Background

Referring to fig. 1, an automatic authorization correction method for a set top box is realized based on the set top box, a TVOS terminal integrated in the set top box and an external server, wherein the TVOS terminal comprises a set top box number, an intelligent card number, a basic package state and an information reporting plug-in, wherein the basic package and the high definition package refer to digital television programs except channels contained in a cable digital television, the information reporting plug-in is a connection interface of the set top box and the cable digital television and is used for data information transmission, CA authorization expiration time is stored in the intelligent card number, the TVOS terminal is connected with an inquiry interface module and a two-dimension code module, an interface in the inquiry interface module is a BOSS interface, one end of the inquiry interface module is connected with the TVOS terminal, the other end of the inquiry interface module is connected with a storage device which stores a user state and ordered product information and is used for inquiring the current user state and ordered product information, and the payment two-dimensional code module is displayed through a pop-up window of the digital television screen.

The correction system in the external server is realized by adopting the existing hardware and software development, conforms to the J2EE development standard and synchronously adopts a micro-service architecture, and comprises a WEB layer, an interface service layer, a business logic layer, a data storage layer and the like. The WEB layer adopts a Struts structure based on an MVC (model view controller) pattern, and the MVC is a common design pattern. In the service logic layer, the EJB in the J2EE specification is used, software is divided into N independent EJB functional components according to the function difference of the system, communication is carried out through a standard JNDI interface, communication and data access are carried out through application servers, and the application servers in the industrial standard level serve as middleware of the whole system, so that the high standard and reliability of each service of the system are ensured.
The correction system is arranged in the external server, so that the one-way live program CA authorization mode of the existing set top box is converted into a two-way automatic mode which can not only carry out live program CA authorization but also carry out reverse CA authorization, and when the user set top box is started, a Homed platform and a BOSS system (including a BOSS interface) of the local server are butted for state verification, so that the user set top box is accurately, efficiently and automatically authorized. In the prior art, when the set top box receives the CA authorization, the set top box needs to start to wait in a period of time when the BOSS system and the CA system authorization instruction are sent, and if the set top box is not started in the period of time, the authorization cannot be obtained from the CA system again. When the set top box is started, the system compares the inquired current user state with the prestored user state stored in the Homed platform (external server), if the user state needs to be corrected, the correction system is triggered to carry out real-time state verification, after the verification, a user (user in an abnormal state) which should be stopped sends CA reverse authorization information in real time, and a user which should be started sends positive authorization information in real time, so that the shutdown strategy which should be stopped and started is finally and effectively realized, the problem that the CA reverse authorization is failed to be received due to the fact that the set top box is not started is solved, and the shutdown strategy which should be stopped and started is realized.
The set top box automatic authorization correction method can greatly improve operation and maintenance efficiency, when a front-line operation and maintenance worker newly installs the set top box in the prior art, a digital television service business clerk finishes business ordering and authorization information sending in a BOSS system of an external server in advance, but because a new set top box of a user is not installed, the operation and maintenance worker often needs to contact the business clerk to perform retransmission authorization processing after going to the door, or after the user changes equipment of the set top box in a business hall, the business clerk is usually required to start up in the business hall to accept CA authorization, sometimes the authorization acceptance time is slow, the user waiting time is long, and the service efficiency is low. By the automatic authorization correction method of the system, the working efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel at the same line is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the repair processing of the call center on the authorization problem is reduced, so the operation and maintenance efficiency of the set top box equipment is greatly improved.
