Abstract
The invention discloses a sterilization device and a sterilization method, which comprise a control and processing module arranged in a certain space, and a humidity adjusting module, an ozone generating module, an environment detecting module, a wireless communication module and a power supply module which are connected with the control and processing module.

Present use ozone equipment of disinfecting, oxygen among the most use air turns into ozone, directly discharge and disinfect in the air, but actually want to let ozone sterilization have better effect, then need in the sterilization process, guarantee certain air humidity, ozone concentration and the duration of disinfecting, but present most ozone sterilization equipment, generally only have certain requirement to the operating time of sterilizing installation itself, only satisfy the duration of disinfecting promptly, and can't guarantee the best air humidity of ozone sterilization and ozone concentration, therefore, its actual bactericidal effect is very limited.

the wireless communication module is used for receiving various control instructions of the user and feeding back various working states of the device of the user.

Preferably, the ozone module in step (2) calculates the minimum working time required for the ozone module to reach the optimal sterilization concentration according to the own ozone yield information and the size information of the current space, and the working time of the ozone generation module in step (2) is not less than the minimum working time.

A sterilization method based on the device comprises the following steps:
(1) starting a humidity adjusting module to adjust the environment humidity in the space to the optimal humidity range for ozone sterilization;
(2) starting an ozone generation module, and controlling the working time to enable the concentration of ozone in the space to reach the optimal sterilization concentration;
(3) keeping the humidity and the concentration of ozone in the space for a certain time, and continuously sterilizing;

(5) after waiting for a certain time, the alarm indication of the state indication module is closed to prompt the completion of the sterilization process.
In the step (1), the relative humidity of the air in the space is adjusted to 70-95% through a humidity adjusting module.
And (3) the ozone module in the step (2) calculates the minimum working time required by the ozone module to reach the optimal sterilization concentration according to the ozone yield information of the ozone module and the size information of the current space, and the working time of the ozone generation module in the step (2) is not less than the minimum working time.
And (3) simultaneously starting the alarm indication of the state indication module in the step (2), prompting the start of the sterilization process and reminding people not to enter the sterilization range.
The information of the current space size in the step (2) can be obtained by calculating the variation relation between the humidity adjusting module and the water content in the space in the step (1), and the specific method comprises the following steps:
recording the temperatures in the space before and after the step (1) as T1 and T2 respectively, the relative humidity of the air as RH1 and RH2 respectively, the water content of the water storage module as W1 and W2 respectively, wherein the relation between the absolute water content and the relative humidity in each cubic meter of air at a specific temperature can be obtained by inquiring a water content comparison table of each cubic meter under the relative humidity, and as the water content in the air comes from or goes to the water storage module, the following functional relation is assumed to be satisfied: the water content G in each cubic meter of air is F (T, RH), and if the space size is X, the following relational expression is satisfied: f (T1, RH1) ═ X ═ F (T2, RH2) × (W2-W1), then X ═ F (W2-W1)/(F (T1, RH1) -F (T2, RH 2)).
In the step (3), the humidity control module is adjusted according to the environment humidity information detected by the environment detection module to maintain the optimal humidity environment, meanwhile, the ozone generation module continuously maintains the ozone concentration in the environment to be not lower than the optimal ozone concentration, and the system maintenance time can be set according to different sterilization purposes, for example, the sterilization of bacteria in the air is maintained for at least half an hour; if killing bacteria on the surface of an object, the bacteria can be maintained for more than one hour.
And (4) the humidity adjusting module adjusts the relative humidity of the air in the space to 40-60%.
And (5) evaluating the time required by the ozone to be decomposed to the safe concentration of the human body according to the temperature measured by the environment detection module, and after waiting for the time at least, turning off the alarm indication of the state indication module to prompt the completion of the sterilization process.
The requirement of ozone concentration and the sterilization duration in the sterilization steps can meet the requirement of ozone disinfection technical specification.
