Description

Lotus root starch brewing method and lotus root starch brewing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lotus root starch brewing, in particular to a lotus root starch brewing method and a lotus root starch brewing device.
Background
The pasty lotus root paste formed by brewing the lotus root starch with the temperature characteristics has smooth and fresh mouthfeel, and is healthy and refreshing food. In recent years, lotus root starch is more and more accepted and pursued by people in the visual field along with the increase of the attention of people to healthy diet. It is well known that lotus root starch is usually in powder or granular form when sold and stored, and people (ordinary eaters) need to brew the lotus root starch with liquid (usually water) to form pasty lotus root paste for eating. When the lotus root starch is sold, brewing instructions are printed on a packaging bag to instruct an ordinary user how to brew the lotus root starch. For example, for pure lotus root starch, the brewing steps of lotus root starch are directed as follows: firstly, pouring lotus root starch into a brewing container, secondly, pouring a small amount of cold boiled water into the brewing container for stirring so as to uniformly dissolve the lotus root starch into the cold boiled water, and finally, pouring a proper amount of hot boiled water (for example, more than 90 ℃) into the brewing container for stirring so as to form pasty lotus root paste; for lotus root starch with additives (such as dried blueberries), the brewing steps of lotus root starch are guided as follows: firstly, pouring dried blueberries into a brewing container for stirring, secondly, pouring a proper amount of hot boiled water (for example, more than 90 ℃) into the brewing container for stirring so that the dried blueberries are completely dissolved or partially dissolved into the hot boiled water, and finally, pouring lotus root starch into the brewing container for stirring to form pasty lotus root paste. Obviously, the brewing steps of the lotus root starch are complicated, if the steps are slightly wrong, the lotus root starch is easy to agglomerate and other adverse phenomena during brewing, so that the taste of the lotus root starch formed after the lotus root starch is brewed is seriously affected, for example, when the amount of cold boiled water poured into the brewing container is small, the lotus root starch is easy to agglomerate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6 of the drawings, a lotus root starch brewer according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and illustrated in the following description, wherein the lotus root starch brewer includes a brewing vessel 10 and an auxiliary vessel 20.
In particular, the brewing receptacle 10 has a brewing space 11 and a brewing opening 12 communicating with the brewing space 11 at the high end of the brewing receptacle 10, wherein lotus root starch, preferably in the form of particles, can be introduced into and held in the brewing space 11 of the brewing receptacle 10 from the brewing opening 12 of the brewing receptacle 10. For example, a package of portioned lotus root starch (10g or 20g lotus root starch is usually packed individually in a sealed package) can be introduced into and held in the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 from the brewing opening 12 of the brewing container 10 after being opened, with reference to fig. 3A and 3B. After the lotus root starch is added to the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10, the lotus root starch can be evenly spread to the bottom of the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10, usually but not limited to, by shaking the brewing container 10.
Accordingly, the auxiliary container 20 has a container space 21 and a container opening 22 communicating with the container space 21 at the high end of the auxiliary container 20, wherein hot water (e.g., above 90 ℃) can be added to and held in the container space 21 of the auxiliary container 20 from the container opening 22 of the auxiliary container 20, referring to fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 5A to 5C, the sub-container 20 is inclined in such a manner that the height of the sub-container 20 is higher than that of the brewing container 10, so that the hot water held in the sub-container 20 can be poured into the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 through the brewing opening 12 of the brewing container 10 from top to bottom, so that the hot water can rapidly enter the gaps between adjacent lotus root starch particles and the pores of lotus root starch itself, thereby rapidly dissolving the lotus root starch held in the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 into the hot water to form pasty lotus root starch.
Preferably, the hot water held in the auxiliary container 20 can be poured into the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 through the brewing opening 12 of the brewing container 10 from top to bottom along the sidewall of the brewing container 10, so that the impact force generated by the hot water can turn up the lotus root starch particles, and the hot water is accelerated into the gaps between the adjacent lotus root starch particles and into the pores of the lotus root starch itself, thereby completing the brewing of the lotus root starch in a short time (e.g., within 1 second).
By making the lotus root paste by pouring the hot water held in the auxiliary container 20 into the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 from top to bottom along the sidewall of the brewing container 10 through the brewing opening 12 of the brewing container 10, a stirring step in the process of making the lotus root paste can be omitted and a plurality of brewing steps can be avoided, and the lotus root powder can be effectively prevented from agglomerating during the brewing process to ensure the taste of the lotus root paste.
More specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the brewing container 10 comprises a circular brewing container bottom wall 101, an annular brewing container connecting wall 102 and an annular brewing container side wall 103, wherein the brewing container connecting wall 102 extends downwards and upwards to be connected to the outer edge of the brewing container bottom wall 101 and the lower edge of the brewing container side wall 103, respectively, so as to form the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 between the brewing container bottom wall 101, the brewing container connecting wall 102 and the brewing container side wall 103, and the brewing container side wall 103 delimits the brewing opening 12 of the brewing container 10.
Preferably, the brewing container connecting wall 102 of the brewing container 10 extends outward and upward from the outer edge of the brewing container bottom wall 101 to be connected to the brewing container side wall 103 such that the sectional shape of the brewing container connecting wall 102 is arc-shaped, so that when hot water flows into the brewing container connecting wall 102 from top to bottom along the brewing container side wall 103 of the brewing container 10, the hot water can conveniently flow along the brewing container connecting wall 102 into the bottom of lotus root starch to turn up the lotus root starch, thereby rapidly dissolving the lotus root starch into the hot water to form pasty lotus root starch.
In a preferred example of the present invention, the brewing container bottom wall 101, the brewing container connecting wall 102 and the brewing container side wall 103 of the brewing container 10 are of a one-piece construction, i.e. the brewing container 10 may be integrally formed, e.g. by injection molding, blow molding or the like, so that the brewing container 10 can be integrally formed. Alternatively, in another preferred example of the present invention, the brewing container bottom wall 101 and the brewing container connecting wall 102 of the brewing container 10 are integrally formed, and the brewing container connecting wall 102 and the brewing container side wall 103 are connected by means of splicing (e.g. gluing), so that the brewing space 11 can be formed between the brewing container bottom wall 101, the brewing container connecting wall 102 and the brewing container side wall 103 of the brewing container 10. Alternatively, in another preferred example of the present invention, the brewing container connecting wall 102 and the brewing container side wall 103 of the brewing container 10 are integrally formed, and the brewing container bottom wall 101 and the brewing container connecting wall 102 are connected by means of splicing, so that the brewing space 11 can be formed between the brewing container bottom wall 101, the brewing container connecting wall 102 and the brewing container side wall 103 of the brewing container 10.
Further, the brewing receptacle 10 comprises a brewing receptacle holding ring 104, wherein the brewing receptacle holding ring 104 is arranged at the upper edge of the brewing receptacle side wall 103 such that the brewing receptacle holding ring 104 is capable of holding the shape of the brewing receptacle side wall 103, for example the brewing receptacle holding ring 104 holds the shape of the brewing receptacle side wall 103 in a manner that strengthens the brewing receptacle side wall 103. Preferably, the brewing receptacle retaining ring 104 of the brewing receptacle 10 is formed by the brewing receptacle side wall 103 extending upwardly, outwardly downwardly and inwardly curvedly.
Accordingly, the auxiliary container 20 includes a circular auxiliary container bottom wall 201, an annular auxiliary container connecting wall 202 and an annular auxiliary container side wall 203, wherein the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 extends downward and upward to be connected to the outer edge of the auxiliary container bottom wall 201 and the lower edge of the auxiliary container side wall 203, respectively, to form the container space 21 of the auxiliary container 20 between the auxiliary container bottom wall 201, the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 and the auxiliary container side wall 203, and the auxiliary container side wall 203 defines the container opening 22 of the auxiliary container 20.
Preferably, the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 of the auxiliary container 20 extends outwardly and upwardly from the outer edge of the auxiliary container bottom wall 201 to be connected to the auxiliary container side wall 203 such that the interface shape of the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 is arc-shaped, so that the shape and size of the auxiliary container 20 can conform to the shape and size of the brewing container 10, thereby enabling the auxiliary container 20 and the brewing container 10 to retain a majority of the brewing container 10 in the container space 21 of the auxiliary container 20 in a nested manner.
An insulation layer 30 of the lotus root starch brewer is formed after the auxiliary container 20 is nested outside the brewing container 10, for preventing heat of the hot water held in the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 from being conducted from the sidewall of the lotus root starch brewer to the outside too quickly, so that not only can the temperature of the hot water held in the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 be prevented from being transferred to the hands of a general consumer to cause discomfort, but also the time during which the lotus root starch has a high temperature can be prolonged. Preferably, the insulating layer 30 is formed by the brewing container sidewall 103 of the brewing container 10, the auxiliary container sidewall 203 of the auxiliary container 20, and a gap between the brewing container sidewall 103 and the auxiliary container sidewall 203.
Alternatively, in another preferred example of the present invention, the auxiliary container 20 may include only the circular auxiliary container bottom wall 201 and the annular auxiliary container side wall 203, wherein the lower edge of the auxiliary container bottom wall 201 is directly connected to the outer edge of the auxiliary container bottom wall 201, and the container space 21 is formed between the auxiliary container bottom wall 201 and the auxiliary container side wall 203.
In a preferred example of the present invention, the auxiliary container bottom wall 201, the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 and the auxiliary container side wall 203 of the auxiliary container 20 are of a unitary structure, i.e., the auxiliary container 20 may be integrally formed, for example, by injection molding, blow molding, etc., so that the auxiliary container 20 can be integrally formed. Alternatively, in another preferred example of the present invention, the auxiliary container bottom wall 201 and the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 of the auxiliary container 20 are integrally formed, and the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 and the auxiliary container side wall 203 are connected by means of splicing (e.g., gluing), so that the container space 21 can be formed among the auxiliary container bottom wall 201, the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 and the auxiliary container side wall 203 of the brewing container 10. Alternatively, in another preferred example of the present invention, the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 and the auxiliary container side wall 203 of the auxiliary container 20 are integrally formed, and the auxiliary container bottom wall 201 and the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 are connected by means of splicing, so that the brewing space 11 can be formed among the auxiliary container bottom wall 201, the auxiliary container connecting wall 202 and the auxiliary container side wall 203 of the auxiliary container 20.
Further, the auxiliary container 20 comprises an auxiliary container holding ring 204, wherein the auxiliary container holding ring 204 is disposed at an upper edge of the auxiliary container sidewall 203, such that the auxiliary container holding ring 204 can hold the shape of the auxiliary container sidewall 203, for example, the auxiliary container holding ring 204 holds the shape of the auxiliary container sidewall 203 by reinforcing the strength of the auxiliary container sidewall 203. Preferably, the auxiliary container holding ring 204 of the auxiliary container 20 is formed by outwardly curvedly extending the auxiliary container sidewall 203.
Referring to fig. 6, the size and shape of the auxiliary container 20 correspond to those of the brewing container 10, such that the brewing container 10 can be nested in the container space 21 of the auxiliary container 20 after the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 is formed into paste-like lotus root, at this time, most of the brewing container 10 can be held in the container space 21 of the auxiliary container 20 while only the brewing container holding ring 104 of the brewing container 10 is overlapped with the auxiliary container holding ring 204 of the auxiliary container 20, and the auxiliary container sidewall 203 of the auxiliary container 20 forms the thermal insulation layer 30 by being overlapped with the brewing container sidewall 103 of the brewing container 10, thereby not only enhancing the strength of the brewing container sidewall 103 of the brewing container 10, but also preventing thermal energy of hot water held in the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 from being excessively rapidly conducted to the outside, so that a general eater can eat lotus root paste using the lotus root starch brewer by contacting the outer wall of the auxiliary container 20, thereby preventing the temperature of the hot water held in the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 from being transferred to the hands of the general eater to cause discomfort.
According to another aspect of the invention, the invention further provides the lotus root starch brewing method, wherein the lotus root starch brewing method comprises the following steps:
(a) holding granular lotus root starch in the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10; and
(b) allowing hot water to turn up the lotus root starch when contacting the lotus root starch to accelerate the process of the hot water entering the gaps between adjacent lotus root starch granules and entering the lotus root starch granules, thereby forming pasty lotus root paste in the brewing space of the brewing container to complete the brewing of the lotus root starch.
Further, in the step (b), hot water is poured into the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10 from top to bottom, so that the lotus root starch is turned up by the impact force generated by the hot water.
Further, in the above method, hot water is allowed to be poured into the brewing space 11 through the brewing opening 12 of the brewing container 10 from top to bottom along the side wall of the brewing container 10.
Further, in the step (b), pouring the hot water held in the container space 21 of the subsidiary container 20 into the brewing space 11 of the brewing container 10, and nesting the subsidiary container 20 outside the brewing container 10 after the step (b).
Further, after the step (b), the insulating layer 30 is formed outside the sidewall of the brewing container 10. For example, the insulating layer 30 is formed by the brewing container sidewall 103 of the brewing container 10, the auxiliary container sidewall 203 of the auxiliary container 20, and a gap between the brewing container sidewall 103 and the auxiliary container sidewall 203.

Referring to fig. 7 to 13 of the drawings, a lotus root starch brewer according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and illustrated in the following description, wherein said lotus root starch brewer comprises a brewing container 10A, said brewing container 10A having a brewing space 11A, a brewing opening 12A, an immersion space 13A and a water containing opening 14A.
The brewing opening 12A of the brewing container 10A communicates with the brewing space 11A at the high end of the brewing container 10A to allow lotus root starch to be added to and held in the brewing space 11A from the brewing opening 12A. The water containing opening 14A of the brewing container 10A communicates with the immersion space 13A at the high end of the brewing container 10A to allow hot water (e.g. above 90 ℃) to be added to the immersion space 13A from the water containing opening 14A. The immersion space 13A of the brewing container 10A is communicated with the brewing space 11A at the lower end of the brewing container 10A, so that the hot water added into the immersion space 13A can enter the brewing space 11A from the bottom to the top at the lower end of the brewing container 10A, and the lotus root starch held in the brewing space 11A can be turned up after the hot water enters the brewing space 11A of the brewing container 10A from the bottom to the top, so that the hot water enters between adjacent lotus root starch particles and enters the insides of the lotus root starch particles in an accelerated manner, and the lotus root starch forms pasty lotus root starch in the brewing space 11A of the brewing container 10A.
In particular, the brewing container 10A comprises a circular brewing container bottom wall 101A, an annular brewing container side wall 103A and a vertical partition wall 107A, and has a holding space 105A and at least one communication channel 106A, wherein the brewing container side wall 103A extends upwards from the outer edge of the brewing container bottom wall 101A to delimit the holding space 105A between the brewing container side wall 103A and the brewing container bottom wall 101A, wherein two sides of the vertical partition wall 107A extend and are connected to the brewing container side wall 103A at different positions to form the brewing space 11A, the brewing opening 12A, the immersion space 13A and the water containing opening 14A in such a way that the extending direction of the vertical partition wall 107A coincides with the extending direction of the brewing container side wall 103A and is held in the holding space 105A, wherein said communication channel 106A is formed at the lower end of said brewing container 10A to allow said communication channel 106A to communicate said brewing space 11A and said immersion space 13A at the lower end of said brewing container 10A.
In a preferred example of the invention, the vertical partition 107A has a clearance from the brewing container bottom wall 101A to form the communication channel 106A, so as to communicate the brewing space 11A and the immersion space 13A at the lower end of the brewing container 10A via the communication channel 106A, i.e. the vertical partition 107A does not extend to the brewing container bottom wall 101A at the holding space 105A, so as to enable a clearance between the vertical partition 107A and the brewing container bottom wall 101A.
In another preferred example of the present invention, referring to fig. 7 to 13, the vertical partition 107A extends to and is connected to the bottom wall 101A of the brewing container, and the lower end of the vertical partition 107A has a plurality of fine through holes 1071A to form the communication passage 106A through the through holes 1071A, thereby communicating the brewing space 11A and the immersion space 13A at the lower end of the brewing container 10A through the communication passage 106A. Preferably, the through holes 1071A formed in the vertical partition 107A have a diameter smaller than that of the lotus root starch granules, so that the lotus root starch granules added to and held in the brewing space 11A are prevented from passing through the through holes 1071A into the immersion space 13A.
It is worth mentioning that the shape of the vertical partition 107A is not limited in the lotus root starch brewer of the present invention, for example, in a preferred example of the present invention, the vertical partition 107A may be a flat plate, while in another preferred example of the present invention, the vertical partition 107A may be a folded or curved plate.
Preferably, the vertical partition 107A is detachably mounted to the brewing container side wall 103A, so that when brewing lotus root starch, the vertical partition 107A can be mounted to the brewing container side wall 103A to form the brewing space 11A, the brewing opening 12A, the immersion space 13A and the water containing opening 14A of the brewing container 10A in such a manner that the vertical partition 107A is held in the holding space 105A formed between the brewing container side wall 103A and the brewing container bottom wall 101A, and after the brewing is completed, the vertical partition 107A can be removed by an ordinary consumer.
It is worth mentioning that the manner of mounting the vertical partition 107A to the brewing container sidewall 103A to securely hold the vertical partition 107A in the holding space 105A is not limited in the lotus root starch brewer of the present invention, for example, the brewing container sidewall 103A of the brewing container 10A has two vertical slots, and the vertical partition 107A is securely held in the holding space 105A by being mounted to the brewing container sidewall 103A in such a manner that both sides of the vertical partition 107A are respectively caught in each of the slots. Preferably, the brewing container 10A of the present invention may be made of degradable paper material so that the brewing container 10A may be used once, so that even if the catching groove is provided in the brewing container bottom wall 101A, there is no problem of how to wash the lotus paste adhered in the catching groove.
Further, the lotus root starch brewer includes an auxiliary container 20A, wherein the auxiliary container 20A has a container space 21A and a container opening 22A communicating with the container space 21A at the high end of the auxiliary container 20A, wherein the auxiliary container 20A can be nested outside the brewing container 10A in such a manner that the brewing container 10A is mounted in the container space 21A through the container opening 22A, such that a heat insulating layer 30A of the lotus root starch brewer can be formed, thereby not only enhancing the strength of the brewing container sidewall 103A of the brewing container 10A, but also preventing the heat energy of the hot water held in the brewing space 11A of the brewing container 10A from being conducted to the outside too quickly, such that a general user can consume lotus root starch with the lotus root starch brewer by contacting the outer wall of the auxiliary container 20A, thereby preventing the temperature of the hot water held in the brewing space 11A of the brewing receptacle 10A from being transferred to the hands of the average user and causing discomfort.
Specifically, fig. 9A to 13 show a process of brewing lotus root starch using the lotus root starch brewer.
First, referring to fig. 9A and 9B, a pouch of split lotus root starch (10g lotus root starch is generally individually packaged in a sealed pouch) can be inserted into and held in the brewing space 11A of the brewing container 10A from the brewing opening 12A of the brewing container 10A after being opened. Preferably, the lotus root starch can be evenly spread to the bottom of the brewing space 11A of the brewing container 10A by shaking the brewing container 10A.
Next, referring to fig. 10 to 12, hot water is added to the immersion space 13A from the water containing opening 14A of the brewing container 10A, and based on the principle of gravity, the hot water can enter the brewing space 11A from the immersion space 13A from bottom to top at the bottom of the brewing container 10A through the communication channel 106A, so that the hot water can further turn up the lotus root starch from bottom to top and rapidly infiltrate into the pores between adjacent lotus root starch granules and the lotus root starch granules themselves, thereby rapidly forming pasty lotus root starch from the lotus root starch in the brewing space 11A of the brewing container 10A.
Referring to fig. 13, the auxiliary container 20A is nested outside the brewing container 10A to form the heat insulating layer 30A, so as to complete the brewing of the lotus root starch.
