When the electromagnetic element 32 is electrified to generate magnetic force, the speed of water treatment and approaching to the water tank 1 is slowed down, and the water treatment box 2 is prevented from suddenly approaching to the water tank 1 to cause impact and damage.
Optionally, the damping structure 24 is annular and elastic.
As an alternative embodiment, the damping structure 24 may include a plurality of damping masses, and the plurality of damping masses may be annularly distributed inside the tubular structure or outside the communication pipe 43.
In the water treatment apparatus provided in this embodiment, the communicating pipe 43 includes a horizontal section and a vertical section, and the horizontal section is communicated with the switch structure; one end of the vertical section is movably communicated with the corresponding water inlet end 21 and the corresponding water outlet end 22, and the other end of the vertical section is communicated with the switch structure through the horizontal section. The water treatment box 2 is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 1, moves up and down relative to the water treatment box 2, and is convenient to move the water treatment box 2 by arranging the vertical section, so that the water treatment box 2 is prevented from being dislocated with the water inlet end 21 and the water outlet end 22 in the moving process.
In the water treatment device provided by the embodiment, the number of the switch structures is two, each switch structure comprises an on-off valve 4, and the two on-off valves 4 are respectively connected to the water outlet and the water inlet and are matched with the trigger structure 5; the on-off valve 4 has an on state in which it is opened when the water treatment cartridge 2 is close to the water tank 1, and an off state in which it is opened when the water treatment cartridge 2 is away from the water tank 1.
Specifically, the water treatment device further comprises a sealing structure which is arranged between the water tank 1 and the on-off valve 4, and the on-off valve 4 is hermetically connected with the water outlet and the water inlet to prevent water from overflowing through the water outlet and the water inlet.
As an alternative embodiment, the switching mechanism may have one on-off valve 4 connected to the water outlet or the water inlet.
Optionally, the on-off valve 4 includes a valve body 41 and a valve core 42, the valve body 41 has a valve cavity, and a valve inlet and a valve outlet which are communicated with the valve cavity, the valve inlet of one on-off valve 4 is communicated with the water outlet, the valve inlet of one on-off valve 4 is communicated with the water inlet, and the valve outlet is communicated with a communication pipe 43; the valve core 42 is arranged in the valve cavity, one end of the valve core is matched with the triggering structure 5, and the other end of the valve core is movably arranged at the valve inlet and is suitable for plugging or communicating the valve inlet.
Optionally, the valve outlet is arranged at the side of the valve body 41, the valve inlet is arranged at the top of the valve body 41, and the bottom of the valve body 41 is provided with a matching part 44 matched with the triggering structure 5; one end of the valve core 42 is provided with a blocking part 45, and the blocking part 45 extends into the water tank 1 through the valve inlet; the other end of the valve core 42 abuts against the fitting portion 44, and is fitted with the trigger structure 5 through the fitting portion 44. The communicating pipe 43 comprises a horizontal section and a vertical section, and the horizontal section is communicated with the valve outlet; one end of the vertical section is movably communicated with the corresponding water inlet end 21 and the corresponding water outlet end 22, and the other end of the vertical section is communicated with the valve outlet through the horizontal section. When the water treatment box 2 approaches the water tank 1, the trigger structure 5 triggers the matching part 44 to move or deform, the valve core 42 moves towards the inside of the water tank 1 under the trigger of the trigger structure 5, and the blocking part 45 moves to open the valve inlet.
Optionally, the bottom of the valve body 41 is provided with an opening; the matching part 44 has elasticity and is at least partially located at the opening, and the triggering structure 5 is matched with the matching part 44 through the opening.
Specifically, the on-off valve 4 further includes a valve cover, the valve cover is installed on the valve body 41 at the opening, the matching portion 44 is clamped between the valve cover and the valve body 41, an opening is formed in the valve cover, at least a portion of the matching portion 44 is located at the opening, and the triggering structure 5 is matched with the matching portion 44 through the opening.
Optionally, a partition plate is further disposed in the valve cavity, the partition plate extends from a cavity wall of the valve cavity close to the valve inlet, and divides the valve cavity into a valve inner cavity and a valve outer cavity; the valve inlet is communicated with the valve inner cavity, the valve outlet is communicated with the valve outer cavity, and a flow port communicated with the valve inner cavity and the valve outer cavity is arranged between the partition plate and the cavity wall of the valve cavity; the partition plate is provided with a through hole for the valve core 42 to pass through.
Optionally, the on-off valve 4 further includes an elastic structure 46 abutting between one end of the valve core 42 away from the blocking portion 45 and the partition plate. When the water treatment box 2 is far away from the water tank 1, the valve core 42 moves downwards under the action of the elastic force of the elastic structure 46, and the blocking part 45 blocks the inlet of the valve.
Specifically, the elastic structure 46 is a spring sleeved outside the valve core 42.
In the water treatment device provided by this embodiment, the triggering structure 5 is a rod-shaped structure, one end of the triggering structure is connected to the top of the water treatment box 2, and the other end of the triggering structure is matched with the switch structure.
The water treatment device provided by the embodiment further comprises a separation structure 6 which is arranged in the water tank 1 and divides the water tank 1 into a water inlet area 11 and an atomization area 12. The partition structure 6 extends to the top of the basin 1.
Preferably, the partition structure 6 includes a partition plate, the partition plate is hermetically connected to the wall of the water tank 1 and the bottom of the water tank 1, and the partition plate extends to the top of the water tank 1 to prevent water from flowing between the water inlet area 11 and the atomization area 12 through the top of the partition plate.
Example 2
This embodiment also provides a humidifier, includes:
the water treatment apparatus provided in example 1;
and the water outlet part of the water tank is communicated with the water inlet area 11.
With the water treatment apparatus provided in embodiment 1, the water treatment cartridge 2 is disposed outside the bottom of the water tank 1, thereby saving the space inside the water tank 1, simplifying the structure inside the water tank 1, and reducing the production cost of the water tank 1. And the water treatment box 2 is arranged at the outer side of the bottom of the water tank 1, and the structures of an ultrasonic generator, a heating device, a descaling device and the like can be fully placed in the water tank 1, so that the utilization efficiency of the space is improved.

Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (19)

1. A water treatment device, comprising:
a water tank (1) having a water inlet area (11) and an atomization area (12) spaced from each other; a water outlet communicated with the water inlet area (11) and a water inlet communicated with the atomization area (12) are arranged on the bottom of the water tank (1);
the water treatment box (2) is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the water tank (1), and the water treatment box (2) is provided with a water inlet end (21) communicated with the water outlet and a water outlet end (22) communicated with the water inlet.
2. The water treatment apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a drive structure (3) adapted to drive the water treatment cartridge (2) to move relative to the water tank (1);
the switch structure is arranged on at least one of the water outlet and the water inlet, a communicating pipe (43) is arranged on the switch structure, and the communicating pipe (43) is movably communicated with the corresponding water inlet end (21) and the corresponding water outlet end (22);
the trigger structure (5) is arranged on the water treatment box (2), the switch structure is positioned in front of a movement path of the trigger structure (5), and the trigger structure (5) is suitable for opening the switch structure when the water treatment box (2) is close to the water tank (1).
3. The water treatment device according to claim 2, wherein at least one of the water inlet end (21) and the water outlet end (22) is a tubular structure, and the tubular structure is sleeved outside the communication pipe (43).
4. A water treatment device according to claim 3, characterized in that said drive structure (3) comprises:
a permanent magnet element (31) provided on the tubular structure;
the electromagnetic element (32) is arranged on the communication pipe (43), and the electromagnetic element (32) has an electrified state of generating magnetic force by electrifying and attracting the tubular structure to be close to the water tank (1); and a power-off state in which the magnetic force is lost when the power is off.
5. A water treatment device according to claim 4, characterized in that said permanent magnet element (31) comprises a permanent magnet provided on said tubular structure at a position close to said tank (1); the electromagnetic element (32) includes an electromagnetic coil wound around the outside of the communication pipe (43).
6. A water treatment device according to any one of claims 4-5, characterized by further comprising a limiting structure (23) connected to the end of said tubular structure close to said tank (1) and located outside said electromagnetic element (32), adapted to limit the connection of said communication pipe (43) to said tubular structure.
7. The water treatment device according to claim 6, wherein the stopper structure (23) has a cylindrical shape, and an inner diameter of the stopper structure (23) is gradually increased toward the water tank (1).
8. A water treatment device according to any one of claims 4-5, characterized in that a damping structure (24) cooperating with the communication pipe (43) is arranged inside the tubular structure, or a damping structure (24) cooperating with the tubular structure is arranged outside the communication pipe (43).
9. A water treatment device according to claim 8, characterized in that the damping structure (24) is annular and resilient.
10. A water treatment device according to claim 2, wherein said communication pipe (43) comprises a horizontal section and a vertical section, said horizontal section being in communication with said switch structure; one end of the vertical section is movably communicated with the corresponding water inlet end (21) and the corresponding water outlet end (22), and the other end of the vertical section is communicated with the switch structure through the horizontal section.
11. A water treatment device according to claim 2, characterized in that said switch structure comprises an on-off valve (4), said on-off valve (4) being connected at least at one of said water outlet, said water inlet and cooperating with said trigger structure (5); the on-off valve (4) has an on state in which it is connected when the water treatment cartridge (2) is close to the water tank (1), and an off state in which it is disconnected when the water treatment cartridge (2) is away from the water tank (1).
12. A water treatment device according to claim 11, characterized in that said on-off valve (4) comprises:
the valve body (41) is provided with a valve cavity, a valve inlet and a valve outlet which are communicated with the valve cavity, the valve inlet is communicated with at least one of the water outlet and the water inlet, and the valve outlet is communicated with the communicating pipe (43);
and the valve core (42) is arranged in the valve cavity, one end of the valve core is matched with the trigger structure (5), and the other end of the valve core is movably arranged at the valve inlet and is suitable for plugging or communicating the valve inlet.
13. A water treatment device according to claim 12, wherein the valve outlet is provided at the side of the valve body (41), the valve inlet is provided at the top of the valve body (41), and the bottom of the valve body (41) is provided with an engaging portion (44) for engaging with the trigger structure (5); one end of the valve core (42) is provided with a plugging part (45), and the plugging part (45) extends into the water tank (1) through the valve inlet; the other end of the valve core (42) abuts against the matching part (44) and is matched with the trigger structure (5) through the matching part (44).
14. A water treatment device according to claim 13, characterized in that the bottom of the valve body (41) is provided with an opening; the matching part (44) is elastic and is at least partially positioned at the opening, and the triggering structure (5) is matched with the matching part (44) through the opening.
15. The water treatment device of claim 13 wherein a baffle plate extends from a wall of the valve chamber adjacent the valve inlet and separates the valve chamber into an inner valve chamber and an outer valve chamber; the valve inlet is communicated with the valve inner cavity, the valve outlet is communicated with the valve outer cavity, and a flow port communicated with the valve inner cavity and the valve outer cavity is arranged between the partition plate and the cavity wall of the valve cavity; the partition plate is provided with a through hole for the valve core (42) to pass through.
16. A water treatment device according to claim 15, characterized in that the on-off valve (4) further comprises a resilient structure (46) abutting between the partition and an end of the valve element (42) remote from the blocking portion (45).
17. A water treatment device according to any one of claims 2, 4-5 and 10-16, characterized in that the trigger structure (5) is a rod-like structure, one end of which is connected to the top of the water treatment box (2) and the other end of which is matched with the switch structure.
18. A water treatment device according to any one of claims 1-2, 4-5 and 10-16, characterized by further comprising a partition structure (6) arranged in the water tank (1) to partition the water tank (1) into a water inlet region (11) and an atomization region (12).
19. A humidifier, comprising:
a water treatment device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 18;
the water outlet part of the water tank is communicated with the water inlet area (11).
