the sliding strip 71 is arranged along the length direction of the posture plate 61, the sliding strip 71 is connected with the posture plate 61 in a sliding mode through a dovetail groove 72, and rubber buffer layers are arranged on the side faces of the sliding strip 71 and the posture plate 61;
a screw 73 provided along the longitudinal direction of the posture plate 61;
two mounting seats 74 are arranged on the back of the posture plate 61 in parallel, and two ends of the screw rod 73 are respectively and rotatably connected with the two mounting seats 74;
a driving motor 75 which is provided at the back of the posture plate 61, and a main shaft of the driving motor 75 is connected to an end of the lead screw 73 through a coupling;

The driving motor 75 is operated to drive the screw rod 73 to rotate, so that the screw rod 73 drives the driving plate 76 to move along the length direction of the sliding strip 71, further the sliding strip 71 moves along the length direction of the posture plate 61, the sliding strip 71 extends out of the posture plate 61 to a proper position to adapt to athletes of different heights, in the process of performing flower and slide circle training, the sliding strip 71 is in a vertical state under the action of the position adjusting structure 8, then the driving motor 75 is operated to enable the movable end of the sliding strip 71 to be abutted against the ice and snow slideway 2, so that the athlete can perform circle winding around the sliding strip 71 in the vertical state by holding the handle 774, and in order to achieve the purpose of assisting the athlete in circle winding, the overturning motor 88 is operated to drive the mounting tube 84 and the posture plate 61 to rotate, so that the rotation speed of the posture plate 61 is the same as the circle winding speed of the athlete, to cooperate with the athletes to carry out the training of flower slip circle.
For the purpose of assisting the player in making a loop, the pulling structure 77 comprises:
a fixed seat 771 provided on the back of the posture plate 61;
a rope pulley 772 rotatably connected with the fixed seat 771 through a shaft;
a pulling rope 773 wound on the rope wheel 772, and a handle 774 is arranged at the movable end of the pulling rope 773;
the fixing seat 771 is provided with a sliding hole 775 in sliding fit with the limit pin 78, one end of the limit pin 78, which is far away from the rope pulley 772, is provided with a fixed disc 776, and the rope pulley 772 is provided with a plurality of limit holes 777 which are distributed circumferentially and are in insertion fit with the limit pin 78;
a return spring 778 is arranged between the fixed disc 776 and the fixed seat 771, and two ends of the return spring 778 are respectively connected to the side walls of the fixed disc 776 and the fixed seat 771.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the athlete can move the position-limiting pin 78 by pulling the fixed disc 776 with one hand and drive the rope pulley 772 with the other hand until the pulling rope 773 extends out to a length suitable for the height of the athlete, and then the athlete inserts the position-limiting pin 78 into the position-limiting hole 777 in inserting fit with the position-limiting pin to complete the position fixation of the rope pulley 772, so that the length of the pulling rope 773 is suitable for athletes of different heights, and as shown in fig. 14, the athlete can perform a winding operation around the posture plate 61 in the length direction through the grip 774.
In order to realize the rotation of the posture plate 61 along the Y axis or the rotation along the X axis, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the position adjustment structure 8 includes:
a connecting seat 83 hinged with the supporting transverse plate 81 through a rotating shaft 831 is arranged at one end of the supporting transverse plate 81 far away from the driving seat 3;
installing a vertical plate 82;
the mounting cylinder 84 is rotatably connected with the connecting seat 83 through a bearing, and the attitude plate 61 is welded on the end face of the mounting cylinder 84; the installation cylinder 84 is connected with the posture plate 61 through at least two groups of reinforcing ribs to improve the supporting force of the posture plate 61, and the reinforcing ribs are fixed at the edge position of the posture plate 61 to avoid interference of the reinforcing ribs on the lying state of athletes.
At least two groups of fixed square tubes 85 are arranged on the side wall of the driving seat 3, the end part of each group of fixed square tubes 85 is provided with a sliding square tube 86 in sliding fit with the fixed square tubes, and the end part of the sliding square tube 86 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the mounting vertical plate 82; the sliding square tube 86 guides the movement of the mounting upright plate 82, and restricts the movement of the mounting upright plate 82 along the longitudinal direction of the sliding square tube 86.
The longitudinal electric cylinder 87 is arranged on the side wall of the driving seat 3, and the telescopic end of the longitudinal electric cylinder 87 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the mounting vertical plate 82; the vertical electric cylinder 87 works to drive the mounting vertical plate 82 to move longitudinally, so as to change the longitudinal position of the movement posture maintaining mechanism 6, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the longitudinal position of the posture plate 61, and the posture plate 61 and the base 1 can keep a proper distance by adjusting the longitudinal position of the posture plate 61, so as to avoid collision between a sportsman and the base 1 during sliding and winding movements and the like.
As shown in fig. 15, the posture plate 61 may be disposed obliquely, so that the athlete can perform the pressure foot physical training, and the athlete can lie on the obliquely disposed posture plate 61 conveniently, so that the athlete can perform the air swivel training conveniently.
A turnover motor 88 arranged on the side wall of the connecting seat 83;
the main shaft sleeve of the turnover motor 88 is provided with a driving gear 881, and the installation cylinder 84 is sleeved with a driven gear 882 meshed with the driving gear 881. The operation of the turnover motor 88 can drive the driving gear 881 to rotate, so that the driving gear 881 drives the driven gear 882 to rotate, thereby realizing that the installation cylinder 84 rotates along the axis thereof, and enabling the installation cylinder 84 to drive the posture plate 61 to turn over along the axis of the installation cylinder 84.

The telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 43 is hinged with the side wall of the arc steel bar 44.
In order to protect the athlete in time when the athlete falls down or loses weight, the invention includes that the triggering unit 45 includes a fixed cylinder 454, a triggering plate 455 which is in sliding fit with the fixed cylinder 454 is arranged inside the fixed cylinder 454, a buffer spring 456 is arranged between the triggering plate 455 and the bottom end inside the fixed cylinder 454, two ends of the buffer spring 456 are respectively connected to the triggering plate 455 and the bottom end of the fixed cylinder 454, a connecting rope 457 is arranged between the bottom of the triggering plate 455 and the protective belt 451, a touch switch 46 is arranged at the bottom end inside the fixed cylinder 454, and the safe self-locking structure 4 and the lifting cylinder 43 can operate simultaneously by moving downwards through the triggering plate 455 and triggering the touch switch 46.
In order to prevent the driving seat 3 from sliding left and right due to inertia when the athlete falls down or loses weight, the safety self-locking structure 4 comprises:
