Description

Charging method, gateway device, charging service device, platform, system and medium
Technical Field

Background
This section is intended to provide a background or context to the embodiments of the application that are recited in the claims. The description herein is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.
At present, the payment mode when utilizing charging pile to charge electric automobile has two kinds: one is code scanning payment and the other is card swiping payment.
For scanning a code payment mode, the charging transaction on the appointed charging pile is authorized through a mobile phone, the charging pile is started through the management platform to charge after the authorization is completed, and no data interaction exists between the electric automobile and the charging pile in the whole process. For the card swiping payment mode, the charging transaction on the appointed charging pile is authorized through a payment card (such as a bank card), the charging pile automatically starts charging after the authorization is completed, and the whole process of the electric automobile and the charging pile has no data interaction.
In the payment mode, the code scanning payment mode requires a user to use a mobile phone to scan a code before charging at each time, but due to the problems that a mobile network signal of a position (such as an underground parking lot) of a charging station is often weaker, a two-dimensional code of a charging pile is not clear (such as light reflection under strong light and a dark place appears fuzzy), and the like, the operation of starting the charging pile by the code scanning payment mode is easy to fail, and therefore user experience is influenced. The card swiping payment mode requires a user to handle an entity payment card, and the payment card can only be used in a specific charging station, so that a vehicle owner often needs to handle a plurality of payment cards, the use is complicated, the loss is easy, and the user experience is poor.

It should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a charging system according to an embodiment of the present application. The management platform manages the service data. The gateway device is responsible for managing communication between the platform and the charging service device and has certain business logic. The charging service device charges the charging consumer device, and there is data interaction between the charging service device and the charging consumer device. The charging consumption device and the management platform can communicate with each other through the internet of vehicles (or a mobile communication network).
The charging service device is a device that supplies electric energy, such as a charging pile. The charging consumer device is a device that receives electric energy, and is, for example, an electric vehicle, a smartphone, or the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a charging method according to an embodiment of the present application, the method is used to charge a charging consumption device, and in the flowchart, from the device perspective, an execution subject may be a gateway device; from a program perspective, the execution body may accordingly be a program loaded on these gateway devices. The gateway device has certain service data processing capability, and can be an edge computing gateway.
The flow in fig. 2 may include the following steps 101 to 104.
Step 101, when receiving a charging credential request from a charging service device, determining a charging credential corresponding to a current request behavior of the charging service device.
Referring to fig. 6, one gateway device is usually connected to a plurality of charging service devices, and a plurality of gateway devices are usually disposed in one charging system.
When a charging consumer device is connected to a charging service device (e.g., the charging port of the charging service device is connected to the charging consumer device), the charging service device requests a charging credential from the connected gateway device. The charging voucher is a string of codes and identifies the charging service in the whole system.
Each gateway device determines charging credentials independently of each other for the charging service device to which it is connected.
And 102, sending the charging voucher to a charging consumption device connected with the charging service device through the charging service device, so that the charging consumption device sends the charging voucher and identification information of the charging consumption device to a management platform.
And the gateway equipment sends the determined charging voucher to the charging service equipment which sends the charging starting request information. And then the charging service equipment sends the charging voucher to the charging consumption equipment connected with the charging service equipment. The charging consumption equipment sends the received charging voucher and the identification information of the charging consumption equipment to the management platform. Therefore, the management platform can establish the corresponding relation between the charging voucher and the charging consumption equipment.
The identification information of the charging consumption device is information identifying the identity of the charging consumption device, such as a vehicle identification number VIN.
After receiving the identification information of the charging consumption device from the charging consumption device, the management platform can check whether the owner of the charging consumption device binds a payment account with the charging consumption device. Further, optionally, the management platform may also verify whether the payment account opens a small amount of secret-free payment service to the management platform.
If the user of the charging consumption device has bound a payment account for the charging service of the charging consumption device on the management platform in advance or further opens a small amount of secret-free payment for the payment account on the management platform, subsequent charging and payment processes can be executed.
If the user of the charging consumption device does not open the small amount of secret-free payment for the charging service of the charging consumption device on the management platform, in the subsequent steps, the system formed by the management platform, the gateway device and the charging service device can still provide the charging service for the charging consumption device according to the manner introduced in the background art, or the management platform prompts the user of the charging consumption device to bind a payment account for the charging service of the management platform or further open the small amount of secret-free payment for the charging service of the management platform.
Step 103, when the charging voucher and the order number are received from the management platform, a charging starting instruction is sent to the charging service equipment.
After the management platform verifies the identification information of the charging consumption device received from the charging consumption device, the management platform records the corresponding relation between the charging voucher and the identification information.
The management platform can determine the corresponding relation between the charging voucher and the gateway device. In some embodiments, the correspondence relationship between the two is determined by a predetermined rule. In other embodiments, the correspondence between the management platform and the gateway device is determined by the management platform and the gateway device in an interactive manner.
The management platform generates an order number for the charging service, and then sends a charging starting instruction, a charging certificate corresponding to the gateway device and the order number to the gateway device.
After receiving the charging start instruction, the charging certificate corresponding to the gateway device, and the order number, the gateway device can determine which charging service device connected to the gateway device should be started according to the charging certificate. Further, the charging service device is capable of providing charging services to the charging consumer device to which it is connected.
In another variation, the management platform generates an order number for the charging service, and then sends the charging certificate and the order number corresponding to the gateway device.
After receiving the charging certificate and the order number corresponding to the gateway device, the gateway device can determine which charging service device connected with the gateway device should be started according to the charging certificate. Further, the charging service device is capable of providing charging services to the charging consumer device to which it is connected.
Namely, the gateway device is configured to judge that the charging voucher is verified at the management platform side in the case of receiving the charging voucher and the order number at the same time.
It should be noted that the charging start instruction sent by the management platform to the gateway device and the charging start instruction sent by the gateway device box to the charging service device may be the same or different in form.
Therefore, the starting process of the charging service does not need a user to operate the mobile terminal or transact the rechargeable card.
And 104, sending the charging relevant information of the current charging service of the charging service equipment and the order number to the management platform.
In some embodiments, after the charging service device determines the charging amount after the user disconnects the charging consumer device from the charging service device or both but the charging service is terminated, the charging service device may calculate the charging fee and then send the calculated charging fee to the gateway device.
In some embodiments, when the charging service is finished, the charging service device may also send the charging amount to the gateway device, and the gateway device calculates the charging fee.
In some embodiments, after the charging service is finished, the charging service device sends the charging amount to the gateway device, and the gateway device sends the charging amount to the management platform, so that the management platform calculates the charging cost.
Therefore, the charge-related information may be the charge amount or the charge fee.
Because the gateway device has certain service processing capacity, in order to reduce the complexity of the program of the management platform, namely the calculation amount, the gateway device can be selected to calculate the charging fee according to the charging amount.
Because the management platform can establish the corresponding relationship between the charging voucher and the identity information of the charging consumption equipment and the corresponding relationship between the charging voucher and the order number, after the management platform receives the charging related information and the order number from the gateway equipment, the payment account corresponding to the charging consumption equipment can be determined according to the order number, and then the management platform can directly initiate fee deduction operation to the payment account. Of course, if the payment account opens the password-free payment for the charging service of the management platform, the fee deduction process does not need the participation of the user.
If the charging method is applied to the charging service of the electric automobile, a user does not need to start charging the electric automobile in a mobile phone code scanning mode, and does not need to handle a rechargeable card in advance, so that the operation of the user is greatly simplified. Further, the information interaction between the electric automobile and the management platform can be realized through the Internet of vehicles, the information interaction between the electric automobile and the charging pile is carried out in a wired mode, and the influence of the signal quality of the mobile phone of the user on the charging process is also reduced. If the user authorizes the merchant platform to open the password-free payment, the user does not need to operate the mobile terminal such as the smart phone of the user in the whole charging process.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a charging method for implementing a charging service for a charging consumption device according to an embodiment of the present application, in which, from a device perspective, an execution subject may be a charging service device; from the program perspective, the execution main body may accordingly be a program loaded on these charging service devices. The charging method is based on the same inventive concept as the aforementioned charging method. The method may include the following steps.
Step 201, when detecting that the gateway device is connected to the charging consumption device, sending a charging credential request to the gateway device to obtain a charging credential.
Step 202, when receiving the charging voucher, sending the charging voucher to the connected charging consumption equipment, so that the charging consumption equipment sends the identification information of the charging consumption equipment and the charging voucher to a management platform.
Step 203, when receiving a charging start instruction from the gateway device, starting charging the charging consumption device.
And step 204, when the charging service is detected to be finished, sending charging relevant information to the gateway equipment.
The case where the charging service is ended is, for example, that the charging service device is disconnected from the charging consumer device, or that the user clicks a button for ending the charging on the charging service device, or the like.
The charging service equipment sends the charging voucher to the charging consumption equipment connected with the charging service equipment, so that the charging consumption equipment can send identity information and the charging voucher to the management platform. This enables the management platform to initiate a deduction operation for the payment account associated with the identity information according to the charging credential.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a charging method according to an embodiment of the present application, the method is used for charging a charging consumption device, and in the flowchart, from the perspective of the device, an execution subject may be a management platform; from a program perspective, the execution body may accordingly be a program that is loaded on the management platform. The charging method is based on the same inventive concept as the aforementioned charging method. The method may include the following steps.
Step 301, receiving a charging credential and identification information of a charging consumer device from the charging consumer device, where the charging credential corresponds to a gateway device.
Step 302, verifying the identification information, and generating an order number associated with the charging voucher when the identification information is verified.
Step 303, sending the charging voucher and the order number to a gateway device corresponding to the charging voucher together, so that the gateway device sends a charging start instruction to a charging service device corresponding to the charging voucher according to the charging start instruction, wherein the gateway device maintains a corresponding relationship between the charging voucher and the charging service device.
Step 304, receiving the charging related information and the order number from the gateway device, searching a payment account associated with the corresponding charging consumption device identification information according to the order number, and initiating a fee deduction operation to the searched payment account by the charging related information.
The charging voucher corresponds to one order number, the charging voucher corresponds to one gateway device, and the charging voucher also corresponds to one charging consumption device, so that the management platform can find the corresponding charging voucher according to the order number, find a payment account bound by a vehicle owner of the charging consumption device on the management platform according to the charging voucher, and further initiate a deduction operation to the payment account.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a charging method according to an embodiment of the present application, the method is used for at least charging a charging consumption device and initiating payment, in the process, from a device perspective, an execution subject may be a charging system formed by a management platform, a gateway device and a charging service device; from a program perspective, the execution subject may accordingly be a program that is loaded on the management platform, the gateway device, and the charging service device. The charging method is based on the same inventive concept as the aforementioned charging method. The method may include the following steps.
Step 401, when detecting that the charging consumption device is connected to the charging service device, the charging service device obtains a charging credential from the gateway device.
Step 402, the charging service device sends the acquired charging voucher to the charging consumption device connected with the charging service device, so that the charging consumption device sends the identification information of the charging service device and the charging voucher to a management platform.
Step 403, the management platform verifies the identification information, and generates an order number associated with the charging voucher when the verification is passed.
Step 404, the management platform sends the charging voucher and the order number associated with the charging voucher to the gateway device corresponding to the charging voucher together, wherein the management platform maintains the corresponding relationship between the charging voucher and the gateway device, the corresponding relationship between the charging voucher and the consumption device identification information, and the corresponding relationship between the charging voucher and the order number.
Step 405, the gateway device sends a charging start instruction to the charging service device corresponding to the charging credential, wherein the gateway device maintains a corresponding relationship between the charging credential and the charging service device.
And step 406, the charging service device starts charging the connected charging consumption device according to the received charging start instruction, and sends charging related information to the gateway device when detecting that the charging service is finished.
Step 407, the gateway device searches for the associated charging credential of the charging service device that sends the charging related information, searches for a corresponding order number according to the searched charging credential, and sends the searched order number and the corresponding charging related information to the management platform.
And 408, the management platform searches a payment account associated with the corresponding identification information according to the order number, and initiates a deduction to the payment account according to the charging relevant information.
Fig. 6 is an example of a scenario diagram of a charging system, where a management platform connects two gateway devices G1 and G2, a gateway device G1 connects charging service devices P1, P2, and P3, and a gateway device G2 connects charging service devices P4, P4, and P6. The number of charging service devices and the number of gateway devices in an actual scenario may be very large, for example, a management platform is connected to tens or hundreds of charging service devices through tens or tens of gateway devices.
The number of bits of the charging voucher can be more than or equal to that of the order number, so that the charging voucher determined by any two gateway devices can not be repeated, and the gateway device corresponding to the charging voucher can be judged according to the value of certain bits of the charging voucher.
If the communication mode between the charging consumption equipment and the charging service equipment is a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode, the communication speed between the electric automobile and the charging pile is slow. In order to reduce the time consumption of communication between the electric automobile and the charging pile, the digit of the charging certificate can be set to be shorter than the order number, so that the communication data volume between the electric automobile and the charging pile is reduced, and the waiting time of a user is reduced.
Of course, the communication method between the charging consumer device and the charging service device may be a Power Line Communication (PLC) method.
When the number of bits of the charging voucher is short enough, since the charging voucher determined by each gateway device for each charging service is performed independently, a certain mechanism is needed to prevent two charging service devices from using the same charging voucher at the same time.
Taking the scenario shown in fig. 6 as an example, with reference to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application further provides a specific implementation method for determining a charging credential corresponding to the current request behavior of the charging service device. From a hardware perspective, the execution subject of the method is a gateway device. The method comprises the following steps.
And step 501, generating a primary selection charging certificate.
The gateway device may randomly generate a primary charging voucher, or add 1 to the last determined charging voucher to obtain the current primary charging voucher each time in a cyclic manner from 0 to the maximum value and then to 0. Of course, to reduce the probability of the initial charging voucher conflict, the first initial charging voucher generated after each gateway device is started may be distributed with equal difference.
Step 502, sending the primary selection charging voucher to the management platform so that the management platform can verify whether the primary selection charging voucher is occupied currently.
A charging voucher is currently occupied, i.e. the charging voucher currently corresponds to an order number which has not yet finished payment in the recorded information of the management platform. And if the order number corresponding to one charging certificate has finished payment, the corresponding relation between the charging certificate and the order number is released.
Step 503, in response to that the initially selected charging voucher is not occupied currently, using the initially selected charging voucher as the charging voucher.
Thus, when determining the charging credential, the gateway device needs to obtain the confirmation of the management platform that the charging credential determined by the gateway device is currently unoccupied. Therefore, the situation that two charging service devices correspond to the same charging certificate is avoided.
Further, the method may further include step 504, in response to that the initially selected charging credential is currently occupied, receiving an unoccupied charging credential from the management platform as the charging credential corresponding to the charging service device.
That is, the management platform determines that the initially selected charging voucher corresponds to an order number and payment of the order number is not completed, and then the management platform selects an unoccupied charging voucher to send to the gateway device.
The management platform may maintain a mapping table of the charging credential and the order number, and a mapping table of the charging credential and the gateway device. The gateway device may maintain a mapping table of charging credentials to its connected charging service devices.
Correspondingly, the charging method implemented for the management platform may further include: receiving a primary selection charging credential from the gateway device; and judging whether the primary selection charging voucher is occupied currently or not, and if not, informing the gateway equipment that the primary selection charging voucher is unoccupied currently.
Further, if the initially selected charging voucher is judged to be occupied currently, an unoccupied charging voucher is selected as the charging voucher, and the selected charging voucher is sent to the gateway equipment.
The connection relationship between the gateway device and the charging service device may be determined by a connection manner, that is, the connection relationship may be fixed. Once one of the gateway devices fails or communication connection between one gateway device and a certain charging service device fails, an operation maintenance person is required to go to the field for maintenance. This greatly increases labor costs and is less efficient to maintain. In order to improve the availability and reliability of the whole charging system, the gateway device and the charging service device can be accessed into the same local area network, and the connection relationship between the gateway device and the charging service device can be dynamically adjustable. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an architecture of a charging system according to this embodiment. The charging service equipment and the gateway equipment are connected into the same local area network through the switch. Of course, the connection mode between the gateway device and the management platform may be wired or wireless (for example, through a 5G communication network), which is not limited in the present application.
The foregoing step 103 can be adjusted to: and when receiving a charging starting instruction, the charging voucher and the order number corresponding to the charging voucher from the management platform, sending the charging starting instruction to the charging service equipment corresponding to the charging voucher so that the charging service equipment starts to charge the charging consumption equipment.
The gateway equipment and the charging service equipment are accessed to the same local area network, and the gateway equipment and the charging service equipment are communicated in a broadcasting mode.
Further, the method performed by the gateway device further includes: when a connection request broadcasted by charging service equipment to the local area network is received, sending self state information and an IP address to the charging service equipment; and when a screening result broadcasted by the charging service equipment to the local area network is received, if the screening result is selected, connecting the charging service equipment with the management platform.
In this way, the connection relationship between the gateway device and the charging service device is adjustable.
Wherein the self status information may include: the number of currently connected charging service devices.
Still further, the method may further comprise: when a screening result broadcasted by the charging service equipment to the local area network is received, if the screening result is not selected, the communication data between the charging service equipment and the selected gateway equipment is stored; and recording order numbers and corresponding charging certificates, which are sent by the management platform and aim at the charging service equipment connected with other gateway equipment in the local area network.
In the same local area network, because the communication data of all the gateway devices and the charging service device are backed up in other gateway devices, and the corresponding relations between the current order numbers recorded by the gateway devices and the charging certificates are the same, even if one gateway device is down, when the other gateway device replaces the down gateway device, the service data cannot be lost, and the complete process of charging and billing can still be continuously implemented. Therefore, the stability of the system is improved, and the labor cost of operation and maintenance can be reduced.
In correspondence with this, the charging service apparatus further performs: broadcasting a connection request to the local area network; receiving self state information and an IP address sent by the gateway equipment in the local area network; selecting one gateway device according to the state information and broadcasting a selection result to the local area network, wherein the selected gateway device is responsible for connecting the charging service device and the management platform; broadcasting communication data with the selected gateway device to the local area network.
The self state information includes: the number of currently connected charging service devices. For example, the models of the gateway devices are the same, one gateway device with the least number of currently connected charging service devices may be selected. And when a plurality of gateway devices with the minimum number of the charging devices are connected in the local area network, randomly selecting one gateway device from the gateway devices with the minimum number of the connected charging devices.
The gateway device further can be used for the charging service device to automatically judge whether the connection between the gateway device and the charging service device is normal or not through a heartbeat monitoring mode with the charging service device. The method performed by the gateway device may further comprise: when receiving a heartbeat message sent by the connected charging service equipment, sending a response message to the charging service equipment corresponding to the heartbeat message; or sending heartbeat messages to the connected charging service equipment at regular time.
In correspondence with this, the charging service apparatus further performs: sending heartbeat messages to the connected charging service equipment regularly, and broadcasting a connection request to the local area network again if the state that the response messages are not received lasts for a first set time length; or when the heartbeat message sent by the connected gateway equipment is not received for a second set time, the connection request is broadcasted to the local area network again.
It should be noted that, at the same time, a single charging credential corresponds to one gateway device, one charging service device, and one charging consumption device, respectively. In order to enable the charging and billing process to be completely operated, the system can normally operate under the condition that the management platform does not feed back the order number to the gateway equipment.
Accordingly, for a charging method of a gateway device, it may comprise the steps of: when a charging voucher request is received from a charging service device, determining a charging voucher corresponding to the current request behavior of the charging service device; the charging voucher is sent to charging consumption equipment connected with the charging service equipment through the charging service equipment, so that the charging consumption equipment can send the charging voucher and identification information of the charging consumption equipment to a management platform; when receiving a charging starting instruction and the charging voucher from the management platform, sending the charging starting instruction to the charging service equipment; and sending the charging relevant information of the charging service equipment and the charging certificate to the management platform.
Accordingly, for the charging method of the management platform, it may comprise the following steps: receiving a charging voucher and identification information of a charging consumption device from the charging consumption device, wherein the charging voucher corresponds to a gateway device; verifying the identification information, and when the identification information passes the verification, sending a charging starting instruction and the charging certificate to gateway equipment corresponding to the charging certificate together so that the gateway equipment sends the charging starting instruction to charging service equipment corresponding to the charging certificate according to the charging starting instruction, wherein the gateway equipment maintains the corresponding relation between the charging certificate and the charging service equipment; receiving charging relevant information and the charging voucher from the gateway equipment, searching a payment account associated with corresponding charging consumption equipment identification information according to the charging voucher, and initiating a fee deduction operation to the searched payment account by the charging relevant information.
As for the charging service apparatus, the charging method of its operation is the same as that of the charging service apparatus in the foregoing embodiment.
From the perspective of a system consisting of the charging service device, the gateway device and the management platform, the method comprises the following steps:
when detecting that the charging consumption equipment is connected with the charging service equipment, the charging service equipment acquires a charging certificate from the gateway equipment;
the charging service equipment sends the acquired charging voucher to charging consumption equipment connected with the charging service equipment, so that the charging consumption equipment sends identification information of the charging service equipment and the charging voucher to a management platform;
the management platform checks the identification information and sends a charging starting instruction and the charging certificate to the gateway equipment corresponding to the charging certificate when the identification information passes the check, wherein the management platform maintains the corresponding relation between the charging certificate and the gateway equipment and the corresponding relation between the charging certificate and the identification information of the consumption equipment;
the gateway equipment sends a charging starting instruction to the charging service equipment corresponding to the charging voucher according to the received charging starting instruction, wherein the gateway equipment maintains the corresponding relation between the charging voucher and the charging service equipment;
the charging service equipment starts charging the connected charging consumption equipment according to the received charging starting instruction, and sends charging related information to the gateway equipment when the charging service is detected to be finished;
the gateway equipment searches the charging service equipment which sends the charging relevant information for the associated charging voucher, and sends the searched charging voucher and the corresponding charging relevant information to the management platform;
and the management platform searches a payment account associated with the corresponding identification information according to the charging voucher and initiates a deduction to the payment account according to the charging related information.
It should be noted that various specific implementations in the foregoing embodiments are also applicable to this variation. Therefore, it is not described herein.
Several examples of charging processes are described below in conjunction with fig. 8.
As shown in fig. 8, the management platform manages two charging stations, each charging station includes 3 charging piles and 2 gateway devices, the charging piles and the gateway devices are connected to the same lan through switches, the lan of the charging station 1 is 192.168.1.0/24, the lan of the charging station 2 is 192.168.2.0/24, and ip addresses of the charging piles and the gateway devices are shown in the following table.
Device Numbering ip address
Gateway device G1 192.168.1.1
Gateway device G2 192.168.1.2
Charging pile P1 192.168.1.3
Charging pile P2 192.168.1.4
Charging pile P3 192.168.1.5
Charging pile G3 192.168.2.1
Charging pile G4 192.168.2.2
Charging pile P4 192.168.2.3
Charging pile P5 192.168.2.4
Charging pile P6 192.168.2.5
The way in which the gateway device is connected to the management platform is not limited. The management platform saves the VIN codes of the vehicles V1 and V2 … … V6 and the corresponding payment accounts, and the payment accounts open small amount of secret-free payment for the management platform. The charging process is as follows.
S1: after the charging pile P1 is started, a broadcast message is sent to the network segment 192.168.1.0/24, and the message type is that the charging pile searches for gateway equipment.
S2: after receiving the message, the gateway device G1 replies the ip address 192.168.1.1 of itself and the number 0 of the connected charging piles to the charging pile P1; after receiving the message, the gateway device G2 returns the ip address 192.168.1.2 and the number 1 of the connected charging piles to the charging pile P1.
S3: charging pile P1 receives the reply of gateway device G1 and gateway device G2, because the number of charging pile connections of gateway device G1 is less than the number of charging pile connections of gateway device G2, charging pile P1 selects gateway device G1 as a communication gateway device, charging pile P1 sets the default gateway device as ip address 192.168.1.1 of gateway device G1, and returns charging pile number P1 and gateway device selection result G1 to gateway device G1 and gateway device G2.
S4: after receiving the gateway device selection result message, the gateway device G1 locally records the ip address of the charging pile P1 and the charging pile number P1; after receiving the gateway device selection result message, the gateway device G2 locally records the ip address of the charging pile P1, the charging pile number P1, and the ip address 192.168.1.1 of the communication gateway device corresponding to the charging pile number P1.
S5: after selecting the gateway device G1, the charging pile P1 signs in to the gateway device G1 and continuously sends heartbeat messages to the gateway device G1.
S6: after the electric vehicle V1 is inserted into the charging gun, the charging pile P1 requests a charging certificate from the gateway device G1, and the gateway device G1 generates a primary charging certificate 0001; the request is also sent to the gateway device G2, G2 only makes a record.
S7: the gateway device G1 sends the primarily selected charging voucher 0001 to the management platform, at the moment, the 0001 order number of the management platform is not used, the management platform records 0001 and the corresponding gateway device G1 thereof, generates an order number 20200923G100018888 associated with the charging voucher 0001, and returns confirmation information that the primarily selected charging voucher 0001 is valid to the gateway device G1;
s8: the gateway device G1 returns the charging voucher 0001 to the charging post P1 in a broadcast mode, and the charging post P1 sends the charging voucher 0001 to the electric vehicle V1 by using a PWM technology; the gateway device G2 stores the corresponding relation between the charging voucher 0001 and the charging pile P1 locally;
s9: after receiving the charging voucher 0001, the electric vehicle V1 transparently transmits the charging voucher 0001 and the vehicle VIN code SSVUDDTT2J2022558 to the management platform by using the Internet of vehicles;
s10: the management platform checks a VIN code SSVUDDTT2J2022558, the VIN code opens a non-inductive charging service, associates a order number 20200923G100018888 with the vehicle VIN code SSVUDDTT2J2022558, and finds a gateway device G1 corresponding to the charging voucher 0001 from the record;
s11: the management platform issues a charging starting instruction and an order number 20200923G100018888 and a charging voucher 0001 to gateway devices G1 and G2, the gateway device G1 finds a charging pile P1 corresponding to the gateway device G1 according to the charging voucher 0001 and controls the gateway device G3538 to start charging in a broadcast mode, and the gateway device G2 only records the corresponding relation between the charging voucher 0001 and the order number 20200923G 100018888;
s12: after the charging of the charging pile P1 is completed, the charging pile P1 reports the charging amount to gateway devices G1 and G2 in a broadcast mode, the gateway device G1 completes charging fee calculation according to charging rules, and the charging fee is sent to a management platform along with a subscription number 20200923G 100018888;
s13: the management platform acquires the corresponding payment account according to the electric automobile V1 associated with the order number 20200923G100018888 and completes automatic fee deduction from the payment account.
During the charging of the electric vehicle V1, the electric vehicle V4 uses the charging post P4 to perform charging, and at this time, the charging post P4 has selected the gateway device G3 to handle its communication with the management platform. The gateway device G3 generates a charging voucher 0001 to upload to the management platform. At this time, the management platform finds 0001 being used, generates an unused charging credential 0002, and then returns the charging credential 0002 to the gateway device G3. The gateway device G3 sends the charging voucher 0002 to the electric vehicle V4 through the charging pile P4, and then the electric vehicle V4 sends the identification information of the gateway device and the charging voucher 0002 to the management platform. The management platform verifies the identification information of the electric vehicle V4 to generate a order number 20200923G200026666, and returns a charging starting instruction, the order number 20200923G200026666 and a charging certificate 0002 to gateway devices G3 and G4, the gateway device G3 finds a charging pile P4 by using the charging certificate 0002, and a charging flow of the charging pile P4 is started.
The gateway device downtime is handled as follows.
Assuming that the gateway device G1 goes down, the heartbeat message sent by the charging pile P1 does not receive the reply information for a plurality of times, and after a certain number of times, the charging pile P1 sends a broadcast message to the local area network 192.168.1.0/24, where the message type is a message for replacing a communication gateway device (or an equivalent message for searching a gateway device by a charging pile). As in steps S1-S13, the charging post P1 changes the communication gateway device to the gateway device G2, notifies the gateway device G2 of the current charging voucher 0001, and the gateway device G2 finds the corresponding charging record according to the charging voucher 0001 and proceeds with the relevant charging payment process.
