Drawings
In order that the invention may be more readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof that are illustrated in the appended drawings, in which
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of an online printing method of a printer according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting, so that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and practice it.
Referring to fig. 1, an online printing method of a printer includes the steps of:
step 1: an operator logs in to the printer online printing system;
step 2: initializing a printer system;
step 3: generating a bar code to be printed by using an online printer printing system;
step 4: verifying the bar code to be printed; if the bar code to be printed does not meet the requirements, returning to the step 3;
if the bar code to be printed meets the requirement, executing the step 5;
step 5: comparing the bar codes stored in the database with the locally stored bar codes, if the bar codes are consistent, executing the step 6, and if the bar codes are inconsistent, performing correction operation: taking a local stored bar code as a reference, replacing a database stored bar code with the local stored bar code, and executing the step 6 after correction, wherein the database stored bar code is the last bar code stored in the last printing, the local stored bar code is the bar code automatically stored in the last printing, and the comparison of the bar codes can be used for avoiding the influence of the bar code storage error on the printing caused by the reasons of network disconnection, paper jam and the like in the last printing;
step 6: setting a serial number of a bar code to be printed and the number of parts corresponding to the serial number, printing for the first time, and simultaneously scanning the printed bar code by a high-speed scanner to form a high-speed scanning bar code;
step 7: identifying the high-speed scanning bar code to identify a blank label and a repeated bar code, storing a missing code corresponding to the blank label into a missing code database, and storing the repeated bar code into a repeated code database;
step 8: and printing the missing codes in the missing code database.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a login window of the printer online printing method communicates with a database to realize functions of registration, password modification, login, and the like, and simultaneously displays names of login personnel on the print window according to information of the database. Operators are divided into two types of staff, namely an administrator and a common operator, and the administrator has the authority of correcting the current printing bar code and checking the operation log after logging in; after logging in, the common operator has the authority to operate bar code generation and printing. The printing error or printing failure caused by improper operation of a common operator can be avoided through the authority setting, and personnel with printing failure can be tracked according to the operation log.
In one embodiment, initializing the printer system includes purging memory and detecting the number of barcode papers. If the initialization is unsuccessful, the initialization can be performed manually, and the situation that printing is repeated due to unsuccessful printing such as paper jam in the last time can be avoided by clearing the memory, so that the waste of paper is reduced. The number of the bar code papers is detected to limit the serial number, and if the number of the bar code papers is smaller than the number of the bar codes to be printed, the phenomenon that the number of the bar code papers is insufficient in the printing process and the printing cannot be completed normally occurs.
In one embodiment, a barcode to be printed is generated before printing, the barcode to be printed is generated through four parts of parameters including a meter type, a valve control type, a caliber parameter and a channel parameter, for example 68750400000001, wherein the length of the barcode is 14, the type is 75 water meters, and the caliber code is 04. The data from the bar code can identify the relevant parameters of the table.
In one embodiment, the bar code to be printed is verified before printing, including verification of the length of the bar code to be printed and verification of parameters of the bar code to be printed, and the bar code generation error may occur in the bar code generation process to be printed, for example, the length of the bar code to be printed is increased or decreased compared with the standard bar code length to be printed. The length verification of the bar code to be printed can prevent the occurrence of the condition that the length of the bar code to be printed generates errors. The different meter parameter types are different, the conditions of errors of the hot meter and the water meter type are possibly generated, and when the hot meter bar code is printed, whether the water meter type parameter exists in the bar code or not needs to be detected; when printing a water meter bar code, it is necessary to detect whether the bar code has a hot meter type parameter to prevent a meter type error. Parameters in the verification of the barcode parameters to be printed comprise a table type, a valve control type, caliber parameters and channel parameters.
In one embodiment, the database stored bar codes and the local stored bar codes are subjected to bar code comparison, if the bar code comparison is consistent, the last printing is indicated to be normal printing, step 6 is executed, if the bar code comparison is inconsistent, the last printing is indicated to be abnormal printing possibly caused by the problems of network disconnection or paper jam, and the like, and then correction operation is carried out: and (3) taking the local stored bar code as a reference, replacing the database stored bar code with the local stored bar code, and executing the step (6) after correction, wherein the database stored bar code refers to the last bar code stored in the last printing, and the local stored bar code refers to the bar code automatically stored in the last printing. The bar codes can be prevented from being missed due to the problems of broken net or card paper and the like through comparison of the bar codes.
In one embodiment, the serial number and the number of copies corresponding to the serial number are set, the first printing is performed, and meanwhile, the high-speed scanner scans the printed bar code to form a high-speed scanning bar code. The serial numbers are used for determining the printed bar codes, each bar code to be printed corresponds to one serial number, and each serial number corresponds to one serial number. For example, the barcode 68750400000001 has a serial number of 3 and a number of 1. The result is 68750400000001, 68750400000002, 68750400000003, 68750400000004. If the number of copies is 2, the printing result is 68750400000001, 68750400000001, 68750400000002, 68750400000002, 68750400000003, 68750400000003, 68750400000004, 68750400000004. The number of bar codes of the last bar code to be printed is equal to the number of bar codes of the first bar code to be printed plus the serial number.
In one embodiment, the high-speed scanning bar code refers to bar codes which are stored while being printed, the blank label and the bar codes which are repeatedly printed can be identified by the high-speed scanning bar code, and if the blank label exists, the unprinted bar codes can be stored in a missing code database; if the barcode has a re-code, the re-code is stored in a re-code database.
In one embodiment, after the first printing is finished and the high-speed scanning is performed, the continuous printing can print the bar codes in the missing code database, and meanwhile, the printed missing codes can be deleted. When the repeated codes appear, 1 is added to print again on the basis of the last bar code printing, so that the number of bar codes needing to be printed is ensured, and the condition of missing codes is prevented.
The printer online printing method can automatically initialize the system before printing, empty the data left when the last abnormal printing is performed, store and compare different bar codes, prevent the condition of repeated printing when restarting, scan the printed bar codes by a high-speed scanner, and repair the missed bar codes.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations and modifications of the present invention will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications thereof are contemplated as falling within the scope of the present invention.
