Description

Large wound blood vessel suturing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a large wound blood vessel suturing device, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
With the development of medical science and technology, minimally invasive precision therapy is more and more concerned by more doctors and patients. Interventional therapy can minimize the actual trauma to non-focal areas of a patient while treating a targeted focal area. Is friendly to the overall treatment process and outcome, and therefore intervention is being required and accepted by an increasing number of patients. Interventional procedures are typically performed by puncturing a blood vessel to introduce a sheath and then advancing the catheter. Therefore, how to treat the wound caused by vascular puncture is a subject to be studied. In some operations requiring a large sheath and a large-diameter delivery system, such as an aortic stent, transcatheter aortic valve replacement and percutaneous mitral valve treatment, a blood vessel puncture wound is large (the outer diameter of the sheath is usually up to 21F, namely more than 7 mm), and how to close the blood vessel wound in a minimally invasive manner is a problem facing clinical practice at present.
The currently commonly used blood vessel suturing device is prolade (chinese patent No. CN1654016A) of yapei corporation, and the principle of the blood vessel suturing device is to form a suture line loop at a blood vessel wound through a puncture needle with a thread and tie and fix the suture line loop, although a large wound of the blood vessel can be sutured effectively, more than 2 suturing devices are usually needed to be used, and the operation is repeated more than twice, which causes complicated and difficult operation process. Secondly, the crossing angle between the suture lines formed by the two suturing devices needs to be controlled within a certain range, the too large angle easily causes stenosis, and the too small angle affects the suturing effect, so that a balance needs to be found between controlling the suturing effect and preventing restenosis, and the operator needs to have subjective experience and the capability of controlling operation errors.
Chinese patent No. CN210931590U discloses a large-caliber blood vessel interventional therapy suture device, which adopts a double-needle set to realize two times of suture by one-time operation so as to simplify the suture operation and achieve the effect of effective suture. According to the invention, two leading bases are arranged in a containing cavity body inserted into a vascular catheter side by side, an ellipsoidal dividing block is arranged between the two leading bases, the dividing block can rotate along the circumferential direction of the cross section of the catheter under the action of a driving device, so that the two leading bases are separated or closed to control the distance between the leading bases and control the distance between two suture lines, however, the arrangement of the dividing block and the driving device thereof can make the inserted vascular catheter become thicker, a larger left wound is left after suturing, and the suturing effect is influenced; the structure is too complex, so that the production and quality control of the instrument are troublesome and the performance of the instrument is unstable. In addition, because the center of the device is provided with the dividing block and the traditional system, the device is difficult to arrange a central lumen, so that the device is inserted into a vascular wound without a guide wire, the guide is difficult, and the guide wire cannot be reserved after the device is used for suturing the vascular wound, so that the device cannot intervene again if the suturing fails.
Chinese patent No. CN101897606A discloses another commonly used blood vessel suturing device (Angioseal) for hemostasis from the intravascular and extravascular clamping wounds by forming a sandwich structure using small spacers, but this device can only be applied to interventional procedures for small vessel wounds (below 8F).
Therefore, there is a need in the art to design a blood vessel suturing device that can conveniently and effectively suture a large blood vessel wound through one-time operation, and has a relatively simple structure, more stable performance and can suture after a suturing failure.
