Background
The sheet metal process is a comprehensive cold working process for sheet metal (generally below 6 mm), and generally, some sheet metal is subjected to plastic deformation through manual or die stamping to form a desired shape and size, and further can be subjected to welding or a small amount of machining to form more complicated parts, such as a chimney, a sheet iron furnace, a ventilation pipeline, an oil tank and the like which are commonly used in households. In the sheet metal process, sheet metal bending is a very important process, and as long as two support pieces are utilized to support two sides of a position, needing to be bent, of a sheet metal part, downward stamping is conducted on the sheet metal part, the upper surface of the sheet metal part is pressed, the position, pressed to be fixed, of the sheet metal part is moved downwards, and bending is achieved. In order to meet the production requirements, a sheet metal is required to be rolled into a cylindrical shape in many cases, and a sheet metal is subjected to continuous plastic deformation by using the relative position change and the rotary motion of a workpiece according to the principle of three-point rounding through a general-purpose device for rolling a sheet metal into a cylindrical shape so as to obtain the workpiece with a preset shape.
The existing sheet metal device is not flexible and convenient enough in use and has low production efficiency; therefore, the existing requirements are not met, and a sheet metal device and a sheet metal process for manufacturing the cylinder are provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sheet metal device for manufacturing a cylinder and a process method, and aims to solve the problems that the conventional sheet metal device in the background art is not flexible and convenient to use and low in production efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a sheet metal device for manufacturing a cylinder comprises a workbench, wherein side plates are arranged above the workbench, two side plates are arranged above the two side plates, transverse plates are arranged above the two side plates, a driving box is arranged above the transverse plates, a threaded rod is arranged in the driving box, a second motor is installed at one end of the threaded rod, a hand wheel is arranged at the other end of the threaded rod, threaded blocks are arranged on the outer wall of the threaded rod, two threaded blocks are arranged below the two threaded blocks, hydraulic cylinders are arranged below the two threaded blocks, a pressure roller frame is arranged below the hydraulic cylinders, an upper pressure roller is arranged in the pressure roller frame, a pressure plate is arranged between the pressure roller frame and the hydraulic cylinders, sleeves are arranged in the pressure plate, four sleeves are provided, elastic mechanisms are arranged in the four sleeves, and positioning sleeves are arranged around the elastic mechanisms, and the position sleeve is provided with four, the upper surface of workstation is provided with the guide holder, the fixed electric putter that is provided with in front end of guide holder, the top of guide holder is provided with the second mounting bracket, one side of second mounting bracket is provided with first motor, be provided with the action wheel on the output of first motor, one side of action wheel is provided with the synchronizing wheel, the inside of synchronizing wheel and action wheel all is provided with down the winding up roll, and the one end of winding up roll extends to the outside of second mounting bracket and with first mounting bracket fixed connection down, the below of first mounting bracket is provided with the take-up housing, the below of take-up housing is provided with the spout seat, and spout seat and take-up housing sliding connection, the inside of take-up housing is provided with the slide rail.

A sheet metal process method for manufacturing a cylinder comprises the following steps:
step 1: a sample plate is made, according to the diameter of the cylinder, the sample plate is made, and the curvature of the sample plate is consistent with that of the cylinder;
step 2: spot welding is carried out for fixation, the welding distance is 260mm, and the spot length is 26 mm;
and step 3: cleaning the aluminum scraps on the surfaces of the plate and the press roll;
and 4, step 4: feeding, namely pushing the plate to a feeding platform through a pushing device, moving the plate to the surface of a lower winding roller along with the feeding platform, and stopping moving the feeding platform;
and 5: rolling, namely respectively contacting a lower rolling roller and an upper pressing roller which rotate in a preset direction with the plate and beginning to bend the plate into a cylindrical shape;
step 6: removing materials, lifting the upper press roller through a hydraulic cylinder, transferring the rolled plates onto a guide post of a rotating mechanism, resetting, and continuously feeding by using a feeding platform;
and 7: transferring, namely sleeving the plate on a core rod of a forming mechanism and then resetting, and then attaching the plate to the core rod for further bending forming;
and 8: removing the material, namely withdrawing the formed plate from the roller and removing the formed plate from the discharge hole to finish the one-step forming process;
and step 9: and (4) transferring the cylinder and inspecting, lightly taking and placing the cylinder in the transferring process, inspecting whether the outer surface of the plate is scratched or damaged, and transferring to the next procedure after the inspection is qualified.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, through the arrangement of the second motor and the hand wheel, the upper compression roller can move in an electric mode or a manual mode, two thread blocks are driven to horizontally move on the threaded rod through the rotation of the threaded rod, the distance between the two upper compression rollers is adjusted, plates with different sizes can be guided and rolled conveniently, the flexibility and the working efficiency of the sheet metal device are improved through the arrangement of the two upper compression rollers, and the hydraulic cylinder drives the hydraulic rod to lift the upper compression roller through the arrangement of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the distance between the upper compression roller and the lower rolling roller can be adjusted conveniently.
2. Through setting up the clamp plate between compression roller frame and pneumatic cylinder, the elastic mechanism of the inside setting of clamp plate has played the effect of buffering, can avoid going up the impact force that the compression roller brought when carrying out the pressfitting, through the cooperation between locating lever and the position sleeve, makes the clamp plate play the effect of location at the in-process of pressfitting, has improved the stability of clamp plate.
3. 5. The collecting box is arranged below the workbench and used for placing raw materials or finished products, so that the materials can be conveniently taken and discharged, and the moving plates are supported by the fixing block.

All be provided with position sleeve 26 around elastic mechanism 28, and position sleeve 26 is provided with four, and the upper surface of workstation 1 is provided with guide holder 6, has played the effect of direction, and the front end of guide holder 6 is fixed and is provided with electric putter 7, through electric putter 7 drive guide holder 6 removal to make guide holder 6 can remove in guide way 24.
The top of guide holder 6 is provided with second mounting bracket 30, one side of second mounting bracket 30 is provided with first motor 9, be provided with action wheel 8 on the output of first motor 9, one side of action wheel 8 is provided with synchronizing wheel 23, synchronizing wheel 23 and action wheel 8's inside all is provided with down winding up roller 12, and the one end of winding up roller 12 extends to the outside of second mounting bracket 30 down and with first mounting bracket 10 fixed connection, the below of first mounting bracket 10 is provided with take-up housing 31, the below of take-up housing 31 is provided with spout seat 32, and spout seat 32 and 31 sliding connection of take-up housing, sliding fit through take-up housing 31 and spout seat 32, be convenient for down the dismouting of winding up roller 12, the inside of take-up housing 31 is provided with slide rail 33.
The lower part of the workbench 1 is provided with a collecting box 5, and the collecting box 5 is used for placing raw materials or finished products, so that the materials can be conveniently taken and discharged.
The inner walls of the first mounting frame 10 and the second mounting frame 30 are provided with fixing blocks 11, and the fixing blocks 11 play a supporting role on the moving cylinder. The lower surface of first mounting bracket 10 is provided with gyro wheel 25, and gyro wheel 25 and slide rail 33 sliding connection, and the removal of guide holder 6 drives second mounting bracket 30 and follows the removal to make two winding up rollers 12 drive first mounting bracket 10 and remove in slider seat 31, the cooperation of gyro wheel 25 and slide rail 33 is convenient for first mounting bracket 10 and removes more smoothly.
A guide groove 24 is arranged below the guide seat 6, and the electric push rod 7 drives the guide seat 6 to move, so that the guide seat 6 can move in the guide groove 24, and the guide function is achieved.
Positioning rods 27 are arranged below the four positioning sleeves 26, the positioning rods 27 are fixedly connected with the roller frame 13, and the positioning rods 27 are matched with the positioning sleeves 26, so that the pressing plate 20 plays a role in positioning in the pressing process, and the stability of the pressing plate 20 is improved.
The synchronizing wheel 23 is connected with the driving wheel 8 through a chain 22, and the average transmission ratio is accurate when the two lower winding rollers 12 rotate in a mode of transmission through the chain 22, so that the operation is reliable and the efficiency is high.
The cross plate 3 is internally provided with a through hole 21, and the through hole 21 is convenient for the thread block 18 to drive the hydraulic cylinder 19 to move in the cross plate 3.
The invention also discloses a sheet metal process method for manufacturing the cylinder, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: a sample plate is made, according to the diameter of the cylinder, the sample plate is made, and the curvature of the sample plate is consistent with that of the cylinder;
step 2: spot welding is carried out for fixation, the welding distance is 260mm, and the spot length is 26 mm;

step 6: stripping, namely lifting the upper press roller 14 through the hydraulic cylinder 19, transferring the rolled plate onto a guide post of the rotating mechanism, then resetting, and continuously feeding by the feeding platform;
and 7: transferring, namely sleeving the plate on a core rod of a forming mechanism and then resetting, and then attaching the plate to the core rod for further bending forming;
and 8: removing the material, namely withdrawing the formed plate from the roller and removing the formed plate from the discharge hole to finish the one-step forming process;
and step 9: and (4) transferring the cylinder and inspecting, lightly taking and placing the cylinder in the transferring process, inspecting whether the outer surface of the plate is scratched or damaged, and transferring to the next procedure after the inspection is qualified.
