the force with which the glue 12 is pulled away from the wall continues to increase.
When the movable male screw 22 continues to rotate in the forward direction to move downward, the spring 41 is further compressed, the rebound force is gradually increased, so that a large force is required to rotate the movable male screw 22, and if the finger wheel 223 is still pinched by fingers and is gradually difficult to rotate, the hand wheel 222 should be held by hand to rotate, so that a large force can be applied to continue to rotate in the forward direction smoothly, and the movable male screw 22 continues to compress the spring 41 downward.
The compression force applied to the spring 41 presses the pushing and supporting part 5, which is equal to the pushing force of the pushing and supporting part 5 towards the wall surface W (the same applies when the starting spring 42 and the auxiliary pushing and supporting part 51 are not yet added to push and supporting part 5); if the wall surface adhesive part 1 is not tightly adhered to the wall surface W due to various reasons such as wall surface material, surface condition, or poor operation, (please refer to fig. 2) in the process of pushing the pushing part 5 to the wall surface, if the pushing force applied to the pushing part 5 can overcome the adhering force of the adhesive 12 adhering the adhesive part 1 to the wall surface, the pushing part 5 can extend to the wall surface W through the through hole 321 to lift the wall surface adhesive part 1, and at this time, the hand wheel 222 can be continuously rotated forward smoothly until the male screw part 22 and the pushing part 5 extend to the wall surface completely to lift the wall surface adhesive part 1 completely (please refer to fig. 11). If the wall attachment 1 is sufficiently firmly adhered, and the pushing part 5 does not have enough force to extend to the wall through the through hole 321 to lift the wall attachment, the movable male screw 22 continues to move downward to the position shown in fig. 8, at which time the movable male screw 22 starts to contact and compress the actuating spring 42, and the actuating spring 42 is a spring with larger elasticity, and can additionally and greatly increase the force pushing and pressing the pushing part 5 after being compressed. As mentioned above, pulling a single piece of adhesive off a wall surface is particularly difficult to begin with, requiring extra force, and after a portion of the adhesive begins to be pulled off the wall surface, the remaining adhesive adhered to the wall surface will be quickly pulled off the wall surface, and the activation spring 42 is configured to provide extra force to advance the adhesive away from the wall surface as soon as possible.
If the adhesive 12 is firmly adhered to the wall surface, after the starting spring 42 is compressed, the elastic force of the spring 41 plus the elastic force of the pushing part 5 still is not enough to extend from the through hole 321, and the wall surface adhesive component 1 starts to be lifted immediately, at this time, the movable threaded component 22 continues to be rotated in the forward direction, so that the movable threaded component continues to move downward to reach the position shown in fig. 9, at this time, both the spring 41 and the starting spring 42 are compressed to the limit of stroke, and the lower end of the movable male threaded component 22 starts to contact and push the auxiliary pushing part 51 downward, because the auxiliary pushing part 51 is a hard object pushing against the pushing part 5, the auxiliary pushing part 51 is equal to the direct pushing part 5; when the movable threaded member 22 moves downward again, the abutting portion 5 is inevitably pushed downward to protrude out of the wall surface through the through hole 321, and the wall surface adhesive member 1 is forcibly lifted, at this time, the resistance to rotating the movable threaded member 22 may be large, and if the movable threaded member is not easily rotated by hand, an appropriate external plug 2241 similar to that depicted in the upper end of fig. 1 can be found to be inserted into the plug hole 224, so as to apply a larger force to rotate the movable threaded member 22.
When the movable screw 22 continues to move downwards, the pushing part 5 is forced to extend towards the wall surface W as shown in fig. 10, the fixed screw 21 and the connecting part A3 are jacked up, and the wall surface adhesive starts to be forced to lift up due to the connection between the connecting part A3 and the connecting part B11 of the adhesive, so that the adhesive 12 goes into the process of separating from the wall surface.
When a part of the adhesive 12 begins to separate from the wall surface, the area of the adhesive separated from the wall surface is easily expanded, and then the adhesive can be rapidly and completely separated from the wall surface.
When the movable threaded part 22 extends out completely towards the wall surface, the movable threaded part 22 rotates to the bottom in the forward direction and does not rotate any more, at the moment, the wall surface adhesive part 1 is also forced to be lifted by the pushing part 5, namely, the process that the adhesive glue 12 is separated from the wall surface is entered, then the spring 42 is started to release the strong elastic force, and the early process of lifting the wall surface adhesive part 1 is accelerated along with the elastic force of the spring 41; the extension of the actuating spring 42 causes the pushing part 5 to further extend towards the wall surface, and after the actuating spring 42 is fully sprung, the wall surface adhesive member 1 is further lifted from the wall surface, and the adhesive 12 is partially separated from the wall surface, at which time the remaining adhesive adhered to the wall surface is easily pulled away from the wall surface.
At this time, the unfinished portion of the stroke of the wall surface adhesive member 1 leaving the wall surface is still longer, but only the spring 41 with smaller elasticity and longer stroke is needed to provide continuous and stable force when it is bounced from the compressed state, so that the pushing part 5 is extended to the wall surface at a stable speed, the wall surface adhesive member 1 is gradually lifted from the wall surface, and the viscose glue 12 stuck on the wall surface is continuously pulled away from the wall surface in the process, so that the stroke of completely lifting the wall surface adhesive member 1 from the wall surface can be smoothly completed, and the state shown in fig. 11 is obtained.
The above-mentioned starting spring 42 and auxiliary pushing part 51, can be implemented according to the demand of the product while implementing, can be set up alternatively, namely only set up the starting spring 42 and does not set up the auxiliary pushing part 51 in this dismounting device, or only set up the auxiliary pushing part 51 and does not set up the starting spring 42; the detaching device can also be provided with the starting spring 42 and the auxiliary pushing part 51 at the same time, or both of them can be arranged.
The invention mainly aims to pull the adhesive which adheres the adhesive piece on the wall surface away from the wall surface; since the adhesive is initially difficult to pull off from the wall, although springs, actuating springs and auxiliary abutments have been provided in the dismounting device as described above, it is still difficult to pull off the adhesive, which is firmly adhered to the wall, from the wall, the invention further provides several auxiliary measures and configurations to make it easier to pull the adhesive off the wall, which can be implemented partly or fully.
(refer to fig. 2, 3 and 11) to pull away the adhesive 12 adhered to the wall surface, the strength should be reduced by avoiding the spread of the applied force in a large area, and the applied force should be applied in a small area; in the case of the wall surface adhesive member 1, applying force to the adhesive located at the edge or corner of the surface thereof has the effect of concentrating the force on the edge or corner; the force is provided by the detaching device and is transmitted to the adhesive 12 through the connecting part B11 on the sticker 1, so that the connecting part B11 is provided at the edge or corner of the wall sticker 1 (the connecting part B11 shown in fig. 3 is provided at the middle of the left side of the sticker 1, but may also be provided at the upper left corner or lower left corner of the sticker 1), and the edge or corner can be intensively forced to lift from the position when the wall sticker 1 starts to lift.
(refer to fig. 2 and 3), a local adhesive-free area 121 is arranged on the surface of the adhesive 12 and at the position of the neck 1111 of the connecting part B11, no adhesive is adhered to the wall surface W of the wall surface at the position of the adhesive-free area, the adhesive-free area 121 can be an adhesive sheet as shown in the figure, the adhesive sheet lacks the adhesive at the position, or a covering film can be adhered to the surface of the adhesive-free area, so that the adhesive is isolated from the wall surface and the adhesive-free wall surface can be adhered to the wall surface; the force applied to the adhesive 12 by the detaching device of the present application is transmitted to the adhesive at the neck 1111 of the connecting portion B11 through the adhesive attachment 1, when the adhesive attachment 1 is forced to leave the wall surface with the adhesive 12, since the bottom surface 13 of the adhesive attachment 1 directly located at the neck 1111 is the adhesive-free area 121 of the adhesive, the force to pull the adhesive off the wall surface is directed to the adhesive near the periphery of the adhesive-free area 121, especially the adhesive adhered to the wall surface at the edge of the adhesive-free area, and the force to pull the adhesive off the wall surface is concentrated to the adhesive near the adhesive-free area 121, so that the adhesive at the position is easily pulled off the wall surface first. In fig. 3, only one glue-free area 121 is shown, but two or more glue-free areas may be provided.
(see fig. 3) in order to make it easier for the adhesive to be pulled off the wall, the shape of the non-adhesive area 121 is designed to have a suitable sharp corner 122, the sharp corner 122 of the non-adhesive area may protrude inward or outward as shown in the figure, and the force for pulling off the wall is more concentrated at the sharp corner, so that the wall can be pulled off the wall more easily.
When the dismounting device of the present case applies force to dismount the wall-surface adhesive piece, in order to make it easier for the adhesive to be pulled away from the wall surface, a recessed area 15 (see fig. 2, 3, 5 and 11) can be provided on the bottom surface 13 of the wall-surface adhesive piece 1 to which the adhesive is attached, the recessed area 15 on the surface of the adhesive piece is a shallow recess on the flat bottom surface 13 to which the adhesive is fixed, for the adhesive 12 with uniform thickness, the surface of the attached wall surface will also be recessed in the recessed area 15 (this is shown at 123 in fig. 11), when the adhesive 12 is attached to the flat wall surface, the flat surface of the adhesive 12 is attached to the flat wall surface, because the adhesive 12 is soft and can be squeezed, the adhesive continues to be attached, the surface 123 recessed along with the recessed area 15 can also be attached to the wall surface by contacting the flat wall surface, because the adhesive 12 is soft and stretchable, therefore, no matter whether the flat surface of the adhesive 12 or the recessed surface is attached to the flat wall surface, however, since the distance between the surface of the recessed area 15 and the flat wall surface is relatively large, the adhesive in the recessed area 15 of the adhesive member is always in a stretched state (as shown at 123 in fig. 2), and the adhesive is relatively weak to be adhered to the wall surface, and when the adhesive 12 is pulled away from the wall surface, the adhesive is relatively easy to be pulled away from the wall surface.
In order to make the recessed area preferably, the location is chosen such that, provided that said recessed area is not present on the adhesive element, the adhesive on the wall is removed from the wall at a certain place on the adhesive element leaving the wall first, and the recessed area is arranged at the place where the adhesive leaves the wall first.
In fig. 2, 3, 5 and 11 of embodiment, the connecting portion B11 pulls away from the wall, first the place where the adhesive 12 is most stressed is the middle portion of the left and the portion 123 of the left of fig. 3, and even though there is no recessed area 15, the wall sticker 1 and the left of the adhesive 12 of fig. 2 and 3 are first lifted away from the wall, so the recessed area 15 is formed as a bar of adhesive, in fig. 3 the adhesive on the left edge of the wall sticker 1 next to the bottom, and in fig. 11 the adhesive 12 covering the bottom surface of the sticker 1 is also recessed in the recessed area 15 to form a weaker area 123 of the sticker on the left side of the wall, so that the left side of the adhesive 12 is more easily pulled away from the wall during detachment.
To form an adhesive area with weaker local adhesion wall of the viscose 12, a method of local covering is used, namely a thin strip or surface with thinner thickness or a thinner strip with thinner viscosity is used, the surface of a small area 123 with the requirement of reducing adhesion force is covered by the covering to reduce the adhesion force of the upper surface, or a porous film or a coated strip is used on the surface of the small area 123 with the requirement of reducing adhesion force, so that the viscose 12 can be adhered to surface only in the holes of the film or the edge, and the adhesion force of the upper surface is reduced by reducing the surface of the adhesive ; as discussed above, the cover may be formed from the low tack body panel or the hole film to form a less tacky panel
