The supporting structure 8 comprises a connecting seat 81 and a supporting column 82, a movable groove 83 is formed in the bottom of the connecting seat 81, and two sides of the inner surface of the movable groove 83 are communicated with limiting grooves 84.
Supporting structure 8 is provided with four altogether, respectively in the left and right sides of antibiotic bed board 1 bottom, for antibiotic bed board 1 provides the support, activity groove 83 sets up with support column 82 adaptation, and the top of support column 82 is located the inside of activity groove 83, can slide in the inside vertical direction of activity groove 83.

The top of antibiotic bed board 1 is provided with second antibiotic mattress 11, equal fixedly connected with guard plate 12 in both sides at antibiotic bed board 1 top.
The right side of second antibiotic mattress 11 keeps aliging with the left side of first antibiotic mattress 9, and both are the same material and make, and the length of second antibiotic mattress 11 is longer than the length of first antibiotic mattress 9, and two guard plates 12 are located the left and right sides at antibiotic bed board 1 top respectively, play the guard action for the left and right sides of nursing bed.

when the patient needs to sit on the nursing bed, the rotating plate 72 can be adjusted to be in an inclined state, the driving motor 71 is started, the first gear 74 can simultaneously drive the second gear 75 to rotate, the supporting rod 76 can be driven to rotate through the rotation of the second gear 75, the supporting rod 76 can further drive the rotating plate 72 to start rotating, the first antibacterial mattress 9 is driven to rotate simultaneously, the first antibacterial mattress 9 has certain elasticity, certain deformation can occur, the first antibacterial mattress can be reset, when the rotating plate 72 drives the first antibacterial mattress 9 to move to a required position, the driving motor 71 is closed, the rotating plate 72 can be kept in a stable state, and the angle adjustment of the rotating plate 72 is completed.
