Abstract
The invention discloses a cylinder cover structure of a spark ignition type natural gas engine, which comprises: the cylinder head comprises a cylinder head body, a cylinder head base plate, a spark plug mounting hole, two air inlet valve seat ring holes and two exhaust valve seat ring holes. The cylinder head base plate is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder head body. The spark plug mounting hole is arranged on the cylinder cover bottom plate. Two air inlet valve seat ring holes are formed in the bottom plate of the cylinder cover. And two exhaust valve seat ring holes are formed in the bottom plate of the cylinder cover, and an unloading groove is formed in a nose bridge area between the two exhaust valve seat ring holes. Therefore, the cylinder cover structure of the ignition type natural gas engine is simple and reasonable in structure and low in cost, the temperature of the bottom plate of the cylinder cover can be effectively reduced, the stress of the hole opening of the spark plug mounting hole is reduced, the cylinder cover is prevented from being cracked, and the reliability of the engine is improved.

The invention relates to the technical field of natural gas engines, in particular to a cylinder cover structure of a spark ignition type natural gas engine.
Background
For a spark-ignition natural gas engine, in order to meet the national six-emission regulations, an equivalent combustion technology is generally adopted, the equivalent combustion technology is higher in temperature in a cylinder compared with a lean combustion technology route, and in the running and stopping processes of the engine, a cylinder cover bottom plate is constantly subjected to alternating action of high and low temperatures, so that the phenomenon of cracking at the connecting line of a spark plug mounting hole of the cylinder cover bottom plate and an air inlet seat ring hole is usually caused.
The hole size of the spark plug mounting hole is often larger because the spark plug mounting hole needs to be arranged on the cylinder head base plate of the ignition type natural gas engine, in order to ensure smooth air intake and exhaust, a four-valve scheme is often adopted, two air intake valve seat ring holes and two exhaust valve seat ring holes are arranged around the periphery of a spark plug mounting hole, in order to ensure the air intake amount, the size of the air inlet valve seat ring hole is larger than that of the air outlet valve seat ring hole, so that the wall thickness between the spark plug mounting hole and the air inlet valve seat ring hole is thinner than that between the spark plug mounting hole and the air outlet valve seat ring hole and that between the four seat ring holes, and the high temperature gas has great thermal stress, so the high wall thickness stress is the main reason of the mounting hole cracking of the cylinder cover spark plug, in order to prevent cracking, the wall thickness between the spark plug mounting hole and the intake seat ring hole needs to be increased, but the wall thickness is often not realized due to structural limitations.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cylinder head structure of a spark ignition type natural gas engine, comprising: the cylinder head comprises a cylinder head body, a cylinder head base plate, a spark plug mounting hole, two air inlet valve seat ring holes and two exhaust valve seat ring holes. The cylinder head base plate is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder head body. The spark plug mounting hole is arranged on the cylinder cover bottom plate. Two air inlet valve seat ring holes are formed in the bottom plate of the cylinder cover. And two exhaust valve seat ring holes are formed in the bottom plate of the cylinder cover, and an unloading groove is formed in a nose bridge area between the two exhaust valve seat ring holes.
In one embodiment of the present invention, two intake valve seat holes and two exhaust valve seat holes are arranged around the periphery of the spark plug mounting hole.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the relief groove has a concave arc shape.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the relief groove is machined by a circular arc cutter.
Compared with the prior art, the cylinder cover structure of the ignition type natural gas engine has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure and low cost, and can effectively reduce the temperature of the cylinder cover bottom plate, reduce the stress of the spark plug mounting hole orifice and prevent the cylinder cover from cracking, thereby improving the reliability of the engine.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a cylinder head structure of a spark ignition type natural gas engine according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: the cylinder head comprises a cylinder head body, a cylinder head base plate 1, a spark plug mounting hole 3, two air inlet valve seat ring holes 2 and two exhaust valve seat ring holes 4. The cylinder head base plate 1 is provided at the bottom of the cylinder head body. The spark plug mounting hole 3 is opened in the cylinder head base plate 1. Two air inlet valve seat ring holes 2 are arranged on the cylinder cover bottom plate 1. And two exhaust valve seat holes 4 are arranged on the cylinder cover bottom plate 1, and a nose bridge area between the two exhaust valve seat holes 4 is provided with an unloading groove 5.
In one embodiment of the present invention, two intake valve seat holes 2 and two exhaust valve seat holes 4 are arranged around the spark plug mounting hole 3. The unloading groove 5 is in a concave arc shape. The unloading groove 5 is machined by a circular arc cutter.
In practical application, according to the cylinder head structure of the ignition type natural gas engine, the cylinder head base plate 1 is provided with the air inlet valve seat hole 2, the air outlet valve seat hole 4 and the spark plug mounting hole 3, and the wall thickness of a weak area 12 between the spark plug mounting hole 3 and the air inlet seat ring hole is too thin, so that the spark plug mounting hole 11 is high in stress and easy to crack. According to the invention, the arc cutter is used for removing materials and thinning the base plate in the nose bridge area between the two exhaust seat ring holes to form the unloading groove 5, the nose bridge area between the two exhaust seat ring holes is the area with the highest temperature on the cylinder cover base plate, the temperature can be effectively reduced after the material is removed and the base plate is thinned, the thermal expansion of the cylinder cover base plate 1 is reduced, so that the extrusion on the spark plug mounting hole 3 is reduced, the stress of the orifice 11 of the spark plug mounting hole is reduced, and the rigidity is reduced because the material is removed in the nose bridge area between the two exhaust seat ring holes, so that the extrusion degree of the spark plug mounting hole 3 is further reduced, and the stress of the orifice 11 of the spark plug mounting hole is further released. The cylinder cover adopts four-valve arrangement, and four valve retainer holes are arranged around the spark plug mounting hole 3. The unloading groove 5 for reducing the stress of the spark plug mounting hole 3 of the cylinder cover is in a concave arc shape and is tangentially connected with a section of straight line through arcs at two ends, so that smooth transition is ensured, and no stress concentration exists. The maximum depth of the unloading groove 5 is controlled in a proper range, so that the temperature of the bottom plate in the nose bridge region of the row can be effectively reduced, and fatigue cracking caused by insufficient strength of the bottom plate due to over-thinness is avoided. The unloading groove 5 is formed by removing materials in a nose bridge area between two exhaust seat ring holes by using an arc cutter, has a simple structure and low processing cost, and does not influence the air inlet process and performance of the engine.
In a word, the cylinder cover structure of the ignition type natural gas engine has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure and low cost, can effectively reduce the temperature of the cylinder cover bottom plate 1, reduces the stress of the spark plug mounting hole orifice 11, and prevents the cylinder cover from cracking, thereby improving the reliability of the engine.

1. A cylinder head structure of a spark-ignition natural gas engine, comprising:
a cylinder head body;
a cylinder head base plate provided at a bottom of the cylinder head body;
the spark plug mounting hole is formed in the cylinder head base plate;
the two air inlet valve seat ring holes are formed in the cylinder cover bottom plate; and
the two exhaust valve seat ring holes are formed in the cylinder cover bottom plate, and an unloading groove is formed in a nose bridge area between the two exhaust valve seat ring holes.
2. The cylinder head structure of a spark-ignition natural gas engine of claim 1, wherein said two intake valve seat bores and said two exhaust valve seat bores are arranged around the periphery of said spark plug mounting hole.
3. The cylinder head structure of a spark ignition type natural gas engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein said relief groove has a concave arc shape.
4. The cylinder head structure of a spark ignition type natural gas engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein said relief groove is machined by a circular arc cutter.
