FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating an example of a scenic spot travel management system for supervising forced consumption behavior of tourists according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the scenic spot travel management system 100 for supervising forced consumption behavior of tourists includes a tour guide terminal 110, a scenic spot store apparatus 120, a scenic spot server 130, and at least one tourist client 140. Specifically, the tour guide terminal 110 may be a terminal device equipped for tour guide workers in a tourist group, the scenic spot store device 120 may be a device installed in a scenic spot store, the tourist client 140 may be a terminal device equipped for tourists in the tourist group, and the scenic spot server 130 may be a server for managing and operating scenic spot applications.
In some examples of embodiments of the present application, the tour guide terminal 110, the scenic spot store device 120, and the guest client 140 are all general-purpose mobile terminal devices, and these mobile terminal devices can be configured as respective types of devices (e.g., tour guide terminal, scenic spot store device, and guest client) by implementing communication interaction with the scenic spot server by installing a scenic spot tour application, and being capable of being authenticated by the server by respective user identity information (e.g., tour guide identity information, store owner identity information, and other user identity information).
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a method for configuring a corresponding device type of a mobile terminal performed by a scenic spot server according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the server receives an identity configuration request from the mobile terminal in step 210.
In step 220, the server authenticates the identity configuration request and generates a corresponding identity authorization code.
In step 230, the server sends an identity authorization code to the mobile terminal, such that the mobile terminal is configured as a tour guide terminal, a scenic spot store device, or a guest client based on the identity authorization code.
Through the embodiment of the application, entities with different identities in scenic spot tourism activities can register or log in a scenic spot application program through a general-purpose mobile terminal (for example, a smart phone), so that the server can authenticate and configure the device type of the corresponding mobile terminal, for example, when the server identifies that user information includes scenic spot store information, a scenic spot store identity authorization code can be sent to the terminal mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal can be configured as scenic spot store equipment.
In some examples of the embodiment of the application, the tour guide terminal may further receive a user operation, display the tour guide two-dimensional code when the received user operation conforms to a first preset user operation, collect the guest-side identification information of each guest client based on the tour guide two-dimensional code, and bind the tour guide-side identification information and each guest-side identification information.
Combine the application scene, when the visitor can be fashionable with the guide at the tourist party, the guide can take out own guide terminal to through setting for the operation and get into and bind the page and show the guide two-dimensional code, each visitor also can take out the cell-phone of oneself and scan the guide two-dimensional code this moment, make the identification information of different visitor clients can bind with guide end identification information, thereby form holistic tourist party identification information.
In some examples of embodiments of the present application, the scenic spot store apparatus may receive a user operation, display the scenic spot store two-dimensional code when the received user operation conforms to a second preset user operation, acquire tour guide end identification information of the tour guide terminal based on the scenic spot store two-dimensional code, and transmit the tour guide end identification information and the store end identification information of the scenic spot store apparatus to the scenic spot server.
In combination with an application scenario, when a tourist party enters a scenic spot store, a tour guide can perform tourist party card punching operation on the scenic spot store, namely, the tourist party enters a merchant tourist party card punching page through a preset operation flow, and the tour guide can scan a two-dimensional code on the scenic spot store by using a tour guide terminal, so that tour guide end identification information of the tour guide terminal can be collected by scenic spot store equipment, and the tour guide end identification information and store end identification information are sent to a scenic spot server.
In the embodiment of the application, the two-dimensional code scanning technology is utilized, tour guide information and tourist information can be conveniently and quickly associated, in addition, tour guide end information and shop information are associated in a two-dimensional code card punching mode when a tour guide enters a shop, and the tour guide end information and the shop information are uploaded to a server in time through shop equipment, so that the server can quickly acquire the tour guide information entering a specific shop, the tourist information entering the shop can be acquired by inquiring the information of each tourist party, and questionnaire information is directionally pushed to each tourist in the tourist party in time to acquire a corresponding tour evaluation result.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a forced consumption warning method performed by a scenic spot server after receiving feedback information according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, in step 310, when positive feedback information for the consumption compulsory survey option is detected, the ratio of the number of the guest identification information corresponding to the positive feedback information to the number of the guest identification information in the tourist group identification information is counted.
If the detection result in step 310 indicates that the tag number fraction exceeds the preset fraction threshold, then go to step 320. If the detection result in step 310 indicates that the tag number occupancy does not exceed the preset occupancy threshold, the operation ends.
In step 320, a forced consumption alert message is generated.
By the embodiment of the application, the server can detect the feedback result aiming at the consumption compulsory investigation option, detect whether the tourist group encounters the compulsory consumption behavior or not through data analysis, and automatically generate the corresponding compulsory consumption warning message. Therefore, the server can automatically identify the forced consumption behavior, generate a forced consumption alarm message, record the forced consumption conditions of shops and tourist groups and assist scenic spot personnel in managing the forced consumption conditions. In addition, the compulsory consumption alarm message can be pushed to the tour guide end or the shop end to play a corresponding warning role.
It should be understood that the compulsory consumption behavior in the usual state generally requires mutual collusion between the store and the tourist group, so that the warning message can be pushed to the store end or the tour guide end at the same time. However, in some cases, one of the tourist guide and the store may be unconscious or accidental, and at this time both should not be alerted, which may reduce the complaints of the goodwill operator in the scenic spot.
In some examples of embodiments of the present application, the scenic spot server may invoke first historical feedback information for the store-side identification information when the identification number ratio exceeds a preset threshold, and perform data analysis based on the first historical feedback information and the positive feedback information to determine whether to send a corresponding forced consumption alert message to the scenic spot store device.
Therefore, when the scenic spot server finds that the current tourist party has the compulsory consumption feedback on the current scenic spot store, data analysis (for example, scofflaw identification) can be carried out by combining historical feedback data of the current scenic spot store, for example, the frequency of past compulsory consumption complaints of the store is also high, at the moment, the current scenic spot store can be determined to have the compulsory consumption behavior, and a compulsory consumption warning message can be sent to the scenic spot store device to warn the merchant to stop the current compulsory consumption behavior.
As a further disclosure and optimization of the embodiment of the application, the scenic spot server is further configured to, when the ratio of the number of identifiers exceeds the preset threshold, invoke second historical feedback information for the identifier information of the tour guide terminal, and perform data analysis based on the second historical feedback information and the positive feedback information to determine whether to send a corresponding forced consumption warning message to the tour guide terminal.
Therefore, when the scenic spot server finds that the current tourist party has forced consumption feedback on the current scenic spot store, data analysis (for example, scofflaw recognition) can be carried out by combining historical feedback data of the tour guide terminal of the tourist party, for example, the times of forced consumption complaints of the tour guide are more, at this moment, the current tour guide can be determined to have forced consumption behaviors, and a forced consumption warning message can be sent to the tour guide terminal to warn the tour guide to stop the current forced consumption behaviors.
In the embodiment of the application, when the scenic spot server identifies the forced consumption behaviors fed back by more tourists, the historical data is called to analyze whether the scenic spot store or the tour guide has the behavior of a criminal who carries out forced consumption, and the warning message is pushed aiming at the corresponding scenic spot store or tour guide, so that the business side who carries out forced consumption can be deterred, and the timely prevention of the forced consumption behaviors is facilitated.
FIG. 4 illustrates a signal timing diagram of one example of a workflow of the scenic tour management system according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, in step 410, the guest client 140 sends guest id information to the tour guide terminal 110. For example, when the tourists are clustered, the tourists need to scan the two-dimensional code in the code guide terminal by starting the tourists client so as to realize data communication transmission between the tourists and the two.
In step 420, the tour guide terminal 110 binds the tour guide identification information and the tourist side identification information to generate tourist group identification information.
In step 430, the guide terminal 110 transmits the tourist party identification information to the scenic spot server 130.
In step 440, the tour guide terminal 110 transmits the tour guide terminal identification information to the scenic spot store apparatus 120. For example, when a tour guide enters a store, the tour guide end identification information can be transmitted through a code scanning operation.
In step 450, the scenic spot store apparatus 120 transmits the guide-side identification information and the store-side identification information to the scenic spot server 130.
In step 460, the scenic spot server 130 can query the tourist attraction identification information according to the tour guide identification information to identify the tourist attractions of the store.
In step 470, the scenic server 130 can send a questionnaire message to the guest client 140.
In step 480, the guest can view the questionnaire message through the guest client 140 and can send feedback information to the scenic spot server 130 regarding the forced consumption option in the questionnaire message, such as confirming the forced consumption or denying the forced consumption.
In step 490, the scenic server 130 may identify mandatory consumption behaviors of the tourist group and/or the store based on the respective feedback.
By the aid of the method and the system, the scenic spot service platform can directionally push questionnaire messages for tourists, and can automatically identify whether the specific tourist group is in compulsory consumption behaviors in a specific store or not by combining feedback information of the questionnaire messages of the tourists.
Further, as described above, the scenic spot service cloud platform may generate forced consumption alert messages to record forced consumption behaviors of stores and tourist groups when the forced consumption behaviors of tourists are identified. In addition, past behavior of the stores and past behavior of the tour guides can be identified by combining historical feedback information of tourists of the stores and the tour guides, forced consumption warning messages are pushed in a directional mode, and forced consumption behaviors of illegal operators can be stopped in time.
In some application scenarios, the questionnaire messages pushed to the tourists by the scenic spot cloud platform further include first ranking information for a plurality of scenic spot stores and second ranking information for a plurality of tourist groups, and at the moment, the tourists can also know ranking and comprehensive evaluation conditions of current tourist group tour guides and stores in time through the questionnaire messages.
In some examples of embodiments of the present application, the scenic spot server updates first ranking information in the questionnaire message based on the acquired store-side identification information when determining to transmit the forced consumption alert message to the scenic spot store apparatus, and updates second ranking information in the questionnaire message based on the acquired guide-side identification information when determining to transmit the forced consumption alert message to the guide terminal. For example, when it is determined that the forced consumption alert message is sent to the scenic spot store device, the first ranking information of the scenic spot store in the questionnaire message may be lowered, for example, to the last position, or a mark for forced consumption may be added to the ranking information. Therefore, the tourist can be prompted to pay attention to the prevention of forced consumption when shopping in the store or along with tour guide, and can also be reminded to remind various scenic spot stores and tour guide personnel to voluntarily follow scenic spot tourism specifications.
In some application scenarios, when tourists travel in a scenic spot, they may encounter various emergencies, such as walking away with a tourist group, or encountering danger, etc., and it is required that the tourists can contact with a scenic spot management party for a rescue time in the first time.
In some examples of the embodiment of the present application, an emergency call-for-help control is further included in the questionnaire message, where each guest client may further generate a guest call-for-help message when detecting an interactive operation for the emergency call-for-help control, and send the guest call-for-help message to the scenic spot server, where the guest call-for-help message includes guest client identification information corresponding to the interactive operation. For example, when a tourist in a scenic spot is in danger, the tourist can click on an emergency call control in a questionnaire message and input corresponding call information (e.g., risk description information, etc.), so that the tourist can upload the distress message to a scenic spot cloud platform, and the distressed tourist can actively contact with a scenic spot manager through interactive operation of the questionnaire message.
In the embodiment of the application, the emergency call control is integrated in the questionnaire message, so that the emergency call function of the tourists of the scenic spot tourism management system is expanded, and the scenic spot server knows the identification information of the tourists, so that the tourists do not need to input personal description information, and only need to describe corresponding risks, thereby effectively reducing the call time and improving the call efficiency.
Illustratively, in the process of implementing rescue, a scenic spot manager can preferentially contact a tour guide terminal corresponding to tour guide terminal identification information bound with tour guide terminal identification information calling for help, timely know corresponding dangerous case clues, check the authenticity of the dangerous case, avoid the waste of management resources caused by false alarm, effectively improve the success rate of rescue, and ensure the safety of tourists in scenic spots.
Through the embodiment of the application, after the tourist group enters the store, the scenic spot cloud platform can timely acquire tourist group information and store information, and actively collect evaluation information of tourists by pushing questionnaire information to each tourist in the tourist group, so that the occurrence probability of forced consumption behaviors of the tourist group in the scenic spot store can be effectively reduced.
