Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical rehabilitation device and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In the process of shoulder and neck rehabilitation, a neck supporting device is generally arranged, so that the head of a rehabilitee is stable, the head does not rotate, the head does not deviate, and the neck is rehabilitated after the neck is fixed for a period of time.
However, sometimes, depending on the injured situation, the fixation of the head and the restriction of the movement of the neck are required, and the neck is not required to be completely immovable at all, but the head is mainly restricted not to be tilted to both sides, and the head is restricted not to be rotated (rotated) with the neck as a central axis, but the forward and backward tilting (the angle is very small, similar to a slight nodding action) can be performed properly. This action helps the power recovery of the neck muscles, and if the nodding action is too limited, it may increase the burden on the neck, because when the neck support device is worn and the neck support device simultaneously supports the chin (jaw), the head is tilted downward during, for example, a meal, or the chin is moved downward when the mouth is opened, and the neck is stretched upward with the chin as a fulcrum, thereby increasing the burden on the neck.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide the neck support device with a function of appropriately matching the motion of nodding, and to inhibit the motion of head turning and head left-right deviation, and to enhance the control force of head turning and head left-right deviation.
The existing medical rehabilitation apparatus is shown in attached figures 1 and 2, a thermoplastic plate is adopted, the shape of the chest, the neck and the shoulder of a human body is fixed, the chest, the neck and the shoulder are directly tied, and the chest, the neck and the shoulder are made of the same thermoplastic plate and are transited through a curved surface. The fixing capacity of the structure is the best fixing effect mode adopted in the medical industry at present, the fixing strength is large, the structure has integrity, the loosening is avoided, the cost is low, and the belt matching mode is simple and convenient. But it completely immobilizes the head, prohibiting any action, as described above, to be detrimental to recovery.
And some supporting devices using the framework have low strength, poor integrity, high cost and difficult popularization, and can become a factor of possible looseness.

Detailed Description
The invention is made of low-temperature thermoplastic plate as raw material.
The low temperature thermoplastic sheet has the characteristics of good deformation resistance after cooling, excellent plasticity, and basically no brittleness and bending resistance; when the material is bent, because of the characteristics of strength and plasticity, when the bending deformation range of the material is not reached to enable the material to be subjected to plastic deformation, the material cannot be subjected to plastic deformation and can be immediately restored to the original form, and therefore the deformation can be identified as elastic deformation. Thus, the material is elastic over a certain deformation range.
The low-temperature thermoplastic plate is a novel high-molecular material which is prepared by processing specially synthesized high-molecular polyester through a series of physical and chemical methods, molecules are in a stable state at the room temperature of 10-30 ℃ in the environment, the low-temperature thermoplastic plate can be softened after being heated in water at the temperature of 65-70 ℃ for 1-3 minutes, and can be hardened at the room temperature for 3-5 minutes, and the low-temperature thermoplastic plate has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good air permeability, water resistance and the like.
The conventional use method of the low-temperature thermoplastic plate comprises the following steps:
1. preparing a low-temperature thermoplastic sheet material, and preparing clean water with the temperature of 65-70 ℃.
2. Measuring the size of the limb part of the human body to be measured, making a design drawing, and cutting the low-temperature thermoplastic sheet material according to the design drawing.
3. And (3) putting the cut low-temperature thermoplastic plate into hot water, heating for 1-3 minutes to soften the plate, taking out the softened material from the water, and wiping off the water on the softened material.
4. And placing the softened low-temperature thermoplastic plate at a position to be fixed on the human body of the patient for molding, wherein the operation can be carried out for 3-5 minutes during softening, the temperature is suitable for not scalding the patient, and the molding is finished by paying attention to the fixed angle.
5. After five minutes, the low-temperature thermoplastic plate is cooled to room temperature, hardened and formed, taken from the human body, the edge part is polished, and after the shaping meets the fixing requirement, the magic tape is added for fixing and finishing, so that the patient can wear the plastic plate on the body. The first example is as follows:
KS low-temperature thermoplastic sheet and KBS low-temperature thermoplastic sheet provided by Guangzhou Kelairuidi medical equipment Co., Ltd can be selected, the mesh rate can be 1%, 5% or 19%, and the thickness is 3.2 mm.
Example two:
referring to fig. 3, a force structure 4 is disposed at a joint of the neck support portion 3 and the chest support portion 5, and the force structure 4 can prevent the relative rotation between two of the neck support portion, the chest support portion 5 and the shoulder support portion, that is, the rotation of the head (neck) about the virtual longitudinal center line.
While preventing any of the three portions from bending toward one of the left and right sides along the virtual longitudinal centerline. That is, the head (neck) can be prevented from being inclined left and right.
Referring to fig. 4, the force structure 4 allows the anterior cervical support to rotate 5-8 ° to the anterior and posterior sides along the virtual longitudinal centerline with respect to the thoracic support 5, i.e. to perform a slight nodding and slight supination, and to assist in repositioning by the force of the spring during nodding or supination.
Example three:
the force structure 4 comprises a first folding edge 7 and a second folding edge 8.
The first folding edge 7 and the second folding edge 8 provide a low fastening force for the connection of the neck support 3 to the chest support 5, but remain connected. Together with the material properties, the first folded edge 7 and the second folded edge 8 thus form an elastic property and the elastic structure resists deformation forces of less than 0.5 kg.
Referring to fig. 5, the anti-twist plate 9 is connected to the chest support by a first folding edge, so that, with the first folding edge centre point, the anti-twist plate can rotate 4-6 ° relative to the chest support, the angle between the anti-twist plate and the chest support becoming larger when nodding slightly and smaller when retroseated on the contrary. Simultaneously, the anti-twist plate 9 is connected with the neck support portion 3 through the second folding edge 8, so, with the second folding edge central point, the neck support portion can rotate 2-3 degrees for the anti-twist plate, when slightly nodding the head, the included angle between the anti-twist plate and the neck support portion 3 becomes small, otherwise, the included angle becomes large when the neck is bent backwards. The rotational effect adds up so that the neck support 3 can be relatively easily rotated 5-8 deg. in relation to the chest support (slight nodding or tilting action).
The bending radius of the first folding edge 7 and the second folding edge 8 is 5-10 mm. The bending radius is too small, so that the deformation resistance is increased, the micro nodding or bending-back action is limited too much, and when the bending radius is too large, the deformation resistance is weakened, the nodding or bending-back action is too large, so that the neck of a rehabilitee is not protected. Tests show that the bending radius is 5-10 mm.
Referring to fig. 6-10, since the two ends of the first folding edge 7 and the second folding edge 8 are located 5-10mm away from the rear edge of the nape support; therefore, the width of the curved surface 6-1 connected from the two sides of the neck front supporting part to the shoulder supporting part is 5-10 mm.
The curved surface 6-1 connecting the two sides of the neck front supporting part to the shoulder supporting part forms the support of the shoulder supporting part to the neck front supporting part, thereby preventing the neck front supporting part from inclining left and right. And because the middle section of the first folding edge and the second folding edge is separated by the anti-twist plate, the rotation angle of the neck front supporting part and the chest supporting part is formed, but the two ends are gradually overlapped together and disappear at the back edge close to the neck front supporting part, so that the rotation angle is gradually reduced from the front to the two sides and finally has no rotation angle. Thereby, the neck front support portion can be further prevented from leaning to the left or right.
The anti-twist plate 9 can also prevent the forward neck support from leaning forward or backward, for example, when the forward neck support is leaning forward or backward, the right side will be stretched, the left side will be compressed, so that the left included angle between the anti-twist plate and the chest support becomes smaller and the right side becomes larger (and the left included angle between the anti-twist plate and the neck support 3 becomes smaller and the right side becomes larger), the anti-twist plate is twisted due to the introduction, when the anti-twist plate is smaller in area (meniscus shape, length is 70-90mm, width is 30-50mm), the anti-deformation capability is better, so the anti-twist is effectively resisted, and the forward neck support is prevented from leaning forward or backward. By combining the supporting force of the curved surface 6-1 connecting the two sides of the neck front supporting part to the shoulder supporting part and the anti-twisting force of the anti-twisting plate 9, the supporting force for removing the neck part is more than 3kg, when the weight of the head of an adult is 5kg, the force applied by the head to the two sides is completely less than 3kg even if the force of the head to actively act is added when the adult keeps standing, sitting and walking, thereby preventing the neck front supporting part from inclining left and right. The rotation of the head part is not related to the weight of the head part and is mainly influenced by the force of the active action of the head part, namely the action of the rotary head, and the force applied by the action of the rotary head is less than 2kg, so that the rotary head action can be effectively prevented by the anti-rotation deformation force which is more than 2 kg.
In conclusion, the transverse supporting force is enhanced, so that the anti-rotation deformation force is greater than 2kg, and the anti-bending deformation force is greater than 3 kg. Example four:
referring to fig. 11, a thermoplastic plate of an appropriate size is cut out according to the body type of a rehabilitee 2, and has a neck support part preparation plate 1-3, a shoulder support part preparation plate 1-6, and a chest support part preparation plate 1-5. The whole shape is a convex shape.
When the anti-twist plate is cut, the size of the reserved neck supporting part preparation plate body 1-3 is longer than that of the conventional anti-twist plate due to the fact that a part of the area of the anti-twist plate 9 needs to be reserved, when the height of the anti-twist plate (the distance between the middle section of the first folding edge 7 and the middle section of the second folding edge 8) is 3-5cm, the size of the reserved neck supporting part preparation plate body 1-3 can be longer than that of the conventional anti-twist plate when the anti-twist plate is cut, and the length is increased by about 15 cm.
Then the low temperature thermoplastic plate is heated and placed on a human body for forming, wherein, the neck supporting part preparing plate body 1-3 forms the neck supporting part 3 after forming, the shoulder supporting part preparing plate body 1-6 forms the shoulder supporting part 6 after forming, and the chest supporting part preparing plate body 1-5 forms the chest supporting part 5 after forming. And finally, cooling and hardening, and polishing corners to form the neck and chest rehabilitation fixing device.
Example five:
because the material batches adopted may be different, the characteristics of the materials are different, and when the strength of the first folding edge 7 and the second folding edge is too high, the deformation resistance is too large; or the rehabilitative person 2 (wearer) has a small head strength and a light head weight. It is necessary to reduce the strength and the deformation resistance of the first folded edge and the second folded edge.
The method comprises the steps that after a thermoplastic plate with a proper size is cut, hollows 1-2 are cut at a first folding edge and a second folding edge which are preset, if a plurality of hollows are cut, the reserved parts among the hollows are equivalent to connecting ribs 1-1, so that the average density of materials is reduced, the connecting area is reduced, and the cut hollow parts are just folded to form the first folding edge and the second folding edge. Thereby achieving the effect of reducing the strength and the deformation resistance of the first folding edge and the second folding edge, and ensuring that the deformation resistance of the elastic structure is less than 0.5 kg.
Example six:
because the adopted material batches are possibly different, the characteristics of the materials are different, and when the strength of the first folding edge and the second folding edge is too high, the deformation resistance is too large; or the rehabilitative person (wearer) has less head strength and lighter head weight. It is necessary to reduce the strength and the deformation resistance of the first folded edge and the second folded edge.
The method comprises the steps of cooling the low-temperature thermoplastic plate to room temperature, hardening and forming, and then continuously knocking the first folding edge and the second folding edge with a hard object to ensure that the fiber groups are only partially damaged, thereby reducing the strength and the deformation resistance of the first folding edge and the second folding edge. Thereby achieving the effect of reducing the strength and the deformation resistance of the first folding edge and the second folding edge, and ensuring that the deformation resistance of the elastic structure is less than 0.5 kg.
Example seven:
because the material batches used may be different, the material properties are somewhat different, and when the strength of the first folding edge 7 and the second folding edge 8 is too high, the deformation resistance is too high; or the rehabilitative person (wearer) has less head strength and lighter head weight. It is necessary to further reduce the strength and deformation resistance of the first and second folded edges on the basis of the sixth and seventh embodiments.
The method is that after a thermoplastic plate with proper size is cut, hollows are cut at a first folding edge 7 and a second folding edge which are preset, if a plurality of hollows are cut, the reserved part between the hollows 1-2 is equivalent to a connecting rib 1-1, so that the average density of the material is reduced, the connecting area is reduced, and the parts of the cut hollows 1-2 are just folded to form the first folding edge and the second folding edge, so that the strength and the deformation resistance of the first folding edge and the second folding edge are reduced;
then, after the low temperature thermoplastic sheet is cooled to room temperature and hardened and formed, the first folded edge and the second folded edge are continuously knocked by a hard object, so that the fiber groups at the first folded edge and the second folded edge are only partially damaged, and the strength and the deformation resistance of the first folded edge and the second folded edge are further reduced. Thereby achieving the effect of greatly reducing the strength and the anti-deformation force of the first folding edge and the second folding edge and leading the anti-deformation force of the elastic structure to be far less than 0.5 kg.
Example eight:
the neck and chest rehabilitation fixing device is manufactured according to the following method.
1. The single low-temperature thermoplastic plate is cut into a single low-temperature thermoplastic plate body 1 which is shaped to adapt to the appearance of a human body. When the single low-temperature thermoplastic plate is cut, the hollow parts 1-2 and the connecting ribs 1-1 are cut at the positions which are preset as a first folding edge and a second folding edge.
2. The single low-temperature thermoplastic plate body 1 is heated to be softened, then is covered on the chest, the neck and the shoulders of a human body, and is shaped into a curve according to the shape of the human body.
During modeling, the hollow-out part and the connecting rib are folded twice to form a first folding edge 7, a second folding edge 8 and an anti-distortion plate 9.
3. Cooling and forming, after cooling and forming,
the iron wire (steel wire) with the diameter approximately equal to the bending radius of the first folding edge and the second folding edge is inserted into the inner bending part of the first folding edge and the second folding edge, and then the iron wire is knocked from the outer sides of the first folding edge and the second folding edge, so that the low-temperature thermoplastic plate fiber of the first folding edge and the second folding edge is partially damaged, and the first folding edge and the second folding edge are in a softening state at normal temperature.
Example nine:
two iron wires (steel wires) with the radius of 1-5mm are prepared, and the iron wires are respectively bent into arcs which are the same as the arcs of the first folding edge and the second folding edge after forming.
Referring to example eight, the curved line shape is formed according to the human body figure. Two arc iron wires are placed at a preset first folding edge and a preset second folding edge, the iron wires are folded into an inner included angle of the first folding edge and an inner included angle of the second folding edge, and the bending radius of the formed first folding edge and the second folding edge is equal to the radius of the iron wires and is 1-5 mm. Then knocking is carried out from the outer sides of the first folding edge and the second folding edge, and after the low-temperature thermoplastic plate fiber is partially damaged to meet the requirement, the iron wire is drawn out.
The above-described embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other to form new embodiments.
The foregoing is illustrative of the present invention and does not represent the scope of the invention.
