the order transaction module is used for the user to select commodities in a classified mode to purchase on line to generate an order;
the second-hand commodity consignment module is used for the user to consign second-hand commodities and feeds back the second-hand commodities to the user in a new commodity replacing mode;
the customer service processing module is used for communicating with a user, processing order information, receiving an after-sale request of the user and feeding back the after-sale request of the user to an after-sale processing center;
the after-sale processing center is used for processing the after-sale requirements of the users and feeding back the processing results to the customer service processing module.
