When the first piston plate 5 moves to the left end of the water suction cavity 2, sewage in the water suction cavity 2 sequentially passes through the water outlet 4, the water outlet vertical pipe 50, the water outlet vertical pipe 42 and the water outlet horizontal pipe 43 and is injected into the tank body 1, the sewage impacts the impeller 46 when flowing through the water outlet horizontal pipe 43 so as to drive the mounting shaft 44 to rotate, and then the mounting shaft 44 drives the second bevel gear 48 and the vertical pipe 40 to rotate through the first bevel gear 47.
