As shown in fig. 2, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps 201 to 203.
Step 201, obtaining health service appointment information, wherein the health service appointment information comprises information of a first user who appoints a health service.
In a possible implementation manner, a user to be subjected to the health service makes a health service appointment through user information to make a health service appointment, so as to make a health service appointment, and the user who makes the appointment successfully is a first user who makes the health service appointment. Illustratively, the health service is taken as vaccination for example, the vaccination form is that the whole member vaccination of the vaccine is performed by taking streets/towns as units, the user to be vaccinated performs collective reservation of the vaccination through unit tissues or community tissues, the unit tissues or the community tissues collect and report the information of the user to be vaccinated to the vaccination workgroup, or the user to be vaccinated performs individual reservation and directly reports the information of the user to be vaccinated to the health service workgroup, namely the vaccination workgroup, and the staff of the vaccination workgroup guides the information of the user to be vaccinated to the epidemic prevention health information unified platform, so that the information of the first user in the vaccination reservation information is obtained. Optionally, the user vaccination time is reasonably arranged according to the vaccination reservation information, the first user is informed of the reserved vaccination time, and the first user goes to the reserved vaccination point within the reserved time to perform vaccination. Thus, when the degree of organization unit informatization is different, the information of the first user who reserves vaccination can be accurately acquired.
Illustratively, the description of obtaining the health service subscription information is performed by taking a certain community as an example. The staff of the health service working group logs in the community editing interface shown in FIG. 3, and registers the following information according to the filling requirements of the interface, namely the community name: community; zhang III as the community responsible person; the contact way is as follows: 187 x; community address: the great district is street. Thereby, health service information in units of communities is generated. Optionally, the responsible person of the community collects information of all residents of the community, and through click uploading in a click interface of a resident information import interface as shown in fig. 4, a file of selected community resident information imports the information into an epidemic prevention health information unified platform, so that information of a first user who reserves health services in the community is obtained. Optionally, the collected community resident information may have a file format of xls or xlsx, and the file data of the community resident information may be set as: the number of the strips does not exceed 5000, and other number of strips can be adopted, and the embodiment of the application is not limited to this.
In one possible implementation, the health service appointment information may be acquired by registering information of the first user through a resident information adding interface as shown in fig. 5, which may equate the following information of the user: "person name: stretching to four; the contact way is as follows: 139 ×/x ×; the certificate types are as follows: an identity card; the certificate number: 130 x 1234; the living address is as follows: the great happy district is community ". Thereby, the information of the first user who gets the health service reservation is registered through the resident information addition interface.
In one possible implementation manner, in order to implement the whole member health service of the street/town health service, the information of the first user in the acquired health service subscription information includes information of all users in the street/town. Optionally, the information of the user includes information such as name, id code, contact address, health service point name, and the like.
Step 202, obtaining health service registration information, wherein the health service registration information comprises information of a second user participating in the health service in the first user.
In a possible implementation manner, after the first user health service reservation is successful, the first user should go to the reserved health service point for health service according to the reserved time, but due to some special situations, for example, there is no time for a temporary event, it may happen that the first user with a partial reservation does not go to the health service point for health service according to the reserved time, that is, the first user does not go to the health service point for health service on site. For the users participating in the health service, the users will perform operations such as sign-in registration information and the like in the health service process, and the staff of the health service working group will also perform recording operation of the health service condition, so that the information of the users participating in the health service in the first user, namely the information of the second user, can be acquired.
In a possible implementation manner, the health service is taken as vaccination for example, after the second user arrives at the reserved vaccination site according to the reserved time, the second user can enter the vaccination verification platform by scanning the graphic code, the information of the user to be vaccinated is registered by the vaccination verification platform for signing in, and the registered information is further used for verifying the information of the second user. Optionally, the graphic code may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, the second user may enter the row vaccination verification platform interface by scanning the vaccination point two-dimensional code shown in fig. 6 through the held second terminal, and the vaccination point two-dimensional code may be switched to the point vaccination point two-dimensional code by clicking the stay watch sign-in fig. 6 or to the non-vaccinated two-dimensional code by clicking the non-vaccinated evacuate in fig. 6. Optionally, the vaccination site two-dimensional code interface further comprises a vaccination site name and street/town information. And scanning any two-dimension code to enter a vaccination verification platform interface, wherein the vaccination verification platform interface is shown in figure 7 and comprises vaccination pre-registration, vaccination pre-registration for others, registration of observation areas, information verification and vaccination awareness.
The second user can fill in corresponding information by clicking vaccination preregistration, and can also help other people to fill in corresponding information by clicking vaccination preregistration in the place of others, wherein the information required to be filled in comprises: the name, identification number, contact address, etc. can be used for recording the inoculation completion time by clicking the observation area to register. Thereby, it is possible to obtain information of the second user of the vaccination and to obtain the vaccination completion time of the second user of the vaccination completion.
In a possible implementation manner, after the information of the second user is acquired, the acquired information of the second user needs to be verified, and taking the health service as vaccination as an example, the second user who passes the verification can only perform vaccination. Optionally, the process of verifying comprises: judging whether the second user reserves the inoculation or not, if the second user is determined to have reserved the inoculation based on the information of the second user, the second user passes the verification, and if the second user is determined not to have reserved the inoculation based on the information of the second user, the second user does not pass the verification; judging whether the reserved inoculation point of the second user is the current inoculation point, if the reserved inoculation point of the second user is the current inoculation point, checking that the reserved inoculation point passes, and if the reserved inoculation point of the second user is not the current inoculation point, checking that the reserved inoculation point does not pass; and judging whether the reserved inoculation time of the second user is in the inoculation time period of the current inoculation point, if the reserved inoculation time of the second user is in the inoculation time period of the current inoculation point, the verification is passed, and if the reserved inoculation time of the second user is not in the inoculation time period of the current inoculation point, the verification is not passed.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the information of the second user is verified, the verification may be performed based on one, two, or three of the three verification processes, and the verification sequence is not limited. For example, when the information of the second user is checked based on the three checking processes, it may be determined whether the second user reserves sampling first, if the second user reserves sampling is determined based on the information of the second user, it is determined whether the sampling point reserved by the second user is the current sampling point, if the sampling point reserved by the second user is the current sampling point, it is determined whether the sampling time reserved by the second user is in the sampling time period of the current sampling point, and if the sampling time reserved by the second user is in the sampling time period of the current sampling point, the checking is passed.
In the embodiment of the application, the user who has subscribed the health service can perform the subsequent health service process by checking the identity information of the second user, the health service point subscribed by the second user is ensured to be the current health service point, and the health service time subscribed by the second user is ensured to be in the health service time period of the current health service point, so that the whole health service process is ensured to be performed in sequence according to the subscribed flow, the information in the health service process is managed in order, and the accuracy of acquiring the health service condition information is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, after the identity information is verified, the second user on site needs to check whether the health service condition is met, and the health service is taken as vaccination for example, where the vaccination condition includes whether the second user drinks at night, whether the second user takes anti-inflammatory drugs within one week, whether the second user has serious diseases, and the like. And for the second user meeting the vaccination condition, signing a vaccination informed notice and carrying out subsequent vaccination. And for the second users who do not meet the inoculation condition, evacuating the field through the non-inoculated evacuation channel, performing non-inoculated check-in through the vaccination verification platform and filling the non-inoculated reasons, thereby acquiring the non-inoculated check-in time and the non-inoculated reasons of the non-inoculated users.
In a possible implementation manner, for the second user who passes the identity information verification and meets the inoculation condition, the inoculation of the vaccines is sequentially performed, and after the vaccination is completed, the second user enters the observation area to be observed and signed in through the vaccination verification platform. Wherein the observation area is: the user who is used for accomplishing the inoculation stays the region of observation for a while, be convenient for be used for in time making a response to the user who takes place the adverse reaction within a certain time of inoculation bacterin.
In one possible implementation, obtaining health service registration information includes: acquiring first registration information recorded by a first terminal for registering health services and second registration information recorded by a second terminal of a second user; acquiring third registration information which is inconsistent with the first registration information and the second registration information, verifying the third registration information, and changing the first registration information according to a verification result; and taking the changed first registration information as the health service registration information. Optionally, the second registration information may be modified according to the result of the verification, and the modified second registration information may be used as the health service registration information. According to the embodiment of the application, the first registration information or the second registration information is not limited, so that the health service registration information obtained after the first registration information or the second registration information is changed is comprehensive and accurate. Next, the first registration information is changed when the health service is used as a vaccination.
In a possible implementation manner, the first terminal is a terminal operated by a worker of a vaccination working group, the worker of the vaccination working group obtains first registration information recorded by an epidemic prevention health information unification platform running in the first terminal according to a field vaccination condition, the first registration information comprises first information of a vaccination user, and also comprises information of a first vaccination state, vaccination completion time, a vaccination type, a vaccination manufacturer and the like, wherein the first information comprises a name, an identity card number, a contact way, a contact address and the like of the vaccination user recorded by the epidemic prevention health information unification platform; the second terminal is operated by a second user, the second user enters the vaccination verification platform through the second terminal scanning graphic code to register related information, and second registration information recorded by the vaccination verification platform is obtained, the second registration information comprises second information of the vaccination user, and further comprises information such as a second vaccination state, vaccination sign-in time, watching sign-in time and non-vaccination reason, wherein the second information comprises the name, identification number, contact way, contact address and the like of the vaccination user recorded by the vaccination verification platform.
In one possible implementation manner, acquiring third registration information that is inconsistent with the first registration information and the second registration information includes: the first registered information and the second registered information are not in agreement in number. Still taking vaccination as an example, since the user needs to enter the vaccination verification platform by scanning the graphic code for information registration, it may happen that the user forgets to register or fails to register, thereby causing inconsistency with the number of registered information recorded by the staff of the vaccination working group. Alternatively, the staff of the vaccination workgroup misses some of the user's recorded information during the operation, resulting in inconsistency in the number of registered information recorded by the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, no matter what reason the number of the first registration information is inconsistent with that of the second registration information, after the inconsistent information, that is, the third registration information, is obtained by the method, the check of the registration information may be performed through manual verification, for example, the actual health service condition of the user may be determined by contacting the user. And correspondingly changing the first registration information according to the result of manual verification, wherein the changed first registration information is comprehensive and accurate health service registration information. Through the recording and comparison of the two-channel registration information, the omission of the health service registration information can be prevented, and accurate health service data can be obtained.
In one possible implementation manner, acquiring third registration information that is inconsistent with the first registration information and the second registration information includes: the first registered information and the second registered information do not have the same information content. Optionally, the first health service state is inconsistent with the second health service state, for example, the first health service state is an ongoing health service state, and the second health service state is an ongoing health service but incomplete state. Still taking the healthy service as an example of vaccination, the completion of vaccination requires two doses of vaccine, and the healthy service but incomplete state means that the first dose of vaccine has been administered, but the second dose of vaccine has not been administered. Similarly, manual verification can be performed to obtain accurate vaccination status information and change the first registration information to obtain comprehensive and accurate vaccination registration information. Through recording and comparing the two-channel registration information, wrong registration information in the inoculation process can be found in time, and the wrong registration information can be corrected in time through manual checking, so that accurate vaccination data can be obtained.
In one possible implementation manner, acquiring third registration information that is inconsistent with the first registration information and the second registration information includes: the first registration information and the second registration information include information of different types. Optionally, the health service sign-in time and the reason for not performing the health service in the second registration information are not included in the first registration information, the health service sign-in time and the reason for not performing the health service in the second registration information are added to the first registration information, and the first registration information after the health service sign-in time and the reason for not performing the health service are added is comprehensive health service registration information. Through recording and comparing of the double-channel registration information, the registration information of a more comprehensive health service process can be obtained, and therefore more accurate health service data can be obtained.
And step 203, performing health service management based on the health service reservation information and the health service registration information.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the manner of health service management based on the health service subscription information and the health service registration information, for example, the health service subscription information and the health service registration information may be displayed, so that a manager can obtain the health service subscription condition and the health service registration condition. Alternatively, the health service data may be counted based on the health service subscription information and the health service registration information, for example, counting the number of users subscribed to the health service, the number of users registered to the health service, and the like.
Alternatively, the health service reservation information may further include health service reservation time, health service location information, and the like, and thus, at the time of health service management, scheduling of staff for health services, preparation of health service supplies, and the like may be further performed based on the health service reservation time and the health service location information.
In a possible implementation manner, when the health service is managed based on the health service subscription information and the health service registration information, a management process of health service reminding can be further included. For example, a user who is not taking a health service vaccine is reminded to take a health service, or a health service time is reminded, etc. Illustratively, health service management is performed based on the health service subscription information and the health service registration information, including but not limited to the following steps 2031 to 2032.
Step 2031, determining a third user meeting the reminding condition among the first users based on at least one of the health service appointment information and the health service registration information.
In one possible implementation manner, the determination of the third user meeting the reminding condition in the first user based on at least one of the health service appointment information and the health service registration information includes the following three cases.
In the first case, based on the health service subscription information and the health service registration information, users other than the second user in the first user and the second user whose health service state is the non-health service state are taken as the third users meeting the reminding condition.
In this case one, the health service registration information further includes a health service status of the second user, the health service status including a health service completed status, a status of performing health service but not completed or a status of not performing health service. The unfinished state of the health service comprises an unfinished state in the health service process and a state of finishing part of the health service. Illustratively, in the health care service of vaccination, two doses of vaccine need to be administered in order to complete the vaccination, but the incomplete state includes a state in which the vaccination is incomplete during the course of the vaccination and a state in which the first dose of vaccination is complete but the second dose of vaccination is not performed.
In this case, the third users who satisfy the alert condition include the users other than the second user among the first users, that is, the users who do not participate in the health service process, and the second users who have the health service status of not performing the health service, that is, the users who have participated in the health service but have not performed the health service, for example, the users who have participated in the health service but have not successfully performed the health service because the health service condition is not satisfied. The reminding condition is used for determining that the users who do not carry out the health service due to any reason are the third users needing reminding, so that the third users under the reminding condition can be reminded of the health service, and the completion rate of the health service is improved.
And in the second case, based on the health service reservation information and the health service registration information, the users except the second user in the first user and the second user with the health service state of not performing the health service and meeting the health service condition are taken as the third users meeting the reminding condition.
In this case two, the health service registration information further includes a health service status of the second user, where the health service status includes a health service completion status, a status of performing health service but not completed or a status of not performing health service, and for the second user whose health service status is a status of not performing health service, the health service registration information further includes a reason for not performing health service. The status of health service not completed includes status of health service not completed and status of partial health service completed in the health service process. Illustratively, the reasons for non-health service include temporary factors including at least one of drinking on the previous day and taking anti-inflammatory drugs on the previous week, and objective factors including at least one of immune diseases and an age out-of-tolerance range.
In this case two, the health service condition is determined by the reason for the non-health service, including but not limited to: if the reason for not performing the health service is a temporary factor, the health service condition is met, and the second user can perform the health service in the later period; if the reason for not performing the health service is an objective factor, the health service condition is not satisfied, and the second user cannot perform the health service. Optionally, if the age range of the health service changes to generate a new age range, regarding the health service-unavailable user whose health service-unavailable reason is an age out-of-standard range, the health service-unavailable user meeting the new age range is used as a third user meeting the reminding condition to remind the health service-unavailable user meeting the new age range to perform the health service.
In this case two, the third users meeting the reminding condition include the users who are not participating in the health service process except the second user among the first users, and the users meeting the health service condition among the users who are not participating in the health service process but not participating in the health service process and who are the second users whose health service state is not in the health service state and who meet the health service condition. The reminding condition is used for determining that a user meeting the health service condition in the users who do not carry out the health service for any reason is a third user needing reminding, so that the third user under the reminding condition can be reminded of the health service, and the completion rate of the health service is improved.
And in the third case, based on the health service registration information, a second user with the health service state as the health service but not completed is determined as a third user meeting the reminding condition.
In this case three, the health service registration information further includes a health service status of the second user, the health service status including a health service completed status, a status of performing health service but not completed, or a status of not performing health service. The status of health service not completed includes status of health service not completed and status of partial health service completed in the health service process.
In this case three, the third users meeting the reminding condition include the second user who has the health service status of performing the health service but has not completed the health service among the first users, that is, the user who has not completed the health service and the user who has completed part of the health service in the health service process. The reminder condition is used to determine that the user who completes part of the health service is a third user who needs to be reminded, for example, in the case of vaccination, the user who has vaccinated the first dose of vaccine but not vaccinated the second dose of vaccine is determined to be a third user who needs to be reminded. The method and the device are used for reminding the health service of the third user under the reminding condition, and further improving the completion rate of the health service.
Step 2032, sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding the third user of performing health service.
In a possible implementation manner, based on the third user determined in the third case, sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user includes: determining a first number of second users with health service states of 'health service completion states' and a second number of second users with health service states of 'performing health services but not completing states' based on the health service registration information; summing the first quantity and the second quantity to obtain a third quantity; responding to the quotient of the first quantity and the third quantity being lower than a first completion threshold value, and sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user; or, in response to the quotient of the second number and the third number being higher than a second completion threshold, sending corresponding reminder information to the third user based on the information of the third user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the health service is taken as an example of vaccination, where the first number is the number of users who have completed vaccination, the second number is the number of users who have vaccinated parts but have not completed vaccination, and the third number is the sum of the first number and the second number, that is, the number of all users who have vaccinated. The quotient of the first amount and the third amount is the proportion of completed vaccinations in the vaccinated users, which represents the proportion of completed vaccinations. When the ratio of completed vaccination is lower than the first completion threshold, which represents the ratio of completed vaccination that cannot meet the requirement, a reminding message needs to be sent to the users who do not complete vaccination, so as to increase the ratio of completed vaccination. Likewise, the quotient of the second number and the third number is the proportion of uncompleted inoculations in inoculated users, which represents the rate of uncompleted inoculations. When the ratio of incomplete inoculation is higher than the second completion threshold, which represents the ratio of incomplete inoculation which cannot meet the requirement, a reminding message needs to be sent to the users of incomplete inoculation to improve the ratio of complete inoculation. The first completion threshold and the second completion threshold are set according to experience or flexibly adjusted according to an application scene.
In one possible implementation, the health service registration information further includes a health service completion time, and the reminder information includes an expected health service performance time, which is determined by the health service completion time. Illustratively, during the vaccination process, the vaccination registration information further includes a first dose vaccination completion time and a second dose vaccination completion time, and for case three the third user sending the reminder information includes an expected vaccination time that is three weeks after the first dose vaccination completion time. For example, the first dose vaccination was completed at 3 months 3, then the reminder may be "you are good, you have vaccinated the first dose earlier. The vaccination period for the second dose of vaccine has been entered sequentially from 24 days 3 months. After receiving the information, the user actively contacts with the original organization unit to inoculate according to the uniform arrangement. When inoculating, please carry ID card. (the Inward-Yang region Vaccination working group) ".
In a possible implementation manner, based on the third user determined in the first and second cases, sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user includes: determining a fourth number of first users who subscribe to the health service based on the health service subscription information, and determining a fifth number of second users whose health service status is "health service non-proceeding status" based on the health service registration information; in response to the quotient of the fifth quantity and the fourth quantity being higher than the non-health service threshold, sending corresponding reminder information to the third user based on the information of the third user; or determining the difference between the fourth quantity and the fifth quantity, and sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user in response to the quotient of the difference and the fourth quantity being lower than the health service threshold. In this case, the users who have performed the health service but have not completed the health service and have completed the health service are regarded as the users who have completed the health service, and the quotient of the number of users who have completed the health service and the number of users who have subscribed to the health service is regarded as the ratio of performing the health service.
In this embodiment, the fourth number is the total number of users who reserve health services, and the fifth number is the number of users who do not perform health services among the users who reserve health services. The quotient of the fifth quantity and the fourth quantity is the ratio of the users who have not performed the health service among the users who have subscribed to the health service, and the ratio represents the ratio of the users who have not performed the health service. When the ratio of the non-health service is higher than the threshold of the non-health service, which represents the ratio of the non-health service that cannot meet the requirement at this time, a reminding message needs to be sent to the user who does not perform the health service, so as to reduce the ratio of the non-health service. Similarly, the difference between the fourth quantity and the fifth quantity is the quantity of health services, and the quotient of the difference and the fourth quantity is the proportion of the users who reserve the health services and perform the health services, and the proportion represents the proportion of the users who perform the health services. When the rate of performing the health service is lower than the health service threshold, which represents the rate of completing the health service that cannot meet the requirement, a prompt message needs to be sent to the user who does not perform the health service, so as to improve the rate of performing the health service. The non-health service threshold and the health service threshold can be set according to experience or flexibly adjusted according to an application scene.
In a possible implementation manner, based on the third user determined in the first and second cases, sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user includes: determining a fourth number of first users who subscribe to the health service based on the health service subscription information; determining a first number of second users whose health service status is "health service completion status" based on the health service registration information; in response to the quotient of the first number and the fourth number being below the health service threshold, sending corresponding reminder information to the third user based on information of the third user; or determining a difference value between the fourth quantity and the first quantity, and sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user in response to the quotient of the difference value and the fourth quantity being higher than the non-health service threshold. In this case, only the user who has completed the health service is regarded as the user who has completed the health service, and the quotient of the number of users who have completed the health service and the number of users who have subscribed to the health service is regarded as the ratio of the health service.
In the embodiment of the present application, the quotient of the first number and the fourth number is a proportion of health service completion users among the users who subscribe to the health service, and the proportion represents a ratio of the health service. When the rate of the health service is lower than the health service threshold, the rate of completing the health service which cannot meet the requirement is represented, and a reminding message needs to be sent to the user who does not perform the health service so as to improve the rate of the health service. Similarly, the difference between the fourth quantity and the first quantity is the quantity of the health services, and the quotient of the difference and the fourth quantity is the proportion of the users who reserve the health services and do not have the health services, and the proportion represents the proportion of the vaccines which do not have the health services. When the rate of the vaccines not performing the health service is higher than the threshold of the vaccines not performing the health service, which represents the rate of the vaccines not performing the health service that cannot meet the requirement, a reminding message needs to be sent to the users not performing the health service, so as to improve the rate of performing the health service. The non-health service threshold and the health service threshold can be set according to experience or flexibly adjusted according to an application scene.
In one possible implementation, the information of the third user includes a contact information of the third user, and the contact information includes at least one of a communication number, an instant communication number and a mailbox; sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the information of the third user, wherein the reminding information comprises: and sending corresponding reminding information to the third user based on the contact information in the information of the third user and the health service state of the third user.
Illustratively, the information of the third user includes a communication number of the third user, and if the health service state is that no health service is performed, assuming that the health service threshold is 80%, in response to that the rate of performing the health service is lower than 80%, sending a reminding message of the health service to be performed to the third user in a short message manner, so as to remind the third user of performing the health service in time.
