A construction waste treatment and recovery device is characterized by comprising a crushing box (1), a feed inlet (2), a crushing transmission box (3), a crushing motor (4), a crushing driving wheel (5), a first crushing driven wheel (6), a second crushing driven wheel (7), a first crushing shaft (8), a first crushing roller (9), a second crushing shaft (10), a second crushing roller (11), a sieve plate (12) and a crushed material outlet (13), wherein a crushing cavity is arranged in the crushing box (1), the feed inlet (2) is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the crushing box (1), the crushing transmission box (3) is arranged on the upper side of the rear end of the crushing box (1), a grinding motor installation chamber is arranged in the crushing transmission box (3), the lower end of the crushing motor (4) is connected with the lower end of the motor installation chamber, the middle part of the lower end of the crushing driving wheel (5) is connected with the output end of the upper end of the, broken action wheel (5) left end and first breakage are connected from the meshing of driving wheel (6) right-hand member, broken action wheel (5) right-hand member and the second breakage are connected from the meshing of driving wheel (7) left end, first broken axle (8) lower extreme input is connected with first breakage from driving wheel (6) upper end middle part, first broken axle (8) upper end is rotatable to be set up on broken case (1) rubs the intracavity wall, first broken roller (9) snare sets up in first broken axle (8) circumference outside, second broken axle (10) lower extreme input is connected from driving wheel (7) upper end middle part with the second breakage, the rotatable setting of second broken axle (10) upper end is on broken case (1) rubs the intracavity wall, second broken roller (11) snare sets up in second broken axle (10) circumference outside, sieve (12) fixed mounting is in the inside middle part of broken case (1), broken case (1) left end downside is provided with crushed aggregates export (13).

The construction waste treatment and recovery device according to claim 1, further comprising a semi-crushed material outlet (14), a conveying motor (15), a conveying box (16), a conveying shaft (17), a blade (18), a semi-crushed material conveying pipe (19) and a semi-crushed material inlet (20), wherein the semi-crushed material outlet (14) is arranged in the middle of the right end of the crushing box (1), the left end of the conveying box (16) is connected with the right end of the crushing box (1), a conveying cavity is arranged inside the conveying box (16), the conveying cavity of the conveying box (16) is communicated with the inside of the crushing box (1) through the semi-crushed material outlet (14), the conveying motor (15) is arranged at the lower end of the conveying box (16), the output end at the upper end of the conveying motor (15) is connected with the input end at the lower end of the conveying shaft (17), the blade (18) is arranged around the outer side of the circumference of the conveying shaft (17), and the conveying shaft (17) is arranged inside, the right side of the upper end of the crushing box (1) is provided with a semi-crushed material inlet (20), the upper side of the left end of the conveying box (16) is provided with a discharge hole, and the discharge hole of the conveying box (16) is communicated with the semi-crushed material inlet (20) through a semi-crushed material conveying pipe (19).

The construction waste disposal and recovery apparatus as set forth in claim 2, further comprising a chip guide plate (21), wherein the chip guide plate (21) is provided at a lower side inside the crushing tank (1), and the chip guide plate (21) is provided in a slope shape, the chip guide plate (21) being communicated with the chip outlet (13).

A construction waste disposal and recovery apparatus as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a crushed material discharge pipe (22) and a crushed material collection box (23), wherein the right end of the crushed material discharge pipe (22) is communicated with the left end of the crushed material outlet (13), the crushed material collection box (23) is disposed at the left side of the crushing box (1), a collection chamber is disposed inside the crushed material collection box (23), and the left end of the crushed material discharge pipe (22) is communicated with the upper side of the right end of the crushed material collection box (23).

The construction waste recycling device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a vibration plate (24), guide posts (25), guide sleeves (26), a vibration motor (27) and an eccentric wheel (28), wherein the vibration plate (24) is disposed at the lower end of the crushing box (1), the lower end of the conveying motor (15) is connected to the upper end of the vibration plate (24), three sets of guide posts (25) are uniformly disposed at the lower end of the vibration plate (24), the three sets of guide sleeves (26) are slidably disposed at the outer sides of the circumferences of the three sets of guide posts (25), the vibration motor (27) is disposed at the lower side of the vibration plate (24), the eccentric wheel (28) is annularly disposed at the outer end of the circumference of the output end of the vibration motor (27), and the upper end of the eccentric wheel (28) is closely attached to the lower end of the vibration.

The construction waste disposal and recovery apparatus as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a buffer spring (29), wherein the upper end of the buffer spring (29) is connected to the lower end of the guide post (25), and the lower end of the buffer spring (29) is connected to the inner lower end of the guide sleeve (26).

The construction waste disposal and recovery apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a support base plate (30) and moving wheels (31), wherein the upper end of the support base plate (30) is connected to the lower ends of the three sets of guide sleeves (26), and two sets of moving wheels (31) are provided on the left and right sides of the lower end of the support base plate (30).
8. The construction waste disposal and recovery apparatus as set forth in claim 7, further comprising a guide block (32), wherein the guide block (32) is provided at an upper side of the left end inside the crushing box (1).
