the decomposing tank comprises a cylindrical tank body and a top cover, wherein an annular mounting plate is arranged on the inner side of the top cover, supporting legs are arranged on the outer wall of the tank body, a feeding pipe and an exhaust pipe are arranged on the tank body, and a bottom cleaning assembly and a discharge pipe are arranged at the bottom of the tank body;
a circular mounting hole is formed in the center of the top cover, a motor base is arranged in the mounting hole and comprises an annular upper fixing plate and an annular lower fixing plate, a connecting plate is arranged between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate, the lower fixing plate is fixedly arranged in the mounting hole of the top cover, a driving motor is arranged on the upper fixing plate, and a bearing seat is arranged on the lower fixing plate;
the end part of a motor shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the top cover to be provided with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is provided with the stirring mechanism and the air blowing mechanism;
the air blowing mechanism comprises three turntables arranged on the rotating shaft and on the inner side of the annular mounting plate, the three turntables are arranged in a staggered manner, the centers of circles of horizontal projections of the three turntables are connected to form an equilateral triangle, three limiting piston cylinders are arranged on the annular mounting plate corresponding to the positions of the three turntables, one end, close to the rotating shaft, of each limiting piston cylinder is open, a conical air gathering cylinder is arranged at the other end of each limiting piston cylinder, an upper air outlet pipe is arranged at the end part of each conical air gathering cylinder, and the upper air outlet pipe penetrates through the top cover and is arranged outside the top cover;
an annular mounting groove is formed in the side face of the rotary table, a rotary ring is arranged in the annular mounting groove, a connecting rod is arranged on the side face of the rotary ring, a piston head is hinged to the end of the connecting rod, and the piston head is correspondingly arranged in the limiting piston cylinder;
an exhaust bin is arranged in the tank body and close to the bottom, a lower air outlet pipe is arranged on the side face of the exhaust bin, the end part of the lower air outlet pipe penetrates out of the tank body and is connected with the upper air outlet pipe through a hose, an air inlet pipe penetrating out of the top surface of the top cover is arranged on the side face of one end, far away from the rotating shaft, of the limiting piston cylinder, and check valves are arranged on the air inlet pipe and the lower air outlet pipe;
an exhaust port is arranged on the exhaust bin;
the tail end of the piston head is provided with a vertical rod, the end part of the free end of the connecting rod is provided with a sleeve, and the sleeve is sleeved on the periphery of the vertical rod.
2. The chlorate decomposer of claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a plurality of arcuate side plates disposed on the rotating shaft below the air blowing mechanism, the plurality of arcuate side plates forming a circular ring;
a connecting plate is arranged on the central line of the inner side of the arc-shaped side plate, an upper fixing block and a lower fixing block are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, and a pushing block is arranged above the upper fixing block and at the periphery of the rotating shaft;
upper connecting rods are arranged between the push block and the connecting plates, middle connecting rods are arranged between the upper fixed block and the connecting plates, lower connecting rods are arranged between the lower fixed block and one ends of the connecting plates far away from the push block, the middle connecting rods are arranged close to the upper connecting rods, one ends of the middle connecting rods and one ends of the lower connecting rods are hinged to the connecting plates, and the other ends of the upper connecting rods, the middle connecting rods and the lower connecting rods are hinged to the side faces of the push block, the upper fixed block and the lower fixed block respectively;

The chlorate decomposing device of claim 1, wherein the bottom cleaning assembly comprises elastic shifting plates disposed below the stirring mechanism on both sides of the end of the rotating shaft, the elastic shifting plates being disposed below the exhaust bin, and further comprising a collecting bin horizontally disposed at the bottom of the tank;

7. The chlorate decomposing device of any one of claims 1-6, wherein said tank and top cover are fastened together.
8. The chlorate decomposer according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein a controller for controlling said drive motor is provided on an outer wall of said tank.
