Abstract
The invention discloses water-based water-washing gloss oil and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of water-based gloss oil. The water-based water-washing gloss oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-10 parts of cellulose resin, 5-15 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of organic solvent and 20-80 parts of water. When the water-based washing gloss oil prepared by the formula is applied to a local aluminum plating process of a packaging film, a part needing aluminum plating and a part not needing aluminum plating can be completely separated, after aluminum plating, the part coated with the water-based washing gloss oil is washed by water, the water-based washing gloss oil and the aluminum plating layer can be completely washed, and only the aluminum plating layer without the water-based washing gloss oil is remained.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based gloss oil, and particularly relates to water-based water-washing gloss oil and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The traditional local aluminum plating process is that after aluminum plating is carried out on a substrate, ink is coated on a part needing to be kept with an aluminum plating layer, the part needing to be plated with aluminum is protected by the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the ink, and the part needing not to be kept with aluminum plating is etched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the water-based water-washing gloss oil and the preparation method and the application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the water-based water-washing gloss oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-10 parts of cellulose resin, 5-15 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of organic solvent and 20-80 parts of water.
The cellulose resin has good film forming property and water retention property, and can enable water to quickly permeate; the filler can increase the stability and the protectiveness of the water-based water-washing gloss oil and accelerate the drying speed, and the addition of the organic solvent can also increase the drying speed of the water-based water-washing gloss oil and accelerate the production speed.
Preferably, the aqueous water-washing gloss oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of cellulose resin, 6-15 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of organic solvent and 40-80 parts of water.
Preferably, the cellulose resin comprises at least one of nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate propionate, ethyl cellulose, cyanoethyl cellulose, segmented cyano cellulose, phenyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, carboxypropyl methyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose; the organic solvent comprises at least one of methanol, ethanol and propanol.
Further preferably, the cellulose resin comprises at least one of carboxypropylmethyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose; the cellulose resin can be formed into a film, is resistant to high-temperature aluminum plating, does not change color and has good stability; the organic solvent is ethanol.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the carboxypropyl methyl cellulose to the carboxyethyl cellulose to the carboxymethyl cellulose is as follows: carboxypropyl methyl cellulose: carboxyethyl cellulose: the carboxymethyl cellulose is 90-100: 0-10.
Preferably, the filler is calcium carbonate.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-based water-washing gloss oil, which comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving cellulose resin in water, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) and adding the filler into the mixed solution A, adding the organic solvent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based water-washing gloss oil.
In addition, the invention also discloses application of the water-based water-washing gloss oil in a local aluminum plating process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, by selecting the components and the proportion of the water-based water-washing gloss oil, when the prepared water-based water-washing gloss oil is applied to a local aluminum plating process, an aluminum layer of a part needing aluminum plating can be perfectly reserved, and the part needing aluminum plating can be washed clean and not blackened through water washing.

Performance testing
1) Initial drying test: the initial drying was tested with reference to GB/T13217.5-2008, the aqueous water-washed varnish for each example was tested in parallel twice, the error of the two measurements was less than 3mm, the test results were averaged and reported in Table 2.
2) Flushability test: leaving a part needing windowing on the PET substrate, coating the part needing windowing with the water-based water-washing varnish of the embodiment 1-8, drying at 100 ℃ for 5min, then plating aluminum on the PET substrate, then rinsing the PET substrate with clear water, and recording the final shape of the aluminum plating layer in table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from table 2, the initial drying property of examples 1 to 8 is good, the final aluminum-plated layer on the water-based water-washed varnish part is well washed out in examples 1 to 3, and only a slight amount of aluminum remains in examples 4 to 6, which indicates that when the cellulose resin is preferably at least one of carboxypropyl methyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose, and when the carboxypropyl methyl cellulose is the main component, the water-based water-washed varnish has better comprehensive performance when applied to the local aluminum-plating process.
