The pediatric, gynecological, penmanship and dental care cleaner is different from the prior art in that the pediatric, gynecological, penmanship and dental care cleaner drives the sliding block sliding along the first rotary table to slide reciprocally through the crank and the first connecting rod of the brushing part to track, and adjusts the reciprocal rotation or the circumferential rotation of the first rotary table by adjusting the swinging angle of the first connecting rod, so as to adjust the reciprocal rotation or the circumferential rotation of the cleaning block, thereby realizing automatic reciprocal scrubbing of all parts of a user or unidirectional scrubbing of all parts of the user under the condition of the need of the user, and providing convenience for medical staff of the pediatric, gynecological, penmanship and dental care during cleaning patients.

Detailed Description
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the pediatric, gynecological, geriatric and dental care cleaner of the present invention comprises
A handle 100 having a battery 101 and a motor 102 electrically connected to the battery 101 fixed therein;
a first supporting cylinder 200, the lower end of which is fixed to the handle 100;
a cover 300 fixed to the top of the first supporting cylinder 200;
the brushing part 400 drives the crank 405 and the first link 406 to drive the slider on the first turntable 408 to reciprocate, and adjusts the reciprocating rotation or the circumferential rotation of the first turntable 408 by adjusting the swinging angle of the first link 406 relative to the first turntable 408, so as to adjust the reciprocating rotation or the circumferential rotation of the cleaning block 412 on the first turntable 408.
The invention drives the sliding block sliding along the first rotating disc 408 to slide reciprocally and track through the crank 405 and the first connecting rod 406 of the brushing part 400, and adjusts the reciprocal rotation or the circumferential rotation of the first rotating disc 408 through adjusting the swinging angle of the first connecting rod 406, thereby adjusting the reciprocal rotation or the circumferential rotation of the cleaning block 412, and realizing automatic reciprocal scrubbing of various parts of the user or unidirectional scrubbing of various parts of the user under the condition of the user's needs, thereby providing convenience for medical staff in pediatrics, gynecology, nursing and dentistry when cleaning the patient.
The upper and lower ends of the first supporting cylinder 200 are both opened, the first supporting cylinder 200 is communicated and fixed with the handle 100, and the top of the first supporting cylinder 200 is communicated and fixed with the cover 300.
Wherein, a power module is configured between the battery 101 and the motor 102, and the power module is connected with a user terminal through a wireless communication module, so that the user can wirelessly control the rotation direction and rotation speed of the motor 102.
Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are schematic diagrams of the first guide rail 416 being relatively centered, the cleaning block 412 rotating around the circumference, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the cleaning block 412 reciprocating about half a turn in a state that the first guide rail 416 is relatively left.
For further explanation of the embodiments, referring to fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, the brushing portion 400 includes a first pulley 401, a driving belt 402, a second pulley 403, a first shaft 404, a crank 405, a first connecting rod 406, a first slider 407, a first rotating disc 408, a first guide slot 409, an arc-shaped guide rail 410, a supporting rod 411, a cleaning block 412, a first lead screw 413, a first nut 414, a handle 415, a first guide rail 416, a second slider 417, a third slider 418, and a second guide rail 419, the first pulley 401 is coaxially fixed with the output shaft 103 of the motor 102, the first pulley 401 is driven by the driving belt 402 with the second pulley 403, the second pulley 403 is coaxially fixed with the first shaft 404, the first shaft 404 is mounted on the inner surface of the first supporting tube 200 by a bearing, the first shaft 404 is fixed with one end of the crank 405, the other end of the crank 405 is hinged with the lower end of the first connecting rod 406, the upper end of the first connecting rod 406 is connected with the first slider 407, the first slider is radially connected with the first rotating disc 407, and the supporting rod 408 is uniformly distributed along the arc-shaped guide slot 410;

the first nut 414 is fixed with the inner surface of the cover 300, the first lead screw 413 is in threaded connection with the first nut 414, a handle 415 is fixed at one end, far away from the first connecting rod 406, of the first lead screw 413, one end, close to the first connecting rod 406, of the first lead screw 413 is mounted on the first guide rail 416 through a bearing, a second slider 417 moving along the first guide rail 416 is arranged on the first guide rail 416, the second slider 417 is hinged with the middle part of the first connecting rod 406, the first guide rail 416 is fixed with the third slider 418, the third slider 418 moves along the second guide rail 419, and the second guide rail 419 is fixed with the inner surface of the cover 300.
The crank-slider mechanism comprising the crank 405, the first link 406, the first slider 407, the first rotating disc 408 and the first guide groove 409 can enable the first rotating disc 408 to rotate, the arc-shaped guide rail 410 and the support rod 411 can enable the first rotating disc 408 to be rotatably supported in the cover body 300 without a bearing and a shaft, and the left and right positions of the middle part of the first link 406 can be adjusted by the screw mechanism comprising the first screw 413, the first nut 414, the handle 415, the first guide rail 416, the second slider 417, the third slider 418 and the second guide rail 419, so that the reciprocating rotation or the circumferential rotation of the first rotating disc 408 can be adjusted when the left and right positions of the second slider 417 serving as a fulcrum of the middle part of the first link 406 are changed.
Wherein, the reciprocating rotation refers to: the forward rotation is performed without completing one rotation, and the circumferential rotation means: the rotation is completed constantly one by one.
The third slider 418 is a dovetail-shaped slider, the second guide rail 419 is a dovetail-shaped guide rail, and the third slider 418 is matched with the second guide rail 419 in shape so that the third slider 418 cannot slide out of the second guide rail 419. The upper and lower sides of the second guide rail 419 are configured with stoppers for limiting the third slider 418.
The second slider 417 is a dovetail slider, the first rail 416 is a dovetail rail, and the second slider 417 is matched with the first rail 416 in shape so that the second slider cannot slide out of the first rail 416, wherein limiting blocks for limiting the second slider are disposed on the upper side and the lower side of the first rail 416.
Wherein the first shaft 404 is located at the left side or right side or middle of the first supporting cylinder 200, preferably at the left side or right side, which facilitates adjusting the swing angle of the first link 406, so that the first turntable 408 is switched between unidirectional swing and circumferential rotation.
Wherein, the first cover 300 and the first nut are coaxially provided with a first through hole, the first screw 413 passes through the first through hole to be in threaded connection with the first nut 414,
wherein the cleaning block 412 may be directly secured to the first rotor 408.
Wherein the first link 406 is disposed on the back side of the first turntable 408, and the cleaning block 412 is disposed on the front side of the first turntable 408.
In the structure of the "the first turntable 408 has at least three arc-shaped guide rails 410 uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction thereof, each arc-shaped guide rail 410 is fixed to the inner surface of the cover 300 by a support rod 411", preferably, the first turntable 408 is provided with an annular protrusion along the circumferential direction thereof, which is just engaged with the arc-shaped guide rail, so that the first turntable 408 rotating along the arc-shaped guide rails 410 cannot move axially and can only rotate circumferentially.

If a shaft and bearing are disposed on the rear surface of the first rotating disk 408 to connect the cover 300, the first link 406 may be blocked by the first link 406 when the first rotating disk 408 is driven to rotate.
The first slider 407 is a dovetail-shaped slider, the first guide slot 409 is a dovetail-shaped guide slot, the first slider 407 is matched with the first guide slot 409 in shape so that the first slider 407 cannot be separated from the first guide slot 409, and a stopper for preventing the first slider 407 from moving out is disposed at the outer edge of the first turntable 408 in the first guide slot 409.
Wherein, the driving belt 402 passes through the handle 100 and the first supporting cylinder 200, and the driving belt 402 can be a belt or a chain or a pull rope.
For further explanation of the embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first turntable 408 is connected to the linkage 500, the linkage 500 includes a first gear 501, a second gear 502, a second shaft 503, a guide sleeve 504, and a guide rod 505, the first gear 501 is coaxially fixed to the first turntable 408, the first gear 501 is meshed with the second gear 502, the second gear 502 is coaxially fixed to the second shaft 503, the second shaft 503 is mounted on an inner surface of the housing 300 through a bearing, surfaces of the first gear 501 and the second gear 502 are respectively mounted with a guide sleeve 504 through bearings, the guide sleeve 504 of the first gear 501 is fixed to a lower end of the guide rod 505, the guide sleeve 504 of the second gear 502 is sleeved on an outer surface of the guide rod 505 and moves along the guide rod, and a cleaning block 412 is fixed to an outer surface of the guide sleeve 504.
The invention divides the rotation of the first rotating disc 408 into two through the first gear 501 and the second gear 502, on the basis, the guide sleeve 504 keeps the same horizontal posture all the time through the interaction of the guide sleeve 504 and the guide rod 505, and the cleaning block 412 is fixed outside the guide sleeve 504 to enable the cleaning block 412 to rotate only in a revolution way and not rotate, so that the cleaning block 412 is more forceful to brush, and the cleaning block can keep the horizontal outward protruding posture under the condition that the cleaning block protrudes outwards as shown in fig. 6, and the patient is washed along with the revolution of the guide sleeve 504.
When in use, the cleaning blocks 412 fixed on the guide sleeve 504 of the first gear 501 and the guide sleeve 504 of the second gear 502 can revolve in opposite directions, and simultaneously maintain the same horizontal posture, so as to increase the cleaning efficiency.
The surfaces of the first gear 501 and the second gear 502 are respectively provided with a guide sleeve 504 through bearings, which is understood to mean that the surfaces of the first gear 501 and the second gear 502 are respectively provided with shafts of the guide sleeve 504 through bearings, or that the surfaces of the first gear 501 and the second gear 502 are respectively hinged with the outer surfaces of the guide sleeve 504, that is, the guide sleeve 504 can rotate along the surfaces of the first gear 501 or the second gear 502.
For further explanation of the embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, the cleaning block 412 is disposed parallel to the axial direction of the first shaft 404.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning block 412 is disposed parallel to the axial direction of the first shaft 404, and the cleaning block 412 may be protruded forward of the housing 300 to clean the affected part in the front of the housing 300, so that the patient is cleaned by the circumferential revolution of the cleaning block 412.
For further explanation of the embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the cleaning block 412 extends laterally parallel to the radial direction of the first shaft 404.
In the present invention, the cleaning block 412 is extended horizontally by the guide sleeve 504 of the horizontal posture fixed by the guide rod 505, so as to clean the affected part on the left side or the right side of the cover, and the cleaning block 412 can be adjusted to reciprocate or rotate circumferentially to clean the desired part in a proper manner.
For example, occlusal surfaces of teeth and limbs of a body need to be reciprocally rotated to be cleaned, while surfaces of upper and lower teeth and pudendum of teeth need to be cleaned in one direction to avoid damage to tooth enamel or bacterial cross infection, thereby ensuring safety of a user while increasing cleaning efficiency.
For further explanation of the embodiments, not shown in the drawings, the second gear 502, the guide sleeve 504, and the cleaning block 412 may be arranged in a plurality of groups in a longitudinal direction.
The above-mentioned multiple sets of second gears 502 of the present invention are engaged with each other to realize synchronous rotation of multiple sets of cleaning blocks 412, thereby increasing the number of cleaning blocks 412 to increase cleaning efficiency.
For further explanation of the embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cover 300 is a cylindrical sheet with an oval cross section.
The present invention can prevent the sharp mask 300 from puncturing the skin or oral cavity by the elliptical mask.
For further explanation of the embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the cover 300 is a rectangular cover.
The present invention facilitates the extension of the cleaning block 412 as shown in fig. 6 by the rectangular cover 300 described above.
Wherein the cleaning block 412 may be a sponge or fleece or cotton or silica gel or rubber or brush.
