Referring to fig. 9, in which the wearing wrap assembly 8 includes a cushion 81, two abdomen wrap portions 82, two lower limb wrap portions 83, two third straps 84, two fourth straps 85, three fifth straps 86 and three sixth straps 87, the two abdomen wrap portions 82 and the two lower limb wrap portions 83 are symmetrically and integrally formed at both sides of the cushion 81, one ends of the two third straps 84 and the two fourth straps 85 are fixed to the lower limb wrap portions 83, one ends of the three fifth straps 86 and the three sixth straps 87 are fixed to the abdomen wrap portions 82, respectively, the patient on the stretcher can be wrapped and fixed by the wearing wrap assembly 8, the patient can be sufficiently fixed by folding the two abdomen covering portions 82 in half, folding the two lower limb covering portions 83 in half, fixing the third band 84 and the fourth band 85, and fixing the fifth band 86 and the sixth band 87.
Referring to fig. 9, a head supporting portion 811 integrally formed with the cushion 81 is provided at an end side of the cushion 81, a neck supporting band 812 is fixed on the head supporting portion 811, two neck protecting bands 813 are further fixed on the head supporting portion 811, the two neck protecting bands 813 are respectively adhered and fixed on the neck supporting band 812, the head of the patient can be protected by the head supporting portion 811, and the neck of the patient can be supported and fixed by the neck supporting band 812 and the neck protecting band 813; wherein the soft pad 81, the abdomen wrapping part 82 and the lower limb wrapping part 83 are respectively provided with densely distributed air bag strip coils 814, the air bag strip coils 814 are waist-shaped, and the air bag strip coils 814 on the soft pad 81, the abdomen wrapping part 82 and the lower limb wrapping part 83 can improve the protection effect on the patient.

The difference from example 1 is that: the surface of the stretcher board 1 is coated with an antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the coating PPS resin into DMF, and stirring to prepare 500g of PPS suspoemulsion with the concentration of 60%;
s2, adding 500g of PPS suspoemulsion into 200g of PTFE emulsion, wherein the mixing ratio of the PPS suspoemulsion to the PTFE emulsion is 1:1, and adding 12 g of ground melting agent, 2 g of leveling agent and 40 g of anticorrosive agent into the mixed solution;
s3, mixing and dispersing the mixed materials in a 2000r/min dispersion machine for 10 min;
s4, adding 20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5 parts of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate and 8 parts of acrylamide into the mixture obtained in the S3, and uniformly mixing;
s5, heating the mixture obtained in the S4 to 60 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 20min to obtain the antifouling coating.
Example 3
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
s1, adding the coating PPS resin into DMF, and stirring to prepare 500g of PPS suspoemulsion with the concentration of 65%;
s2, adding 500g of PPS suspoemulsion into 200g of PTFE emulsion, wherein the mixing ratio of the PPS suspoemulsion to the PTFE emulsion is 1:1, and adding 15 g of ground melting agent, 3 g of leveling agent and 46 g of anticorrosive agent into the mixed solution;
s3, mixing and dispersing the mixed materials in a dispersion machine at 2000r/min for 23 min;
s4, adding 24 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5 parts of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate and 8 parts of acrylamide into the mixture obtained in the S3, and uniformly mixing;
s5, heating the mixture obtained in the S4 to 60 ℃ and preserving the heat for 20min to obtain the antifouling coating.
Example 4
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
s1, adding the coating PPS resin into DMF, and stirring to prepare 500g PPS suspoemulsion with the concentration of 58%;
s2, adding 500g of PPS suspoemulsion into 200g of PTFE emulsion, wherein the mixing ratio of the PPS suspoemulsion to the PTFE emulsion is 1:2, and adding 15 g of ground melting agent, 3 g of leveling agent and 37 g of anticorrosive agent into the mixed solution;
s3, mixing and dispersing the mixed materials in a 2000r/min dispersion machine for 25 min;
s4, adding 22 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5 parts of phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate and 8 parts of acrylamide into the mixture obtained in the S3, and uniformly mixing;
s5, heating the mixture obtained in the S4 to 60 ℃ and preserving the heat for 20min to obtain the antifouling coating.
Example 5
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
s1, adding the coating PPS resin into DMF, and stirring to prepare 500g PPS suspoemulsion with the concentration of 70%;
s2, adding 500g of PPS suspoemulsion into 200g of PTFE emulsion, wherein the mixing ratio of the PPS suspoemulsion to the PTFE emulsion is 1:1, and adding 15 g of ground melting agent, 3 g of leveling agent and 35 g of anticorrosive agent into the mixed solution;
s3, mixing and dispersing the mixed materials in a 2100r/min dispersion machine for 20 min;
s4, adding 18 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5 parts of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate and 10 parts of acrylamide into the mixture obtained in the S3, and uniformly mixing;
s5, heating the mixture obtained in the S4 to 65 ℃ and preserving the heat for 20min to obtain the antifouling coating.
The antifouling-coated stretcher boards 1 of examples 2 to 5 were subjected to surface hardness and peel strength tests, and for comparison, the data of all examples were normalized based on the data of example 2.

As can be seen from the above, the test results of the surface hardness and peel strength of the antifouling coating on the surface of the stretcher 1 in example 3 are higher than those of the other examples coated with the antifouling coating, so the preparation method of the antifouling coating given in example 3 is the most preferable choice.
