Abstract
The invention discloses a refrigerator lighting lamp liner box and a fixing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of refrigerator lighting. The invention comprises a lining box body; the lining box body is assembled in the refrigerator liner; the top of the lining box body is provided with a plurality of positioning holes; an assembly groove matched with the lining box body is formed on the inner wall of the refrigerator liner in a recessed manner; a plurality of positioning columns matched with the positioning holes are fixed on the inner wall of the assembling groove; the top of the lining box body is fixed with two or more semicircular opening buckles; the inner wall of the assembling groove is provided with an installing groove clamped with the semicircular opening; one end of the semicircular opening buckle is tightly connected with the lining box body; the other end of the semicircular opening buckle is a free end with an opening. According to the invention, the semicircular opening buckle is fixed at the top of the lining box body, and the mounting groove is formed in the inner wall of the assembling groove, so that the problems that a fixing buckle needs to be mounted in advance and needs to be fixed by a screw when the existing lining box is mounted, and the existing lining box is repaired after being off-line when mounted are solved.

When the lining box is installed, a fixing buckle is firstly adhered to the corresponding position of the box liner, and the lining box and the box liner are fixed together through screws when the box body is preassembled. The process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the screw consumption is high, and the production efficiency is low. If the screw has the problem of smooth silk, the lining box can't be fixed, and the box can only go off the production line and reprocess, seriously influences the takt time. How to improve the assembly efficiency of the lining box and the assembly reliability of the lining box and the box liner is a great problem for refrigerator enterprises.

Further, the chord length of the opening of the semicircular opening buckle is 5mm larger than the width of the installation groove.
Further, the lining box body is integrally formed by injection molding of ABS or HIPS.
A method for fixing a lining box of a refrigerator illuminating lamp comprises the following steps:
stp1, assembling the positioning holes on the lining box body and the positioning columns after one-to-one correspondence, and limiting the left and right positions of the lining box body;
stp2, after the semicircular opening buckle fixed at the top of the lining box body is forcibly pushed into the mounting groove, the semicircular opening buckle is restored to the original state, and the free end of the semicircular opening buckle is matched with the refrigerator liner, so that the refrigerator liner and the lining box body are fixed.

According to the invention, the mounting groove clamped with the semicircular opening buckle is formed in the inner wall of the assembling groove, and the assembling groove is clamped with the semicircular opening buckle to be fixed by extruding the semicircular opening buckle, so that the assembling device is efficient and convenient, has no screw operation in the whole process, improves the assembling efficiency and reduces the use consumption of screws.
3. According to the invention, the chord length of the opening of the semicircular opening buckle is 5mm larger than the width of the mounting groove, so that the lining box body is ensured not to have mounting defects such as falling, loosening and the like, if a problem occurs in the mounting process, the lining box body can be easily taken down from the refrigerator liner for secondary mounting, and the problem of repairing the refrigerator liner after inserting the line is thoroughly avoided.

the top of the lining box body 1 is fixed with two or more semicircular opening buckles 102, which have certain deformability and are convenient for assembly; the mounting groove 203 with semi-circular opening buckle 102 block is seted up to assembly groove 201 inner wall, and through being used for extrudeing semi-circular opening buckle 102, assembly groove 201 and semi-circular opening buckle 102 block can be fixed, and is high-efficient convenient, and the overall process does not have the screw operation, has improved assembly efficiency, reduces the use consumption of screw.

an assembly groove (201) matched with the lining box body (1) is formed in the inner wall of the refrigerator liner (2) in a recessed mode; a plurality of positioning columns (202) matched with the positioning holes (101) are fixed on the inner wall of the assembling groove (201);
the top of the lining box body (1) is fixed with two or more semicircular opening buckles (102); the inner wall of the assembling groove (201) is provided with an installing groove (203) which is clamped with the semicircular opening buckle (102).
2. The refrigerator lighting lamp liner box as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the semicircular opening buckle (102) is tightly connected with the liner box body (1); the other end of the semicircular opening buckle (102) is a free end with an opening;
the number of the positioning holes (101) and the number of the positioning columns (202) are three.
3. The refrigerator lighting lamp liner box as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the chord length of the opening of the semicircular opening buckle (102) is 5mm larger than the width of the mounting groove (203).
4. The refrigerator lighting lamp liner box according to claim 1, wherein the liner box body (1) is integrally injection molded by ABS or HIPS.
5. A method for fixing a lining box of a refrigerator illuminating lamp is characterized by comprising the following steps:
stp1, assembling the positioning holes (101) on the lining box body (1) and the positioning columns (202) after one-to-one correspondence, and limiting the left and right positions of the lining box body (1);
