Background
In the environment of industrial production or special operation, the air quality is often worse, and is full of toxic substances, bacteria, viruses and the like, in the control ward of Xinguan pneumonia or other infectious diseases and the workshop of harmful products, first-line workers often have the situation that mineral water, energy beverages and the like cannot be supplemented after continuously working for 7-8 hours, and in addition, the working intensity is high, a large amount of physical energy is consumed, the body is easy to lose due to water shortage, and the more serious situation even can be shocked due to electrolyte shortage. Therefore, the ability of front-line workers to replenish their energy in hazardous or sensitive environments is a problem that needs to be addressed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a food box with a protection function, in which a box body is sealed, so as to ensure that liquid food such as nutrient solution, drinking water, etc., a food inlet, a straw, etc. stored in the box are not polluted by external pollution sources, and simultaneously ensure the sealing property during food taking, thereby avoiding health threats brought to operators by external high-risk environments.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the food container with a protection function of the present invention includes a food container 1, a straw 2, and a docking unit 3. The food storage 1 and the butt joint device 3 are connected into a whole or are in a split independent structure.
The food reservoir 1 comprises a reservoir housing 101 and a reservoir 102 inside the reservoir housing 101 for liquid food (e.g. drinking water, nutrient solution, etc.).
Dock 3 includes a dock housing 301, and at least one docking port 302 and at least one straw retractor 303 disposed on dock housing 301. The docking device 3 comprises two docking ports 302 and two straw retractors 303; the dockee 3 interfaces with the protective suit/face mask through one docking port 302 and interfaces with the connection port 103 of the food storage 1 through the other docking port 302; the liquid outlet end of the straw 2 is positioned in the butt joint shell 301, and protective clothing or a protective mask is inserted from a butt joint port 302 through a straw telescopic device 303; the intake end of the straw 2 is also located within the docking housing 301 and is inserted into the reservoir 102 of the storage housing 101 through another docking port 302 via another straw retraction device 303.
As shown in fig. 7, the suction pipe 2 is arranged in an "S" shape inside the docking housing 301.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a docking protection film 307 is disposed on the docking housing 301 in the docking port 302, and a docking protection cover 304 is disposed outside the docking port 302.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the pipette extension and retraction device 303 includes a stopper 305, a pipette transfer roller 306, and a pipette transfer knob; the stopper 305 and the straw conveying roller 306 are arranged in parallel in the docking housing 301 and are respectively in contact with both sides of the straw 2; the straw transmission knob is arranged outside the docking housing 301 and connected with the rotating shaft of the straw transmission roller 306. Preferably, the surfaces of the suction pipe transfer roller 306 and the stopper 305, which contact the suction pipe 2, are provided with grains or raised particles for increasing the frictional force between them and the suction pipe 2.
As shown in fig. 8, preferably, the liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end of the straw 2 are in a pointed structure, so as to facilitate penetrating the butt joint protection film 307; for convenience of food storage and quality assurance, the tip portion of the straw 2 is sealed with a film 21 as shown in fig. 9.
In order to prevent the gas in the dockee 3 from being contaminated by the surrounding environment during docking, as shown in fig. 10, an airbag protection film 310 is provided on the docking housing 301 of the dockee 3 located inside the docking port 302 near the sidewall of the docking port 302; the inner end face of the air bag protective film 310 positioned in the butt joint shell 301 is connected with an air bag 308, and clean air, nitrogen or gas with a disinfection function is stored in the air bag 308; the outer end face of the airbag protection film 310 positioned outside the butting shell 301 is provided with a puncture pin 309 for puncturing the airbag protection film 310; the side wall of the docking port 302 is provided with a gas replacement port 311, and a check valve 312 is arranged in the gas replacement port 311. When the docking port 302 of the dockee 3 is docked with the connection port 103 of the protective suit/shield and/or the food storage 1, the edge of the connection port 103 of the protective suit/shield and/or the food storage 1 enters into the docking port 302, the piercing pin 309 is pushed to pierce the air bag protective film 310, the gas is released from the air bag 308 and enters into the docking port 302, and the replacement of the air in the docking port 302 is completed through the gas replacement port 311 and the one-way valve 312, so that the safety is ensured.
The storage shell 101 and the docking shell 301 are made of food-grade stainless steel or food-grade plastic.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the food storage 1 and the docking device 3 are separate structures, and the liquid inlet end of the suction pipe 2 is directly communicated with the storage cavity 102 of the storage shell 101.
Docking housing 301 is provided with a docking port 302 and a straw retractor 303. The docking port 302 is used to dock with a protective suit or face shield and the docking protection cover 304 is used to ensure that the interior of the docking port 302 is not contaminated. After the butt connector 3 is in butt joint with the protective clothing or the protective mask, a user rotates the straw transmission knob to drive the straw transmission roller 306 to rotate, the straw 2 is in contact with the straw transmission roller 306 and the stop block 306, the straw 2 moves upwards or downwards under the action of friction force to puncture the butt joint protective film 307, and then enters the protective clothing or the protective mask, and the user can take food through the straw 2.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 3, the food storage container 1 and the docking adapter 3 are combined together to form an integral whole, and the inlet end of the suction pipe 2 is directly communicated with the storage cavity 102 of the storage shell 101. Docking housing 301 is provided with a docking port 302 and a straw retractor 303. The docking port 302 is used to dock with a protective suit or a protective mask.
