as shown in fig. 1 and 9, the tube bundle collecting assembly 5 and the refrigerating box 4 are located on the same side of the bridge frame 1, the tube bundle collecting assembly 5 includes a box 50 and a collecting tray 51, the box 50 is sleeved on the pillar 11, one side of the box 50 is provided with a tube bundle joint 500, the other side is provided with a tube bundle movable hole 501, the collecting tray 51 is arranged inside the box 50 and is rotationally clamped with the pillar 11, a reset torsion spring is arranged at the joint of the collecting tray 51 and the pillar 11, a guide head 510 is movably arranged outside the upper end surface of the collecting tray 51, a winding column 511 is arranged at the joint of the collecting tray 51 and the pillar 11, a guide groove 5110 is arranged on the winding column 511, the tube bundle joint 500, the tube bundle movable hole 501 and the collecting tray 51 correspond to each other on the same horizontal plane and are respectively provided with 3 groups, by arranging a plurality of groups of collecting trays 51, various medical pipelines can be classified and collected, not only the convenience in use can be improved, meanwhile, the use of the pipeline bracket can be prevented from being influenced by mutual pollution; the infusion assembly 7 is arranged on the pillar 11 on the same side as the tube bundle collecting assembly 5, the infusion assembly 7 comprises a movable disc 70 and a placing sleeve 71, the movable disc 70 is movably sleeved on the pillar 11, the placing sleeve 71 is arranged on the movable disc 70, a clamping plate 711 is connected to the interior of the placing sleeve 71 through a damping spring 710, infusion operation on an ICU patient is facilitated by arranging the infusion assembly 7, an infusion bag or an infusion bottle can be limited and fixed by arranging the clamping plate 711 connected with the placing sleeve 71 through the damping spring 710, and the safety of the infusion operation is improved;
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the power assembly 6 includes a first power motor 60 and a second power motor 61, the first power motor 60 is fixedly disposed at the top end of the beam 10, an output shaft of the first power motor 60 is provided with a first bevel gear 600, two sides inside the U-shaped carriage 12 are rotatably clamped with first threaded rods 120, top ends of the two sliding seats 110 are respectively provided with threaded blocks 111, the two first threaded rods 120 are respectively in threaded connection with the two threaded blocks 111, ends of the two first threaded rods 120 are respectively engaged with the first bevel gear 600 through a second bevel gear 121, the second power motor 61 is fixedly disposed at the bottom end of the support column 11 at the same side with the equipment placing rack 2 through a motor box 610, an output shaft of the second power motor 61 is provided with a second threaded rod 611, the second threaded rod 611 passes through the bottom end of the support column 11 and is in threaded connection with the top inside the support column 11, a movable disc 112 is disposed inside the support column 11, the pillar 11 is provided with a slot which can enable the movable disc 112 to slide up and down, the movable disc 112 is in threaded connection with the second threaded rod 611, and two ends of the movable disc 112 penetrate through the slot on the pillar 11 and then are fixedly connected with the frame 20;
as shown in FIG. 1, the control assembly includes a controller connected to a first power motor 60 and a second power motor 61, respectively, and a remote controller connected to the controller. The controller, the remote controller, the first power motor 60 and the second power motor 61 are all commercially available products.
When the multifunctional carrier is used, the first power motor 60 and the second power motor 61 are respectively connected with an external power supply; the movable frame 141 slides to the lowest point of the arc-shaped sliding chute 142 through the pedal 143, the universal roller 140 is contacted with the ground at the moment to move the carrier frame, and the controller is used for controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the first power motor 60 through operating the remote controller, so that the two supporting columns 11 move left and right along with the sliding seats 110 at the upper ends of the two supporting columns 11, and the distance between the two supporting columns 11 is adjusted; when the carriage moves to a proper position, the pedal 143 is reversely adjusted, so that the universal roller 140 is received in the support 14;
the auxiliary bracket 15 is pulled out from the inside of the cross beam 10 by using the moving block 150, and different monitoring devices are suspended by using the suspension holes 151 on the auxiliary bracket 15; the medical lighting lamp 16 and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 17 are respectively used for improving the lighting and disinfection for the sickroom;
pulling out each hinge plate 21 from the frame 20, limiting the position of the hinge plate 21 by using a limiting plate 210, then adjusting the height of each telescopic guide rod 23, adjusting the position of each carrying plate 22 on the telescopic guide rod 23, fixing the carrying plate 22 and the telescopic guide rod 23 by using a nut, and placing different medical appliances in a carrying groove 221 on the carrying plate 22; the second power motor 61 is controlled to start by a remote controller, the frame 20 moves up and down along the support post 11 under the action of the movable disk 112 by using the second threaded rod 611, and the height of the frame 20 is adjusted;
the waste liquid generated in the treatment process enters the waste liquid box 30 through the collecting tank 31 for collection, and the medical supplies to be frozen and stored are placed in the refrigerating box 4 for storage; one end of a tube bundle required to be used in the treatment process is connected with the tube bundle connector 500, the other end of the tube bundle penetrates through the guide head 510 and the tube bundle movable hole 501 in sequence, a pipeline is released on the winding column 511 under the action of tensile force, and after the pipeline is used, the pipeline is wound and collected on the winding column 511 again under the action of the reset torsion spring;
when the infusion treatment is needed to be carried out on a patient in the treatment process, an infusion bag is placed in the placing sleeve 71 on the movable plate 70, and the infusion bag is clamped and fixed by the clamping plate 711 connected with the placing sleeve 71 through the damping spring 710.

Claims (5)

1. A multifunctional carrier for ICU intensive care unit is characterized by comprising a bridge (1), a unit placing frame (2), a waste liquid collecting assembly (3), a refrigerating box (4), a tube bundle collecting assembly (5), a power assembly (6) and a control assembly;
the bridge frame (1) comprises a cross beam (10) and two struts (11), wherein a U-shaped sliding frame (12) is arranged at the lower end of the cross beam (10), a sliding groove (13) is formed in the U-shaped sliding frame (12), the number of the struts (11) is two, the top ends of the two struts (11) are respectively in sliding clamping connection with the sliding groove (13) through sliding seats (110), and supports (14) are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of the two struts (11);
the equipment placing frame (2) comprises a frame (20), hinged plates (21) and object carrying plates (22), wherein the frame (20) is a square frame, the upper end and the lower end of the frame are closed, the frame (20) is movably sleeved on one of the supporting columns (11), the hinged plates (21) are respectively movably hinged on 4 circumferential side faces of the frame (20), a limiting plate (210) is arranged at the joint of the lower end of the frame (21) and the hinged plates (21), a fan-shaped locking plate (211) is arranged at the upper end of the frame, one side, close to the supporting columns (11), of each hinged plate (21) is provided with a telescopic guide rod (23), the telescopic guide rod (23) is provided with clamping grooves (230) along the length direction of the telescopic guide rod, 1-3 object carrying plates (22) are arranged on each hinged plate (21), and two sides of each object carrying plate (22) are respectively connected with the clamping grooves (230) in a sliding mode through pins (220), the pin (220) is provided with a limiting nut, and each carrying plate (22) is provided with a carrying groove (221);
the waste liquid collecting assembly (3) comprises a waste liquid box (30) and a collecting groove (31), the waste liquid collecting assembly (3) and the equipment placing frame (2) are located on the same side of the bridge (1), the waste liquid box (30) is arranged on the support (14), a discharging interface (300) and a collecting interface (301) are arranged on the waste liquid box (30), the collecting groove (31) is movably sleeved on the support column (11) and located at the upper end of the waste liquid box (30), and the collecting groove (31) is connected with the collecting interface (301) through a hose;
the refrigerator (4) is arranged at the bottom end of the other pillar (11) and is fixedly connected with the support (14), the front end of the refrigerator (4) is movably hinged with a refrigerator door (40), and a storage rack (41) is arranged inside the refrigerator;
the pipe bundle collecting assembly (5) and the refrigerating box (4) are located on the same side of the bridge frame (1), the pipe bundle collecting assembly (5) comprises a box body (50) and a collecting tray (51), the box body (50) is sleeved on the supporting column (11), a pipe bundle connector (500) is arranged on one side of the box body (50), pipe bundle movable holes (501) are formed in the other side of the box body (50), the collecting tray (51) is arranged inside the box body (50) and is rotationally clamped with the supporting column (11), a reset torsion spring is arranged at the joint of the collecting tray (51) and the supporting column (11), a guide head (510) is movably arranged outside the upper end face of the collecting tray (51), and a winding column (511) is arranged at the joint of the collecting tray (51) and the supporting column (11);
the power assembly (6) comprises a first power motor (60) and a second power motor (61), the first power motor (60) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the cross beam (10), an output shaft of the first power motor (60) is provided with a first bevel gear (600), two sides inside the U-shaped carriage (12) are respectively and rotatably connected with a first threaded rod (120) in a clamping manner, the top ends of the two sliding seats (110) are respectively provided with a threaded block (111), the two first threaded rods (120) are respectively in threaded connection with the two threaded blocks (111), the end parts of the two first threaded rods (120) are respectively in meshed connection with the first bevel gear (600) through a second bevel gear (121), the second power motor (61) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the support column (11) at the same side with the equipment placing frame (2) through a motor box (610), and an output shaft of the second power motor (61) is provided with a second threaded rod (611), the second threaded rod (611) is inserted out of the bottom end of the pillar (11) and is in threaded connection with the inner top of the pillar (11), a movable disc (112) is arranged inside the pillar (11), a slot capable of enabling the movable disc (112) to slide up and down is formed in the pillar (11), the movable disc (112) is in threaded connection with the second threaded rod (611), and two ends of the movable disc (112) penetrate through the slot in the pillar (11) and are fixedly connected with the frame (20);
the control assembly comprises a controller and a remote controller, the controller is respectively connected with a first power motor (60) and a second power motor (61), and the remote controller is connected with the controller;
an infusion assembly (7) is arranged on the strut (11) on the same side as the tube bundle collecting assembly (5), the infusion assembly (7) comprises a movable disc (70) and a placing sleeve (71), the movable disc (70) is movably sleeved on the strut (11), the placing sleeve (71) is arranged on the movable disc (70), and the interior of the placing sleeve (71) is connected with a clamping plate (711) through a damping spring (710);
the beam (10) is hollow and is provided with a secondary support (15) in a sliding manner, the end part of the secondary support (15) is movably hinged with a moving block (150), the secondary support (15) is connected with the beam (10) in a sliding manner through the moving block (150), and a plurality of hanging holes (151) are uniformly formed in the secondary support (15);
the anti-slip mat is arranged on the lower end face of the support (14), the movable frame (141) is arranged inside the support, an arc-shaped sliding groove (142) is formed in the position, corresponding to the position of the movable frame (141), of the side wall of the support, a pedal (143) is movably clamped on the arc-shaped sliding groove (142), one side of the movable frame (141) is movably hinged to the inner wall of the support (14), the other side of the movable frame is fixedly connected with the pedal (143), and the universal idler wheels (140) are movably arranged at the lower end of the movable frame (141).
2. A multi-function carrier for ICU intensive care units according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end face of the U-shaped carriage (12) is provided with a medical illumination lamp (16) and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp (17).
3. A multi-function carrier for ICU intensive care units as recited in claim 1, characterized in that a back-up power box (18) is provided on the support (14), 2-4 device interfaces (180) being provided on the back-up power box (18).
4. The multifunctional carrier for an ICU (intensive care unit) according to claim 1, characterized in that the collecting tank (31) is movably clamped with a sealing plate (310) at the upper end, and a filter screen (311) is movably arranged in the collecting tank (31).
5. A multifunctional carrier for ICU intensive care units according to claim 1 characterized in that the winding column (511) is provided with guide slots (5110), the tube bundle joints (500), the tube bundle moving holes (501) and the collecting tray (51) are corresponding in position on the same horizontal plane and are respectively provided with 2-4 groups.
