a guide rod (501), wherein the guide rod (501) is arranged on one side of the second supporting block (401);
a sliding rod (502) is arranged between one sides of the guide rods (501) in a sliding manner;
a third spring (503), a third spring (503) is arranged between the sliding rod (502) and the guide rod (501),
the third springs (503) are sleeved on the guide rods (501);
the third supporting block (504) is arranged on two sides of the sliding rod (502) in a sliding mode, and the third supporting block (504) is connected with the hose (404);
one side of the third supporting block (504) is provided with a rolling brush (505) in a rotating way;
a fourth spring (506) is arranged between the third supporting block (504) and the sliding rod (502), and the fourth springs (506) are sleeved on the sliding rod (502);
