the bottom of the pipe body 13 is circumferentially provided with an annular groove, a plurality of groups of sealing columns 13-2 are connected in the groove in a sliding mode, the sealing columns 13-2 are tightly connected, no gap exists between every two sealing columns, the top of each group of sealing columns 13-2 is connected with the top of the inner wall of the groove through a group of springs 13-1, and the bottom of each sealing column 13-2 is in a sharp-pointed shape and used for extending into the sludge to form a sealing space; after the pipe body 13 reaches a proper position, the sealing column 13-2 is pricked into the sludge to a certain depth to form a sealing space with the bottom sludge; when the sealing column 13-2 touches hard objects such as lake bottom stones and the like, part of the sealing column 13-2 is jacked up, and the whole pipe body 13 can still seal the lake bottom sludge by self-adapting to the appearance of the hard objects through the compression spring 13-1; the sludge is sealed by the sealing column 13-2, so that the disturbance to the surrounding water flow is small during stirring and sludge pumping, the water is not turbid, and the pollution to lake water is reduced.
The invention also provides a using method of the lake water sludge cleaning device, which comprises the following steps:
s1: an operator sits in the control room 2 and controls the ship body 1 to reach a designated silt pumping place, so that the ship body and the water surface keep relatively static;
s2: adjusting the pipe body 13 to a proper position, so that the sealing column 13-2 is inserted into the sludge to a certain depth to form a sealed space with the bottom sludge, when the sealing column 13-2 touches hard objects such as lake bottom stones and the like, part of the sealing column 13-2 is jacked up, and the whole pipe body 13 can still seal the lake bottom sludge by self-adapting to the appearance of the hard objects through the compression spring 13-1;
s3: after the sludge enters the pipe body 13, the stirring device is started to scatter the sludge, and then the pump body is started to pump the sludge to a ship through the sludge pumping barrel 6; because the sludge is sealed by the sealing column 13-2 during sludge pumping, the disturbance to the surrounding water flow is small during stirring and sludge pumping, the water is not turbid, and the pollution to lake water is reduced;
s4: when the sludge is pumped into the sludge settling area 11, the sludge starts to be settled and filtered, and clear water permeates into the penetration area 12 and then flows into the lake again through the drain pipe 9 to finish sludge-water separation;
s5: the steps S1-S4 are repeated until the sludge pumping operation is finished or the sludge settling zone 11 is filled.
