Specifically, after the other participant terminals receive the annotation information including the annotation person identifier, the coordinate information, the annotation content, and the drawing canvas size, the other participant terminals determine the target position on the drawing canvas of the other participant terminals based on the coordinate information, the drawing canvas size of the annotation person terminal, and the drawing canvas size of the other participant terminals, so that the annotation content and the annotation person identifier are correctly displayed at the target position.
It should be noted that the target file in this embodiment needs to be shared by the server first, specifically, the host sends the shared file to the server, the server converts the received shared file into the target file in the picture format, and finally sends the target file to all participant terminals of the teleconference, after all participant terminals receive the target file, the participant terminals can browse the target file by themselves, and in the annotation process, the host terminal controls the playing of the target file.
It is emphasized that there is also a synchronized transmission of the speech content during the annotation interaction referred to in this embodiment. The drawing Canvas and the browsing Canvas can be realized by Vue, H5, ES6 and Canvas technologies, and the server can be a WebSocket server written by Java language and SpirngBoot framework.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 provides a server, including:
a first receiving unit 601, configured to receive an annotation person identifier sent by a host terminal;
a determining unit 602, configured to determine an annotator terminal among the at least one participant terminal according to the annotator identifier;
a first sending unit 603, configured to send an annotation permission instruction to the annotator terminal, where the annotation permission instruction is used to enable the annotator terminal to enter an annotation mode and generate annotation information based on an input operation of a user on a target file acquired in the annotation mode;
a second receiving unit 604, configured to receive annotation information of the target file sent by the annotator terminal, where the annotation information at least includes annotation content;
a second sending unit 605, configured to send the annotation information to another terminal other than the annotator terminal in the plurality of terminals, where the annotation information is used to make the other terminal display the annotation content.
In one implementation, the annotation content is input by a user through a drawing canvas corresponding to the target file, and the annotation information further includes coordinate information of the annotation content in the drawing canvas;
and the coordinate information is used for enabling the other terminals to display the annotation content on the browsing canvas corresponding to the target file according to the coordinate information.
In one implementation, the annotation information may further include an annotation person identifier, where the annotation person identifier is used to identify annotation content corresponding to the annotation person identifier, and enable the other terminal to display the annotation person identifier.
In one implementation, the server further includes:
a third receiving unit, configured to receive a file sent by the host terminal;
a conversion unit for converting the file into the target file of a target format;
and a third sending unit, configured to send the target file to the multiple terminals.
In one implementation, the server further includes:
a fourth receiving unit, configured to receive a page identifier sent by the host terminal, where the page identifier corresponds to a target page of the target file;
the first generating unit is used for generating a page change instruction containing the page identifier according to the page identifier;
a fourth sending unit, configured to send the page-change instruction to the multiple terminals, where the page-change instruction is used to enable the multiple terminals to play a target page of the target file according to the page identifier;
the second receiving unit comprises:
and the receiving subunit is used for receiving the annotation information of the target page of the target file sent by the annotator terminal.
In one implementation, the server further includes:
the second generating unit is used for generating a fusion file in a preset format according to the page number identifier, the annotation content and the target file, wherein a target page corresponding to the page number identifier in the fusion file contains the annotation content;
and a third generating unit, configured to generate a download address of the fusion file, where the download address is used to return a download address used for downloading the fusion file according to the download request if the server receives a download request for the fusion file.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 provides a user terminal, including:
a receiving unit 701, configured to receive an annotation permission instruction sent by the server;
a generating unit 702, configured to enter an annotation mode according to the annotation permission instruction, and generate annotation information based on an input operation of a user on a target file acquired in the annotation mode, where the annotation information at least includes annotation content;
a sending unit 703, configured to send the annotation information to the server, where the annotation information is used to enable the server to send annotation information to the at least one participant terminal, and the annotation information is used to enable the at least one participant terminal to display the annotation content.
In one implementation, the generating unit 702 includes:
the receiving subunit is used for receiving the input operation of the user on the target file in the drawing canvas of the annotation mode;
and the response subunit is configured to generate, in response to the input operation, annotation information including coordinate information of the target file and the annotation content, where the coordinate information is a coordinate of the annotation content in the drawing canvas, and is configured to enable the at least one participant terminal to display the annotation content on a browsing canvas corresponding to the target file according to the coordinate information.
In one implementation, the annotation information may further include an annotator identifier, and the annotator identifier is configured to identify annotation content corresponding to the annotator identifier, and enable the at least one participant terminal to display the annotator identifier.
Referring to fig. 8, there is provided a user terminal, including:
a receiving unit 801, configured to receive annotation information of a target file sent by the server, where the annotation information at least includes annotation content;
a display unit 802, configured to display the annotation content of the target file.
In one implementation, the annotation information further includes coordinate information of a drawing canvas corresponding to the target file of the annotation content in the annotator terminal, and the presentation unit 802 includes:
the acquisition subunit is used for determining a target position in the browsing canvas corresponding to the target file according to the coordinate information;
and the first display subunit is used for displaying the annotation content of the target file at the target position of the browsing canvas.
In one implementation, the presentation unit 802 includes:
and the second display subunit is used for displaying the annotation content and the annotation person identifier of the target file.
Fig. 9 is another schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application, where the server 901 may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 902 and a memory 906, and one or more applications or data are stored in the memory 906.
The memory 906 may be volatile storage or persistent storage, among other things. The program stored in the memory 906 may include one or more modules, each of which may include a sequence of instructions operating on a server. Still further, the central processor 902 may be arranged in communication with the memory 906, such that a series of instruction operations in the memory 906 are performed on the server 901.
The server 901 may also include one or more power supplies 903, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 904, one or more input-output interfaces 905, and/or one or more operating systems, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
The server 901 may perform the operations in the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 5, which are not described herein again.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.

Claims (18)

1. A teleconference annotation method applied to a server, wherein the same teleconference connection is established between the server and a plurality of terminals, the plurality of terminals including a host terminal and at least one participant terminal, the method comprising:
receiving an annotation person identifier sent by a host terminal;
determining an annotator terminal in said at least one participant terminal in dependence upon said annotator identifier;
sending an annotation permission instruction to the annotator terminal, wherein the annotation permission instruction is used for enabling the annotator terminal to enter an annotation mode and acquiring annotation information input by a user on a target file in the annotation mode;
receiving annotation information of the target file sent by the annotation person terminal, wherein the annotation information at least comprises annotation content;
and sending the annotation information to other terminals except the annotation person terminal in the plurality of terminals, wherein the annotation information is used for enabling the other terminals to display the annotation content.
2. The teleconference annotation method of claim 1 wherein the annotation content is entered by a user via a drawing canvas corresponding to the target file, the annotation information further comprising coordinate information of the annotation content within the drawing canvas;
and the coordinate information is used for enabling the other terminals to display the annotation content on the browsing canvas corresponding to the target file according to the coordinate information.
3. The teleconference annotation method of claim 1 wherein the annotation information further comprises an annotator identifier, the annotator identifier being used to identify the annotation content corresponding to the annotator identifier and to make the other terminal display the annotator identifier.
4. A teleconference annotation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising:
receiving a file sent by the host terminal;
converting the file into the target file in a target format;
and sending the target file to the plurality of terminals.
5. A teleconference annotation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising:
receiving a page number identifier sent by the host terminal, wherein the page number identifier corresponds to a target page of the target file;
generating a page changing instruction containing the page number identifier according to the page number identifier;
sending the page change instruction to the plurality of terminals, wherein the page change instruction is used for enabling the plurality of terminals to play the target page of the target file according to the page number identifier;
the receiving of the annotation information of the target file sent by the annotator terminal includes:
and receiving annotation information of the target page of the target file sent by the annotator terminal.
6. The teleconference annotation method of claim 5, further comprising:
generating a fusion file in a preset format according to the page number identifier, the annotation content and the target file, wherein a target page corresponding to the page number identifier in the fusion file contains the annotation content;
and generating a download address of the fusion file, wherein the download address is used for returning the download address used for downloading the fusion file according to the download request if the server receives the download request of the fusion file.
7. A teleconference annotation method applied to an annotator terminal, wherein the annotator terminal is in a teleconference state with a server and at least one participant terminal, comprises the following steps:
receiving an annotation permission instruction sent by the server;
entering an annotation mode according to the annotation permission instruction, and generating annotation information based on the input operation of a user on a target file acquired in the annotation mode, wherein the annotation information at least comprises annotation content;
and sending the annotation information to the server, wherein the annotation information is used for enabling the server to send annotation information to the at least one participant terminal, and the annotation information is used for enabling the at least one participant terminal to display the annotation content.
8. The teleconference annotation method according to claim 7, wherein the generating of annotation information based on the user's input operation on the target file in the annotation mode, the annotation information at least containing annotation content, comprises:
receiving the input operation of the user on the target file in the drawing canvas of the annotation mode;
and responding to the input operation, and generating annotation information containing coordinate information of the target file and the annotation content, wherein the coordinate information is coordinates of the annotation content in the drawing canvas, and is used for enabling the at least one participant terminal to display the annotation content on the browsing canvas corresponding to the target file according to the coordinate information.
9. The teleconference annotation method of claim 7 wherein said annotation information further comprises an annotator identifier for identifying annotation content corresponding to said annotator identifier and for causing said at least one participant terminal to present said annotator identifier.
10. A teleconference annotation method applied to a participant terminal in a teleconference state with a server and at least one annotator terminal, comprising:
receiving annotation information of a target file sent by the server, wherein the annotation information at least comprises annotation content;
and displaying the annotation content of the target file.
11. The teleconference annotation method of claim 10, wherein the annotation information further includes coordinate information of a drawing canvas corresponding to the target file of the annotation content in the annotator terminal, and the displaying of the annotation content of the target file includes:
determining a target position in a browsing canvas corresponding to the target file according to the coordinate information;
and displaying the annotation content of the target file at the target position of the browsing canvas.
12. The teleconference annotation method of claim 10, wherein the annotation information further comprises an annotation person identifier, and the annotation person identifier is used for identifying annotation content corresponding to the annotation person identifier, so that the annotation content of the target file is shown, and the method comprises:
and displaying the annotation content and the annotation person identification of the target file.
13. A server, comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the annotation person identifier sent by the host terminal;
a determining unit for determining an annotator terminal among said at least one participant terminal in dependence upon said annotator identifier;
the annotation processing unit is used for acquiring input operation of a user on a target file under an annotation mode, and generating annotation information according to the input operation;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the annotation information of the target file sent by the annotator terminal, wherein the annotation information at least comprises annotation content;
and the second sending unit is used for sending the annotation information to other terminals except the annotation person terminal in the plurality of terminals, wherein the annotation information is used for enabling the other terminals to display the annotation content.
14. A user terminal, comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive an annotation permission instruction sent by the server;
the generating unit is used for entering an annotation mode according to the annotation permission instruction and generating annotation information based on the input operation of the user on the target file under the annotation mode, wherein the annotation information at least comprises annotation content;
and the sending unit is used for sending the annotation information to the server, the annotation information is used for enabling the server to send the annotation information to the at least one participant terminal, and the annotation information is used for enabling the at least one participant terminal to display the annotation content.
15. A user terminal, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving annotation information of the target file sent by the server, wherein the annotation information at least comprises annotation content;
and the display unit is used for displaying the annotation content of the target file.
16. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
17. A server, comprising:
the system comprises a central processing unit, a memory, an input/output interface, a wired or wireless network interface and a power supply;
the memory is a transient memory or a persistent memory;
the central processor is configured to communicate with the memory, and to invoke on the server an operation of instructions in the memory to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
18. A user terminal, comprising:
the system comprises a central processing unit, a memory, an input/output interface, a wired or wireless network interface and a power supply;
the memory is a transient memory or a persistent memory;
the central processor is configured to communicate with the memory, and to invoke the operation of instructions in the memory on the user terminal to perform the method of any one of claims 7 to 12.
