According to table 1, in examples 1-5, the basketball prepared by the invention has resilience of about 70% and good elasticity, and when the microfiber synthetic leather comprises 40 parts of diamine polyurethane, 25 parts of nylon-66 salt and 45 parts of solvent, the tensile strength, peel strength and tear strength of the outer skin are highest, so that the microfiber synthetic leather-based lagging basketball prepared by the material dosage in example 3 has better comprehensive performance.
Comparative example 1 a skinned basketball and process for making the same, comprising:
preparation of microfiber synthetic leather
Adding 50 parts of diamine dibasic acid polyurethane and 17.5 parts of nylon-66 salt into a stirring kettle, heating to 150 ℃ and 180 ℃, and stirring for 10-15 min; then adding 37.5 parts of solvent, cooling to 50-110 ℃, and defoaming in vacuum to prepare coating liquid; and adding the coating solution into an impregnator, then putting the base fabric into the impregnator for repeated impregnation, and drying to obtain the PU synthetic leather.
Second, preparation of middle tyre
Adding styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber and ethylene propylene rubber into an internal mixer for plastication to prepare initial rubber, adding a filler into the internal mixer to prepare reinforcing rubber, adding a foaming agent into the internal mixer for mixing, and extruding to prepare high-elasticity foamed rubber;
the high-elasticity rubber is attached to the surface of the butyl liner to prepare the middle tire, and then the nylon wire is wound on the surface of the middle tire.
Thirdly, preparation of finished product
Connecting the leak-proof hidden air tap with the butyl liner, and fitting the cross rib groove around the surface of the middle tire; the superfine synthetic leather is divided into 8 pieces and then respectively attached to the surfaces of the middle tires to obtain a finished basketball, wherein the specification of the finished basketball is No. 7, the circumference is 749-762mm, and the weight is 567-623 g.
Comparative example 2 a leather-attached basketball based on microfiber synthetic leather and a process for making the same, comprising:
preparation of microfiber synthetic leather
Adding 50 parts of diamine dibasic acid polyurethane and 17.5 parts of nylon-66 salt into a stirring kettle, heating to 150 ℃ and 180 ℃, and stirring for 10-15 min; then adding 37.5 parts of solvent, cooling to 50-110 ℃, and defoaming in vacuum to prepare coating liquid; and adding the coating solution into an impregnator, then adding superfine fibers for repeated impregnation, and drying to obtain the superfine synthetic leather.
Secondly, preparation of finished products
Winding a nylon wire on the surface of the middle tire, then connecting the leak-proof dark air nozzle with the butyl liner, and attaching the cross rib groove around the surface of the middle tire; the superfine synthetic leather is divided into 8 pieces and then respectively attached to the surfaces of the middle tires to obtain a finished basketball, wherein the specification of the finished basketball is No. 7, the circumference is 749-762mm, and the weight is 567-623 g.
The microfiber synthetic leather-based leather-covered basketball prepared by the invention has good elasticity, good tensile strength and tear resistance, and a great relationship with microfiber synthetic leather and high-elasticity foamed rubber added into the basketball, and in order to verify the related technical scheme, the applicant performs the following tests:
comparative examples 1 to 2: by adopting the method of the embodiment 3, the prepared PU leather basketball with the leather is detected according to the relevant indexes under the condition of taking out the microfiber synthetic leather and the high-elasticity foamed rubber, and the indexes are shown in the table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002930628740000081
As shown in table 2, in comparative example 1, the peel strength, tensile strength and tear strength of the outer skin were significantly reduced when the microfiber synthetic leather was changed to the ordinary PU leather, and in comparative example 2, the rebound resilience and reduction of the basketball were significantly reduced when the high-elasticity foamed rubber was removed, and the basketball was significantly insufficient compared to example 3, so that the microfiber synthetic leather and the high-elasticity foamed rubber were found to be important factors for changing the elasticity, tensile strength and tear property of the PU skinned basketball.
