As shown in fig. 7, the operation process of turning the extension portion 40 to the outside of the paper storage body 10 is: moving the tail restraint 20 to the cushioning portion 30, the extension 40 is able to rotate about its hinge axis 42 within the pocket 11 and away from the sheet storage body 10. The movable portion 50 is lifted up by the elastic member 60, and the movable portion 50 moves in the paper feeding direction while moving upward by the cooperation of the guide projection 52, the stopper projection 53, and the guide groove 13. During the rotation of the extension portion 40, the end of the movable portion 50 away from the extension portion 40 has a large upward movement amount due to the loss of the pressing force of the extension portion 40, and the end of the movable portion 50 close to the extension portion 40 has a small upward movement amount due to the failure of the pressing force of the extension portion 40. When the extension portion 40 is further turned outward, the extension portion 40 is completely separated from the movable portion 50, the movable portion 50 is not pressed, the movable portion 50 can be completely lifted to a position flush with the buffer portion 30, and the operator operates the tail stopper 20 to release the lock of the stopper plate 22, so that the tail stopper 20 can smoothly slide on the buffer portion 30, the extension portion 40, and the movable portion 50.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 8, the operation process of turning the extension portion 40 to the inside of the paper storage body 10 is as follows: the end restriction member 20 is moved to the buffering portion 30, and then the extension portion 40 is turned over, and the extension portion 40 presses the end of the movable portion 50 close to the hinge shaft 42 to tilt the movable portion 50. When the extension portion 40 is further turned, the movable portion 50 is moved downward against the elastic force of the elastic member 60 and is moved in the direction opposite to the sheet feeding direction by the cooperation of the guide projection 52 and the guide groove 13, so that the stopper projection 53 is disengaged from the third stopper groove 31 at the end of the movable portion 50 away from the hinge shaft 42. When the extension portion 40 continues to turn over to be adjacent to the movable portion 50, the stopper projection 53 is completely disengaged from the third stopper groove 31, and the movable portion 50 is almost pressed to the lowest position.
The extension body 41 is provided with a fixing protrusion 414, the engaging groove 11 is provided with a fixing groove 15, and the fixing protrusion 414 is engaged with the fixing groove 15, so that the movable portion 50 is prevented from being pushed out by the elastic member 60, and the stability of the movable portion 50 can be maintained.
In another alternative embodiment, the card slot 11 includes a first inner wall 111, a second inner wall 112, and a third inner wall 113, and the first inner wall 111, the second inner wall 112, and the third inner wall 113 are all provided with a guide slot 13. The movable part body 51 comprises a top surface, a bottom surface, a front end surface, a rear end surface, a left surface and a right surface, the bottom surface of the movable part body 51 is provided with a limiting protrusion, the limiting protrusion protrudes out of the front end surface, the guide groove 13 extends along the vertical direction, and the top surface of the movable part body 51 is coplanar with the top surface of the buffer part 30 when the limiting protrusion abuts against the bottom surface of the buffer part 30.
FIG. 10 is a schematic view of another alternative paper storage device according to the present invention; fig. 11 is a view showing an extended portion of the sheet storage device in fig. 10 in an opened state.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, when the extension portion body 41 is turned to the outside of the paper storage body 10, in order that the tail restriction member 20 may be fixed when moving to the slot 11, a second restriction groove 12 is provided on the paper storage body 10 at a position opposite to the slot 11. The second limiting groove 12 may be formed by a tooth structure. In other implementations, the second limiting groove 12 may be formed by other structures, and is not specifically configured here.
Example two:
as shown in the drawings, the present invention provides a sheet storing device including a sheet storing body 10 and a tail restriction member 20; the paper storage body 10 is provided with a buffer part 30 and an extension part 40 extending along the paper feeding direction, and the tail limiting piece 20 can slide on the buffer part 30 and the extension part 40; the extension portion 40 is rotatably mounted on the paper storage body 10, when the extension portion 40 rotates to the first position, the extension portion 40 approaches the paper storage body 10, and the tail limiting member 20 can slide on the first surface 411 of the extension portion 40; when the extension portion 40 rotates to the second position, the extension portion 40 is away from the paper storage body 10, and the tail restriction member 20 can slide on a second surface 412 of the extension portion 40 opposite to the first surface 411.
The first position is the position where the extension part 40 is turned to the inner side of the paper storage body 10 and is flush with the buffer part 30; the second position is a position where the extension portion 40 is turned to the outside of the sheet storage body 10 and is flush with the buffer portion 30.
The structure of the paper storage device provided in the second embodiment is the same as that of the paper storage device in the first embodiment, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects, which are not described in detail herein.
Alternatively, the tail restriction member 20 includes a moving seat 21 and a restriction plate 22, the restriction plate 22 is rotatably fixed on the moving seat 21, and the moving seat 21 is slidably disposed between the paper storage body 10 and the extension portion 40; the first surface 411 and the second surface 412 of the extension portion 40 are provided with first stopper grooves 413 for engaging with the tail stoppers 20.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an image forming apparatus provided by the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, the present invention also provides an image forming apparatus including an apparatus body and a paper storage device 1; an image forming apparatus 3 is provided on the apparatus main body, and a sheet storage device is used to supply sheets to the image forming apparatus.
The structure of the paper storage device of the image forming apparatus provided by the invention is the same as that of the paper storage device, and the paper storage device can bring the same or similar technical effects, and is not described in detail herein.
The apparatus body includes a sheet feeding device 2, an image forming device 3, a fixing device 4, a sheet discharging device 5, and a control device 6, and sheets are recording media such as blank paper, synthetic resin sheets, and cardboard on which toner images are formed on the image forming apparatus.
The sheet feeding apparatus 2 includes a sheet pickup mechanism 201 for picking up sheets from the sheet storage apparatus 1 to the sheet pickup mechanism 201, and a conveying mechanism 202 for conveying the sheets to the image forming apparatus 3, the fixing device 4, and the sheet discharging device 5 in this order through a sheet conveying path.
The image forming apparatus 2 includes a process cartridge 301, a laser scanner 302, a transfer roller 303 for converting a digital image into a toner image and transferring the toner image onto a sheet of paper. The process cartridge 301 can be freely detached from or attached to the inside of the image forming apparatus. Other components in the process cartridge 301, such as the photosensitive drum, the developing roller, the charging roller, the toner discharging blade, and the cleaning blade, are conventional structures, not shown in the drawings.
The fixing device 4 comprises a fixing roller and a pressure roller, a nip is formed between the fixing roller and the pressure roller under the action of elastic pressure, the fixing roller can be heated to a certain temperature, when paper carrying the toner image is conveyed into the fixing device 4, the paper enters the nip, the toner image is fixed on the paper under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the paper enters the paper discharging device 5, and a user can take the paper from the paper discharging device 5.
The above-described feeding, image forming, fixing, and sheet discharging operations for the sheet are cooperatively performed under the control of the control device 6, and the control device 6 learns the operation of each device module through a plurality of sensors provided inside the image forming apparatus to cooperatively control and take measures against an abnormal situation existing inside the image forming apparatus.

Claims (12)

1. A paper storage device, comprising: the paper storage device comprises a paper storage body, a tail limiting piece, a buffering part and an extending part;
a storage space for accommodating paper is configured on the paper storage body;
the buffer part is arranged on the paper storage body, and the extension part is positioned in the extending direction of the buffer part to the paper storage body and is rotatably arranged on the paper storage body;
the tail restricting member is slidably mounted on the buffer portion and the extending portion, and the extending portion is turnable to an outside of the sheet storing body when the tail restricting member is slid onto the buffer portion.
2. The paper storage device of claim 1, wherein the extension includes an extension body and a hinge shaft, the hinge shaft is fixedly coupled to the extension body, the paper storage body defines a slot for receiving the extension body, and the slot defines a mounting hole for rotation of the hinge shaft.
3. The paper storage device of claim 2 wherein the extension body has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, the first surface being located on a side of the extension body facing away from the paper and the second surface being located on a side of the extension body facing the paper when the extension body is rotated along the mounting hole to an outside of the paper storage body and parallel to the buffer portion.
4. The paper storage device of claim 3 wherein the tail restraint includes a movable seat and a restraint plate rotatably mounted on the movable seat, the movable seat being slidably disposed between the paper storage body and the extension body;
the first surface and the second surface of the extension part body are provided with first limiting grooves used for being clamped with the limiting plate.
5. The paper storage device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein a second stopper groove is provided on the paper storage body at a position opposite to the card slot.
6. The paper storage device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising a movable portion, wherein the movable portion is located in the slot, an elastic member is provided between the movable portion and the paper storage body, and when the extension portion is turned to the outside of the paper storage body, the movable portion is movable to be flush with the buffer portion.
7. The paper storage device of claim 6 wherein the movable portion includes a movable portion body, the slot having a guide slot, the movable portion body having a guide projection corresponding to the guide slot.
8. The paper storage device of claim 7 wherein the movable portion body includes a top surface, a bottom surface and a front end surface, the bottom surface of the movable portion body is provided with a limiting protrusion protruding from the front end surface, the guide groove extends in the vertical direction, and the top surface of the movable portion body is coplanar with the top surface of the buffer portion when the limiting protrusion abuts against the bottom surface of the buffer portion.
9. The paper storage device of claim 7 wherein the movable portion body includes a top surface and a front surface, the front surface of the movable portion body is provided with a stop protrusion, the buffer portion is provided with a third stop groove at an end thereof adjacent to the movable portion body, the guide groove is inclined toward a side adjacent to the buffer portion, and the top surface of the movable portion body is coplanar with the top surface of the buffer portion when the stop protrusion engages with the third stop groove.
10. A sheet storing device is characterized by comprising a sheet storing body and a tail limiting member;
the paper storage body is provided with a buffer part and an extension part which extend along the paper feeding direction, and the tail limiting part can slide on the buffer part and the extension part;
the extension part is rotatably arranged on the paper storage body, when the extension part rotates to a first position, the extension part is close to the paper storage body, and the tail limiting part can slide on a first surface of the extension part; when the extension portion rotates to the second position, the extension portion is far away from the paper storage body, and the tail limiting member can slide on a second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the extension portion.
11. The paper storage device of claim 10 wherein the tail restriction member includes a movable seat and a restriction plate rotatably fixed to the movable seat, the movable seat being slidably disposed between the paper storage body and the extension portion; the first surface and the second surface of the extension part are provided with first limiting grooves used for being clamped with the tail limiting part.
12. An image forming apparatus characterized by comprising an apparatus body and the sheet storing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
an image forming device is provided on the apparatus main body, and the paper storage device is used for supplying paper to the image forming device.
