the blocking switch 300 blocks the discharge pipeline 215, the control assembly 2230 opens the brushing area of the outer washing assembly 2210, then, water flows into the installation shell 210 through the water inlet pipeline 213, and the Chinese herbal medicines fall into the brushing area of the outer washing assembly 2210 through the feed hopper 214 and the gaps between two adjacent groups of outer washing bodies;
s2: the outer brushing member 220 and the inner brushing member 230 cooperate to finish the primary brushing of the Chinese medicinal materials;
the inner washing member 230 comprises an inner washing component 2310 and a power component 2320 for driving the inner washing component 2310 to integrally rotate;
the mounting plate 2211 is coaxially provided with mounting holes 2215, the inner washing assembly 2310 comprises inner washing parts, each inner washing part comprises connecting plates 2311 coaxially and movably mounted in the mounting holes 2215 and inner washing bodies arranged between the two connecting plates 2311, and the inner washing bodies are arranged in a plurality of groups in an array manner along the circumferential direction of the connecting plates 2311;
the inner washing body comprises an inner washing shaft 2312 which is axially parallel to the axial direction of the connecting plates 2311 and is arranged between the two connecting plates 2311, and a washing cylinder 2313 which is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the inner washing shaft 2312, wherein brush hair is arranged on the outer circular surface of the washing cylinder 2313;
when the traditional Chinese medicinal materials fall into a washing area of the outer washing component 2210, the driving component 2220 drives the outer washing component 2210 to integrally rotate, the power component 2320 drives the inner washing component to integrally rotate, the rotation direction of the outer washing component 2210 is opposite to that of the inner washing component, the outer washing component 2210 rotates and washes the traditional Chinese medicinal materials through the washing plate 2214, the inner washing component rotates and washes the traditional Chinese medicinal materials through the washing cylinder 2313, and the two components are matched to finish primary washing of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials;
s3: after the initial washing is finished, the discharge pipeline 215 is opened by the plugging switch 300, dirty water mixed by soil and water on the surface of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is discharged outwards through the discharge pipeline 215, and after the dirty water is discharged, the discharge pipeline 215 is plugged again by the plugging switch 300;
(II) a secondary washing stage;
s4: water flows into the mounting housing 210 again through the water inlet pipe 213 until the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210 is filled with water, and the control assembly 2230 closes the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210;
s5: the outer washing component 2210 cooperates with the inner washing component to perform secondary washing on the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the washing area;
s6: after the secondary washing, the driving assembly 2220 stops driving the outer washing assembly 2210 to rotate, the power assembly 2320 stops driving the inner washing assembly to rotate, meanwhile, the plugging switch 300 opens the discharge pipeline 215, and the control assembly 2230 opens the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210, wherein water is discharged outwards through the discharge pipeline 215, and the Chinese herbal medicines fall on the output mechanism 400 located right below the discharge pipeline 215 and are pulled and output by the output mechanism 400.
A cleaning machine for performing convection type washing on tuber type traditional Chinese medicinal materials comprises a main frame body 100, wherein a cleaning device 200 for receiving the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and performing convection type washing on the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, a plugging switch 300 for opening or plugging the discharge end of the cleaning device 200 and an output mechanism 400 for receiving the washed traditional Chinese medicinal materials and guiding the washed traditional Chinese medicinal materials to output are mounted on the main frame body 100.
The cleaning device 200 includes a mounting housing 210 and a washing mechanism for convectively washing the herbal materials.
The mounting housing 210 includes a main housing 211 fixedly mounted on the main housing 100, the main housing 211 is a circular housing structure with horizontal arrangement and two open ends, two open ends of the main housing 211 are coaxially provided with fixing end covers 212 which are circular ring-shaped plate bodies, one fixing end cover 212 is provided with a first fixing frame 216, and the other fixing end cover 212 is provided with a second fixing frame 217.
The top of the outer circular surface of the main housing 211 is vertically provided with a water inlet pipe 213 and a feed hopper 214 upward, the bottom of the outer circular surface of the main housing 211 is vertically provided with a discharge pipe 215 downward, and the blocking switch 300 is arranged on the discharge pipe 215 and used for opening or blocking the discharge pipe 215.
The washing mechanism comprises an outer washing member 220 and an inner washing member 230, the outer washing member 220 is used for performing forward rotation washing on the traditional Chinese medicine, the inner washing member 230 is arranged in the outer washing member 220 and is used for performing reverse rotation washing on the traditional Chinese medicine, the forward rotation washing and the reverse rotation washing only indicate that the rotation directions of the outer washing member 220 and the inner washing member 230 are opposite, so that convection type washing on the traditional Chinese medicine is formed, the specific rotation directions of the outer washing member 220 and the inner washing member 230 are not essential points of the invention, and redundant description is not provided herein.
The external washing component 220 comprises an external washing component 2210, a driving component 2220 and a control component 2230, wherein the external washing component 2210 is provided with a washing area for performing forward rotation washing on the traditional Chinese medicine, the control component 2230 is used for driving the external washing component 2210 to open or close the washing area, and the driving component 2220 is used for driving the external washing component 2210 to perform forward rotation washing on the traditional Chinese medicine.
The outer washing assembly 2210 comprises a mounting plate 2211 coaxially and movably mounted in the fixed end cover 212, a connecting rod 2212 for fixedly connecting the two mounting plates 2211 and an outer washing body arranged between the two mounting plates 2211, preferably, a plurality of connecting rods 2212 are arranged in an array along the circumferential direction of the mounting plates 2211.
The outer washing body comprises an outer washing shaft 2213 and a washing plate 2214, the axial direction of the outer washing shaft 2213 is parallel to the axial direction of the mounting plates 2211, the outer washing shaft 2213 is movably mounted between the two mounting plates 2211, the power input end of the outer washing shaft 2213 penetrates through the mounting plates 2211 and is positioned on one side, facing the first fixing frame 216, of the mounting plates 2211, the washing plate 2214 is an arc-shaped plate body which is axially parallel to the axial direction of the outer washing shaft 2213 and is bent towards the axial core line direction of the mounting plates 2211, the end part of the washing plate 2214 in the circumferential direction of the end part is fixedly connected with the outer washing shaft 2213, and the inner arc surface of the washing plate 2214 is provided with bristles.
The outer washing bodies are arranged in a plurality of groups along the circumferential direction of the mounting plates 2211 in an array manner, the area between the outer washing bodies and two mounting plates 2211 of the plurality of groups is the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210, and when the outer washing bodies rotate, the adjacent two groups of outer washing bodies are mutually contacted, so that the washing areas are closed or mutually separated, and the washing areas are opened.
The corotation of traditional chinese medicine is washhed to outer washing subassembly 2210, and the concrete expression is: firstly, the plugging switch 300 plugs the discharge pipeline 215, and the control assembly 2230 opens the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210;
then, water flows into the mounting shell 210 through the water inlet pipe 213, the Chinese herbal medicine falls into the washing area of the outer washing component 2210 through the feed hopper 214 and the gap between the two adjacent sets of outer washing components, and simultaneously, the driving component 2220 drives the outer washing component 2210 to integrally rotate around the axial direction of the outer washing component 2210, so that the Chinese herbal medicine falling into the washing area of the outer washing component 2210 cannot continuously fall downwards through the gap between the two adjacent sets of outer washing components, and the Chinese herbal medicine in the washing area is primarily washed by matching with the inner washing component 230, and during the primary washing process, the water in the mounting shell 210 submerges the Chinese herbal medicine;
after the primary washing is finished, the blocking switch 300 opens the discharge pipeline 215, dirty water mixed by soil on the surface of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and water is discharged through the discharge pipeline 215, after the dirty water is discharged, the blocking switch 300 blocks the discharge pipeline 215 again, and the water flows into the installation shell 210 again through the water inlet pipeline 213 until the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210 is full of water;
next, the control assembly 2230 closes the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210, and the outer washing assembly 2210 and the inner washing member 230 cooperate to continuously wash the Chinese herbal medicines in the washing area for the second time;
after the secondary washing is finished, the driving assembly 2220 stops driving the outer washing assembly 2210, the inner washing member 230 stops running, meanwhile, the blocking switch 300 opens the discharge pipeline 215, the control assembly 2230 opens the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210, and the Chinese herbal medicines and water in the washing area are discharged to the output mechanism 400 through the gap between two adjacent groups of outer washing bodies and the discharge pipeline 215.
The driving assembly 2220 comprises a driving motor 2221 axially parallel to the outer washing shaft 2213 and axially and fixedly mounted on the first fixing frame 216, a connecting ring 2222 coaxially and fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 2211, and a first power transmission part 2223 arranged between the connecting ring 2222 and the driving motor 2221, wherein specifically, the first power transmission part 2223 is a gear-ring power transmission structure; the driving motor 2221 is operated and drives the mounting plate 2211 to rotate around the self axial direction through the first power transmission part 2223, so as to drive the whole outer washing assembly 2210 to rotate around the self axial direction.
The control assembly 2230 includes a driving ring 2232, a power component, and a linkage component, wherein the mounting plate 2211 has a mounting step coaxially extending toward the end surface of the first fixing frame 216, and the driving ring 2232 is coaxially and movably sleeved outside the mounting step.
The end face, facing the first fixing frame 216, of the mounting plate 2211 is provided with a support frame, the power component includes a conductive sliding ring 2231, a control motor 2236 and a power transmission component two 2237, the conductive sliding ring 2231 is coaxially mounted outside the connecting ring 2222, an output shaft of the control motor 2236 is axially parallel to an axial direction of the outer washing shaft 2213 and the control motor 2236 is fixedly mounted on the support frame, the power transmission component two 2237 is arranged between the control motor 2236 and the driving ring 2232 and used for realizing power transmission therebetween, specifically, the power transmission component two 2237 includes an output spur gear coaxially arranged on a power output end of the control motor 2236 and an arc-shaped rack coaxially arranged on the driving ring 2232, and the output spur gear is meshed with the arc-shaped rack.
The linkage members are disposed between the driving ring 2232 and the power input end of the outer washing shaft 2213, the driving ring 2232 rotates around its own axial direction and pulls the outer washing shaft 2213 to rotate around its own axial direction through the linkage members, and the linkage members are correspondingly disposed in a plurality of groups.
Specifically, the linkage member includes a linkage rod 2234 and a linkage hole 2233 disposed on the driving ring 2232, one end of the linkage rod 2234 is fixed to the power input end of the outer washing shaft 2213, the other end thereof is provided with a linkage pin 2235, and the other end of the linkage pin 2235 is slidably disposed in the linkage hole 2233.
The process by which control assembly 2230 actuates outside wash assembly 2210 to open or close the wash zones is embodied as: during the process of driving outer washing assembly 2210 to rotate around its own axis by driving assembly 2220, control assembly 2230 follows outer washing assembly 2210 to rotate synchronously, i.e. control assembly 2230 maintains a relatively stationary state with outer washing assembly 2210 without operating itself;
the control motor 2236 operates and drives the driving ring 2232 to rotate around the self axial direction, the driving ring 2232 rotates and pulls the outer washing shaft 2213 to rotate around the self axial direction through the linkage part, the outer washing shaft 2213 rotates and makes the two adjacent washing plates 2214 contact with each other, so that the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210 is closed, and the control motor 2236 operates in the reverse direction, so that the two adjacent washing plates 2214 are away from each other, so that the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210 is opened;
in the above process, the conductive slip ring 2231 is provided to prevent the wire winding and knotting problem between the control motor 2236 and the power supply during the process that the control motor 2236 rotates synchronously with the outer washing assembly 2210, and the conductive slip ring 2231 is the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The inner washing member 230 includes an inner washing assembly 2310 disposed in a washing region of the outer washing assembly 2210 for performing reverse washing on the chinese herbal medicine, and a power assembly 2320 mounted to the first fixing frame 216 for integrally rotating the inner washing assembly 2310.
The mounting plate 2211 is coaxially provided with mounting holes 2215, the inner washing assembly 2310 comprises inner washing parts, each inner washing part comprises a connecting plate 2311 coaxially and movably mounted in the corresponding mounting hole 2215 and an inner washing body arranged between the two connecting plates 2311, and preferably, the inner washing bodies are arranged in a plurality of groups in an array manner along the circumferential direction of the connecting plates 2311.
Specifically, the inner washing body comprises an inner washing shaft 2312 which is axially parallel to the axial direction of the connecting plates 2311 and is arranged between the two connecting plates 2311, and a washing cylinder 2313 which is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the inner washing shaft 2312, wherein brush bristles are arranged on the outer circular surface of the washing cylinder 2313.
The power assembly 2320 comprises a power motor 2321 and a transmission shaft 2322, an output shaft of the power motor 2321 is axially parallel to an axial direction of the inner washing shaft 2312, the power motor 2321 is fixedly mounted on the first fixed frame 216, the transmission shaft 2322 and the connecting plate 2311 are coaxially arranged, the transmission shaft 2322 is movably mounted on the first fixed frame 216, a third power transmission component 2323 for realizing power transmission between the power input end of the transmission shaft 2322 and the power motor 2321 is arranged between the power input end of the transmission shaft 2322 and the power motor 2321, and specifically, the third power transmission component 2323 is a spur gear power transmission structure.
A fourth power transmission component 2324 for realizing power transmission between the transmission shaft 2322 and the connecting plate 2311 is arranged between the transmission shaft 2322 and the connecting plate 2311, specifically, the fourth power transmission component 2324 is a planetary reduction structure, and the planetary reduction structure is an existing planetary gear reduction technology, and details thereof are not described here.
The reverse washing process of the inner washing member 230 on the chinese herbal medicine is embodied as follows: the power motor 2321 operates and sequentially outputs power to the connecting plate 2311 through the third power transmission component 2323, the transmission shaft 2322 and the fourth power transmission component 2324, so that the inner washing component integrally rotates, the inner washing component rotates and washes the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the washing area of the outer washing component 2210, and because the rotation direction of the inner washing component is opposite to that of the outer washing component 2210, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are subjected to convection type washing, and the washing effect is better.
Preferably, the inner washing assembly 2310 further includes a vibration unit for driving the inner washing unit to vibrate in order to thoroughly wash the herbal materials by the inner washing unit 230.
The connecting plate 2311 is of a circular plate body structure, the vibration part comprises a fixed shell 2314, a vibration shaft 2315 and an eccentric wheel 2316, the fixed shell 2314 is of a circular shell structure with two closed ends, one end of the fixed shell 2314 is coaxially and movably arranged in the connecting plate 2311, the other end of the fixed shell 2311 penetrates through the other connecting plate 2311 and is fixedly connected with the second fixing frame 217, and preferably, a sealing ring is arranged between the fixed shell 2314 and the connecting plate 2311.
The vibration shaft 2315 is coaxially and movably installed in the fixed casing 2314, a power input end of the vibration shaft 2315 penetrates through the closed end of the fixed casing 2314 and is located on one side, facing the first fixing frame 216, of the fixed casing 2314, the eccentric wheels 2316 are fixedly installed on the vibration shaft 2315, and preferably, a plurality of eccentric wheels 2316 are arranged in an axial array along the vibration shaft 2315.
A power transmission part five 2325 for realizing power transmission between the power input end of the vibration shaft 2315 and the transmission shaft 2322 is arranged between the power input end and the transmission shaft 2322, specifically, the power transmission part five 2325 is a planetary speed increasing structure, and the planetary speed increasing structure is an existing planetary gear speed increasing technology, and details thereof are not described here.
The working process of the vibration component is characterized in that: when the internal washing and brushing member 230 operates, the power of the power motor 2321 is transmitted to the vibration shaft 2315 sequentially through the third power transmission component 2323, the transmission shaft 2322 and the fifth power transmission component 2325, so that the vibration shaft 2315 rotates at a high speed, the vibration shaft 2315 rotates and pulls the eccentric wheel 2316 to synchronously rotate, the eccentric wheel 2316 rotates and enables the fixed shell 2314 and the internal washing and brushing component to vibrate, and the internal washing and brushing member 230 washes the Chinese herbal medicines more thoroughly.
More preferably, in order to further improve the washing effect of the inner washing member 230 on the traditional Chinese medicine, a power conversion assembly 2330 is disposed between the inner washing body and the connecting plate 2311, and the power conversion assembly 2330 is configured to drive the inner washing body to rotate around its own axis by using power generated by the rotation of the connecting plate 2311.
The inner washing shaft 2312 of the inner washing body is movably mounted between the two connecting plates 2311, and the power input end of the inner washing shaft 2312 penetrates through the connecting plates 2311 and is positioned on one side of the connecting plates 2311 facing the second fixing frame 217.
The power conversion assembly 2330 comprises a driving straight gear 2331 and driven outer gear rings 2332, the driving straight gear 2331 is coaxially and fixedly installed at the power input end of the inner washing shaft 2312, a plurality of driving straight gears 2331 are correspondingly arranged, the driven outer gear rings 2332 and the connecting plate 2311 are coaxially arranged, the driven outer gear rings 2332 are fixedly installed on the second fixing frame 217, and the driving straight gear 2331 is meshed with the driven outer gear rings 2332.
The operation of power conversion assembly 2330 is detailed as follows: in the process that the inner washing component rotates and washes the traditional Chinese medicine, the connecting plate 2311 rotates and drives the driving straight gear 2331 to rotate synchronously, and the driven outer gear ring 2332 is fixed on the second fixing frame 217, namely the driven outer gear ring 2331 is still, so that the driving straight gear 2331 also rotates around the self axial direction, the driving straight gear 2331 rotates and pulls the inner washing shaft 2312 to rotate synchronously, namely, in the process that the inner washing component rotates and washes the traditional Chinese medicine, the inner washing body rotates simultaneously, and the washing effect of the washing component 230 on the traditional Chinese medicine is improved.
The discharge pipeline 215 is divided into an upper discharge section, a closed section and a lower discharge section along the vertical direction, the closed section is a rectangular shell structure which is horizontally arranged and has two open ends, the upper discharge section is fixed on the upper end face of the closed section and is communicated with the upper end face of the closed section, and the lower discharge section is fixed on the lower end face of the closed section and is communicated with the lower end face of the closed section.
The plugging switch 300 comprises a connecting support 301, a plugging motor 302, a traction part 303 and a closing plate 304, wherein the connecting support 301 is fixedly installed on the side wall of the discharge pipeline 215, the plugging motor 302 is vertically and fixedly installed on the connecting support 301, and the closing plate 304 is arranged in the inner cavity of the closed section of the discharge pipeline 215 in a sliding manner.
The traction component 303 comprises a transmission spur gear coaxially arranged at the power output end of the plugging motor 302, a transmission spur rack which extends in a direction parallel to the extension direction of the inner cavity of the closed section of the discharge pipeline 215 and is fixed with the closing plate 304, and the transmission spur gear is meshed with the transmission spur rack.
The process of the plugging switch 300 opening or plugging the discharge pipeline 215 is specifically represented as follows: the plugging motor 302 operates and drives the transmission spur rack to displace along the extension direction of the plugging motor through the transmission spur gear, the transmission spur rack moves and pulls the sealing plate 304 to move synchronously, and therefore the sealing plate 304 opens or plugs the inner cavity of the closed section of the discharge pipeline 215.
The output mechanism 400 is located below the discharge duct 215, and the output mechanism 400 includes an accommodating case 410 fixedly mounted on the main frame 100, and an output member 420 disposed in the accommodating case 410 and used for receiving cleaned Chinese medicinal herbs and guiding the Chinese medicinal herbs to be output.
The output member 420 comprises an output motor 421 and a conveying part 422, the output motor 421 is horizontally and fixedly mounted on the side wall of the accommodating case 410, the conveying part 422 comprises a driving roller and a driven roller which are axially parallel to the output motor 421 and are movably mounted in the accommodating case 410, a conveying belt for conveying the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is arranged between the driving roller and the driven roller, and preferably, the conveying belt is of a conveying net structure.
A power transmission part six 423 for realizing power transmission between the power output end of the output motor 421 and the power input end of the drive roller is arranged between the power output end of the output motor 421 and the power input end of the drive roller, and specifically, the power transmission part six 423 is of a belt transmission structure.
The top of the housing 410 is provided with a connecting pipe 411, the bottom end of the discharging pipe 215 is positioned in the connecting pipe 411, and the feeding end of the conveying part 422 is positioned right below the connecting pipe 411.
The side wall of the accommodating housing 410 is obliquely provided with a first guide plate 412 and a second guide plate 413, the highest point of the first guide plate 412 is located right below the feeding end of the conveying component 422, and the highest point of the second guide plate 413 is located right below the discharging end of the conveying component 422.
The process of output mechanism 400 guide chinese-medicinal material output specifically shows: dirty water generated in the primary washing process of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is discharged outwards through the discharge pipeline 215, the connecting pipeline 411 and the guide plate I412 in sequence; water in the secondary washing process of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is discharged outwards through the guide plate I412, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials fall on the conveying belt of the conveying component 422, meanwhile, the conveying motor 421 operates and pulls the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to be output outwards through the conveying belt, and a worker can place a basket right below the discharging end of the conveying component 422 to collect the traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
In actual operation, firstly, the blocking switch 300 blocks the discharge pipeline 215, and the control assembly 2230 opens the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210;
then, water flows into the mounting housing 210 through the water inlet pipe 213, the Chinese herbal medicine falls into the brushing area of the outer washing assembly 2210 through the feed hopper 214 and the gap between the two adjacent sets of outer washing bodies, and simultaneously, the driving assembly 2220 drives the outer washing assembly 2210 to integrally rotate, so that the Chinese herbal medicine falling into the brushing area of the outer washing assembly 2210 does not continuously fall down through the gap between the two adjacent sets of outer washing bodies;
when the chinese medicinal material drops in the washing area of the outer washing component 2210, the outer washing component 220 cooperates with the inner washing component 230 to complete the primary washing of the chinese medicinal material, wherein the washing process of the chinese medicinal material by the outer washing component 220 is as follows: the driving motor 2221 operates and drives the outer washing component 2210 to integrally rotate around the self axial direction through the power transmission part I2223, and the Chinese medicinal materials are washed by the rotation of the outer washing component 2210; the inner washing member 230 washes the chinese herbal medicines in the following manner: the power motor 2321 operates and drives the inner washing component to integrally rotate, meanwhile, the power conversion assembly 2330 receives the power of the power motor 2321 and drives the inner washing body in the inner washing component to rotate, and the inner washing component 230 finishes washing the Chinese herbal medicines under the cooperation of the integral rotation of the inner washing component and the rotation of the inner washing body;
after the primary washing is finished, the discharge pipeline 215 is opened by the plugging switch 300, dirty water mixed by soil on the surface of the traditional Chinese medicinal material and water sequentially passes through the discharge pipeline 215, the connecting pipeline 411 and the guide plate I412 to be discharged outwards, after the dirty water is discharged, the discharge pipeline 215 is plugged by the plugging switch 300 again, and the water flows into the mounting shell 210 again through the water inlet pipeline 213;
next, the control assembly 2230 closes the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210, and the outer washing assembly 2210 and the inner washing member 230 cooperate to continuously wash the Chinese herbal medicines in the washing area for the second time;
after the secondary washing is finished, the driving assembly 2220 stops driving the outer washing assembly 2210, the inner washing member 230 stops operating, meanwhile, the blocking switch 300 opens the discharge pipeline 215, the control assembly 2230 opens the washing area of the outer washing assembly 2210, wherein water is discharged outwards through the discharge pipeline 215, the connecting pipeline 411 and the first guide plate 412 in sequence, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials fall on the conveying belt of the conveying component 422, and the conveying motor 421 operates and pulls the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to be output outwards through the conveying belt.

Claims (8)

1. The deep processing technology of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials comprises the following steps:
firstly, a primary washing stage;

s3: after the primary washing is finished, the plugging switch opens the discharge pipeline, dirty water mixed by soil and water on the surface of the traditional Chinese medicinal material is discharged outwards through the discharge pipeline, and after the dirty water is discharged, the plugging switch plugs the discharge pipeline again;
