Abstract

The application provides a system for oiling of aeroengine operating condition, the system includes: the lubricating oil tank is arranged in the aircraft engine, an oil level sensor is arranged in the lubricating oil tank, and a pressure oil filling port is formed in the bottom of the lubricating oil tank; the aircraft cabin oil level display device is connected with the oil level sensor and used for calculating and displaying the oil adding amount of the lubricating oil to be added according to the residual lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank measured by the oil level sensor; and the ground refueling device is connected to the pressure refueling port, and the refueling pressure and the refueling amount of the ground refueling device to the lubricating oil tank are adjusted and set to realize the refueling of the lubricating oil. The system provided by the application can realize the lubricating oil filling of the aircraft engine in the working state of the slow vehicle, shorten the lubricating oil filling maintenance period, simplify the lubricating oil filling maintenance work, reduce the lubricating oil filling maintenance work cost, and improve the quick takeoff capability of the aircraft again.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of maintenance of aero-engines, and particularly relates to a system for filling lubricating oil in an operating state of an aero-engine.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, an aircraft engine oil sump 20 is used to store lubricating oil required for operation of the lubricating system, and the capacity of the oil sump 20 is generally determined by the endurance time of the engine 10, i.e., the maximum continuous operating time required for the engine can be satisfied after the oil sump is filled with lubricating oil. The filling of the lubricating oil tank mainly comprises two modes of gravity filling and pressure filling. The gravity refueling mode is generally a mode in which the lubricant is directly poured from a gravity refueling port 21 located at the upper portion of the lubricant tank 20, and the pressure refueling mode is a mode in which the lubricant is pressurized and poured into the lubricant tank 20 through a pressure refueling port 22 of the lubricant tank by using a ground refueling truck apparatus.
At present, the gravity oiling and pressure oiling modes adopted by an engine lubricating oil tank are carried out in an engine stopping state, namely the engine stopping state before the aircraft is out of service or after the flight task is finished, and the two lubricating oil filling modes are required to finish the work of opening/closing a maintenance cover, opening/closing a fuel filler cover, interpreting the oil level of the lubricating oil tank and the like. In general, the maintenance time for completing the lubricating oil filling in the mode is about 0.5 hour, the maintenance period is long, the maintenance work is complicated, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present application to provide a system for lubricating oil during the operating conditions of an aircraft engine that addresses or mitigates at least one of the problems of the background art.
The technical scheme of the application is as follows: a system for lubricating oil during an operating condition of an aircraft engine, comprising:
the lubricating oil tank is arranged in the aircraft engine, an oil level sensor is arranged in the lubricating oil tank, and a pressure oil filling port is formed in the bottom of the lubricating oil tank;
the aircraft cabin oil level display device is connected with the oil level sensor and used for calculating and displaying the oil adding amount of the lubricating oil to be added according to the residual lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank measured by the oil level sensor; and

Further, the oil filling amount of the lubricating oil to be filled is determined according to the following formula:

Further, the filling pressure of the fuel tank is determined according to the following formula:

in the formula, P1 is the opening pressure of the pressure oil filling device of the lubricating oil tank obtained according to the technical data of the engine, P2 is the pressure of the inner cavity of the lubricating oil tank in the ground slow vehicle state, and delta P is the oil filling pressure of the ground oil filling device.
Further, the aircraft cabin oil level display device comprises a data processing module and an in-cabin display module, wherein the data processing module is used for calculating and processing the residual lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank measured by the oil level sensor, and the in-cabin display module is used for displaying the residual fuel oil in the lubricating oil tank and/or the filling amount of the lubricating oil required to be filled.
Further, the aircraft cabin oil level display device is connected with an oil level sensor in the lubricating oil tank through a data cable.
Furthermore, the ground refueling device comprises a pressure adjusting module, and the pressure adjusting module adjusts and controls the refueling pressure of the ground refueling device according to the setting of an operator.
Furthermore, the ground refueling device comprises a refueling volume adjusting module, and the refueling volume adjusting module adjusts and controls the refueling volume of the ground refueling device according to the setting of an operator.
Furthermore, the ground refueling device is connected to the pressure refueling port through a refueling pipeline.
The system provided by the application can realize the lubricating oil filling of the aircraft engine in the working state of the slow vehicle, shorten the lubricating oil filling maintenance period, simplify the lubricating oil filling maintenance work, reduce the lubricating oil filling maintenance work cost, and improve the quick takeoff capability of the aircraft again.

In order to make the implementation objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The method is basically combined with the oil level real-time testing technology and the quantitative/constant-pressure ground oiling technology of the lubricating oil tank in the prior pressure oiling method, so that the lubricating oil can be filled into the lubricating oil tank of the engine under the ground slow vehicle working state, the maintenance time of the engine is shortened, and the rapidity of the engine running again is ensured.
Fig. 2 shows a system for refueling a fuel tank in an aircraft engine operating state, which mainly comprises a fuel tank 20, an aircraft cabin fuel level display device 30 for processing and analyzing the fuel level of the fuel tank, and a ground refueling device 40.
The engine lubricating oil tank 20 is used for storing lubricating oil in an engine lubricating oil system, and recycling of the lubricating oil is achieved. The oil tank 20 has a gravity filler port 21 at an upper portion thereof and a pressure filler port 22 at a lower portion thereof, and is provided with an oil level sensor 23 therein, and the oil level sensor 23 can detect a remaining amount of the oil in the oil tank 20.
The aircraft cabin fuel level display device 30 is provided in the aircraft cabin, which is connected to the fuel level sensor 23 by a cable, and can transmit the remaining amount data of the lubricant from the lubricant tank 20 to the aircraft cabin fuel level display device 30. Further, the aircraft cabin oil level display device 30 may include a data processing module and an in-cabin display module 31, wherein the data processing module may be an engine controller or other data processing device, and the in-cabin display module 31 may be an aircraft cabin screen display or other display screen, and the amount of oil required to be added to the oil tank 20 may be obtained through data analysis of the remaining amount of oil. The on-board display module 31 may be used to display aircraft or engine usage parameters to provide operational evidences to the pilot.
The oil level of the lubricating oil tank is gradually reduced along with the working use of the engine. In order to ensure that the engine rapidly starts to execute subsequent tasks, lubricating oil is rapidly supplemented through the ground refueling device 40 in the application.
The ground refueling device 40 is connected to the pressure refueling port 22 of the engine lubricating oil tank 20 through a refueling pipeline, so that the lubricating oil is filled. Further, the ground refueling device 40 has a pressure adjusting module 41 (or device), the pressure adjusting module 41 can adjust, set and display the pressure of the lubricating oil to be filled in the refueling pipeline, and the ground refueling device 40 also has a refueling volume adjusting module 42 (or device), the refueling volume adjusting module 42 can adjust, set and display the volume of the lubricating oil to be filled in the refueling pipeline, so that the ground refueling device 40 can realize the lubricating oil filling function under the conditions of setting pressure and setting oil volume according to the lubricating oil volume to be filled in the engine lubricating oil tank, and the refueling equipment can realize the automatic disconnection function after the lubricating oil filling is completed.
In the use process of the system, the oil quantity Δ Q supplemented to the lubricating oil tank, which is obtained by the aircraft cabin oil level display device 30 through the analysis and calculation of the residual lubricating oil quantity, is as follows:

in the formula, L1 is the oil level of the engine lubricating oil tank obtained by the display module in the cabin when the engine is in the ground slow vehicle working state, L0 is the maximum oil filling amount of the lubricating oil tank obtained according to the technical information of the engine and the like, and L2 is the swallowing volume of the engine in the slow vehicle state.
The refueling pressure Δ P provided by the surface refueling unit 40 is:

wherein P1 is the opening pressure of the pressure oil injection device of the lubricating oil tank obtained according to the technical data of the engine, P2 is the pressure of the inner cavity of the lubricating oil tank under the state of ground slow running,
the ground refueling device 40 replenishes the lubricating oil tank according to the replenished lubricating oil quantity delta Q obtained in the calculation process, and the operation process is as follows:
connecting the oil filling pipeline of the ground oil filling device 40 to the pressure oil filling opening 22 of the lubricating oil tank, setting the oil filling pressure and the oil filling amount in the above process on the ground oil filling device 40, namely filling the lubricating oil of the lubricating oil tank, and when the oil filling amount of the lubricating oil tank is delta Q, automatically stopping filling the oil by the ground oil filling device 40, namely finishing the filling work of the lubricating oil tank in the slow vehicle state of the engine.
The system provided by the application realizes real-time measurement of the oil level of the lubricating oil tank through the oil level sensor arranged on the lubricating oil tank, so that the oil level data of the lubricating oil tank of the display module in the cabin can be directly interpreted, the actual oil quantity of the lubricating oil tank can be read, and the oil quantity of the supplemented lubricating oil required by the lubricating oil tank can be obtained according to the swallowing volume of the working state of an engine; the method comprises the steps of filling lubricating oil quantitatively/at a constant pressure through a ground refueling device, setting refueling pressure of refueling equipment according to internal pressure of a lubricating oil tank of an engine, ensuring that the difference between the refueling pressure of the refueling equipment and the internal pressure of the lubricating oil tank is within the working range of the refueling equipment, setting the filling amount of the ground refueling device according to the amount of lubricating oil replenished into the lubricating oil tank of the engine, connecting the ground refueling device with a pressure oil filling port of the lubricating oil tank of the engine after the setting is completed, realizing the function of filling the lubricating oil into the lubricating oil tank of the engine in a ground slow-vehicle working state, shortening the lubricating oil filling maintenance period, simplifying the lubricating oil filling maintenance work and reducing the lubricating oil filling maintenance work cost.

the oil filling amount of the lubricating oil needing to be filled is determined according to the following formula:
