Abstract
The invention provides a water-based colorful paint which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of water, 50-75 parts of emulsion, 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1 part of dispersing agent, 3-10 parts of pearl powder, 10-950.1 parts of APM, 0.2 part of mildew preventive, 10-15 parts of composite powder, 1 part of hydrophobic agent, 0.1 part of wetting agent, 5-15 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.2 part of thickening agent. The water-based colorful paint provided by the invention is suitable for surface materials for decoration of inner and outer walls of buildings, can be brushed and sprayed in a rolling way, is convenient to construct, is waterproof, mildew-proof, alkali-resistant, doodle-resistant, bright, environment-friendly, has excellent adhesive force to the surfaces of all materials, and has good film forming property.

Example 1
The water-based colorful paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the viscosity of the silicone-acrylic emulsion is 600-800 mPa.s, and the composite powder is prepared by mixing nano calcium carbonate, porcelain gloss powder and calcite powder according to the mass ratio of 7:6: 7.
The preparation method of the water-based colorful paint comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing water required by the formula and an additive, then adding a powder raw material, and packaging a finished product after high-speed dispersion, sanding, paint mixing and filtration.
The performance test result shows that the water-based colorful paint has the advantages of seepage prevention, acid and alkali resistance, stain resistance, crack resistance, graffiti resistance, bright appearance, luster, good water resistance, 150 mu m film thickness, usually 450 hours of acid and alkali resistance, and no abnormality after being soaked in water for 10 weeks.

The performance test result shows that the 150um film thickness of the water-based colorful paint is resistant to acid and alkali for 330 hours generally, and the waterborne colorful paint begins to pack after being soaked in water for 6 weeks.
It can be seen that the water-based color paint with the controlled amounts of the components of the invention has excellent performance within the scope of the invention, such as the water-based color paint formulations of examples 1-3, but if some of the components are used outside the scope of the invention, the performance of the water-based color paint is greatly reduced, such as comparative examples 1-3, which shows the unexpected effect of the mutual combination of the components of the invention.
